Moved to Orlando back in 2018. It’s took me over a year to find the perfect mail salon and when I found it, I was forever stuck lol. The whole Xclusive nail team are personable, friendly, outgoing, and super understanding. I always book with Alex or Brittany. These two ladies are amazing at their art and I’d never trade them for anything! I’m plus, the front desk receptionist, Alex is always on point with your appointments. If you need to change anything or need anything she is right there. If you are ever in Orlando or just moved here, they are a must. They do book out fast but honestly I don’t blame them because the work is over the top and outstanding. I always walk out happy and with laughs. GREATEST SHOW! GREATEST TEAM! ALWAYS CLEAN!

I am going to miss this place so much. Madeline always took such great care of my nails. They all love what they do. Every single woman in this place is good at what they do. You want designs? You got it. Want a proper facial that soothes you to sleep? Dayami. There’s never any up sell. In and out. Seamless. I’m going to miss this spa like experience. Best nail shop in Orlando.

Alex is phenomenal! You can tell in the speed and quality of her work that she has been doing this line of work for years. Rachel did my spa pedicure and I was impressed with the attention she had.The salon itself is cute, the staff is lively and bubbly, and the ambience is nice!Yes, booking is HIGHLY recommended! I really like this nail salon. First, theyre doing a great job following safety protocol. Everyone wears masks, all customers must wash their hands, and they limit the amount of people in the salon. Ive had my nails done by Alex, Brittany, and Dayami here and they all do a really great job. They have an eye for detail and my gels never chip or peel when I get them done here. I had a pedi and gel mani done by Dayami today and it was wonderful. This is my new favorite nail place.

Lovvvvvve my nails!!!! My nail lady (Mayline) was awesome she kept asking me did I like my nails do I want her to fix or change anything after she cut an shaped them. Loved that, the place is decorated beautifully by the owner and is a lovely lady as well. Will definitely make this my new nail shop to go to grpm now on. Im from N.Y. so I havent had much luck on nail shops here so coming here was very refreshing. Happy loyal customer 😁👍

Decent establishment. I got a gel polish change not a manicure and they didn’t not address the cuticles or file... so I have a great polish but it doesn’t look great at all.

Alex did a amazing jobs on my nails. Im simply mind blown and in love with them 😍😍 I highly recommend her salon over the rest.

I just had the best manicure experience Ive had in my whole life. First, the place is beautiful, really cozy, everything is new, clean and in place. Rachel did my nails. I was amazed at how attentive to detail she is, how serious about the cleanliness of her tools, and her professionalism. My nails look the most beautiful they ever looked before. Now only Rachel is an awesome artist, but she is the kindest, most human and caring person you will ever meet. When she finished my nails, I wanted to continue talking and never go away. What a wonderful experience I have had at theExclusive Nail Bar. I have been coming to the Nail Bar over a year now and I love the sweet, professional attention I get from the owner and other employees. My nails look beautiful and I get compliments from friends and family how pretty my nails are. The facials I have gotten are so amazing and helped my skin to be supple and refreshed. My skin is rejuvenated. There is no recovery from this all natural facial. I would strongly. Recommend the Exclusive Nail Bar.

Brittani did my nails beautifully and she took her time, which is always a really lovely experience when you’re not being rushed.The environment was extremely relaxing; tea served in a tea cup, laid back acoustic music playing, diffuser constantly running (this helped the space spell more fresh and less like a nail salon).My husband and I can’t wait to go back :)

Tried this place for the first time today and had Mayelin do my nails. She actually took the time to consult with me and advise me on a better nail shape than the one I previously had. She also helped me decide on a color combo that I ultimately loved and taught me about holographic and chrome polishes. She was meticulous and attentive, with an eagle eye for imperfections or smudges. Probably best nail tech I have ever had, I will definitely go see her again.

Ive been going to Xclusive for years. They are by far the best gel nail salon in Orlando. In fact, when I moved, I was sad to have to find a new salon. Whenever I travel back, Xclusive is always my first stop!!The gel lasts so long- I actually had to remove it, myself, a month later because I was back home and dont have a good salon I trust around here. I have never had any peeling when I get my nails done here, but have had that at other salons. Alex is amazing with her nail art, and the last one I had put on was like cement- it would not come off without a chisel. I have to seriously wonder what went wrong with some of these reviews that say otherwise.Dont expect the traditional salon chairs with back massagers or anything like that. But, the couch is really comfortable, and I always wind up chatting with the person next to me (wine in hand...). They have every single color available, and if, for some reason you cannot find one you like, they have mixed two for me in the past (overlay colors), which has come out exactly how I wanted.

Been a client for 3 years and they are the best. Alex is a pro with my pedicures and helping my messed up dancer feet. Her creativity is like no other when it comes to my acrylic nail designs. Alex is always up on the current nail trends and keeps up with all products needed to achieve them. I always get compliments and they last my full 2 or 3 weeks in between fills. The price point may be a bit higher but they are a solid local owned shop who I am proud to support.

My experience at Xclusive was refreshingly inclusive. The atmosphere is warm, classy and inviting, while the ladies who run the place are welcoming and friendly. I felt like I had found my place from the moment I walked in. The gel selection is unrivaled, the coffee was delightful (they offered water, tea, or wine as well), the artists know their craft, and the excellent customer service was the final element what will ensure that I will absolutely be back. Cant wait!

I made appointments for myself and my mother for when I came back to Orlando for a vacation. Well my vacation was ruined and didnt get to come to Orlando, when they called to confirm my appointment I told them Id have to cancel due to my situation. They told me it would be a $25 cancelation change. Great.I get its policy. On top of the air fare I already lost I get the distinct pleasure of paying You for doing Nothing. Ill never get my nails done here. Horrible making someone pay for nothing.

I went in mid-day on a week day to get a fill and a pedicure. It was clean and comfortable. I was satisfied with the work done, the time it took & the price. I did not expect a five star hotel spa service which may be the reason for my higher than most rating but, overall, no complaints at all.

After researching for a new place by my house, I decided on Xclusive - and I absolutelylove it!! All the girls are super nice and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing time. Mayelin ROCKS and she has me hooked. Ive kept up with my nails/toes longer than ever because I enjoy visiting every few weeks :) Thanks to all the advice you gals give to the the most indecisive person!

So the first thing Im going to say is I was royally impressed by this place!! We booked our appointments from afar and didnt know what experience we would have but there were 4 of us and it was flawless! I was really intimidated because I am insecure about my feet and not ONCE did they make me feel embarresed about it and they were talkative kind and warm welcoming. It was nice that they spoke to us and didnt talk in another language making you feel like they were talking about you. They got to know you and didnt treat you like a passerby. The next thing is they did a REALLY AWESOME AND THOROUGH JOB!! Definitey the best nail salon I have been in...comfortable clean welcoming and beautiful!!! And the people working there....priceless!!! A genuine thank you to all you ladies!!!

The shop is always super clean and has a nice atmosphere. The quality of work done here is just amazing. Linda always makes my nails look fabulous and gives great suggestions when I dont quite know what I want. Ill be coming back again and again.

The store is pretty but thats about all this salon has to offer. The seats to get your pedicure are not comfortable despite the cushy pillows. the pedicures are ridiculously quick and over as soon as it starts. The full set I got looked nice but literally only lasted 10 days and popped off like the fake nails you buy at the store. And on top of all that it was insanely overpriced. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Only gave 2 stars because my lady was nice.

This place came highly recommended but when I went to their salon today they said that they could not get me in until later because they already had clients. No one was waiting in the the waiting area and while most of the ladies were currently working on customers there was a lady sitting at the computer that could have done a quick manicure. Unless ypu are an established client or friend it seems like they dont care. I guess I should have seen it right in the salon name. I guess Im not exclusive enough.

I had the worst experience possible. She made my acrylic full set wayyyy too thick, I asked her to make them thinner several times and every time I was met with a rude remark and told it wasn’t possible despite getting my nails done this way for the past 6 years. I tried this place because they had cute designs on their Instagram and was willing to pay the nearly double they charge. My nails came out with and incorrect shape, different lengths, and still too thick. Finally another woman came by to try to fix them and I was just frustrated and the original woman told her in Spanish if I didn’t like them to just take them off so I could leave. I mentioned that I understood Spanish and that was a good idea and the woman doing my nails tried to fix the situation by saying she meant it in a good way but I simply told her I heard exactly what they said and no she didn’t. Ultimately they charge well over 75% more than their competitors and are extremely disrespectful and do a below average job. I regret trying them out and encourage everyone to instead visit Paris nails on Summerlin, where you will be meet with exceptional service from the sweetest family where they will also provide stunning nails you’re sure to get complimented on. Xclusive nails provides awful service and ugly nails. Save your money.

Brought my girl there for A quick paint, not a good job, and they charged 20 bucks. Normally you can get Hands and feet for 15. Definitely should not recommend.

My 1st time. Mayeline was awesome. Great job now shes my new friend. Im bringing my daughter and granddaughter on the day before mothers day. Will recommend to friends and family.

The owner of this place has a lot of talent, but also a lot to learn about customer service. I used to go here often, but grew annoyed when I had an appointment and would have to wait 30-45 minutes before I got in the chair. I had enough when I myself was running 15 minutes late due to bad traffic downtown and she was rushing me to get there. I thought maybe she had an appointment after me, but found out it was because she wanted to go home. She and her mom argue in front of the customers and it gets awkward because they try and include you in their spats. They talk badly about other customers in front of you. My final straw was when the owner had the flu and instead of taking time off, was doing my nails while coughing and sneezing all over the place. They do great nails, but for the price they charge I expect a nicer ambiance.

Staff and owner very friendly. Was able to walk in and get a pedi and sns. Other services offered here, but I have not tried anything else as of yet. No traditional pedi massage chairs, so that may be a deal breaker for some. Convenient to downtown residents. Have already booked another appointment.

I go to this nail shop because of the good reviews and Im new to Orlando. The manager says she closed the shop 3 hrs early because she had something to do. I was like REALLY?? It says you close at 7p. I think this is sooooooo unprofessional. I will not be returning.

The person that did my nails took her sweet time which is great however, she did not do a good job. My nails are so thick, clumpy, and have air bubbles.I feel like I wasted $65 and 3 hours of my time.

Inside of this salon is beautiful, but the staff is heartless. I went there today (January 9, 2017) for my birthday, my mother got off work to take me there and when we arrived they said they dont take walk ins. Now mind you, we bought Groupons, that didnt state anything about a reservation. The lady at the counter simple said Yeah, but we have other clients. IF YOU LOOKED AROUND THE SALON, THERE WAS ONE. UNA. UN, one lady finishing up her manicure. It was snobby and rude. It kinda broke my heart a little because it was supposed to be my first time getting acrylics. Long story short the staff seems to be careless and without hearts. Happy new year.

The BEST Nail and Spa Shop in Orlando. My sister recommended me to come here when I moved to Orlando. The Nail Professionals are very professional, friendly atmosphere and beverages are offered complimentary. The Nail Bar is very clean and not the same typical treatment you receive from the other suppose to be Nail Spas in the city. My manicure is always on point and my pedicure is the best. I’m glad my sister recommended me to this Nail Spa and I will continue to come as well. Even when I move mid year. Keep up the great work ladies.Dayami work is the BEST. All the Nail Professional do a great job but I have been going to Dayami since day one. I also recommend everyone to have a Skin Analysis and Facial by Dayami. She will recommend different product to use and ways to keep your skin looking young, youthful and great at all time.Ladies I recommend you come and give Xclusive Nail Bar and Spa a try, Gentlemen o recommend to try it as well. It’s a great way to relax and unwhine to take the stress away. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I was a customer here last March and soon after getting a pedicure I mysteriously ended up with a plantar’s wart on the bottom of my foot. I’d never had one before and after some research I learned that a common way to contract a plantar’s wart is through contact with medical or beauty tools that have not been properly sanitized. That means the actual tools used on your foot as well as the tub you put your feet in to relax. This $60 mani/pedi has now cost me over $200 in medical expenses as I try to get rid of this plantar’s wart, but sadly it’s not that easy and I still have additional appointments in my future. I recommend finding a salon that takes health and safety a little more seriously.

I love this small nail boutique! It is very unexpected in a small plaza off of Michigan and Bundy. With two of my tips popped off I needed to soak off my Nexgen and get gel on my nails until I can go to my regular tech down south a week from now.First off the person the phone was very professional and with GPS being inaccurate on the time we would arrive, also very patient!! When we came in all colors were organized by colors with gels behind the normal color.Dip IS available at this location but not the brand of NEXGEN. They do use new nail kits for every guest and recycle sanitized foot scrubs and brushes. Wine, coffee, and water is available for refreshments. They have porcelain foot station and high top manicure stations. A few of the pictures are taken with the chandelier lighting but the place is usually well lit with the ceiling lights on as well.Our nail tech was very pleasant and held great conversation! She was also very nice with my daughter. For my daughters mani and pedi and my soak off and gel manicure the total was 80.00 a little but more than most place but it seems like the only option available in this area?

Lovely place + friendly staff! My nails came out great! (Posted after service was done)*** REVISED...1. The nail art that was put on both index fingers came off after a couple of days.2. This is my biggest issue with the place. Note I have been putting shellac on a regularly. When I went to my regular nail place in Miami, it was extremely difficult to take off. If your a common user of the product it, it starts to lift after being dipped. What we realized is that they must of used some type of gel base ( which I dont use because its a stronger product than shellac on my nails). BE WARNED .... I dont like paying for something, when I dont receive what I expect!!!!!I will NOT be going back NEXT TIME IM IN ORLANDO!!!! Cute decoration but thats not enough to satisfy paying $70+tip for mani(shellac)+pedi.

Ive been meaning to write this review for over a week now but havent had the time. Let me start out by saying this place was a pleasant surprise! The staff is amazing and Alex and her mother are a wonderful team. The place is beautiful, classy, clean and super girly. The perfect place to go and feel pampered. I loved everything from the decor to the service to the ambiance.. and they even serve wine, coffe and water. If youre looking for a nice place to go and get a mani/pedi that uses up to date techniques and colors this is the place. Will definitely be back!!

I called to get a pedicure, she kept pushing to get it done at the airport. Sometimes we just need folks to work with us especially when they say there’s availability. Just rude to push me off like that. Won’t be calling again.

Do not even waste your time going to this salon. My Gel Manicure did not even last a week before they started lifting, the polish completely came off one nail, a second nail lifted and chipped and the remaining nails are all lifted at the corners. When I called to the salon to express my displeasure I was told that maybe my nail beds are oily so that may have caused the issue. The receptionist was rude and talked over me. She did not seem interested at all in coming to an acceptable resolution to my displeasure in their work product. Horrible work product and the abominable customer service .
