I was in your place of business today and I have NEVER been treated the way I was treated today. I was yelled at and completely disrespected by one of your employees. There were about 6 other customers in the salon at the same time as me and all of them witnessed a tech that provided the name Lillie or Millie. She was down right rude and extremely demeaning to my friends who were there for service as well. There were 5 of us in total requesting 2 pedicures and 5 gel color changes. We requested 2 fills also. She told us that we could only have 1 service because there were too many appointments scheduled. That was fine, we accepted and removed the manicures from our request. There was a young man and 2 young ladies that took care of my mother, my daughter, and I however my friend and her daughter were left sitting in a spa chair for a while until a technician was available. When the young man finished with my mother he was going to begin the other color changes when the rude young lady told him not to do their services to help another client that arrived after us. This upset my friend so she left. Since I was mid service I stayed and completed my service. As I was leaving I asked for the name of the manager and no one wanted to provide it for me. When I asked of the lady in the front row in the right was the manager as she had been so bossy she said no, she was only a technician. This is where the disrespect and yelling began. As she was working on a client she was yelling at me asking questions. I asked her to step away from her client if she wanted to discuss the matter further. She stepped away from her station and came towards me yelling. I was unable to express my concerns as every time I spoke she spoke over me and louder. To the point where I asked her to stop yelling and pointed out to her she was raising her voice while I maintained mine. She kept asking questions and as I attempted to answer she rolled her eyes and turned and walked away. I am not sure who manages this place but I have NEVER been so disgraced and disrespected in a place of business. I hope every customer in there that saw what happened never returns and as for me and my guests we will never go back to your place of business and we will ensure any friends that ask for a reference are referred elsewhere.

My friend and I were looking for a new nail salon and I went in on Sunday and everybody there was so beautiful and nice and welcoming and they took us in very quickly we didn’t even have to wait, the place is really clean, & the prices are good. I got my nails done and my toes done and they did such a good job and they were very respectful. Will definitely come back!!!

Very good service, all employees treat you with kindness and are waiting for you to feel comfortable. They have good equipment, they are excellent with cleaning, something very important in this type of business. I have been visiting this place for more than 6 months and I have never had a complaint about it. 100% recommended.

Love this salon. I’ve been coming here to get my pedicures for YEARS!! They have the best services at the best prices. The staff is amazing and friendly. I’ve been to other places with friends and always end up right back here. They take just enough time without over doing it and always remember how I like my water temperature and my nail length. I can’t say anything better than I bring my whole family here all the time! Love them all!

I just popped in to the salon around 5:30. This place is just as great as the other reviewers have said. Everyone is cheerful and friendly. And really took the time to make my short nails look great. My nails are so natural-looking, yet edgy. Its a fantastic deal! This is my new favorite place!

I came in on a tuesday morning with no appointment for a simple manicure. This place is awesome! The people who work there are very very sweet. They did a great job overall, fast and cleanly that Ive seen. I love how there isnt much chemicals in the air like other nail salons. I have been to go Polished Nails & Spa multiple times. The nail services were delightful. It was very quiet in the salon despite its location. Whole of staff were amazing! They were really humorable and kind to me, ( 5 stars )The prices are reasonable. My nail spot & definitely going back. I love you nail aisle family!

It was my first time Polished Nails Spa and I brought my fiancé with me. ! I chose the option that came with a scented scrub, hot towel, and wax. They were friendly and courteous. Came back for a new set & Im very pleased. And felt wonderful!

My mom and I came in for a pedicure. They were nice but the pedicures were about 25 minutes ... I definitely could have done a better job myself. And there was about two other people in the salon so they were not busy, which I could have understood if they were. But to top it off I put on a closed toed shoe three hours after my pedicure and all of my nails smudged. Unfortunately this will be checked off my list of nails spots to go to

I walked into the shop at 11:00 a.m. on a weekday to get my eyebrows done. A simple thing, and any place else I go, Im in and out. There were no less than three employees that I could see sitting and doing absolutely nothing, but the gentleman in charge told me that I would have to wait. I took a seat, and waited as instructed. 10 minutes later, the guy tells me it will be another 5 to 7 minutes. I tell him thats fine and continue waiting. At 11:30, I got up and walked out. If the entire staff has been busy, I would have understood, but if you operate a salon and only one member of your staff knows how to do a commonly requested service, maybe you need to rethink how you run your business.

I read another review of Polished Nails Spa, praised for being a great nails and taking warm colors and this is exactly what I was looking for. They made sure my nails come alive and I had the best time being there:). Would recommend to anyone and will be going back.

Walked in to polished nails for a couples pedicure for some relaxation with my partner . I asked the gentleman how long it would be till we are serviced, he replied “ only ten minutes “ ... I was sat in a chair to soak my feet in cold water . Once I addressed one of the workers close by he said to give it a second but was only running more cold water . Still waiting for my water to get warm another worker notice my discomfort and finally got it “warm” . I have been soaking my feet in water to the point where I had to take them out my feet were wrinkled and uncomfortable. No one is taking care of me and it’s been a full 45 minutes in this chair . If it wasn’t for my partner already getting a pedicure I would’ve left . While they serviced my partner they were talking and laughing back and fourth and being completely inattentive. At this moment they are replacing my water to finally start my pedicure . This is ridiculous. I will never think about coming back .

Wanted to get pedicure with my mother and picked this place and we are so glad we did! Great service and impeccable work my gel manicure looks great and my pedicure was so relaxing. They took great care of my mother and I and even entertained my infant when he wanted attention. We will definitely be back highly recommended!

It was okay. My pedi came out very nice. But my acrylic nails.. a bit too bulky. And I had to peel stuff off my fingers.Customer service was very good.

Brought the girls in here for a quick mani pedi and ended up getting one myself. Excellent staff and not only did they do a great job but the prices were very reasonable.

Horrible job done, wished I would of got her name but she rushed through everything. Idk what was worst my manicure or pedicure. Such a simple job yet done so wrong, I do a better job myself. Wanted to pamper myself and ended up leaving heated.

This establishment is the worst by far if it was possible to give less then a star I would! I went with my mother to get our nails done with SNS which they only have 6 colors for SNS! When then we picked gel they tried to keep selling us some powder when I had already told them that all we wanted was gel! So they sat me down and proceeded to take my original color off which was SNS and the other lady that the table is the first one who was extremely rude and was the person of the main issue took my mom and put the cotton balls to take the SNS off and when she started to take them off she was angry because my mom had decided just to take off the SNS and have polish no gel so when she took the cotton balls off she was throwing them and threw one at my mom! So my mother got Upset and stood up and nicely still said I dont want any service thank you, because she felt disrespected! To all ofThis they did no service to my mom and all they did to me was remove and put the powder that I had said no and they charged us $30! After I walked out I went back because I wanted to explain to the manager our dissatisfaction and when I asked the rude lady that was going to do my moms nails she would not give me the owners name and all she said was that the owner lives far which wasnt my question clearly they dont understand English or she is just simply dumb or rude that didnt want to give me the name! They stole my $30 where rude and nasty about theyre services! I will find out who the owner is because all though customers there said it was her and others say was the guy that was ignoring the situation siting right next to us I wil with out a doubt proceed to get this place closed down for thieves and rude poor customer service! I highly recommend this establishment to be closed and that nobody goes here the workers are rude and thieves!

I had been coming for a long time because the owner makes beautiful nails but little by little I realized that they do not value peoples time or by appointment or walkins is fast today I was 35 minutes waiting for my turn to tell me that I could not attend if I wanted to come back Monday, I was really discontented and I prefer another place before here since there were people after me and they didnt say anything just to me
