Somehow I ended up running over one of those things you use to put furniture together. Basically the entire thing was inside of my tire. I didn’t think I’d be able to make it home with a psi of 13 so I stopped in to see if I could get it patched. Nick, the store manager, and everyone else working were able to take it out and patch my tire for me no problem. It took less than an hour and I was on my way home. 10/10 would recommend. Always super friendly staff and work hard and quickly to take care of their customers.

Wow this place was a life saver for me and my family. (Back story: After an terrible experience trying to deal with thrifty rental here in FL. The car we picked up had issues from the start, two tires pretty much flat beening told its fine by the staff at the airport, to later come back to the car with flats.) So I got a hold of this awesome place. The Manger Nick was outstanding and his crew. They took care of us and got us back on our mini vacation. Having car troubles while on vacation is never something you want to experience. However, after my excellent service at Walt Disney’s Car Care Center, I am relieved to know there is a reliable place to go if I ever need service again. I was having air issues in one of my tires. I made an appointment and dropped my car off. 18 minutes after my appointment time, they called to tell me they found a nail and fixed my tire. I then worried about how much something like this would cost on Disney property. I wish ALL my car issues cost as little as this. All the employees are welcoming, kind and honest. I haven’t had this great of car service when I’m back home. I would HIGHLY recommend them, especially if you’re trying to enjoy a Disney vacation.

I was Very Pleased with the service they provided to me today... I thought I had a flat tire, but it turned out to be a leaking valve stem... They replaced the valve stem and got me on the way in about 30 minutes...When we return to Disney next year, I will certainly use them for Any of my car Maintenance issues... I was there a few weeks ago had an issue with vehicle I rented! I called and talked with someone on the phone told me they would let there manager know, he was ready with keys to a nicer vehicle in his pocket and paper work done!!! They were apologetic and I was in and out in 5min including luggage swap. I used enterprise the man picked me up was nice and willing to share info on the area also pointed out land marks for my drive back to the resort I was at. I dropped the car at a different location.

It was a bit over prices. But what do ya expect ...its on Disney ground. My crv had oil change.apparently my back lights were out...they noted it on receipt but didnt tell me. I didnt look at receipt fully until I got home a few days later...apparently I was driving with no back tail lights...i think they should have told me what they found.i paid $85 for oil change. I will go to Wal-Mart next time

I have brought my car in a few times here already to get it looked at. The last time I brought it in, they got my A/C working thanks to a blower motor I bought elsewhere & gave them to install. A couple days ago, my car started running rough, so I left it here. I used a code scanner I have which told me that there was a cylinder misfire so I basically needed new spark plugs & ignition coils. When I talked to them on the phone yesterday, I was originally quoted little over $1,000 for the spark plugs & ignition coils. I was offered a tuneup on the transmission speed sensor or something along those lines for an additional $374. I told them to replace the spark plugs & ignition coils first. I got a call around 2 P.M. saying my car was good to go. When I came to pick up my car, the total cost of the repair was $230 more than I was originally quoted. Im glad that they got my car back in working order but I wish I was told about any additional costs.

I took my Prius in because some of the dash lights were coming on. When they ran the diagnostic they found that the repairs I would need would be around $1700. Jerry took the time to do some research and found that this part might be covered under an extended warranty. I never would have thought of that due to the age and mileage. Jerry brought me the number to call and all the information I needed to make the call. Even though it meant I had to take the car to a dealership and they would make no money off of the repairs, Jerry pointed me in the right direction. I had always gone to them when I used to live here and now I remember why! I can’t say enough good about them and they certainly have me business again now that I moved back to the area.

We wanted to leave one night to grab ice cream only to find our vehicle didn’t work! Called the car care center they were out in 15 minutes to jump our vehicle! Replaced our battery and within an hour we were on our way! Went out the next day and it didn’t start again! They had to replace our smaller battery, but agin we were on our way within an hour! Amazing people and quality care. Highly, recommend!

Found a nail the tire, and they put air in the tire per my request. Later in the day they fix the issue. During the drive back home we discovered that the repaire was not done properly and we needed keep putting air in the tire. As a professional driver for 31 years I know there is a cheep way to fix a tire and one proper way to fix a flat, they choose the cheep way. Now I need to get the job redone.

Jerry the manager seems like a nice guy and is likeable but if you trust what he tells you, you will most likely be disappointed. My wife who works at Disney has used them several time because it is located close to her work so she can get a ride to work from their location and get a ride back to their location from friends at work since she normally gets off work after the Care Care Center normal work hours. She recently needed service for her AC which wasnt cooling. She arranged for them to fill her system with freon and then leave the keys where she could find them. When she got off work and arrived to pick up her vehicle, the keys werent there. It was late at night and dark and potentially dangerous for a lady to be alone. When my wife called, I immediately tried to reach Jerry thru any numbers I had for the company but to no avail. I tried to reach the police to see if they had any contact info which they didnt and to let them know about my wifes presence at the shops location and her vulnerability. We were able to get an Uber to get her home safely without her vehicle and one to take her back to the shop the next day. Below is a synopsis of what happened from there.I recently needed to find a good auto repair shop due to a quote for an AC issue on my wifes vehicle from another car care center near Disney where my wife works. They claimed her car needed freon so we had them replace the freon and put dye into the system so if it leaked they would know where it was leaking. The AC still didnt cool so she took the car back and was told it needed a compressor and new hose and more freon costing over $1,000.I called Goodyear and spoke with Adam to get a competitive quote but he said they didnt do quotes like that but if we would bring the car in they would assess the problem and let us know what the issue was and give a quote. We left the car with them and a couple hours later they called and told us there was no red dye in the system and after filling it with freon and putting it under pressure they couldnt find any issues. We were skeptical but paid a discounted price for the service and freon and crossed our fingers hoping the AC would continue blasting out cold air. A week later the AC was still working perfectly.The most important thing to take away from my experience is that Adam has integrity and you can trust what he tells you. I have now taken my vehicle to Adam for my 100,000 mile service work and am totally pleased with the work and the reasonable price. I give them the highest recommendation possible and am so happy to find an honest repair shop where I no longer have to worry that my wife and I will be ripped off when we need service on our vehicles.

Ive always been cautious about car mechanics, but these guys really know their stuff, give very fair prices and own the work on your car. They are not local to me but I work down here and I am going to make them my go to from now on.

The car care center definitely tried to take advantage of a me, young lady with air conditioning problems in my pickup truck while on vacation to Disney. They looked at my truck and called me to quote almost $2300 to replace my compressor. When asked about a cost breakdown they couldn’t give me one. After calling my mechanic that told me he would put my truck on a rollback and drive it home before he paid that- (just to have the car care center look at my car was $100 that I was charged when I picked it up) I went to Rikers, a different mechanic about 20 minutes away. My car was fixed for $1700 and in a single day. (Definitely recommended Rikers and they are AAA certified)They also have incorrect hours posted and no shuttle service back to the parks at the car care center so you’ll have to Uber anywhere you go. This place definitely put a damper on my vacation.

We were leaving Fort Wilderness with camper in tow when the engine light started blinking (much more serious than a solid light) on my 2003 300K Tahoe. Engine was running rough and we had a 500 mile trip ahead of us with our 4 year old grandson. We called Anthony at Care Care and he told us to bring it in and they will check it out. They let me unhook the camper on-site while they pulled it into the shop. I was nervous because I dont just let anyone work on our vehicle. We had no choice now. After just an hour of wait time, they diagnosed the exact problem and fully explained it to and provided the cost estimate. They ordered the parts and made the repairs all in just a couple of hours. Turned out I had two bad plug coils. I was thankful they were nearby and professional. They also recommended that I replace all coils because they tend to go out around the same time but also didnt pressure me to have that optional work done now. Thankful for their professional service. We made it safely back to Atlanta!P.S. Only thing I would recommend is adding another sign to direct you to where the shop is once you turn into the plaza. They are in the back beside the rental car building behind the gas station and its hard to figure out where to turn exactly. Dont make my mistake and go to bus area.

My radiator blew as we were parking at Disney Springs, we had to be in Daytona by 5:30 that same day. I called and Jerry took such great care of us, he sent Arnie with the tow truck & got us to the shop in no time & on the road by 3:30. So very friendly, professional & trustworthy.Highly recommend.

Had my timing belt replaced and they did great work for a fair price! I had called ahead to make sure they’d have the parts they needed for the job and they ended up missing one, so make sure to emphasize that when calling. It delayed the job by a day and I had to spend $100 on a rental next door. But I’m giving a four stars because of their friendliness and pricing!

The staff was extremely friendly and the job was done in a timely manner. However, we had one issue from our experience: communication. They kept saying that we would get a call for updates. We had to initiate every phone call after dropping the car off. They called us one time first to tell us the car would be available at 12pm. We arrived about 15-20 minutes after 12 to pick up the car (to ensure we got it before they closed that day & to maximize our time at the park that day). When we arrived, we were told the car was not going to be ready for a couple more hours. If you have the contact information and know that your original time was going to be off by a couple hours, you should call and let the vehicle owners know. We left the park to pick up the car (and being told it would be ready it two additional hours, by time we would have gotten back to the park, we wouldve only had 30 minutes before having to leave and go pick it up before they closed), there was no point in us trying to go back to the park in between. Overall, we lost 3+ hours we could have been in the park with the rest of our party which sucks considering the cost of park tickets for daily admission. Not a very magical experience. The only good thing was the attitudes of the staff at the Car Care Center.

Anthony and his crew are amazing. What could have been a pain the rear and cost us valuable vacation time was handled quickly and professionally. The tow truck came out with air and filled my tire so I could drive it from Bay Lake Tower to the Car Care Center. They had me fixed up and on my way within an hour. Still made our lunch reservation at Liberty Tree Tavern! :)

Stopped in with an unusual request of a seatbelt stuck under the back seat and Jerry was able to help us right away. Super nice and will definitely come back if a more serious issue ever occurs in the future.

On 9/28 i got a flat tire at Disney Springs. For hours I contacted State Farm Roadside Assistance with no success from either them (just a recording) or my (soon to be former) representative. 7 hours later I was given the phone number of Disney Car Care. Anthony said someone would be there in 15 minutes and they were. Joel, the tow truck driver, was great. He called upon arrival to tell me his Disney tow truck would not fit in the Disney garage. That was kind of strange, but anyway, Joel brought his air tank up to the third floor of the garage, filled the tire, which had a nail in it, and then took the tire off, put it in the trunk and put the spare tire on. All this happening in a monsoonal rainstorm. I was already soaked. Joel (NOT Jake from State Farm) rescued me from an already bad day. So thankful for his help, kindness and professionalism.

Emergency maintenance needed for a 6 hour drive home. The shop got me in right away and knocked out 4 new tires and an alignment in 2 hours. Pricing was also reasonable! Great service!

After checking out of WDW we found our van deader than dead. Tow truck driver was amazingly helpful to get it going instead of paying for the tow! Once we got to the car care clinic Anthony was extremely helpful and professional, even arranged for a drop off and pick up at the contemporary for us so we didn’t have keep three kids in the waiting room all day!Anthony kept in touch with regular check ins and he and his team went above and beyond to make sure the van was SAFE for our 6 hour drive and they made sure they completed the job before closing time so we could get on the road.

Went here because my brakes were making a noise. Jerry and Anthony were great!! Brought my jeep in and they said the brake pads had at least 50% left on them and something could have gotten in there from the ride down from NY. Got an oil change and tire rotation and on my way in an hour and a half!!

The guys at Disney Car Care went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s tire was fixed. Their expertise and guidance in how to handle the flat tire was great. What could have been a possible detour in our Disney plans, wasn’t an issue. The guys fixed the issue on the spot! Highly recommend this location for any car needs.

I’m a cast member and I took my car here and I was highly impressed. Jerry was so welcoming and quick to help me out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and to top it all off it only took them a day to fix my car. Most places take up to 2 to 3 weeks. I highly recommend taking your car here if you’re in Disney or Orlando area. You will not be disappointed.

I cant say Im always satisfied when renting from enterprise at the Disney car care location but its a 90% satisfaction rate because the employee there are helpful and the debit card option they have works great for me. But what I dont like is now theres a $300 deposit at this location when a few months ago it was only $200. But for the most part Im in and out fairly quickly .just remember to book days ahead this location can get busy in short notice because its right on Disney property

We are here on a trip and the skid plate came loose on our car and was dragging at every bump. They took care of it without us even having to wait. So professional and so friendly. If you have auto problems while at Disney, this is the place to go.

Went to get a tire repair from a damaged tire. I had to put the spare tire on. After the repair was complete they put my spare tire and all of the scattered pieces of the jack and tools back into the appropriate storage location. On our way to Disney World, we hit a truck tire remnant on the road which dented our front bumper and caused some under carriage damage. As a result, we had pieces of the undercarriage and bumper constantly dragging on the pavement.We called Jerry at WDW Car Care Center and he advised to bring it in so they could take a look. We took it in and within 30 minutes, the pieces that were dragging were put back into place and he sent us on our way.We dont usually get this kind of service and attention from an automotive car care center but this business obviously has taken customer experience seriously.Thank-you Jerry and team for a wonderful experience!

I was here a few months ago and Jerry and Robert were AMAZING. Robert helped jumped my car after the battery died and the engine misfired and I had to call Robert again. He towed me to Car Care and explained what happened, I wound up having to stay at a hotel so they could fix it the next day when they had the part to fix my car. They drove me to my hotel and charged me nothing. Everyone was VERY friendly and so, so helpful. Again, HUGE shoutout to Robert and Jerry!

Jose and his crew were incredible. I called them thirty minutes before closing and told them of my situation and he said he’d do his best to help me. He replaced my coolant and explained everything in a way I could understand. I really appreciated his help and would highly recommend his services if you’re having car trouble while vacationing at Disney world. Or for cast members. Or if you live in Orlando. My wife, daughter, and I had the unfortunate experience of a flat tire while staying at a Walt Disney World Resort. Little did I know, this would end up being a HUGE blessing in disguise.Initially, I planned to simply change the rear tire myself, then proceed on with our plans to go to Epcot. While changing the tire, I noticed that while the tread was very thick on 75% of the tire, the inside 25% was worn down to the steel belts. This led me to check the tread wear on the other rear tire as well, which much to my dismay had the same issue. The car was seriously out of alignment in the rear, something that the dealership where I have the vehicle serviced supposedly has checked at least twice in the last year and a half. (Needless to say they did not actually do so.)Anyway, here I am at Walt Disney World with two tires in need of replacement. A security guard came to the scene and suggested that I check out the Disney Car Care Center. I almost rolled my eyes because my first thought was Oh yeah... Lets go with Disney. They definitely will not overcharge me. Despite what I thought was my better judgment, I gave them a call. While I expected that I would be paying more, they were only a mile from the resort, and I did not want to spend my vacation looking all over the place for tires. Anthony answered my phone call and gave me my options along with prices. He encouraged me to check things out online to ensure that I was comfortable with everything. Much to my surprise, the Disney Car Care Centers prices were VERY fair. They were cheaper than multiple national chains and were able to get my tires (which are often difficult to find) within one day. The next day, I dropped the vehicle off early and one of the employees gave me a ride back to the resort. While my family and I enjoyed our vacation, Anthony and his colleagues mounted/ balanced my tires and performed a four-wheel alignment. The car was ready when we got back to the resort that afternoon, and we were back in business. The total price was more than reasonable, and what I thought was a huge bummer on my vacation ended up being a very pleasant experience all things considered.The story should have ended with that last statement, however, I need to share one more positive note. As I mentioned earlier, I put a spare tire on my vehicle initially. When doing so, the scissor jack failed as I was tightening the lugs and was temporarily wedged between the ground and the cars trim. This made the trim pop out from the car. I had planned to fix this when I returned home after my trip. When I went to do so just now, I noticed it was already fixed. The folks at the Disney Car Care Center fixed this free of charge and did not even mention it. That is good, honest, quality work at its best. To sum things up, if you have car issues while vacationing at Walt Disney World, use the guys at the Car Care Center. They were absolutely fantastic. If I did not live over 600 miles away, I would definitely be a repeat customer!

Jose and his coworkers were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When my car broke down on my way to the resort, I brought it in and I could not be happier. They quickly determined the issue and communicated with me throughout the repairs process. Most importantly, their prices were fair and affordable. If I lived in the local area, I would definitely be a loyal customer.

I got a flat on I4 enroute to Disney on a sunday. Brought in the flat on Monday first thing, as we went to the park and they fixed it by end of day. Told him what mileage tire I wanted. Out the door for $109. This was convenient and I was grateful for their service since everyone else I called couldnt get me in until Wed that week or spend a few hours waiting. We were headed back upstate that Tues. They saved us a headache and made it easy.

This is my 4th time I am being here, I have always trouble on getting something completed.First time in I could understand that because of covid-19 situation, but as a member of the Emerald club with national, I have been in and out on a lot of these rentals and never had an issue.Here everything seems impossible, closing contract instead of extending them, you are suppose to arrive to swap the car and there are no cars available on the lot but they will give you back the car, that just until that day was to be return to change oil.Management have to be improved, thats just unbelievable, almost 360 days a year I am renting cars for business, cant believe that this is the first time I am facing multiple issues at the same place

The day before driving back to Wisconsin from Kissimmee, I noticed a screw in my tire. Jerry and his crew were able to quickly fit me into their schedule and repair my tire. 1300 miles later, through multiple down pours, my family and I arrived safely in Wisconsin. These guys treated me well and did great work! Tourists can rest easy with these guys. They treated me just as my local, trustworthy mechanic does!

My Vespa wouldnt start when I was stopped at the gas station right next to the car care center. So I pushed it over to see if they could help me. While they do not work on bikes, three of their mechanics did attempt to jump-start my bike and listen to it try to turn over. They couldnt tell what was wrong with it, but they also dont know motorcycles and scooters. The fact that they were willing to even attempt it and try to help me out, I really appreciate it. I have purchased an oil change in the past with my truck. They topped off all the fluids, changed the air filter, and rotated the tires for the same price. This is a wonderful place to get your vehicle serviced if you are in the area. They will truly take care of you. Though they are a separate entity from Disney, you will still leave with that Disney feeling. Thanks for everything guys!

Hours posted all over and their line appointment system dont reflect their actual hours. However, they do quick work at fair prices, which is something when you are dealing with a rather expensive souvenir.

I have been to Car Care Center at least 5 times in the many years I have visited Disney World I have always had a very good experience with their service. Today I had another great experience. Jerry at the front desk answered my phone call and concerns and told me to come over as soon as possible and he would be able to get me in for service with in a half hour. I immediately drove over and walked in and pulled my Jeep into the work bay with in 20 minutes I was on my way back to the place my wife and I where staying on vacation. Great service reasonable prices!!!

Always impressed with this facility, drive up drop off vehicle get in van and they drop you off at your Disney Resort, super easy.

Very easy to use with shuttle service on both ends (and the shuttle was even early) that picked is up at our resort and then took us right to a park afterThe rates were exactly the same as Alamo elsewhere. And the service was great, just as you would expect from Disney.They didnt seem to have a huge number of cars, so I would definitely make a reservation. And a reservation is required for shuttle pickup, though we didnt have to make one for drop off.

Not easy to get to. Lots of construction.

Just had a magical experience at the car care center. We had the unfortunate mishap of having a flat tire. I called the car care center and Robert was dispatched to our car to inflate the tire so we could drive to the center to have the tire checked. We were informed it would take 10-12 minutes for Robert to arrive. I think he was there in 5. He was super friendly and the tire was inflated and off to the car care center we went. At the care center we were warmly greeted by Jerry and our car was immediately taken in. After a short time Jerry appeared to advise us that they patched the tire, inflated it to the proper pressure and checked the remaining tires. TOTAL COST WAS 0.00! Now thats what I call a magical experience! Thanks Jerry! You made our day and our weekend!

We left MK to find a flat tire as we were about to begin our 1000 mile trip back home. Robert came and filled our tire with air so we could get to the Car Care Center. Carlos fixed our tire good as new and Corie, the manager took good care of our family. Thank you so much for saving the day!

For many years I had a great mechanic who finally decided to close his shop. When my car started to make a grinding noise, I was very nervous about who could fix it and not rip me off. Since I work at WDW, I decided to give Car Care Center a chance, after reading great reviews. I am glad I did because the service here was top notch! Corie, Service Manager, was the best! I am so grateful to him for being so trustworthy. I finally found a great mechanic.

Update: I have contacted the owner, since he responded to my review, with no response back yet. I guess they post that generic message on all the low reviews but in the end do nothing about it. I did explain I never expected to get a “cheap” service, only that I never expected to be charged twice what other respectable businesses in the area charge or be taken advantage of due to not knowing enough about car repairs on top of the nonchalant attitude when I called back to inquire about my bill.Do NOT ever take your car to this place, they will lie to your face and overcharge you as well. I went there for an oil change and my back brakes and was charge DOUBLE the price even the dealership would have. I even told the mechanic the price I was given by the dealership and he lied TO MY FACE saying that was only for the pads and not the other parts and labor which was a lie. The dealership’s price included EVERYTHING, including the labor but this guy was so “nice” that he made me doubt so accepted their service. I should’ve called the dealership back before I ever believed this guy. I called two other places afterwards and sure enough, other places would have charged me between $290-$321 and this place charged me $634 for an oil change and my back brakes. I own that I should’ve double checked before accepting this but I can’t believe how people can take advantage of someone who obviously is trusting their word for it. They pretend to be nice to your face only to rip you off nonchalantly, that was almost half of my paycheck that I had to spend but they didn’t care one bit in order to make money for themselves. I only gave one star because it would not let me post this otherwise.

I got a flat tire this passed Sunday afternoon right before getting our park tickets. Disney car care center to the rescue! They were so friendly and truly saved the day. They fit me right in and about 15 minutes later, we were back enjoying our vacation. Thank you! 👍🏽🙏🏽

They do breaks and will drop you at the transportation center so you can go into the parks while you wait for repairs

These guys are amazing! I went in with a laundry list of problems that all just happened to occur in the same week and they helped me right away. I even had to go in the next day because my brake light went out that night. They were very nice and efficient with all my car’s needs. Highly recommend!
