Staff is nice. There is a lady that is doing the pedicure, omG she’s so good, just remind me my home country because I’ve been to many salon, but she’s the one that satisfied me the most. There’s a guy too, he’s so good and fast. He knows what is doing. I recommend it

I took my daughter here to get her nails done and Christine was friendly, helpful, patient and courteous. She stayed 1 hour after closing time to do my daughters nail and she was overly satisfied with her nails at a good price. Definitely recommend her and after a long rough day she made our day better after having a rough day. Thank you Christine!

My family and I have been coming here for years. We drive from Dr. Phillips because the quality service and the price is wonderful.

The owner was very rude and unprofessional she did a poor job on my daughters nails and they cracked and the gel made worst. My biggest problem is my hair, I did my hair and I was very happy but after 3 days after I noticed my hair is extremely dry and damage I am very frustrated and unhappy with my hair I asked for RED highlights I showed the hairdresser a picture reference so they would know what I wanted, Not even a day after my hair started to turn yellow/bleached and there were patches of dry damaged hair everywhere. They seemed to be very unfocused and unprofessional, they did not care about the job they were supposed to be doing. He used my hair to trained the owner’s sister an inexperienced TRAINER without my permission touch and do my hair at some points of the bleaching process which is very delicate, I should have say something but that was the owners sister I thought everything would be ok, but now I realized I was too nice with them. after all the owner over charged.I called the hairdresser and the owner don’t let me talk to him....DONT GO TO THIS PLACE ... she said I didn’t pay full service this is the receipt I got after I argued because she didn’t want to give me one. I may not get my hair back they way it was or my money refunded but I will make sure this don’t happen to anyone else.

Very poor communication skills! Showed them what I had. Told them exactly what I was looking for. Told me sure no problem. Then as the tech was doing my nails looks at the picture and is literally like can only do simple nails. Im extremely sorry I am not a simple nail girl I do require nail art usually on all 10 fingers. Then chose to do very simple marble after he has the acrylic on my nails. He then tells me he has to remove what he just put on in order to do the marbling. Im sorry but that is so not true, you can do gel marbling effect. I should know Ive had it done before. Then to top it off his coworker proceeds to tell me Im old. Im only 45 I am not old. That was extremely rude. So I got up I walk out Ill never go back there. The worst place Ive ever had to do my nails.

Ignore the negative reviews. This location is a hidden gem. The staff is personable, communicative, & does great work. We will continue using this salon as our one stop shop for hair & nails.

It was a visit I was long OVERDUE my Pedicure was AWESOME as well as having nails again after 1year and 3 months Im HAPPY HAPPY thanks CHRISTINE AND WANG, KEN!!

I got a manicure and my wife got a pedicure. In the pedicure section the spa feature in foot bowls did not work and the technicians did not have a fix. My wife asked if she could go to another chair but they told her it would be the same thing. The lady that did her pedicure was just ok, nice but definitely not one to frequent only in a pinch. My manicure was not bad the lady was real gentle and slow but did an ok job. The water was ice cold in the finger bowl to begin with. All in all if your are in a pinch and no where else to go this would be an ok spot. Everybody was nice.

Amazing Professional Service by the best.My wife and i have been to many places, but after been to so many in Orlando and Windermere. We see that even thought a bit far from us. Its definitely worth the extra drive. They take their time to make sure the result is perfect. We thought because of the location. Maybe we could find a better place in Dr Phillips and Windermere. We where wrong. They are the best. I recommend this place for everyone that cares about quality results

Had a haircut and my eyebrows waxed. Prompt and fast service. Shoutout to my girl Christine and her trainee Sue.

Due to my travels, I do my nails in tens of places. This is the first time I do my nails somewhere, and leave with a bleeding finger and scratched nails.

Jimmy is the best he work here...super professional and my nails are perfect always because of him...I just make sure make the appointment.

I got my toes down at this location and the woman that did my nails did not do a great job, the acrylic on the big toe came off within 3 days. Woman was also very unprofessional

Do not book a hair appointment with this company its actually inside of paris nails on International Dr. I had another appointment with someone else and she convince me she can do hair so I changed my appointment to her and that was a huge mistake. I were not satisfied at all I got a sew in with a closure she did not sew the closure down at all and it took over 5 hrs to finish the unfinish hair do. I spiked with the manager of Paris nails and she was rude and hung up on me and didnt try to resolve my issue.

We had arranged two manicures for my daughter and I at 9am but they never showed up. Two Vitnamise ladies. We waited 15 minutes. It is a new business near Bar Louie opposite UCF campus. We had two pedicures done the previous afternoon. Disgraceful that they did not bother to show up.When you are a new business this is not tbw right way to treat customers.

I was really relaxed, I got a pedi and a mani and my hair cut all for 98 and some change, and everybody there were friendly, and ONLY paused a few times to see how I like my nails or checked if I was ok, I will be going back and taking the family. :D

Poor service! Male nail tech refused to do my manicure. However, upon walking in he was doing a ladies nails. Discrimination!!!!
