This place is scam, they charge you a fee to rent your get away weeks and promise you a return but never deliver. Please do not make the same mistake I have. They now have my money for 2 years. This is not a business.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Once this company has your money nothing else matters. We listened to their sales pitch about how much inventory they have and how we would be getting offers consistently and bought in, not true. We did not get any offers for three months and when you call they only tell you we are working on offers for you. When the first 2 offers came through it turns out that it was too far in advance so the resorts had not opened up inventory yet. There is rarely a supervisor available and when you do get one to call you back its usually 2 – 3 days before you hear anything. When a supervisor does call you back it’s a standard script of we are working on offers for you. The female manger that I had the pleasure talking to is actually not a manager, refused to let me speak with anyone else when I asked, is extremely rude, and has a very “I don’t care attitude”. The manager that I am in touch with now, seems helpful but its been another 3 months with no offers and of course they refuse to refund money. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS SCAM!

SCAM-do not send $. They pass u from person to person like timeshare companies. You will send $ and get nothing!!

I never use my timeshare (not sure why I got it) but got a call from rvi a few months back and chatted with the sales rep for a while. At first I wasnt sure about it since some people seem to have to wait a while for their first offer. Gladly to say though I got mine within 3 months and am happy with the progress so far.

I dont know if this company is legitimate or not, but the scam artists referred me to this website to verify their legitimacy. They called me to ask if I wanted to sell back my unused weeks for $1400 weekly, it would cost me $300 weekly which had to be paid immediately with a credit card. I called my resort and asked if they were doing this and was told that they would never contact me to sell my time and that it was a scam. So please do your homework as I did and keep your money safe.

This is a scam. The company makes promises they have no intentions of keeping. Once they get your money, youre on your own. If you value your hard earned money I strongly suggest you steer clear of RVI timeshare rentals!

Scam by use of delaying tactic. Two years and no legitimate offers. Received two offers that were well too far in advance. Contacted a customer service representative who attempted to play the blame game (tried to say their emails were going to my junk mail). I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you just want to give away $2,400.

If you have a timeshare, I definitely recommend working with Resort Vacation International. Ive been with them for 2 years and have received consistent offers that have made me a decent amount of money from my unused timeshare.

Got my first offer today. Its been 4 months and at first I though I would not receive any offers on my timeshare. I know others may not be as lucky, but I know for sure now that they are for sure doing their job and marketing my property to others.

SCAM - Two years and no offers despite checking in regularly and asking for a refund. They just stall you out, tell you you are at the top of the list, two to three weeks later send you fake offers that cant be accepted and stall you out further. Lost so much money.

Ive been patient for about 5 months as have a lot of people, but finally got my first rental that fit my exact weeks! Looking forward to more.

This place is a ripoff!! I signed with them last December and they have not rented anything. They keep sending me dates that they know are not available or not even with my timeshare. Ive called multiple times and its always a song and dance. More promises and nor action. Do not give them your money.If anyone know of a class action or other law suit against them please let me know, I will gladly join.I would give them less then 1 star but site wont let me

Got a prime timeshare location which I never use. Glad I partnered up with RVI as Ive made made 3x on my unused weeks already.

After many years of holding on to my timeshare, paying the maintenance fees, causing my whole family headaches, not to mention the financial struggle, we finally talked to Resort Vacation International and we had a good interaction with their sales rep, they didnt have that much activity on people looking to buy so we did rent with them a time or two in the past. It was a fast and smooth process with their different programs that they can offer. I will continue to look forward to working with them, again in the future Thanks

I just talked to my timeshare and interval and both told me this is a scam. As with the others I had to pay $1200.00 up front with the promise of them selling 4 weeks for more. After talking to my timeshare and interval they told me I dont even have 4 weeks to sell as resort vacation international had told me I did, dont waste your money on this scam

I really appreciate the great marketing job Resort Vacation International Inc. has been doing to rent my time share for me. It has taken some pressure off me financially while attempting to find a buyer. I highly recommend them.

Since this was my first time doing this I had to get use to this process. I kept going back and forth with Resort Vacation and my exchange. I booked something early one time. They guided me through it so that really saved us the rentals. So since my 4 weeks were rented out I will wait next year for them to contact me so we can continue this process. So far so good!

Was on a call with a rep for 2 and half hours but overall RVI has been wonderful in communicating with me how things will go down. I appreciated the friendliness and thorough communication.

Is there anybody that started a law suite please let me know as they have ripped me off a well. They keep giving me dates and I still havent received any funds. I am getting ready to look into a law suite to obtain my money back. It have been a 1 year and I havent receive any money yet. Im reaching out to anybody that have started the process. The biggest SCAM there is, DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this SCAM!!!! We were LIED to during the sales process, and I was a fool to sign up for the 5 year plan for $2k. We signed up in Feb. 2019 and to date Aug. 2019 have only received 3 emails with Offers and only after Ive called and complained. Of course none of the times were available for the 3 Offers we received. All I want to do is get my initial money refunded to me, but after speaking to Managers multiple times they keep saying they cant refund me, but they sure did take my money when they wanted me to sign up. If I could give this negative Stars I would have!!

Resort Vacation International Inc. has done a great job renting my time share. I dont use it much anymore and just feel like I was wasting my money. The staff has been great to work with and they keep me updated. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you are a timeshare holder and want to sell your timeshare to this company. DO NOT DO IT. They are scammers. I gave them $1200 up front so I can get $1400 X4 in return for selling my timeshare extra getaway weeks. They make it sound so easy at first. Please don’t give these people your money. I will be giving the FBI all there information and how they rip people off like myself. Save your frustration and time.

All of the positive reviews of this place are written by employees. Adriel works there. You can catch him outside smoking most of the time. Michael is really Abdullah. A bunch of scam artists. If they call you, report them and dont give them your hard earned money. Youll never see it again.

The customer service we received from Resort Vacation International was excellent. The process was easy and everything came together as planned. My friends and I had a great stay and time in Grandview at Las Vegas. The accommodations and amenities were great and made our stay very enjoyable. I definitely recommend them.

Since working with Resort Vacation International my time share has had no difficulty getting rented. The staff has been very responsive and is very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I made this decision with my time share.

As everyone else as stated this is a scam. I registered nearly a year ago and everytime they send me dates there is nothing available. They said its usually ~ 3 months that youll see a profit. Its been 4x that and I still have not had a single week get rented. Every time you call youre on hold forever and you always have to contact them, they will never contact you. I emailed a response to offers and I literally emailed them back 3 weeks in a row. Finally the 4th week I called and they said they got my response (but didnt bother emailing me to confirm that previously). Ive asked for my money back several times but they always refuse and just feed me the same BS line that itll get rented in the next 3-4 months.

After months of receiving offers i didnt like i started to get worried but today after months of waiting i finally got a cpl offers that were exactly what i was looking for so now im just patiently waiting on my check that was told that is coming to me now. Thanks R.V.I.

I just wanna say thanks to rvi for renting out my timeshare, sense i never use it and still pay my maintenance fees every month. It was super easy and very simple to understand how Im gonna get paid in return. I look forward to renting out more of my time sense i just got a rental check in the mail. We had a great time in Puerto Vallarta at a beautiful time share with amazing views. Getting set up was easy and the staff was really courteous and helpful with answering questions. We are looking forward to our next vacation with Resort Vacation International.

We give Resort Vacation International a 4.5 rating. It took a few months to rent out our Timeshare; however, they were successful in making this process come to fruition. Our agent (WB) did a superb job from start to finish and took the time to walk me thru with great detail in the process. He made this process so easy and smooth. We had a different company before with no success at all except we were out of a lot of money. Thanks (WB) for making our dream come true.

This place is a SCAM. They have the same 3 or 4 people answering the phones and reading the same scrip. They seem really official to start the process, sign you up and take your money.

I was contacted by this company back in August of 2018 to sell my extra travel weeks. The operator said it would happen in 90 days or I get a refund. Here it is May of 2020 and I am still trying to get a refund. Its a scam.

Liars! Cheaters! Scammers! Don’t do it! My time share company said they don’t release weeks as it is against their policy. Oh, and the “offers” are usually for times and locations that are already booked and/or for resorts that are out of business.

I have had my timeshare since the 90s and Shirley and I never got to travel. after my wife passed i have tried a handful of companys to help sell it but noone has been able to. I feel like i was ripped off. I signed up with this RVI group and was scared at first because everyone else failed me. I am now just over 4 months in with them an already had got 3 weeks taken care of and just yesterday Missy called to let me know we got the 4th week done. I can’t thank y’all enough. Now Im ready for my 2019 weeks to be done.

I signed up for the 5 year marketing plan 2 years go and so far I have gotten 8 offers, with 3 that actually got booked. I have made my money back and a bit more. For those still waiting on a booking, I would say be patient. It is not instant, but the offers will come.
