I paid $80 for very short and lumpy nails that were also crooked . Definitely didn’t know what they were doing . The guy was so nervous he was shaking doing my nails . Pedicure was horrible. Next day my polish was chipping and the French was horrible . I asked him to straighten them out and file them and it was even worse . 3 days later a fungus grew on my nail . Definitely will not recommend

I do acrylic nails for years now around Orlando. Decided to try this location since it’s close to my house. So the 2 pictures shows how “great” the work was. And that’s after I picked the technician after many positive recommendations!! After only 8 days 2 nails are done!!! Never had this chip offs before!!! I don’t wash dishes or clean around btw. Very disappointed and won’t come back! Thanks

Oh my gosh these guys are actual lifesavers! I called them almost crying over how bad my nails were from another salon and they took me in and fixed them!! Honestly after years of getting manicures-on and off with tips-I finally feel like I have pretty nails that I’m comfortable and confident in. I can’t wait to go back!

Went in today to have a fill done for my acrylics. The place is gorgeous with the remodeling that is being performed.This isn’t my first time here, probably my 7th time at this location. When I walked in, they told me it would be a few minutes because they needed to find someone that was qualified to do my acrylics and asked me to sit. I asked about how long it would be because I had waited an hour before ( in the past). So right after I sat, the same people that told me they needed to find someone qualified, were the same ones that ended up doing my nails, which was weird? Anyways, a girl named Natalie did my nails and she did a fantastic job! I showed her a picture and she put her own twist on the design. I highly recommend her! Previously I had Peter. And he was also great at what he does. You can’t go wrong with Natalie or Peter!The only reason for the 4 stars is the awkward check in process that I dealt with today. I kind of felt like they were trying to put me with someone else, maybe because of what I was wearing? My work clothes. Not 100% sure. But I’m a very easy going person and a good tipper. Hopefully this issue will be resolved in the future.

Good local spot for manicures and pedicures, we got the hot stone package and it has a ton of different elements to it, highly recommended! Came out to $110 for both of us which is reasonable. We were offered water but it was never brought to us was the only downside.

Tina at the front was not only attentive but accommodating. She personally set up my massage chair and demonstrated how to use it. My nail artist Dana put effort not only into a thorough pedicure but into a deep-tissue massage. For 40$ I got a deluxe, which was not only a pedicure but a foot massage, all of which lasted over an hour. The quality for money equation here is outstanding! I will be back very soon.

I have been going to this nail salon for months because they do a great job. Until yesterday all my nails appear to have cracks in them. The lady was very unprofessional and didn’t do the sns correctly. She just rushed to do my nails without taking her time. Honestly disappointed because I honestly liked this place.Update talked to the manger she was very helpful and she worked out resolution with me. I was able to get my nails fixed and have them the way I wanted, and they came out great in the end.The previous nail tech had no idea what she was doing wouldn’t recommend her but the place overall is good.

I have been going to this nail salon for years and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! I see Vinh regularly but in the past have seen Angel, Joanne, Katline... all have been great! The owner Tina is the sweetest and so hospitable! Her and her husband work so hard to keep this salon clean, safe and friendly. I went back to support them shortly after salons could reopen and by no surprise they were following all the safety protocols with masks required by guests, hand washing upon entering, seating every other chair/station and plexi between you and your tech.I go to Vinh for the best pedi regularly and occasionally will do SNS. He is so detail oriented and really cares about the quality of his work.I love Posh Nails and recommend it to anyone looking for a nail salon.

Came here for the first time as a referral from a colleague and I have to admit, this is the best experience I’ve had in a very long time and the best my nails have ever looked to me. So in love with them and Katline was amazing! Our favorite color is pink lol I will definitely return!! Oh and they even took a picture of my nails to post on their site because they are gorgeous. I got flowers, ombré, and rhinestones.

We were trying to have a relaxing afternoon and were constantly interrupted asking to write good reviews on Google and Yelp.My lady was very sloppy with my regular mani pedi. The edges were clearly seen and there were air bubbles left in the mani.Also, she kept asking me to upgrade to a gel mani pedi, which I clearly didn’t want!Overall, our relaxing afternoon wasn’t as relaxing as we’d hoped and we felt that our money wasn’t well spent.

I love this place. I have been a regular customer with them since they opened. The owner Tina is super friendly and professional but Joanne is the best. Not only does she do the best manicure pedicure but also her personality. She’s super sweet & kind and does anything that she can to accommodate customer’s schedule. I’ve been a customer of Posh nails for 4 years. They were originally Sunshine nails. The pedicures are great, but I think Kathleen does an outstanding job threading eyebrows. She listens well and my brows turn out perfect every time. The pedicures include hot towels and exfoliating. Prices are very reasonable. It is a great value for the money.

I AM FUMING!!!!! I never rant (or have HAD to rant), especially over something as what may seem trivial to others, but I have never had to deal with such low quality service and overall lack of care from any place (let alone a nail salon!) like I had received from Sunshine Nails and Spa at The Market Place in Dr Philips this evening! [I have pictures before of how my nails were, how they were when my nail lady told me to wash my hands before she polished, and the end result of having to have all my nails shortened down due to the uneven work.]I came to this salon after my preferred salon didnt have anyone available for the rest of their operating hours (it was the early evening). I went to Sunshine Nails because I had come quite a few times to this place when my preferred salon couldnt see me. I had never had any issues before.My nail lady was an older woman, who when I was directed to sit at her station and I said hi to her, didnt even respond with a greeting back and just got up to get her materials. When she came back, I said I wanted to get a fill and if they could be shortened a tad. She asked me to show her (which was a few millimeters shorter) and from there she did her work.When she was done and told me to go wash my hands, I looked at my nails and noticed how uneven the lengths were and asked her if she could make sure they were even. She told me they were done and fine. FOR REAL?! I showed her male colleague and he agreed with me and tried explaining it to her (in their language). She tells me that the short ones are that short because thats how it should be. Her male colleague was the only one trying to remedy the situation and explained that either I can have those short ones lengthened by applying new tips or have them all filed short to make them even.At this point, I just said to get them shortened all the same length (I didnt want them short to begin with, but I didnt want to have to sit there longer to start anew). As she finished shortening and filing my nails, she had me take a look and asked me what I thought. I LEGIT had nails filed slanted! I showed her female colleague next to her and she agreed that they werent filed straight across. My nail lady then said (paraphrasing) that my nails looked fine to her and that she didnt know why there was an issue. I LITERALLY sat there and had to file and shape all my nails on my own! THEN, my nail lady had the audacity to say that the next time I come in, that I should book an earlier appointment in the day if I wanted them to be done nicer (it was around closing time) and that she just came back from vacation that day and maybe thats the reason why she didnt do a good job. This woman RUINED my nails without care-care for the customer and care to her work! Didnt show any sense of remorse throughout whatsoever!AND I STILL HAD TO PAY! Can you believe this nonsense?!?!And Ive never looked at reviews on Google for this place until now, but there are MANY reviews similar to the lack of quality and customer service I experienced tonight. Im never returning and I advise everyone to do the same.UPDATE: AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THE NAIL LADY TOLD ME AT THE END IT WOULD BE $20 FOR THE ACRYLIC FILL, BUT SHE WOULD TAKE OFF $3 BECAUSE I HAD TO FILE AND SHAPE MY OWN NAILS CHARGING ME $17. WHEN IN FACT, THE SERVICES SHOW ONLINE THAT ACRYLIC FILLS ARE $14!!!! IM CONTACTING BBB FIRST THING IN THE MORNING! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!

I was in Orlando for a conference. I came in as a walk-in to get a manicure & pedicure. They have lots of staffs and was able to accommodate me right away. The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. They have tons of gels colors. Joanne did a fantastic job!!!! Thanks so much for making me feel relaxed and beautiful. I will definitely come back to visit you whenever I am in town. Highly recommended!!!

This is my second time back since reopening and was very disappointed that despite the county mask rule, I had to ask my tech to put one on and even then it was only partially covering her nose. Will find another spot next time who is following and enforcing masks...noticed one customer w no mask as well.

Posh nails Lounge is located next to Publix at Dr Phillips Market Place. Newly renovated, very modern, extremely clean. Staffs are very pleasant and highly skilled. Price is very reasonable with the area as well. Highly recommended! New management just took over two days ago. They are very nice couple and speak excellent English. Give them a try. I promise you will be completely satisfied.

Very friendly but professional. I got a great pedicure (they allowed me to bring my own color and even thanked me). Afraid I didnt catch my techs name but he was gentle when buffing the callouses; it didnt tickle too much. They are doing a great job with the new safety practices - wear a mask or they will send you away.

This place is a rip off. Went in for manicure pedicure and while I was having pedi operator told me it would be $10 extra for o file down calloused s. NOBODY else charges what should be part of pedi. Will never come back.

I walked in on a Saturday at like 5pm. They got me in and started my pedicure right away even though they were busy. I didnt have an appointment. The lady was super nice and friendly. She did a great job. From the pedicure it went straight to my manicure and she was super focused to make sure it was right. I asked her opinion on how my nails should be and how to take better care of them and she answered everythjng. We also talked about our lives. They gave me free water as well. The price was great as well. They have so many colors to choose from it was hard to pick! I will be going here again!

I needed a place near work to have a pedi and mani. Posh Nails Lounge was open and they signed me in right away. They were friendly, offered me something to drink and even helped me pick out a great color to wear at a wedding I was going to. The prices were fair and they made my short nails look fabulous. I’ve been going to Katline for years and she’s the only one I trust to do my eyebrows. She is meticulous and knows how to get the perfect shape. When I’ve gotten my nails done with her they’ve always turned out beautiful and last forever.

Absolutely terrible place. They WILL try to scam you if they can.As I was waiting for my nails to dry, I had my credit card out, and she said she could take care of the payment for me. I agreed with some hesitation. FORTUNATELY for me, my chip was broken. The transaction she made didnt go through. I walk over to make my payment, the register says $140?! For my $30 pedicure? I tell her what shes done, and she mumbles sorry. This is the second time shes tried to do this to me, as it had happened last year. Do not go to this place. There are dozens of other stores, dont waste your time here.

I don’t write reviews but I just had too.... I was there only in there for less than ten. I went for an eyebrow wax, I walked to the back and entered a room where I waited for the technician. She never talked just came in and did her job. My eyebrows already gave a shape I only needed a cleanup. I always go to Meraki, but the technician move I had and decided to check this place outSHE WAXED OFF A PIECE OF MY EYEBROW and said that my eyebrows were like that ! I told her no I’m missing a piece and she walked out !! She never apologized or admitted to her mistake I will never never never go there

So bad that I almost left in the middle of pedicure, and wish i had, because Nail tech was not only very SMUG, but also had poor technical skill. HE did not do what I asked and my gel manicure is thick and bumpy. Looks hideous. Then in the end, overcharged me for doing what HE wanted! Very unhappy. Will NEVER return to this typical nail service FACTORY.

Sucked... got poked really hard about 4 times, water was ice cold, the massage felt gross because my legs were still wet and she poured water from the foot water back on my legs mid massage. I feel like i need a shower. Dont go here. It was my mistake but I thought it would be good because its in dr Phillips. Got better pedicures in the hood.

My experience has to be very bad before I will take the time to comment. I went in on a Friday afternoon to get a gel manicure which then chipped only a couple of hours later. This is obviously ridiculous enough because gel should last two weeks, not 2 hours. By the time I was able to make it to the salon to get it fixed (two days later on Sunday), I had FIVE nails that were either chipped or peeling off my nails. I went in and they seemed incredibly annoyed with me even though it was their fault. The woman who fixed them put another coat of color on all of them except for the one that had completely chipped off. I walked out thinking it was better then looked closer and two of them were still peeling! When I went in to tell them, she just aggressively filed my nails and told me there was nothing wrong with them. I went to FX Nails instead and had a great experience, but I am so annoyed I wasted my money at this place.
