I hired this company to treat one of my flip homes for dry wood termites. Once I hired them, I was told over the phone I would get a clear WDO report and a bond which included 1 year warranty that I was able to transfer to the new buyer. During the treatment, the works broke off a entire gutter from the front of the home and never acknowledge damage. I had to spend an additional $400 for a company to fix it. After treatment was done, I called to request a clear WDO report and I was told that they are no longer offering WDO reports. The girl who answered called me a liar once I told her I was promised the report. They provided me with a contract and warranty, which did not state the type of chemical they used, and that made very hard for me to find another company who would go reinspect the home and provide me with a clear WDO report.Also the girl who I spoke to several times, told me they did me a favor when they provided me the service, because they would not do same week services. I am sorry, but this favor costed me $1560 and I was left with a broken gutter and no WDO Report, in which that is what I needed.Over all the worse customer service I have received from a vender in my entire 16 years in Real Estate.I would never refer or use them again!

I was terminated for an act I know was frowned upon, however as an employee I had more experience then the entire company in the field attention to detail and quality were not factors this company cared about. They just want the dollar at any cost. Wether it be to unsafely do a job or work there employees without breaks to even eat, if thats what it takes. Their are way more professional companies to choose from out there.

Im very pleased with GAG. Our house is over 100 years old and very tall. Im sure it was a difficult tenting, but they handled it very well. They were responsive to my emails/calls, prompt, professional and the quote was responsible. The entire crew worked very hard on our tenting and they were always pleasant. I highly recommend GAG.

Called to request a termite inspection. Owner comes out and verifies there are no termites, so we get a bond. A month later we find subterranean termites. Now owner says he wasnt told to inspect for subterranean termites, so he didnt. He only looked for drywood termites, and extended an expired bond that was on the home prior to our purchase. There are people, including myself that rely on businesses to inform them about things such as termites. In this case, we were never even told about other types of termites that could possibly infect a home. Had I known, I surely would have requested that ALL types of termites be inspected for. But I left that into the hands of what I thought was a professional.So now they want close to $800. No thanks. Ill take my business elsewhere. Be aware of this company!

Highly recommend GAG! Owner is super nice and very knowledgeable. Trustworthy and dependable and wont try to sell you something you dont need. Ill never go anywhere else for pest control issues.

I contacted Gag after receiving a quote from another co for termite treatment. I was feeling very uncomfortable and vulnerable after interacting with the other companies salesman. I’m so grateful that I was able to get more insight and a second opinion from Greg at Gag. Not only did he spend all the time I needed to thoroughly explain everything to me and reassure me but his price was so much less as I wasn’t going to be paying for an expensive 2nd treatment that wasn’t necessary. There are a lot of other pest control companies out there but I can honestly say that Gag is exceptional in their professionalism, knowledge of product and industry, pricing and most importantly customer service. I highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough great things about GAG Pest Control who tented our home. They were very quick to provide a quote and were able to get us on the schedule that worked for us. Their guys that did the work were extremely friendly and more than willing to explain the process and answer any questions we had. They were diligent in doing what they could to preserve our plants and treated our home as if it were theirs. We will definitely be referring them to anyone that needs pest services.

Let me begin by saying that Greg Goetz the owner of GAG Pest Control is an absolutely fantastic person and its easy to see why GAG gets great reviews. We had originally booked a tent fumigation with one of the large national pest control service providers for the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. The day of the job, we were told to be out of the house by 7 am which we did. We had booked a hotel for the weekend and thought that everything was taken care of (wed thrown away all food in the fridge and freezer and done everything else that they had asked) so what could possibly go wrong?----- Nothing until about 2 pm when I received a call saying there was a problem and we would have to reschedule for the end of June!!!! What? Why??? The reason was that the subcontractor for the Large National company didnt bring a lift and had now decided that they needed one (even though they had been advised to check 3 weeks prior).Couldnt do it that day, or the next or any day that we were away in our hotel... we had no choice, we would have to reschedule!! Anyway, somewhere on the internet, I came across GAGs website and typed in my sad story where it asks for a description of our pest problem. I honestly didnt expect to ever hear back from anyone (especially since it was already after 5pm and coming up to memorial day weekend). To my complete suprise, I received an email reply within a a couple of minutes and Greg called me 20 mins later. I was shocked when he told me that he was going to get me taken care of... this very same weekend...hed have to do some juggling, but he thought hed be able to come up with a plan AND save me money (He saved me over $1000). True to his word, thats exactly what he has done! It means that he will be working on Memorial Day, but thats what hes planning on doing. What fantastic service, what a fantastic company, what a fantastic person: goes way above the call of duty and takes care of people he hasnt even met!I cant say enough good things about them...WOW... Awesome job Greg and crew and Lora in the office!! Thanks for saving us from what would have been a complete nightmare!!! Youre truly the best!!
