My favorite nail salon! Angel is amazing, I go to her for dip powder manicured every few weeks. She takes her time, does exactly what you want, is always on time, and my nails always come out looking amazing. The atmosphere is great, there’s always someone to chat with and the place is very clean. I would say it is on the pricier side but worth it.

This place is so cute! The whole staff is super friendly and professional and efficient! Appointment times are actually honored which I appreciate. Chloe does a great job and is very detail oriented but doesn’t drag the time out! I’m in and out in about an hour and twenty minutes :) Highly recommend!

I am not from the area. I flew in from NC a Sunday morning with my sister and we both decided to get a manicure and pedicure. We found this place and waited for them to open. Once they opened, I saw a hand full of people going in, which I am sure they all had appointments. But when I walked in I was very intrigued by the decor and how beautiful they had it set up. I walked up to the reception and asked the lady if they had any availability, she told me unfortunately they were all book for the morning but if something opened up she would give me a call. Not even 20 min. later they called me and squeezed me & my sister in.Angel did my dip manicure and pedicure. She was so sweet! I told her I was visiting the area on vacation with my sister and she started to tell me some awesome places to go visit. She was so friendly. I really liked this place and when I go back and visit again, I will definitely come back here.

I had been here one time before and a technician named angel did my nails! She was great. I come again and I did a gel pedicure with a gel manicure. The guy did not give me a massage or any lotion for my pedicure and when I told him about it he denied it. Are you calling me a liar, sir ? Why would I lie about a service I did not get. Paid $112 for both definitely don’t think it was worth it

My friend and I went in and thought we were going to get really nice nails done but unfortunately we weren’t in love with them. I asked for french tip and it was uneven. The dip also didn’t cover the nail fully. The whole time it felt rushed. We’re both upset that we paid $55+ for these. We went back and didn’t even ask for a full refund, we wanted to settle for half. The technicians then attacked us after being offered a full refund, because we weren’t happy with their work which was very unprofessional. We won’t be going back.

Today was the first time trying this nail salon... Very convenient location and great atmosphere... The ambient is very clean and well decorated... I don’t recall the name of the young male technician but he was very friendly and did a good job on my manicure and pedicure... Will be definitely coming back!

Ive been coming here for about a year now and have gone to some other places to get my nails done whenever Im visiting my parents out of the state for an extended period of time. In comparison to these other places (which are solid and decent, but not necessarily outstanding), I consistently have the best and most long-lasting manicures from Polished no matter who does my nails. Im very quiet the entire time because I get nervous talking to people in general, but they have always been very kind to me and have always worked quickly and efficiently. I have noticed them getting busier recently, though with DeSantis lifting restrictions, this is a trend Ive seen across the entire service sector. I think that they have been handling it very well.

My girlfriend and I went to get pedicures and saw his is definitely the best nail bar in central Florida. The nail techs are so extremely nice and thorough and the ambience inside is elite.

I am totally disappointed in the service rendered. Although I waited for over an hour to get a toe polish I was satisfied with that service. It was not until I went in the back to get my eyebrows waxed and the tech butchered my brows making them two different shapes and totally taking the end off one. This is not my normal salon, but due to long waits I decided to try this salon. This was a huge mistake. The nail tech when I showed her the flaws became very defensive, attitudinal, argumentative and dismissive and didn’t have the humility to offer to fix it. I have never dealt with a professional salon that at the very least didn’t apologize and attempt to rectify the problem with an unhappy consumer. I became very irate at the lack of care that part of my is missing. This nail tech is obviously in the wrong business and does not care about consumers patronizing this business. The motto seems to be be satisfied with what you get “it’s only hair”. Terrible, horrible, experience.

Im always delighted with my nails when I go to Polished, but today was the first time I got Julia and my dip manicure is absolutely incredible. She paid such fine attention to detail, and filed and shaped them so perfectly that it looks like the worlds finest, glossiest gel manicure, with no visible bulk from the powder. Ten stars, Julia!

First time here, I didnt have an appt so I was a bit worried .. they told me to wait about 20 mins .. after That I had my manicure and pedicure .! I cant say enough good things about this place.! This is amazing we just move to Florida an I was looking for something decent BUT no.. this is PERFECT.! From the start they are so friendly, place is clean, technicians are nice and helpful.. I will definitely coming back .!

I came in and I had an appointment. I asked how long it would take and one of the ladies in the front responded “I don’t know how long. I can’t just get up and stop what I am doing”I saw that they were all busy but I was simply just asking how long it would be because when I came in they just told me to take a seat and didn’t say a word to me for almost 10 mins. I didn’t need to get an attitude for simply asking a question. This was my very first time ever visiting the Salon and honestly I am disappointed. Bummer I was really looking forward to getting my nails done there

Use to be my favorite place. Their chairs are so nice and everyone was nice.Almost a year later it’s not even close to the same. Each time it gets worse. For example, today I had an appointment before my trip for fill and pedicure. It’s clear they were busy but I did have an appointment. She gave me a fill and pedicure in 47 minutes! Rushing so bad she hurt me every couple of minutes. My pedicure lasted 11 minutes and to be honest it hurt!Clearly they need more staff or better management. Everyone is visibly upset, stressed out and rushed it is not a pleasant environment even a little bit.

I found happiness!I recently moved to St. Cloud almost a year ago and I have been searching(I mean high & low too) for a decent nail salon.I was introduced to this place (I observe other peoples nails at work-dont judge me) and decided that to check it out for myself. Let me tell yall... this place is the truth!!Im a VERY picky person whn it comes to my nails and Guess what, ladies?? I Didnt Have To Say a Thing! Chloe is Nothing But A Beast!! She mustve observed my nails b4 she went to work on them bcuz I didnt say much.Julie is my 15 y/o daughters tech and she did her thing too!! She got a Mani/Pedi and her eyebrows done and you couldnt tell her nothing. Again, Wow bcuz this is the 2nd tech thats on point.Eva didnt take care of us but, she was extremely friendly, nice and helpful. She did her thang too. I know bcuz I was sitting next to her while she was working.GREAT JOB LADIES!!!Id highly recommend this salon!

I’ve been coming here since I first moved to the Lake Nona area, at first it was hit or miss but the quality of the product was always great and I love the atmosphere of the salon.. Recently though it’s been nothing but perfection!! Eve did my nails last time and she did such a superb job it’s been over 2 weeks and they’re still standing strong which is unusual for me and my line of business. I will definitely keep going back and recommending that everyone does go there!

Took my daughter for her first full set and this is what she gets, clearly NO experience, horrible coffin shape and chipped Gel polish on the first day? the nail tech was clueless as to what she was asking for there was a huge language barrier. She showed him photos and all he kept saying was he could not do a gold nail. This salon is by far less than mediocre and their prices are far too high for the services they are rendering. Please spend your money else where

Made an appointment on a Friday afternoon asking for a Saturday evening. Was very happy to find that they would be able to accommodate two people, one receiving gel nails with a manicure and a pedicure, and the other with a manicure and SNS. Specifically asked if they could accommodate a request to not use the nail drill because I have extremely thin nails and was told they would. Arrived for our appointment five minutes early. The only thing that was said to me for about 20 minutes was hello and can I help you. My response was I had an appointment at five and I asked if they wanted me to sign in and wash my hands. I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes after my appointment time before I was approached by anybody or spoken to again by anybody. They asked If we had an appointment and what we needed. We explained what we wanted and I specified my special request and was immediately told no that they had to use a drill. Incredibly frustrating to ask about a special accommodation and be told that they could meet the accommodation and then wait 20 minutes to be told no. Needless to say, not impressed with customer service, not impressed with anything at this location, I decided I’ll just go home and soak the SNS off myself. There are plenty of other nail salons, and I won’t continue to have technicians ruin my nails because they are unwilling to soak my nails or use a nail file to smooth the nails. This is a luxury and not a necessity....but I won’t give my money away to have ruined nails....to any business anymore.

I do not ever write reviews but this I feel necessary. Just left there feeling like I need to go drive to another nail salon to fix what they did. I got an acrylic fill with gel there because my usual place was booked out for the next five day.The man was very rough with me and yanking my hand. When I had asked for him to fix the issues it literally only made it worse. NEVER going to recommend them!

Went with my girlfriend and her toe got very infected because they do not sterilize or sanitize the nail tools between each client getting a pedicure. They just put it back in a communal cup for the employees to share. Very nice inside but not sanitary at all. Dont go there if you want clean tools being used.

I had a wonderful first time visit to Polished Nail Bar & Sp! . Its a beautiful, immaculate very covid careful salon. Chloe was my technician who was very attentive to making sure I was satisfied. She gave great relaxing pedicure. I will definitely be back!

Had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance.My mother, my aunt, sister,and I came in for 4 pedicures and 3 full sets. They do not provide you with a list of their pedicure services and prices just do if. If you ask they look at you as if you were annoying them. Pedicure was done poorly feet were soaked for a long time before technician even scrubbed and cleaned my cuticles and calluses. Says 30 minute massage more like 2 minutes. Only 1 technician able to do acrylics. Over price and Rather than being relaxing everything felt rushed including the manicure. For the price that they charge it should be superb experience and top customer service. Considering that we drove over 40 minutes since we were going to be in the area never again.

Better than expected

I have never been to a nail salon, with a nail technician, Kent, who gets my nails right literally every single time. I cannot rave enough about Kent, I will be a loyal customer of his always because of the care and time he takes to learn what I like and execute it at every single visit. I never have to worry when I visit him, because I know he does the best job I could ask for. The salon is cute, trendy, and everybody in there is very helpful with a great atmosphere and amazing technicians.

Very unprofessional. They do not ask you what type of spa pedicure service you would like. When you ask for a list of the pedicure services they offer, it is handed to you as if you are asking for too much. Once the pedicure service is chosen (which promises a 30 minute massage) it is rushed, a 2 minute massage is given and god forbid you mention it to them, they begin treating you as if you are being difficult. In the middle of all of this, i witnessed them do the same to another customer. They even went as far as making her soak her nails off to get them done, to then tell her they only had one person who did acrylic - who was choosing not to do her nails( mind you she had an appointment she made weeks in advance). This was all due to her having an issue with the young lady doing her pedicure since the same issue i mentioned above was done to her. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted to see how the matters were handed. You would think that after paying over $100 for their poor service (not including tip which they didn’t even deserve after what they did) they would at least try to make it right, and accommodate you as the customer. They did not apologize to me and or the other customer having an issue. Instead they had an attitude and acted as if all of the issues were due to our fault! i have never had such a bad experience in my life and urge that anyone looking to get their nails done, please do not waste your time or Money at this place !

I LOVE Polished!! I’ve been here many times, but today got to experience my first Nail Art! Jessica did such an amazing & beautiful job! She has great patience & a very steady hand! I absolutely love how my nails look!! (I wish I could post pictures here of her beautiful work, but you’ll have to go to Yelp to see the pics of my Disney nails)!!!!!

I have been going to Polished since January of this year, so a couple of months now, but before then the last time I got my nails done was in 2007. I have been provided with nothing but EXTRAORDINARY service. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽Even if I am going in on the day of I try to call to see if they have any availability for the time I’m generally looking for and make an appointment. I know what walk-ins are like and it’s exactly that you walk in and you wait until a nail tech is available.I recommend this place to everyone! I drive half an hour to this location to get my nails done. I always go to Kent and he has always done great work and he’s funny. If he’s booked or unavailable I would refer you to Angel, his wife, or Eva. The place is always beautiful, well organized and sanitary.I can be indecisive but Kent has always been patient with me and taking his time and helped by making other suggestions or creating other color combinations that I might enjoy. Keep it up guys!!♥️👍🏽💅🏽

Went with a friend to try and SNS broke in 2 days, they fixed for free and more nails broke within a week. That never happens at my nail spot. Now gel on my big toe is chipped. Paid $108 for 1 color SNS and basic pedicure. Cute decor but not worth it.

I live in the Lake Nona Area and I bring my male friends next door to Jaca’s barbershop. I stumbled upon the nail salon and the prices were super reasonable. I finally decided to get serviced and they are SO KIND AND HUMBLE HERE. I plan to come back every time! My nail tech was extremely thorough her name is Jennifer! 💜 I noticed that the nail tech next to me was so kind to her client her name is Lily. Please come here and enjoy your day. Moving to a new area and finding a great nail salon can be very challenging. However, I found a nail salon that exceeded my expectations at Polished Nail Bar & Spa! I have been there two times and have been very impressed each time. Jessica was fantastic; she took great care with my powder fill in, pedicure and eyebrow waxing! I came in for a mani/pedi. Less than a week later and the polish for both is already chipped. They use OPI nail polish but a lesser quality top and base coat. Not likely I will return.

This was my first time here.I had to come in as a walk in because throughout the morning I called multiple times to try and get an appointment but no one ever answered the phone. When I got to the nail salon I confirmed their number and it was the same one I had been calling.When I walked in no one greeted me and I awkwardly stood there until finally someone told me to sign in. It wasn’t busy and ended up waiting one hour before they were able to start with me. While waiting I sat down on a couch they have and placed one of their pillows behind my back. A moment later one of the techs walked over and grabbed the pillow from behind my back and said “it’s for the baby” and walked away with it. For starters that was very rude, had she asked if she could grab it I would have been okay with it but she literally just grabbed it out of my back. I’m pregnant and that pillow was helping with my back pain. Second of all, I never saw a baby in the nail salon.The business inside is pretty and doesn’t have that horrible nail salon smell. I came in for a gel pedicure and they had a lot of colors to choose from. They used a liner for the tub, good. They reuse tools, that’s nasty. My pedicure was mediocre, anyone could do the what my tech did.I left unhappy and won’t be coming back.

I came here as a walk-in and really loved this salon. Its very clean, has nice decor, and my technician (Kathy) did a wonderful job on my mani (dip powder) and pedi. The massage chairs are really nice and they had a very large selection of polish. I will definitely be coming back here.

I sure hope these nails last a long time. Double the price for SNS than many other places. There are no prices posted. Pedicure was great, again pricey comparatively. My nails look great just kind of shell shocked with the price of it all.

Very expensive for just adequate work. The tech cut my skin while shaping my acrylic nails. Won’t be coming here again. $100 for gel mani & pedi, they can’t do obre, they don’t do holographic, don’t have design stickers or jewels. Very disappointed.Edit: it’s been less than 24 hours and the gel polish is already chipping. Worst $100 I’ve ever spent.

Came in around 10 am as a walk in. They took care of me so fast. The place is so clean, fresh and modern. They use the disposable plastic protectors for the pedicure water bowls. I did gel pedi and mani, and eyebrows. Got our super satisfied!

I still in shock with the experience i had at this salon. I just moved to the area from New York, my family & I went in for pedicures over $250+ in services. Our Pedis were rushed 15 min tops (their menu states 30 min) No hot towels or massages were provided as listed. They soaked my sisters acrylic nails & in the end stated that they had no one to complete her full set. In turn we had to travel 30 min out of our way to another experienced nail salon that could resolve the issue. The customer service was good but the quality the company provides is terrible. I got the SNS nail dip done and less than a week later, a couple of dips COMPLETELY came off my nail and others chipped and looked awful. I do not recommend this company. Total waste of money!!

I was not super pleased with my experience. The young man who did my pedi and gel mani was kind and did well with the massage. I also appreciated that he massages my hands after the mani. However, my nails and toes are uneven, jagged, and pointy on some of the corners. He did hurt my cuticles a few times and some how my nails and toenails are two different shades, eve though it was the same bottle. The place is nice and I would attempt it one more time but would choose a different person.

This was my second time to the shop. Angel (the guy) was great on my first visit. However, my second visit was a nightmare. I went in as a walk-in for a mani/pedi. The very young girl with the bob hair cut, I do not remember her name unfortunately, was a bad choice for a manicure! She began to remove my polish then she soaked my one hand in cold water. I asked her to please make the water warm. She then only soaked my right hand and began filing the left. She went back to the right hand that was soaking and began to file (my left hand never touched water). She cut my cuticles a little with the cuticle cutter then used the electric file that you use on acrylic nails, on my skin to remove the cuticles because it was faster. Then she went over my nail-beds with that same tool as if they were acrylic nail! :-/ She put the cuticle remover on my fingers and used a towel to wipe it off. She then applied lotion to my hands and I pointed out polish still on the nails that she missed. She then used the polish remover to the missed polish which left the area of my fingers white. She continued the lotion rubbing the polish remover and cuticle remover into my skin. WTH! She then applied polish over that without even suggesting at any time I wash my hands. When my polish dried, I washed my hands. I cancelled my pedicure at that time. I was also going to bring my daughter and two nieces back that evening but decided we would have a better experience doing each others nails at home. Why did I sit and allow this non-sense to take place?? I just did not want to make a scene. I was even foolish enough to leave that girl a $2.00 tip. In my thinking, that was an insult, since I am a very good tipper. Needless to say, in two days my fingers were swollen, red and the skin was peeling like crazy from being butchered from that express filing job. Thank God for the Aloe Vera plant that I applied to my sore fingers for two weeks! Thanks, but no thanks on this salon, even tough I can talk there from home. :-(

I usually see loanna but she wasn’t there I settled for someone else but let me say experience was okay at BEST my nails started to lift same day ( I got dip sns) when loanna does them I get at least 3 weeks ... Horrible. I just walked in, everyone looked at me with stressed faces, nobody said hello, nobody smiled, nobody greated me or asked me what I needed. It was not busy so I figured I would be serviced quickly. I signed in and sat there for literally about 40 minutes and nobody came to ask me what services I needed. There were two ladies that finished their services and nobody came to get me, I just ended up walking out, very bad service.
