Had diagnostic performed, customer service is grear and staff are friendly, courteous and professional.However, I would not recommend having repairs done at any GM dealership. You can easily find better replacement repair part service warranties anywhere else. GM does not stand behind their parts, because they know their parts are garbage.
Someone hit the passenger mirror in my brand new Buick Enclave in a parking lot, causing it to pop off.I made an afternoon appointment but showed up when they opened to see if they could help me. I was greeted by Matthew Wasson. He looked at the car, fiddled around with it, and popped it back on. I offered to pay, he said no charge.Being we’re from Illinois visiting Florida I can’t say “I’d buy my next a Buick from them”, after all 1,000 is too far to go for service. BUT...If I lived in Orlando I would definitely go here.Thanks Matt!

The staff keep you informed thought entire service process. Its a spacious clean waiting area. The best part is the shuttle to home or the mall. I services previous car here then got my new car here.
