I had my tires aligned and balanced. However it was an okay experience. I was a little disappointed, the fact that we gave them my car information it was a hybrid which you don’t hear the car on snd yet checking the battery. The battery was fully charged. Also the fact I asked for an estimate on a price for a service and the price was extremely high. We felt uncomfortable and being pushed away. The looks were like we didn’t belong there. Am sorry for my poor review, gave it a 3stars because decent price for alignment and balance. ;(

Really great prices and they dont try to sell you on stuff you dont need. Hard to find trustworthy and talented mechanics nowadays, but Rubens didnt let me down. Definitely will be going back when I need more work done. Thanks again guys for the help.

The mechanic is limited in what he does. His name is Jose and he walks around the place pretty clean like he doesn’t get his hands dirty. Javier is a good guy but he can only go by what the mechanics tell him it seems. They charged me for work that another mechanic found was not done and caused me even more money to repair. When I went back for the 3rd time with the engine issue their answer was to replace the engine for more money. New mechanic righted what was not done right. They did give me a refund once they were threatened with the action news. I’d watch myself here except for maybe tire purchases. I did not have to replace the engine. It was a $550.00 repair and my car runs good now.

I went in for a 4 wheel alignment. Javier is very respectful and attentive to ones needs. He advised me of other issues that were noted on my vehicle during the routine inspection. Nothing I wasnt aware of, which shows me hes running an honest operation and not making stuff up to get more money. Definitely recommending this business to family and friends.

Good service car drove much better after 4 wheel alignment. The only thing I did not like was when I picked up car I told them I had a groupon she printed receipt and gave a paper stapled to it showing the changes made. Did not explain anything about the paper or the job they did. It is usually expected when you take your car anywhere to get serviced they should at least say we did a good job and your vehicle should drive better for you now. Little bit of care for your customer goes a long way. Other then that they did a great job!

The job was done.. and problem fixed. But my minicooper ended with scratches by the driver side... Id recommend that they take care of how they place or park in their tight parking lot.

I am from out of town and needed an oil change. Found this business on Groupon and close to my sons house. They were able to service my car when I arrived. Highly recommend.

I was on a road trip and had a tire losing air due to a nail puncture. I pulled in to see these guys with no reservation at the end of the work day. They tried a patch first and when that didnt work, they used a plug but only charged me the lower cost of the plug. Super fast, well priced and honest. I definitely recommend.

I went in with a flat tire. First, they attempted to patch the tire. Given the conditions, I needed to replace the tire. Then they gave me the options of new or used. I appreciated their honest feedback and on top of that gave me some advice for another unrelated car issue. Really great service and very happy with the price. I would go to them again for other services.

These guys donot know what they are doing. Spent over $800 on labor plus parts. My truck spent over a month at the shop. Milton the shop manager kept giving me different diagnosis making me spend more and more money. I picked up my truck and took to another shop and fixed for under $80 . if you donot know about electric mechanic you should not advertise as you do. Horrible experience

This place was awesome! Yesterday I had a blow out and the tire was completely destroyed. Before I got to Ruben’s, I stopped at 4 other tire establishments and they did not want to work on the tire. The other tire shops said there was “no way to take off the tire without cutting it off, and one guy didn’t even try to take it. It’s around 5:30 on a Saturday, and a lot of other shops are closing or already closed. I noticed Ruben’s doors were still open so I pulled in. I explained to the gentlemen the issue with my tire and without question he told me to let him see the tire and he said he could get the tire off. I believe the name of the manger on duty was Javier, and he even gave a hand to his guys to get my tire off. It looked like they were doing surgery on my tire and sure enough they removed it and replaced it with a good quality used one. The service here was great! The crew and the manager were experienced and curteous. They could of sent me away like the other establishments, but they worked with me and they got the job done. Now I will not go anywhere else with my business. I will only go to Ruben’s Tires, I recommend this to all.

My tire was beyond repair. I pulled into Rubens on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Woman at front desk, seems like the Manager or should be due to her being very helpful and knowledge of the repair shops procedures and inventory. I drop tire off and was called back about 2:45pm. I noticed that my other tire could be replaced. I ask and I was told to go home again, I live very close, and they would retrieve the other new tire at their warehouse. Mind you, the business closes at 4pm. I was called at 3:45pm with two new tires.All employees treated me with respect and complete friendliness.Not many businesses go out of their way anymore, let alone on a Sunday.If you have any automotive or tire issues, check with them, you wont be disappointed.Also I wanted a full spare, so I will be bringing the Rim and slightly used tire I replaced and they stated they would place it on for no charge.Great customer service.Bravo to this place.

I went in thinking Id need to get a used tire but my tire was still good and only needed a patch. They took care of me and helped me keep some money in my pocket. I needed 2 front tires really bad and of course I needed them on a Sunday!! Most tire places are closed so I googled tire places near me and Reubens Tires came up. I called the location nearest to me and they didnt have them but gave me the other location about a mile up the road. The experience with this place was great. We had driven around to other locations trying to find the right size tire, which no one had, but they did. The staff was expremely nice and got it done in a timely manner. When everything was finalized and was about to leave, it was great to see they they actually used the same tire that was already on the car. All around will be back!

The team at Ruben’s is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had my truck’s suspension inspected and then aligned for a reasonable price. They were helpful by pointing out things I could fix myself.

I havent actually had an repair work done by these guys - however, if I ever need it I am heading there. heres why: my wife was taking her old car to CarMax down the road on Semoran for an appraisal before we got a new one, but her engine seriously overheated on the way. Luckily, she was right near these guys and they were so courteous and helpful, they helped cool down the engine, gave us more for the road in case it happened again, and gave us advice as to what they thought was wrong, how much it could cost etc. all at no charge. Thats how places should operate, but too few do. Thats why I felt compelled to give them a review and will head there if I have have an issue with our cars.

If you have a car problem, and dont have alot of money. You should get to know Rubens Tires. There are a few locations. My review is more about Mr. Ruben than anything else. He had my car in for major engine trouble, and loaned me a car so I could get to work. The car he gave me was probably worth more than my ps car.I advise you to get to know Rubens tires. Fast, easy, and painless. I went there during my lunch break and was able to get my tire patched and changed. It was cheap, less than 20 dollars. Universal Nissan charged me 36 last time and i was already buying a tire from them on top of patching another. I was planning to go back to Universal Nissan because my tire has a warranty but this place made me glad i didnt. They took care of me right away.
