Last Monday I had an appointment to change the oil in my old car. I always go to Tuffy or Walmart but I wanted to try this store because I got a 21.99 offer for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went to the store I noticed that the manager was very stressed. When I said hello to him he did not answered me back so kind of rude. I asked for his name and he said it was on the business card (rude once again) As soon I told him about the coupon, he acted worse and he didnt want to do it because this one was 55.99 😳😳😳 You guys need to be clear in your ads and dont let people waisting there time. The Managers name is George Chester, very bad experience

I had to bring my car in for new tires and possibly getting a new control arm a different shop had told me I needed. George was amazing in taking care of me and when he took a look at the control arm he found out that the other shop had actually lied to me to mark up the quote. He showed me the actual parts I needed to replace and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. Honesty and integrity go along way. I will only be doing business with him from now on. Great service.

I have been coming to this shop for the past couple years and always felt well taken care of and was always recommending them to friends, but ever since Mario left I feel like their integrity went out the window. The last few visits I had has made me lose all trust in them. At one point they told me my battery was bad, so I had it tested elsewhere and it was totally fine (as I had suspected for a less than 2 year old battery). Now today, I go in for an oil change, and walk out with a quote for over $1600 worth of work including a quote for shocks which THEY REPLACED at this very same location last year in March 2020. For such hefty priced repairs they are suggesting, they need to be looking better at the vehicle. Absolutely no reason for my shocks to be changed again so soon. Because of my visit today, I examined my car more closely than I usually do after getting work done, and discovered they only rotated one side of tires and left the other side alone. I also noticed that the tire I had to replace due to a screw in the sidewall 3 months ago, is a completely different tire tread than my other 3 tires...why?!?! I have never and would never agree to getting a different tire than the others. I guess it is my mistake for trusting that they would actually use the same tire I ASKED for, and not looking at it when the repair was done. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and feel like they don’t care about anything other than getting another (unneeded) repair on the invoice. I will not be coming back to this shop again.

I have been using these guys for over 10 years. I hardly ever write reviews but after this last time I will always use them. They made an honest mistake and put mud terrain tires instead of all terrain of the same brand (toyo) on my truck. Unfortunately the manufacturer was on back order for 5 months but they had already swapped out the tires. They said dont worry about it, just ride around on those tires until the other ones come in, so I was able to ride around for 5 months on the other tires. Thank you guys!

Dont go here if you need anything more than an oil change. They can change your oil no problem, but if you need to explain anything more in depth, good luck.After having some work done that didnt fix my issue, I brought it back a couple days later with a very accurate description and reproduction steps, so I could demonstrate to them when the issue was happening. They brought it into the shop, looked at it for a couple minutes, and instead of asking when I was seeing the issue I described, they told me there was no problem, then I was told I was using it wrong. Oh, then the kid behind the desk started bragging about how perfectly his new 2021 works!I was handed my keys and told to leave. Was not allowed to explain or demonstrate. Asking for a manager got me nowhere, there is no manager here, I guess?In their own parking lot, before I even left, it happened again, so I attempted to walk inside, asked if I could show them, because it literally just happened, but the kid at the desk blocked the door with his body, would not let me in, and said they were done with my car, and wont look at it again.Car is still having issues, no clue if they made it better or worse, and corporate is opening a ticket to see about a refund.

Read the reviews from their website and other Google reviews. They took me in without an appointment and gave me a fair price for my repairs. They showed me the issue and showed me what needed to be done. James the store manager was polite and the Service Manager Wes was great he explained the issue I was having and explained the estimate to me. They even explained the benefits of the Tire Kingdom card and showed me the rebates they currently were offering. I would definitely do business with them again. Great bunch of guys!

The only reason I’m not giving them a 5 stars is because the wifi is extremely bad. I asked beforehand if they had wifi available to use because I needed to work on a couple things while waiting, I was told they do, but while being there the wifi barely works. It took 15 minutes to open one page. I would expect them to have much better wifi for customers to use while waiting 1+ hours. Besides that, the service was good and their price match excellent. Just consider fixing the wifi.

That did a fantastic job working on my vehicle. The tire price was great because they match and beat firestone. I was so thankful for everything.

I find it strange that you have to sign a receipt saying that you received these services. Alignment check, battery check, safety check....but they didnt check the Alignment. Pretty sure they didnt check the battery.

Recently made an appoint on a Tuesday for installation of 4 tires marked as in-stock. Appoint was made for 6 days later on Monday. I arrived for my appointment and they told me they didn’t have tires and I could leave my car for a few days if I wanted. I wasted time with them and trying to keep other users from doing the same.

Ive been a customer at this store for 20 years. Rarely take my cars anywhere else for general maintenance. They always treat me fair and get the job done quickly without any pressure sales or questionable repairs.

Love this place, saved me plenty of money found them 3yrs ago. Customer service is amazing, Ive add road hazzard warrant on all my tires on each one of my vehicles and their price is much cheaper for the warranty against, Firestone, and Nissan. One time I had to being one of my tire in about 4 times due a nail on the 4th time they just replaced the tire with a new tire for $2.23. Another time they were able to fix my tire when nail was in side wall for free, when Firestone and Nissan states its impossible to fix sidewalls hazardous, they gave me only option was to buy a new tire

Be careful at that place. Understand that the employees dont earn per hr, they earn their income per jobs done.So, i recently purchased tires and they will add charges without your consent and overcharge for extra dumb warranties you never agreed on. I checked my invoice and realized that over 150 dollars of stuff have been added on. When i asked they quickly said that they can remove these charges because they were in the wrong to overcharge me. The manager wouldnt even look at me in the eyes, he would rather go hide in the back. They are hustle dollars and i bet they will invent some story that you need whatever for your car just so they can make money from you when your car is perfectly fine. Now, i have to call corporate because they promised to mail me my 150 dollars and they havent. They knew they wouldnt because they informed to call the Corporate office if i dont get my money back in the mail. Do you yourself a favor, dont go there. They will use your innocence to upcharge whats not needed for their commissions because THERES NO hr employee there and also, they dont make money with Oil changes. So you will ALWAYS need new tires or brakes when you go. Trust me. They hate to sell tires thats not their brand. cause they make little to no commission on these. Be careful. Check your invoices.

Always had a good experience with Tire Kingdom as their customer service should be used as a benchmark for similar shops. Wanted to push up an appointment made for the following day and instead of giving me the standard, sorry, were completely booked excuse (which, according to the appointment list clearly visible behind the counter, they certainly were) the service manager, Wes, suggested that if I could leave the car, he would get to it by the end of the day. I told him no problem as he was being more than accommodating. He could have easily told me to stick to my normal appointment...but instead, he went above and beyond and was essentially able to work me into different areas of the shop as I was having several things done during my service. Sincerely appreciate the efforts of Wes and his team...and you will too.

Michael was very helpful and patient with me while I was trying to figure out what products I needed. He helped me and explained all the different options I had and also explained the different services that were offered. He was very nice and courteous.

I am impressed with the precautionary measures they are taking for COVID, all employees were wearing masks and the store was clean. Out of all the repair shops that Ive been to (in between the 3 cars that Ive had), this is the best one. The prices might seem a little steep at first, but for the quality and excellent service that they provide, its totally worth it. Every time Ive had an issue, Mario not only took care of it, he went 2 miles extra just so I can leave satisfied with my service. Ditch your discount/cheap shops and mechanics, and come here. They definitely know what theyre doing and can provide world class customer service.

This location has always been my go to and every time I come back they remind me why. The techs here are all beyond polite and patient. Mario and Robert were both very helpful and friendly and you can tell these are people who care about their jobs and what’s best for the customer. No hidden sales tactics, and no weird treatment because I was a girl. As long as I’m in Orlando this is where I’ll be coming, highly recommend to anyone local.

The team members were really friendly. I called ahead about a oil change and they were very accurate about length of time and the manager when I arrived was telling someone he had promised me to get done first. I really appreciated it. Also they provided me some good information about additional items that I need to think about getting done soon. Team members were all really friendly and helpful.The one thing I would recommend is corporate providing them 2 new lobby chairs. They are very past the life expectancy as you can feel every spring that you are sitting on top of.

Front desk guy Gil was more than accommodating. Made one request: DONT USE THE F***ing IMPACT ON MY WHEEL LOCKS. Turn my head for 2 seconds and one of his mechanics is grinding away with the impact. It was because of Tire Kingdom last time that I had to get a new wheel key. Fool me twice, shame on me. Poor Gil tried to make it right by cutting me a deal on getting a new stud that they probably cross-threaded. Im never coming back. Also my receipt for mounting and balancing 2 tires I bought says brake labor for which they charge me .4 hours of the hourly rate. That would be great if it didnt take them over an hour when there was no wait when I walked in.

They are an affiliate of Silver Rock, which is the warranty company DriveTime uses. If you my need warranty work done through Silver Rock dont go here. I took my car to them for a wheel alignment and inspection to see if anything need to be fix within my 30 day 1500 miles warranty that came on my car. I was told my power steering pump has a slight leak after I ask them to take a look at it. They were supposed to contact Silver Rock to see if its covered under the warranty. Ive been to this Tire Kingdom 3 times and every time I was told they would call and get back to me no later than the next day. I havent heard from them yet and its been a week. And now I closer to the end of the warranty. Now I have to pay another shop to do another inspection and have them contact the warranty company.

Had an oil leak, everyone I called and explained what was happening told me it would be a oil pan replacement. Took it to Mario and his team, they tightened the oil plug and on our way. They were fast and very honest!! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs honest, fast service!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this location. I called earlier in the day to ask about making an appointment or if I needed to make one for my tire alignment and I was informed to just come in. I waited 3 hours to watch the some workers smoke cigarettes and carry on as though they were on break and apologize for the wait. Just to end up being given the manager’s card for a free oil change. Thanks but no thank you as I won’t be returning to this location. That was just ridiculous and a tire alignment (even with 2 cars ahead) doesn’t take that long.

Guys at the Poinciana store were great

Been here a few times and they always take care of me with enthusiasm and speed. They know what theyre doing and do their best to help you out. Today Robert went out of his way to make sure I got in and out so I could get to work on time!

Had a nail in my tire so I stopped in at 7AM hoping to be able to make it to work by 8:30. I was in and out in 30 minutes and they patched my tire for free. Just handed my keys and told me to have a good day. I don’t know if this is standard but I will definitely be coming back in the future because of it.

Had to have an emergency tire change, Daniel was happy to take us just past closing and got it in, out, and done in less than fifteen minutes. Very grateful and happy for such quick and thoughtful service! Thank you guys so much.

Got 4 new tires and alignment and the service advisors were very friendly. My steering wheel ended up being a couple points off (wasnt fully center) which happens occasionally after an alignment and they took it right back and fixed it quickly no questions asked. Their other services also seem fairly priced for the area. Will return for future services!

Worst place Ive ever been! Went there to get my brakes fixed. Took them 6 hours to get done when they told me it would take 3 hours. I had to call them back to even know that my car was done. And when I got there I found out that they broke my car door. Then when I finally left and I was driving home I had to slam on my brakes. I found out it was because they forgot to bleed the brakes. And they screwed me over and I had to argue with them to fix my door. When they finally did it they didnt even get the cover to match the door handles. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ive never felt so mistreated.

Came here for an alignment and was greeted by a friendly staff. Took just long enough to go to lows and grab a sausage and eat it. Clean shop employees were all polite and friends.

Dont make promises you cant keep! I came in one day to get new tires, was told I needed a realignment. Fine. I said that I needed to be able to leave at 11:30 at the latest. Daniel guaranteed it would be done by then No worries I got your back. He then left, and at 11:25 I was asking to pay, they were trying to charge me for an alignment they hadnt done! I told them I needed to leave right then. They didnt have my car to me until after 11:00. I came in the next week -MISTAKE- for them to finish the alignment. Ended up needing something else with over an hour to spare. I asked how long it would take and again Daniel PROMISED me theyd be done by 11:30 so I could pick up my daughter from preschool 30 minutes away. If he had said that it might not be done in time I could have come up with alternative transportation. They werent done until 11:50. I will NEVER go back to this location or recommend it to my friends. Awful. Dont promise and guarantee things you cant deliver on.

I would never recommend this place all they do is make up excuses charge you without actually doing the job. you rather go to a mom-and-pop shop then go to another corporate mess.

I had such a great experience taking my car in to get work done on my brakes. I wasnt talked down to or felt like they were trying to confuse me which is always a worry I have when taking my care in for service. After several attempts by multiple TK locations, the manager on duty at thisTire Kingdom took the initiative to once and for all find the spot on one of my tires that was very slowly leaking air. In addition to his determination and expertise he was both personable and professional. As soon as I arrived for my scheduled appointment and got out of my truck he met me in the parking lot and immediately proceeded to diagnose the problem and found the leak within a couple of minutes. The tech had it repaired and I was on my way in under an hour with no charge since I had purchased the tires there and will do so again when that time comes.

Complete service. Helping a little old lady all the way to her car, making sure she got in safely. Just one of many reasons I will never take my car anywhere else! Great job guys!

Went through the nightmare of getting a flat tire on the highway the night before coming to tire kingdom, called them first thing in the morning. I spoke with Robert who was very helpful in finding the tire for me on a Mercedes GLE at a VERY good price. (Which they didn’t have at their store, they went and picked it up for me) Within just a couple of hours of our conversation Robert and his team had my car set and ready to go.

Service took a while. Not enough staff and the ones there were on break. The gentleman I dealt with was professional and courteous (Christian), but service was just slow. Guy working on my tire was spotted once time leaning on my car on his phone then another time sitting on the already repaired tire on his phone. I spent about 1.5hrs to get my tire patched. Too long? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ben was great and took care of me and my car. This was the second time at this Tire Kingdom and I was satisfied with the service and quality of work. Eventhough there were 3 people ahead of me, Ben went from behind the cashier counter and assisted with the service to speed things up. Great initiative. I will be back.

Needed one tire. Technician changed the wrong tire and when I called they didnt want to believe they made a mistake. Went to another shop and they verified that the wrong tire was changed. I will not return here.

Avoid at all costs. I took my truck in to see if they could patch a tire. I told them the tire was in the back. Before they even looked at the tire they were trying to sell me new tires. All I wanted was my tire patched so I could finish my vacation. After this I just left. These are not the type of people you want your vehicle repaired by.

I booked my walk in maintenance through CarAdvise and Tire Kingdom provides the service. CarAdvise did a poor job at relaying the required services but Robert at Tire Kingdom worked through the kinks of the request and was able to provide me with the discounted rate. I appreciate when people go above and beyond to help customers, so I will be returning for future services. I recommend if you plan on using CarAdvise that you visit the South Semoran location and ask for Robert to assist you with your car needs.

Go somewhere else! Their prices are ridiculous! Theres one guy that attended me that I question myself as to how he got hired and is still there. They have a waiting room inside the store in the back and a little waiting room in the front. I was in the front and this guy was on his phone talking dirty to his gf/wife. To say the least I left. He also is very rude. I had a lot of questions and he was not in the mood to answer them, nor care. So I dont recommend this place to anyone. Run while you still can!

Sent my Son down to get tires rotated, he bought road hazard for them about 2 years ago and they turned him away?? They said tires had dry rot around the rims? I don’t think so!! The guy asked if he parked outside and my Son said yes like 70% of people do!! I called down after I talked to him and the Manager apologized and took care of it for us:) couple things that makes me mad is first they turned him away to begin with after he paid for extended warranty and second they try to come up with money making problems like front end alignment, new tires after only about 20k miles and said struts are weak?? They said struts on a 2013 Kia Optima go bad after around 50k miles?? I don’t think so!! I’ve been going to this same store for about 20 years and have never been treated this way!! I guess Tire Iingdom is pushing to increasesales?? Not a good practice in my opinion!Sincerely kinda mad customer!

They forgot to put the bolts on our tire!!! Our 19 year old daughter had two new tires put on her car and when they rotated the older ones to the front they FORGOT to put the bolts on the right front tire. Our daughter got in an accident a few minutes after pulling out of the parking lot and the car has been in the shop for 5 weeks! And they refuse to give us a refund! Total negligence!

These guys are amazing!! Just a few days after the hurricane, my daughter, a college student, was stranded on the side of the road when she ran over debris and her tire blew out. Unfortunately her spare tire went flat as well, and she was waiting for a tow truck. I called (from my Delaware home almost 1000 miles away) and spoke to Matt. I knew the store was closing in just 20 minutes, but after I shared my daughters situation, Matt offered to stay open until her car was towed in. He, and another gentleman, replaced her two front tires and had her on her way. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for taking care of her. I would recommend your services to anyone! You are truly kind and compassionate.

Came in for a balance and alignment. Took them three hours to get tires balanced and rotated (incorrectly). The next day I had a long drive and the car was almost underivable. At least double the vibration after they did the work. Had to have the entire job done again less than 48 hours later at another Tire Kingdom who have done good work for me. I dont know what is going on at this location but I would avoid if you can. Worth the drive to get to one that is run properly.

I brought my jeep in to look at my back up camera and they said they would order a new one and call me when it came in and never called me back after waiting two weeks. I called several times and left messages for the manager and STILL no one even had the decency to ever call me back. Very disappointed in this team and center.

I recently was rescued by Tire Kingdom on Semoran! My battery was going bad and suddenly all the engine lights in the dash were going off - my husband had a 1 hr commute to work the following morning. After being turned away by two other established vehicle repair ops I pulled into Tire Kingdom when shutters were being closed. The Service Manager Robert actually stayed back on a Sunday evening to take care of us! He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. We are new to the area and they have won our business. We are scheduling our oil change with them this weekend! Kudos to the Tire Kingdom S. Semoran team.

With a new manager in place, Ben Carson, this Tire Kingdom is where you can trust your vehicle to be serviced properly and correctly. Mr Carson has completley turned the reputation of this Tire Kingdom around. From the time you enter through the doorway, the employees are pleasant and professional. There is fresh coffee in the waiting room and the restrooms are extremely clean. However, what makes this place unique is customer service in a pleasant atmosphere. There are no sales pitches, . But they do make you aware of Tire Kingdoms special advertised savings that are posted throughout the business. Ive had my tires replaced, balanced and aligned over the past 10 years at this location and Ive got rotten service as other have mentioned. However, tht is not the case now at South Semoran. Mr Carson provides the customer with a hands-on, show me style of service. Customers are involved in the service. I would highly recommend those that are experiencing unpleasant service at other Tire Kingdom locations to consider changing over to this one and get the same prices that are offered but with less hassle but better customer service. All of this due to the customer service experience that Mr Carson brings to this location. It has really been a remarkable turn around. Highly recommended.

Went to get a oil change after confirming with “Mario” & then when I arrived I was told he couldn’t do my oil change he was too backed up ! What a big chain to turn down a customer!! Will never service my car at tire kingdom again !

Robert was very helpful and quick with helping me out with my tires and getting me in and out quockly 😀
