I am always treated respectfully and pleasantly. I went to get a tire balanced and come to find out I have been driving on dangerous tires. I knew the “time” was coming soon for them to be changed but with working from home I never go anywhere. Which doesn’t help your tires - enter dry rot!!So I got 4 new tires, mounted & balanced and an alignment. I have to honestly say, my car had not driven this smoothly since it was new in 2013!!Riker’s is a place where I can go and consistently get excellent service. Thank you!!

As always, the mechanics took a personal touch! I had bought aftermarket rims for my truck. One of them a slight defect. The tech stopped as to not do a correct install and took the time to show me the issue. I was able to get it fixed and returned the next day. They took my truck right in and had my new rims installed beautifully and professionally! I will not go to any other maintenance shop for work that I can have done here.

Our daughters A/C was not cooling in her 2014 Hyundai Tucson. Unfortunately it was just out of warranty. She called the dealer and they couldnt fit her in for several weeks. Our good friends had told us about Rikers in the past. We contacted them and they said Weve been taking our cars there for years, theyve never let us down and we highly recommend them.My husband called, and they gave us an appointment first thing the next morning. They were friendly, professional, thorough and completed the repairs in a timely manner. They even texted us the next day (today) to verify that the A/C system was working well.We are high impressed with their service.

Took 4 Corvette wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced and the rear wheel was damaged so bad it will have to be repaintedWent inside to talk to the manager and all I got was shrugged shoulders. Was told the owner would call and nothing.Pretty pathetic that the manager in charge didn’t follow through and now I’m stuck with a damaged rim on my Corvette. It took me months to find that set of wheels and they took minutes to damage it and shrug their shoulders about it.

I have never had such a great experience in a tire shop like I have with them. Everything was explained to me and when I was on the edge of buying all 4 tires they have me time to call my fiancé and we agreed to get all. I was going from Florida to Indiana, I know they saved my life because the other 3 ties wouldnt make the trip.

Paid to get an oil leak fixed and after two tries was referred to go back to the dealer to confirm if the problem wasnt something else in order to get my refund. If you couldnt fix the problem you diagnosed yourself than why cant I just get my money back and let me move on ?

The found some problems with our car that had been making noise as we traveled to Orlando. The problems were errors in a dealer repair that would have caused the wheel to log up.If we lived in Orlando Rikers would our repair shop.

Quick and efficient. Not too costly. Was in and out with a new tire on my car in about 30 minutes.

Up until it was recently discovered that during service my mileage was incorrectly entered, I was a loyal and vigorous Riker supporter.I have called numerous times when I discovered their error. Car fax is accusing me of falsifying my odometer due to a mechanics mistake in entering the actual mileage. I was promised a call back from the “manager” but as of now, over two months, not a word.

The staff and place was very nice but they tried to charge me almost $400 for Freon. I did not have a leak or anything.

We got great, quick service to get a permanent patch on our flat tire while we were on vacation. They were also very pleasant to deal with.

I went to this location because my usual mechanic was fully booked. My car was towed there and they told me they could look at it the next day. However, right before I left, one of the employee told me he could tell what the problem was right away and would call me later with a quote. Shortly after, he called me the quote and the next day they fixed it! I came after my shift to pick it up, and had left my wallet at home, but again they were amazing and I was able to pay using paypal. Hoverall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience! I came through on vacation and spent $1300 on tires for my RV. 3 of the 4 tires wont hold air because it leaks around the bead. They informed me that I had a bent rim, and that it shouldnt go on the front. When I asked them to move it to the back, they wanted to charge me an extra $35. The manager proceed to tell me how they were doing me a favor and tryin to help me out.I wouldnt recommend anyone goin here. They are friendly till you pay

So I had just bought a new set of tires on my suv. As I was driving I somehow ran over a trailer tow hook and it went all the way through my tire. The tire was not able to be patched. Owen helped me out of a bind and found me a tire within an hour and got me back running again. Great service and friendly guys! This was what punctured my tire.

Had rubbing sound in the back wheel. We thought it was a wheel bearing. They found that the brake rotor guard was bent and that was causing the noise. Only a $26 charge. These guys are very trustworthy and very friendly. They got us in right away to. Awesome place!

I have depended on Rikers for honest, quality maintenance and repairs for nearly 20 years. They have always handled my auto issues in a timely manner at fair prices. You dont expect auto guys to be so customer service oriented, but the Rikers team: Sean, Tyler and Elwin (Central FL Pkwy store) are always so personable, patient and courteous. And master mechanic, Chip, is about as great as they come. I appreciate having a garage I can rely on, who I know will take good care of me and not rip me off.

I have been coming here for several years and after my experience today I will not be back. Came in the get a tire patched that was not leaking when i arrived and after 2 attempts to patch it they inform me that they could not get the patch not to leak. Maybe the hole is too large they told me. I think they should have known that before they started. Left with a tire leaking air and now i need to replace the tire after they ground on it twice i do not trust it. And the tech used the rim on my car as a workbench when trying to fix the tire. When i told the manager i did not like that he was using my wheel as a workbench he did N OT tell him to stop. 100% disappointed.Funny your response did not touch on the fact that your tech used my rim as a workbench and you did nothing about it after i questioned the method. that is why i will NEVER come back. You have no regard for my property and that is completely unacceptable to me.

Employees were very professional, honest and polite. We were from Wisconsin with a rental van with an unsafe tire. The staff took our defective tire and tested it and took spare off and put it back on all with no charge! Thank you so much for your hard work and honesty. Thanks to you guys we have a new rental van and feel safe to go 1600 miles back home.

It’s not very good service when someone calls and asks for service for their vehicle and you can’t tell them when it can be done… I can’t just drop a vehicle off for multiple days, one day sure but 2-3?

Very disappointed with the service provided, the vehicle went in for an engine replacement, i was handed a list of parts changed however the parts had not been changed, and the company is refusing to rectify the situation, i asked to speak with Mr. Riker before reaching out to the BBB even offer the representative my phone number to speak with the owner directly on this urgent matter my car still has major issues before it went into the shop the ac worked when it was released to me after paying more than $3,000, it was no longer working. Very displeased would not recommend to a duck from aflac! See you in court.

As a woman I have been to a lot of auto places that will try to pull a fast one on me and do super shady things. Rikers has been the only place I trust to take my car to for over 3 years now. There was one point where it overheated and needed major work done and they did a fabulous job and took care of it and me like family.

Can not be trusted had our car towed from the breakdown lane on I-4 called told him was having car towed to him, said they close at 5 got there 45 minutes after the call he then told me he couldnt even look at it until Monday, this was Saturday told him I didnt live in Orlando and was in a bad way he happily told me nothing we can do, had to have car towed again over to pep boys

Solid work. Incredible customer service. My truck spends its life on the road with me, and in each new city it requires service/maintenance. It also gets incredibly dirty from going across the country. I went in for a tire repair, oil change, a few odds and ends, including new wipers...and they cleaned the INSIDE of my windshield for me. I didnt ask, they just did it. Thats customer service at its finest. The service writer and the staff are truly wonderful people, and any time Im in the Orlando area I will return.

Rikers was awesome and very Professional. I was passing through Kissimmee Florida, and my fiance heard a grinding noise on my right rear wheel of my 2016 Toyota Tundra. I called Rikers and they put me in right away. And I was back on the road by 12:30. My rear brakes were all messed up. They had to drill and pound to free it up. These guys were super awesome to me today when I came to them with a car part I was having issues with. They had no obligation to help and could have told me “tough luck, figure it out”. LADIES BEWARE!!! Just like I thought took advantage of her. Did ac check then never fixed the problem said they did 2 days later was hot so she turned on ac same problem. She took it back then they say it will be 1300 dollars more cause different problem they just found now. After charging $600 before. Go somewhere else at least you have a 50% chance getting f$&@ed over!

Great honest crew. I accidentally put E85 in my diesel and they fixed it in one day. We were able to get back on the road and home with only one day extra stay. They are efficient and honest. Highly recommend!!!

Here on vacation, and had a valve stem stick open (ie- not hold air). They looked at it and fixed it in 5 minutes. I said what do I owe you, and he said nothing! I knew it wasnt an expensive fix, but still really appreciate the kind gesture. Great service, great people! Thanks.

Fast in and out, drove down to Orlando from NYC for vacation. Noticed some periodic vibrations from my rear wheels at about 70-80 mph. They fixed the problem right away. Very polite and courteous staff.

Went here, on a holiday, because I had a screw in my tire. The folks quickly took my car in. they informed me that the screw didnt actually puncture the tire entirely, and after confirming the pressure was okay and all four sent me on my way. That kind of honesty, quick service, and politeness - especially on a holiday. If Im ever in need in Orlando again I will certainly come here

I’ve been going to Riker’s for a couple of years and have always received great service. However, after today, I don’t feel comfortable going back. Not a single employee was wearing a face covering, there was no plexiglass between the employees at the desk and the customers, and there was little to no social distancing happening. I did not feel safe and will not be returning to an establishment that doesn’t seem to care about the safety of their customers or employees.

Got a nail in our tire and had to get off the turnpike. Came across Riker’s and can’t say enough about the entire experience! Curtis was so nice, professional and the entire staff were very friendly and the place was really clean. They put a new tire on and had us on our way in no time! We highly recommend them!!!

My car broke down and I had it towed to Riker’s Because it was the closest option. I had never been to or worked with them before. I spoke with Tyler and he helped me get everything situated. Worked with me calling back and forth to figure out my best options and though they weren’t able to help me (only because my vehicle was under warranty at another location) They were able to diagnose what was wrong with my car quickly and efficiently! I definitely will be coming back should I need any other fixings for my car! Amazing customer service and they seem to really care about their customers and what is best for their customers needs instead of just trying to make a sale. Bittersweet experience today. Bitter because i got a flat tire on the way from Icon Park... SWEEEET because this place is less than a mile away and the service was the best! Even though Elwin had to deliver the bad news that I needed a new tire, he made it a great experience for me, and I did not feel bad swiping mh card. Also unlike Firestone AND Discount Tires who allowed me to get on an 8 hour road trip with a tire that was headed out the door because they didnt tell me the truth, Elwin was upfront with me and showed me the signs that my tires had limited life and I should address one when I get home but the difference between the 2... the one he replaced needed immediate attention. He was very kind and smiling and turned a pocket-painful experience into a very pleasant experience. Thank you Elwin you are amazing.. keep smiling!!

These guys were great! Elwin was super helpful when I was explaining the work I needed done (a simple oil change and tire replacement) and never once tried to sell me an unnecessary service. He showed me what was wrong with my tire and explained how much it would cost to replace it. The whole experience took about an hour and a half and was pretty affordable for the work done. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have to say the guys at Rikers have really helped me since bringing my vehicle to them. Their prices are so affordable, and they make sure you get the right work done for your car. I had Elwin assist me in my vehicle making sure everything that was needed to have the car running was done properly and explained everything to me thoroughly. Fast service great staff

Came in with a tire issue and found out that I need to get all of my tires replaced. Riker’s was able to replace all four tires in under 3 hours, which was amazing. They are honest, very helpful and friendly and I knew my car was in good hands. They turned what could’ve been a very stressful situation into something that was easily handled.
