Daniel from Terminex is a very thorough and efficient. He is the tech for my area and Terminex is highly recommend for bug problems here in Florida.

On time, efficient, explained all steps of the process, cleared away cobwebs and took down wasp nests.Overall, a good experience.

I dont know why I had to be the one who took off the bathroom vent light as I saw wasp and nest on the other side of it, which was the reason for my call. So I put myself in what seems like the most danger all while paying 200 bucks for the visit.

They dont tell you that when you sign on the dotted line its for a year and you dont have paperwork in front of you to see that they do it all electronically so then after you sign that and they do the treatment and you decide you want to cancel thats about the time that they tell you that they blocked you in for a year so thats something that I really didnt like about that and because of that Ill never use again

If I could give less than 1 star I would. So far I have had 5 or so appointments with Terminix and every time they have been late. This is ridiculous. Don’t even bother to call you to let you know they are going to be late. No respect for your time what so ever.I am done with them.

Didnt see much improvement in the bug problem, came over without permission and called constantly, and after I cancelled our contract they called my roommate persistantly and came to our apartment and put a note on our door begging for us to come back. Weird...

Mike is great tech he will also check in with management to see if theres anything we need and he will make it happen.Hes very respectful and communicates.

Disappointed in the response time when calling their 24hr return call line.

Got an email saying someone was coming out on a certain day called the number back to reschedule and it wasnt even for terminix, tried other numbers and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Service Sucks and prices are to high when they do come out they do absolutely nothing, thinking of changing companies

I dont know what these people are talking about. Terninix has never showed up to any of the 3 appointments I have attempted with them. Had to call Orkin. Orkin proceeded to inform me that many of the customers call due to no shows from Terminix. After I what else can you expect from a bunch of bug guys. Very unprofessional. Never will I use them. Even if it were free
