Daniel Waldron is the reason for 1 star. A realtor that knows more about Americans health than they do.. this man believes you should be forced to wear masks and forced to be vaccinated. Why do we still invest our money in businesses that have this mindset? Not only with this effect our tourism industry but it would effect our constitution God given freedoms. You know the thing EVERY ELECTED official swore to uphold and protect, not ignore when they feel like it! Dont invest your money in this business if you believe in America and her God given freedoms.

I will say the property is beautiful and well maintained. However, it was not what it is advertised to be. The pool closed before the advertised time, there were no basketballs, the bar was closed so no food or drinks, we had seven people with only four bath towels and no pool towels and the unit is much smaller than the advertised picture. With all that said the manager, Eli, was very nice and credited our account a little bit for our bad stay.

Stayed here for two nights on vacation and the resort was very clean, modern, and nice. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Orlando!

I had a beautiful experience in this place.

Shower head covered in black mold, asked management to change it. Management sent non English speaking people the next day. They didn’t change it they washed the mold right down the shower I was suppose to shower in for the next 3 days. 4 people then had to share the other bathroom. After paying for the accommodations that I wanted. Other than having to breathe mold for 4 days and spend most of your time waiting to get into the restroom. I guess u will enjoy. And no I didn’t stay there under this name. I stayed under Tiffany and dealt directly with Stephanie who said she has black stuff in her sinks at home as well!!

I came for a tour and was turned away, I currently own at westgate and was interested, but now have I am not. When I was in the lobby many guest were not wearing mask and no one said anything.

Needs serious work. Rooms are not cleaned well and purell was empty for 3 days. And yes I stayed here. Just not under this name. This company tried quickly to not let people know the truth. The bathroom sink was peeling. The refrigerator needed service twice and no one cleaned the elevators for the three days till I notified staff. Not covid safe. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment to give you that home away from home feeling. Full amenities meant my wife was happy while I was attending a convention at the nearby convention center.Instead of eating out every night we were able to relax at home some nights. Even had a friend come and stay for a couple of nights.TV was a bit confusing to operate and not that many free channels but there is so much to do in Orlando we didn’t use it much.Nice relaxing setting at a reasonable price.

I have stayed here on holiday here than once and always had a great time. The apartments are modern and spacious and always clean and tidy. The pool on site is always clean and well maintained and is free to use for guests there is also a little clubhouse by the pool. The pharmacy and supermarket are just next door plus a really good pizza place and a few smaller shops. Drive time to most of the theme parks is really short

Very nice place, was just a visitor.

There were several things that werent working including the dishwasher, and TV. We called maintenance but no one ever helped us. We will never return.

Very clean, well appointed resort. Our kids loved the pool and game room. We loved having three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and in-room laundry. Another benefit is the drive to Universal Studios theme park, which is within 10 minutes. Will consider Vista Cay for future visits.

Very nicely laid out development. Great amenities giving you plenty to do after a day at the theme parks or on an off day. Nearby shopping and dining options include a little something for everyone. Theres a bus stop nearby and youre still less than 15 minutes from the airport by car. The unit I rented was in great condition and very clean. Wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Loved my stay here. Came down to Orlando for my boyfriends birthday and wanted a private place close to the parks and the attractions, and Vista Cay was just that! The booking process was easy and we communicated directly with Daniel to ensure the room fit our needs. He even gave us a lot of restaurants suggestions in the area and they were all delicious. Great location, beautiful facilities (like the pool area!), and clean, comfortable, and spacious condos. Definitely would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in Orlando,

Wonderful place to stay by the conference center, and it was much more affordable than surrounding hotels. Included parking, nice trail and pool. The bar drinks were not very good. In walking distance of conference center, Publix and restaurants. I would definitely consider staying again!

Great staff and the townhouse was clean and felt like being at home. The grandkids loved it. Pool area was nice.

There were trash cans right outside the rooms which were cleaned out every morning. Check in and out was seamless and easy, the pool was clean, and employees were pleasant. The resort is close to everything downtown but is quiet.

I was there visiting a friend. The location is Great. The resort and rooms are beautiful. Only complaint is that, while beautiful, certain amenities didnt work properly. For example: the dryer was really loud, the kitchen faucet was loose, the toilet was loose, and the dishwasher didnt work at all.

The Condo was very nice just not sure why there were five different types of locks on the front door. The development seemed safe so this was a little curious. The unit we rented was well appointed with three bedrooms and a full Dining Room. We liked the location because it was close to Universal Studios and International Boulevard. Great price that beat staying in a hotel!

We stayed here for one week via Airbnb, the location is just a short drive from the airport and to ALL theme parks. The condo we stayed in was adorable, moderately priced and close to shopping and grocery stores. They have a gym, pool with bar and a small game room. This is our second year staying in this location while visiting Orlando. Definitely recommend.

The rooms and bed were comfortable. Quiet despite being close to a main road. Within walking distance of a grocery store, as well as a few small fast food places. Would stay again!

Resort is less than 10 minutes away from Universal Studios. 35 minutes away from Disney. However, the king and queen beds were horrible. You could feel and hear the springs. Owner spent very little money on beds. Believe it or not, the kids single beds were way more comfortable than the adult beds. We will NEVER stay here again!!!!

It was a beautiful place and super spacious, absolutely wonderful in the world of air conditioning too! Was slightly displeased to wake up with cockroaches on me though. And although Im aware that its Florida, theres not particularly anything you can do to avoid them in general, it was still unsettling. Otherwise Id say it was absolutely fantastic and accommodating and worthy of more than just three stars

Had a wonderful experience, we stayed at a 3 bedroom, 3 half bath townhouse. It had everything we needed. We also was so close to Disney. Will recommend this place.

You cannot go wrong with staying with Orlando Resort Rentals, there is no faults. We have just finished our trip from Ireland and it was our third time staying here. This is now what we consider our home away from home. The location is fantastic for going to the parks. Super close to universal and sea world, Disney also not too far. Condos are super spacious and comfortable. Hosts are fantastic and have great customer service. Easy to contact and deal with. Publix, subway, Dunkin’ Donuts right on your door step also, what more could you want? The two pools are lovely. The whole resort is always so clean. In our three years of staying here we have never had an issue.

Very well located in Universal Boulevard with many amenities around the area, Vista Cay has the option to do your booking in the reception or do it online or using Airbnb, the apartments are very nice with 3 bedrooms and capacity to 8 people.

My family and I had a great experience with Orlando Resorts Rental at Vista Cay. Daniel and Stephanie were very welcoming and attentive to our needs during our vacation! The condo was very clean and the pool was really nice. Vista Cay is located really close to all the theme parks and there are lots of great restaurants close by on International Drive. Well definitely be staying here again the next time were in Orlando!

Room was excellent, no issues. I really appreciated that there was a gym, although I wish it also had weights in addition to machines. Bar service was excellent. Would come back again the next time Im in Orlando!

The location of the resort is perfect for our tournament at the convention center- less than a mile away. The accommodations are great! Plenty of room for a family and excellent amenities.

Our family rented here for a week. The rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen wasnt well equipped. Only had a 2 slot toaster and a coffee maker. Also there wasnt a baking pan and no extras like foil or plastic wrap. I was surprised because those are things people buy and then leave for others to use. They had a game room and pool that were very nice.

Outstanding value. Well never stay at another hotel in the area again! We had a 3 story fully furnished townhome for less than a tiny hotel. The property is immaculate and in a very convenient location.

Very reasonable price for the amount of space in the condo. Everything was clean and many basic supplies like dish soap, toiletries, and towels are provided unlike other condos Ive stayed in. Check in was quick and easy and everything I needed to know was explained well and quickly. Its close to all the major Orlando attractions but just out of the way enough to not be constantly jammed with traffic. There are no ceiling fans in the rooms, so bring one if you need one to sleep like me.

Nice place good design for a group to stay 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom. Nicely furnished the only thing I would add is more parking. Otherwise its nice.

Had a great experience here. Gym was decently equipped, full kitchen which came in handy being 30 seconds from a Publix. Each room had its own bathroom so it could be perfect for couples vacation.

Absolutely loved the condo we stayed at. Incredibly spacious, well equipped, and so close to all of the theme parks! The staff was incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs and were available to help us whenever we needed it (Shoutout to Daniel and Stephanie!). I will definitely be staying here the next time Im in Orlando!

I love this place, we stay here often. Ijust one thing i would suggest. Make it easier to be able to walk out of the location... it is a surprisingly hard to find a door to the outside world...

These resorts are beautiful! The condos are so spacious and its been great for family gatherings! What I love most is the location I am so close to Universal Studios and Sea World which is great for me! Highly recommend this place :)

As of right now not very happy. Checked in and our a/c not working 2 hrs later put in another unit just for the night. But Stephanie the office person has been great not her fault at all. So someone coming out to look at a/c in the morning. There is another unit available but Monday morning needs to paint something in there. I have one son who has migraines the other allergies plus we wont be able to be in our unit all day. Not a very good start.

Very nice accommodations but it is three stories that you need to access. It is not for the elderly. The management team is very good at answering any questions or getting anything you need. They are very professional and friendly!

Very nice accommodations for large groups, and the price was unbeatable. The Walgreens around the corner was a lifesaver. Very close to everything fun in Orlando. We rented via Air B&B. Lots of towels but no extra blankets.

Have had the pleasure of staying at Vista Cay through Orlando Resort Rentals a number of times. The units are always in great condition and the location is perfect! The employees were courteous and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. This will be my go to when traveling to the Orlando area!

Stayed here for 4 nights during a trip to Disney. Quick drive to the parks. Our 3 bedroom condo was clean and well-stocked to meet our needs; we traveled with a toddler and there was a stroller, high chair and pack n play already in our condo. We didnt use any of the pool facilities, but did shop at the nearby Walgreens and Publix. Very convenient. Overall a great stay!

Townhomes are nice, but there were some amenities missing. We were missing all pool towels and some lightbulbs were out. Not bad, but maintenance seems to only fix things if told by a customer instead of something like a checklist.

Very spacious and awesome rooms! The only downside is you can hear all the traffic from the nearby highway (the humm of cars and trucks in the distance). Beautiful pool and nice walkway around the lake you can walk on.

Nice condo with all the amenities of home. Carpet could be a little cleaner, but other than that it was fantastic and in a great location!

The accommodations are very nice! The rooms are cozy and huge. The full kitchen has most basic tools you could need and its great to have a full kitchen on vacation. Theres also a dishwasher, but its not the worlds best. You do have to supply youre own soap when you exhaust the first tiny portion they give you, for shower, dishwashing, etc. Theres also laundry in unit.

Very good place to stay, huge apartments with everything that you may dream, same or better than been at home...I recommend for small vacation or business trip...

We rented a town house with 3 bedrooms, full baths and complete kitchen. There is also a small garage and washer and dryer. Very nice and comfortable.

Decent pool as well as security in terms of it being gated, area is kept well and have never had issues staying here.

Big rooms which are nice if you are a group or traveling with your family, however, the rooms are kind of dirty and there is no housekeeping. You have to wash your own towels and buy any extra supplies (soap, trash bags, etc.). There are other better equipped vacation properties.

The resort is very clean and located very nicely. The pool is clean and suitable for those who have children

Vista Cay Resorts is a resort community that specifically caters to families visiting the Orlando area. Its about 10 miles from Disney and 10-15 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World, FunSpot and other well known attractions and restaurants. Its also within walking distance to the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). The 2 bedroom 2 bath condos and the 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse (with garage) are spectacular. The units are fully furnished with couches, beds, dressers, night stands, large dining room table, fully stocked kitchen and more. Theres also a pool on-site, one specifically for small children and a slightly larger one for everyone else and a bar serving finger food and drinks. Theres so much bang for your buck here that I highly advise making Vista Car Resort your top destination.

These properties at the Vista Cay Resort are perfect for both business and leisure! I loved my stay here, it was clean, well maintained, and a great value. Daniel Waldron was great at making me feel like family.
