Love coming here for a nice calm and quiet experience but got to come in the middle of the day for that. Everyone is awesome and do a great pedicure, amongst other things.

Facial threading and facial waxing, Vivian is AMAZING!!! Honestly for mani-pedis you cant go wrong with any of the staff as a walk-in :-) The space is open, spacious, and always clean. All the chairs and tables and equipment are always in good working order and clean and sanitized. The environment is low-key, music is relaxing, conversation is low respectful volume, restrooms are always very clean. For the quality and service you receive, the prices are very fair and in-line with the neighborhood and surrounding nail salons. Oh and the 15-30 minute chair shoulder/neck massage totally icing on top and worth the splurge! Highly recommend this neighborhood salon, its a gem!

Great place for a quick mani or pedi, I have always worked with Vivian and she is fast and really good at what she does. They recently upgraded the lighting and they play good background music, I would recommend!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED NAIL GARDEN I have been going there for years. The recently bought new massage chairs for pedicure and they are very comfortable. They are all very friendly and professional. Definitely recommended.💅🏻

Great place for kids and groups. I bring my girls here all of the time. Love that they have an autoclave that they clean there tools in. Never seen that at any other places. The place always feels super clean with no chemical smells.

I did the powder/dip gel. They said it would last for 3 weeks. After 3.5 weeks, only 1 nail has any issues, and its because the nail underneath broke. Still looks good. Very happy.

Sandra is so nice and did a great job on my pedicure and dip nails. She did a French ombré with the dip and it came out beautifully. I like that they ask everyone to sanitize their hands when they get there.

Every time they do my nails, they do an absolutely amazing job! I usually go to Vivienne but I’ve used a few other people and they have given me the best experience and always do so good and I am usually very particular about how I like them!! Highly recommend everyone in there!!

I just got a manicure and a pedicure at Nail Garden on Narcossee. I purchased the highest pedicure they have and a manicure. This lady was so rough and had no compassion doing her job. I gave her the least tip I have ever given anyone and I told her why. I will never go here ever again.

I was here yesterday to get my nails done for my graduation. I got a full set done and the guy literally cut every single one of my fingers with the nail file. He also did not put the acrylic even close to my nail bed like I got it done yesterday and it looks like I got it done last week. Then proceeded to paint my toe nails horribly during the pedicure. Like you can see a clear demarcation line where he missed parts of the nail during the second coat. The staff there was also incredibly rude. I went there with my friends and during one of my friends full set they owner asked her to get up and start her pedicure with unfinished nails because one of her regulars walked in without an appointment and she wanted to do that other ladies nails even though we made an appointment and she was already in the process of doing my friends nails. I will never got to this establishment ever again.

I have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years. My nail broke 2 days after getting dip nails and I went in to get it fixed as a walk in. The lady told me 30 minutes to wait. After waiting 40 minutes she told me another 15...to fix 1 nail? Seriously? I just thought that was really poor customer service. It takes 5 minutes to fix a nail and they couldnt find anyone to take care of a regular customer. It is disappointing. I am not sure if I will keep going to this salon since I value customer service.

New ownership lacks of proper cleaning procedures. Among others they do not clean the chairs/tables after they finished doing the job, the manager or owner (the person in charge) opens a closes doors and do not wash or sanitize the hands before starting the job, one of the tech answered the phone w/o cleaning the phone and kept doing the nails job to the customer; the owner/manager TURNED OFF the A/C (my last 2 appointments she did). The nail polish is OLD and last 2 DAYS. In addition, they increased the prices w/o adding value. We miss previous ownership! I wish I could give 5 stars to my tech, but I cannot because of how the place is being managed during the Covid 19. 2 stars is a lot!

This nail salon is AMAZING! I have 4 nail salons near to my home (Lake Nona - I tried them all) but I don’t change this place for anything. The atmosphere is peaceful. They don’t rush you and receive you with a warm smile. The salon is always clean and the employees are very professional. I always do my nails with Tony and my daughter with Helen. We are 101% satisfied. Please come and try them, you won’t be disappointed.

Nice place, but quality isn’t there. The coverage on the nails doesn’t cover the whole nail, I had to ask them to paint over again and file down a nail because it was sharp. Being a first time customer I wouldn’t come back.

I have tried numerous nail salon since moving and didn’t like any. I was starting to get discouraged however, I found this salon right by my house and I LOVED IT!!!! Andy was amazing tools his time and made sure I was happy. I brought my daughters the very next day! They loved it too. Def give them a try you won’t be disappointed I promise

Kim is the best at both manicures and pedicures. She is meticulous in her work, takes her time and very pleasant. This is my 5th time with her and I am happy I have found a place in Lake Nona that I enjoy visiting. The rest of the staff is very friendly and the environment is clean and spacious.

Honestly this place was really bad the lady ripped half my nail off and I started bleeding and I told her multiple times that it hurt and she kept going. She was really rough with my hands, she then put the wrong color on and at this point I was ready to leave. I will not be coming here again!

Had a good experience here. I got the dip powder manicure, and the nail technician doing my nails was wonderful. He took the time to make sure what he was doing was quality work, and I really appreciated that. My nails turned out great, and they’ve lasted for weeks! The place itself is very clean and pretty- it creates a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, highly recommended.

Vivian was terrific. I have a problem with ingrown nails and she made every effort to undo 10 months of neglect with a gentle touch and lots of compassion.

2nd time getting a pedicure and 1st time getting eyebrows! Both were absolutely fabulous! I love that I can get a reasonably priced pedicure near where I live! Both times they have done awesome! As for my eyebrows...they look so much better than anywhere else I have been. For $10 I will definitely upkeep them here... they are amazing and she has her own aloe to put on you afterward which was so nice as well.

I really wanted to like this place. I have natural nails and Its hard for me to find a good technician that shapes my nails properly without butchering them. So when the technician did a great job on my nails, I was beyond happy. I thought this is it, I finally found the place. They looked amazing... at first. I got gel nails, which should last at least 2 weeks. My nails started chipping/peeling THE NEXT DAY. To the point where I should have gone back and asked to have a redo. But it wasnt worth it, I just will not return. Visit with caution.

Love this place. Come here often for pedicures and gel manicures. Got my husband to come too and he loves the pedicures. They always do a very good job and have good customer service.

Called them and they let me walk in 15 min before closing for a dip powder. Andy took his time. Didn’t rush and stayed over and hour after closing to make sure my nails are perfect. I’ve been looking for the perfect nail place and I found it. Andy is amazing!!!

This is my “go to” every single time. I get manicures and pedicures here and their service is great! Their waxing services are the best by far. Everything they use is natural. They are very clean/hygienic—they use brand new tools with each customer. The place doesn’t smell like nail polish or acetone because they have extractors so it’s nice to breathe in there unlike other places. Its a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing environment. Everyone that works there is very, very nice. They work efficiently and in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend! 😊✨ I usually ask for Nancy and Joanne, but everyone else works just as great!

Gosh I love this place! They make me feel so welcomed from the moment I walk in. Kevin greets me by name and Nancy has helped me with migraines with her healing massages. I’ve never had a bad nail tech here. The whole place is very clean, relaxing, and amazing set up. This place is so fantastic.So let me tell you my experience with them. I just moved to this street (Narcoossee Rd) and I was looking for a nail salon, and I see the reviews for Nail Garden, and I decided to attend. As soon as I go in, this mister is standing waiting for me to come in, and the first thing he did was greet me so kindly and ask me what I wanted, I told him and he sent me over to Andy, I choose my color and go to where Andy is. Andy was so kind, so patient, so hard working and he pays attention to detail so well. My history with full sets havent been as good as I would like, but the full set and manicure that I got here has been the best one I have ever gotten, Andy did such an excellent job with them, and he worried about my nails being healthy, and he really did take excellent care of them. Also, I got my eyebrows waxed here, the lady was so funny and she tries to distract you because she know it does hurt, she puts some aloe vera on so your skin doesnt get damaged, she also taught me some tips so my eyebrows would grow better, and same as with Andy, excellent care and awesome service. My point here is... this place deserves a 5 star and the excellent reputation I am sure it has, best nail salon I have ever been to.Please consider going here, you will not regret it.

Went there today for the 1st time for a pedicure. I have been getting my nails and feet done for over 20 years. And I have to say this is by far one of the BEST nail salons I have ever been to!! Everyone was so nice and friendly. I told them what I wanted and they didnt try to push me to get something else unlike some other nail salons. I will DEFINITELY be back! I loved the place when I had my nails done by Andy, he took the time to do it without being in a rush and I felt relaxed, getting my nails done allows me to get some me time but yesterday I felt Maria was in a rush and the place wasn’t busy, she just went back to seat down after she was done with me. I didn’t feel my experience was as good as the first time. One of the reasons why I stopped going to the nail salon by Publix was because of that.

I have always had a great experience at the Nail Garden salon in Lake Nona! I have had the opportunity to receive manicure, pedicures, facials and waxing. The team there has always been thorough and the environment is relaxing!-Nancy has taken great care of my eyebrows and I have had several microdermabrasion sessions and facials. I always love coming here. Whenever I get my nails done they look perfect and I never walk away thinking theyre crooked or too long. The nail technicians always take such great care of me. What I love the most about this place though is Nancy she does the best eyebrows ever, I dont trust anyone else but her. I knew I scored the Jackpot when I found this place. After reading some of the recent reviews for Nail Garden, I was a little skeptical about how my appointment would turn out. Since I am new to this area, I had to pick someplace to have my nails done and Nail Garden is close to my home. So I took a chance and Im very pleased that I did.I was first paired with a woman named Helen for a pedicure. I selected the deluxe option and Helen began working. Without a doubt this was the longest pedicure I have ever received (1 hour). Helen was very detailed and attentive. She didnt speak much English so conversation was minimal (which I was ok with). The finished product was beautifully painted toes, silky skin and relaxed muscles on my feet and calves. Excellent job Helen. Ill be back to see you in a few weeks.I was then moved over to Tony to begin my acrylic nail fill. Tony also had limited English skills so conversation was non existent, but again I was ok with that. He used the dip method to fill my nails. I have only had one other place fill using that method and it didnt turn out well. Tony on the other hand did an exceptional job. Equal to Helen, Tonys fill took 1 hour and I was thrilled with the final product.Overall, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The building was clean, the music was soothing and the services performed were exceptional. So thank you... I believe I have found my new nail salon.

First time in this place and I loved her. Nancy is the best I loved my eyebrows she is a sweetheart and she made sure to put a lot of stuff to prevent from getting bumps because I am very allergic. From now on nobody is touching my eyebrows but Nancy I loved her. The lady who did my feet was very nice and did a great job with my feet. :) I will be coming here all the time

Nail Garden was AMAZING. First of all, there is never a wait. Everyone there is super nice. I am able to get in, get a manicure/pedicure that lasts and looks great in record time. In addition, the place is very spacious and clean and you don’t smell fumes in the air. For anyone who pretty much only operates using cards instead of cash, this place doesn’t bother you about tipping in cash(which can be really annoying). LASTLY, for any football/sports fan, they also had football on one of the weekends I was there which was a plus when I was afraid I was going to miss kickoff!! I will definitely be a repeat customer! :)

I usually Go to DNL but lately my nails Have been done by some unexperienced people and they have looked horrible. I decided to give nail Garden a second try even though it’s not the closest nail Place to my home. I really like the way they did my S&S. It was not bulky or heavy and my nails turned out great. I will make this nail salon the one I go to from now on. Tony did a great job.

My toes came out horrible! It looked as if I had painted them. Usually they are done with extreme detail and care. Make sure you steer clear from the older woman with a short cut. I just asked her to clean up the nail polish around my toes and she seemed very disappointed. All in all, not a great experience. I just paid 17$ for the worst nail job I’ve ever received in my life. I’m not a happy camper.

When I first walked it I noticed how nice their decor was. I had an appointment with Nancy, she does your eyebrows like no other. After she takes her time making sure your eyebrows are perfect she massages them with aloe, her aloe leaves mind you, it’s really relaxing and she does a great job she’s a very nice woman I recommend going there!

Had an appointment had to wait almost 30 mins. The lady riped off my of old gel manicure instead of soaking it off. Then did a very uneven coat of gel nail polish.

Moved to Lake Nona about 3 months ago and I was having the hardest time finding a salon that was able to tame my crazy eyebrows to my liking. Finally decided to try nail garden and Nancy is the BEST. She knew exactly how to reshape my brows without me having to tell her how I like them shaped. The environment was clean and relaxing. I am very happy with the service and location! I am so disappointed. I go to a different salon, but it’s far and I wanted to try one close to home. I am so frustrated. My nails had gel polish and were long and strong. To take it off they had me sit with my nails in a bowl of acetone. When, after 10 mins, the polish didn’t come off, they used a file and force to take off the polish. It took 30 mins total AND she used a file on top of my nail which made them weak.My nails after 5 days all broke and I had to cut them short.Below are pictures of how deep the nails broke.

The nail technicians were great an did a great job with my nails and my daughters! I choose this nail place and checked prices before I went, well after just getting manicured and pedicures for my self and my 2,10 and 15 year old my bill was $166 not including almost $18 in tips!!The services on the website prices were very misleading, I am very disappointed but gave them the money with no disagreements, but loss for them they lost me as a client!!

I chose this salon because of the reviews but I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I received a pedicure and SNS manicure. Although the massage during my pedicure was great the polish looks sloppy.I dont believe the technician doing my SNS manicure was very experienced. My nails turned out way too thick, wide and uneven. I would not recommend for an SNS manicure.

I like this place, i really do . its very clean, the people are nice & Nancy does an amazing job with eyebrows . but the reason i am giving 2 stars is because they do not do acrylic nails here . ( even though i got them done there 2 years ago ) never have i ever walked into a nail salon & been told that i would not be able to get a basic full set, & i dont get why they would quit such an important service . it was quite an inconvenience for me to not be able to get my nails done at the same time as my eyebrows & i had to go across the street to allnails for my full set the next day which was extra time that i did not have . ( nails were for my birthday the next day ) my job requires me to tie balloons all day so i can only wear acrylics or my nails will break & it really sucks that i cant get them done here, because if i could, i would be a loyal client forever . however, i have not been back since . i would rather go to a salon that can take care of ALL of my needs .

My daughter and I love coming hear to do mani pedis. Great staff very personable.. As a man it took me a while to do one but now I’m hooked.. Fellas great way to relax!
