This is quite honestly the worst shipping company. I have called them 7 times over a 2 week period trying to get several packages delivered. Each time they stated I could only speak to a supervisor and no-one above that and stated my issue was fixed when in fact it wasnt. They even had a driver lie and stated that my name wasnt on the directory. No-one follows up, when they try to redeliver its at 5 in the morning and still dont deliver the package. The customer service answer is Whoops sorry. So clearly no resolution at all.

Great UPS Customer Service Center !!Had to return some Amazon items. Amazon said just show them the scan code and they will print shipping label. Thats what the customer service person here did! It was so easy. The staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. I was done with my transaction in a matter of minutes. There’s plenty of parking and easy access to the building.

I would give them no stars if I could. I drove over an hour and 15 minutes to go there to hear them tell me that my package is not ready. When I said, the customer service ensured I could come and pick it up, and they gave me a reference number. They told the customer service to say anything they want, and they are not accurate. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, and no one is there to talk to me. Wow, horrible service

I was fortunate that I only needed a receipt of drop off. This experience was great. Efficient, professional, and no one else was there. We will see if the package arrives safely or not. I feel like I am rolling the dice with UPS to see IF the package will make to the correct person at.the correct address. This exchange was friendly and seemed to do all the right things with a package marked with large red stickers that say Fragile. The waiting stress is so much worse than anything else in this life...including COVID-19!

Worst service ever. No one here does their job correctly, all passing the blame to the other when delivering a package for work. There is such a HUGE disconnect between customer service, the driver, and the pick up location. The latin woman working here was rude and had little regard, almost like this is a common issue per the reviews. Expect delays and time wasted. I highly suggest a different carrier, forget second chances.

Looking forward to class actions, it is impossible to imagine how the FL UPS is operating now.Is it time to send your petrol money?I called several times. Why must I sign? You know Im just a normal package, and why dont you put it in my apartments office? So I didnt go to work for two days and I didnt go outside to wait for a parcel. I hadnt waited for parcels. Now theres no place for complaints.The above is the 24th comment. After I got my parcel on the 25th, I discovered that my parcels were opened artificially. It shocked me that they were breaking the law. I may consult my lawyer. God, this is the United States?

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS. I had legal documents overnighted to me and they LOST them, delaying my important packages. They offered no help and pointed the finger that I have to contact Customer Service in order to retrieve its whereabouts and a refund for the Next Day Air service they failed to fulfill. When I called, they told me to wait until the facility can find them and that I would have to go to a UPS Store to receive my refund. What in the world, UPS? In a time when people need reliability and security that you won’t lose their important legal documents.... this is how you handle it? If I can avoid your services altogether, I will do my very best to never work with you again.

I was expecting a package today to be delivered by 9 p.m. but I just received a notification that the driver put saying that I refused the package but it is not true. No one tried to deliver anything to me today. I called customer service and they said that there was nothing they could do and that I had to wait until sometime tomorrow when somebody reaches out to me. Is very important package. This package needed to arrive today, tomorrow will be too late but customer service did not care and they just kept pushing me off after having me on hold for nearly an hour. I should not have had to drive 26 miles to this UPS center when I paid to have the package delivered to my home. The UPS delivery agent couldnt seem to find my home in Ocoee or even leave the package at the Silver Star UPS location in Ocoee. What a poor UPS employee and UPS also failed this time. Yes the office in Orlando had my package and handed it to me. Big deal, it was suppose to be delivered to me at my home!

I arrived to the UPS to pick up a package for my daughter @12:55pm. Maria the customer service representative was rude and not helpful. She stated that shes unable to locate the package information even after I told her that I receive a call stating, I can pick up the package at this location during their hours of operation. I asked her for the corporate number and she stated that, you will just have to call the 1800 number. I tried to explain to her what happen and she was not concern or compassionate at all regarding the situation. I ask her if she can write her name down for me and she stated, No. At this time theyre closing for the day and she proceed to tell me that I will have to come back when they open at 4:00pm because she has to close out the store now. As I walk to my car (which is parked by the door), I noticed that I have the tracking number, I proceeded to go back to the door, that she just open for a caucasian male to help him and she close and lock the door in my face. As Im attempting to show her that I have my tracking information, she starts to tap on the face of her watch to tell me the store is close. UPS please retrain your employees on the importance of customer service and racial diversity. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone as it relates to customer service. I once was a customer service representative and I would have never been allowed to do this to any customer.

Poor customer service experience, I called 3 times to confirmed I can get the package because my fiancée was working, I called the call center they told me yes I can pick it up with his id and the notice, I went with both and they told me no, even the policies saids that I can with that two proof, but they just didn’t gave me a lot of explanation and said that’s how this store works, no helpful at all, miss Salgado terrible customer service representative, they couldn’t solved me the problem and they don’t even care to help me, worst customer service experience ever, never try to pick it up your package here, it’s just horrible.

I went for an interview the other day and it was quite pleasant. Aside from that, the experience itself entering the premises were absolutely wonderful! From the generous security guards, to the wonderful escorts that safely walked us in and out of the building, down to the employees we passed along. Everyone was just pleasantly greeting us as we entered. Great job UPS employees @ Orlando hub on Atlanco Ave! Names I remember are Cherry, Valerie, and Lauren. Female security guard and Male security guard very attentive to their jobs also! 5*

The delivery of our package was less than acceptable. It required a signature according to the tracking info. We did not know it was delivered until our neighbor called. I went and found the package in my driveway, it was beat to hell. It is a wine and beverage fridge that the box was tore up, the pallet was broken on one side and the fridge had a huge dent in it. Had the driver actually notified us it was being delivered we would never have accepted it. Now for the return. The driver drops the return label at our door and pretends to push the doorbell. We have a Nest doorbell and record everything. You clearly see he did not intend to pick anything up. The Supervisor who called my wife back was extremely rude until my wife said we have it on video. She toned it down a bit after that. It is now 8:10pm and the package was supposed to be picked up by 7pm. I highly recommend using FedEx or another carrier. The local UPS in Orlando is horrible. Wouldnt even recommend them to ship styrofoam. The Supervisor should be let go for failure to provide even the slightest bit of customer service. Sad, just sad. There should be a negative star selection.

Expected a package delivery at my residence which was signature required and was here. I heard the driver throw another package I had coming at the door as he walked by and then disappeared. Never even knocked to see if he could get the required signature. Now I have to go pick it up myself the following day even though it was two day delivery shipment. The lady in the counter was in any way helpful, and lost her courtesy really fast towards me and the situation. Paid extra to have a package delivered on a specific day. It never came in that day or 3 days after. I chose to drive out to the customer center to figure out what was happening (since the customer service help line is shut down and couldnt speak to an actual person to get help). My package was just sitting there and was never put on the truck for delivery. No explanation on what happened and no refund for the extra charge to schedule the delivery date.

The workers were nice and polite. Its a little hard to get to and the door to enter is automated, but to exit is not, so when you have multiple packages or using a trolley its hard to exit.The experience at the center was quick and easy.

Drive all the way to Orlando because they were the only official UPS open on Saturday until 1 pm. BTW, UPS stores are franchises and they are not actually UPS. My bad for assuming that just because they took my package that it would actually go out the same day . Whats the point of being open? It sat there all weekend and didnt go out until Monday.

I’ve had too many bad experiences from this location. Does not follow up on cases/claims. Even when you request a phone call from a supervisor. If this is your local delivery center, I feel sorry for you. Their drivers are inappropriate and LAZY. They will falsely mark your packages as attempted or delivered.

Ups cant find a house they delivered to about 4 times a week. Simply cause the part time guys have no effort in looking. They rely on google maps who update once a year. Even with putting the office address thats on google they cant find it. Drove a hr to get packages to have the clerk tell me my address isnt real, but my FL Id with same address, mail comes but its fake

UPS customer service SUCKS!!!!!! I wish I could put ZERO stars for their customer service!!! Its impossible to get a human on the phone that is local. All calls are routed outside the country. I ordered a very special Valentines Gift for my honey and it was supposed to be delivered on 2/13 and here it is 2/18 and I STILL have NOT received my package.Every time I checked the status of my package, it was showing out fordelivery by a certain time, all to NOT get delivered. I resulted in asking for my package to be left at the customer service site and was promised a call within an hour. Of course 3 hours have passed and NO CALL! I have called customer service 4 times in the past 24 hours and they still can’t tell me where my package whether my package has been left at the facility or not.Every time I call they say they will call me back in one hour and I wait 2-3 hours and have to call them back for the same nonsense. Last thing I want to do is make a blank trip to the customer service site(its not close to my home). Im highly disappointed and this is NOT my first experience with this nonsense, its just the first one I am writing a review about. UPS GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

I no longer want my packages shipped through UPS it has been such a hassle to get my package especially after they lost the 1st one and amazon was nice enough to send me the package again. Im not sure how they lost a package over 50 pounds that wasnt cheap either and now it has been a mission and a half battling with the customer center location cause they dont want to help to do anything to help you to get your package. Because the last time UPS tried to deliver my package they lost it so I was told over the phone I could come before closing to come a pick it up so I come and they didnt want to try to look for it cause they wanted to close. They told me I would be able to come in the morning and they would hold it for me so I could come in person to get it and they cant even follow the instruction they set for themselves. I go and try to pick it up in person since they said they would hold it for me and they didnt now its on the truck again and it will probably keep getting pushed back. So tired of UPS and theyre Customer service in person at the store and over the phones they really dont know anything either and Im not even sure who to talk to to get something done.

UPS has a very high standard for all employees. Before you place blame on the company, please know that UPS stores are not owned by UPS but they are franchised and independently owned. With that said, if you find that a UPS store is not upholding the UPS name and quality standards, I would urge you to phone the national number to alert them of the issue. Ideally the stores should have the same values and vision as UPS does. Again, communication is paramoount. If a company or any business for that matter, is not aware of problems, they cannot address them. Cheers

If I could give them zero stars I would!! Do not ship or if your receiving do not and I repeat for the people in the back DO NOT USE UPS!!! They steal your items, they “deliver” to the wrong address and then can’t find it, they say delivered and it was NEVER delivered. Spoke with a manager DJ said his driver is coming back to “find” the package and give it to me personally. Called again the driver was an hour out.. called AGAIN DJ went home.. explained everything to Scott, gave him the tracking info got back on the phone and said package is LOST!! all this happed in a a 4 hour window!!! These folks beginning with Carla who has been there 20 years she likes to remind are so overwhelmed. They have trailers full of property that does not belong to them and they simply cannot process this stuff. When you are told by the 800 number to go and pick up a letter they tell you at this facility we are back up. Package arrived Monday and they still have not found it. Just awful. I made ups refund the law firm that paid for guaranteed service delivery Monday.I spent 2 days trying to locate package then Carla got upset and threatened to have the cop that has to sit there to cuff and stuff me! I was so excited that she could be that dumb to threaten me for a problem she caused! This is getting better each day. Looking forward to a class action case here. Stay tuned all!!

I had a very important package overnight shipped last week, that required a signature on delivery...I got a notification that the package was left at my doorstep, however I was literally waiting at the window all morning and never even saw a UPS truck drive by. I called customer service and they told me that they put in a claim with the Orlando office to ask the driver what happened and I never got a call back. I ended up calling 2 more times and got the same story. Finally I talked to a supervisor who contacted the Orlando office and was told the driver was going to retrieve the package. I called back a 4th time the next day and they told me that maybe the driver was going to re-deliver it but they had to make sure and then they would call me back...that was 4 days ago and I still haven’t heard from anyone about what happened to my package. I never got a call back from anyone at the Orlando office. It shouldn’t take me calling 4 times and still not getting any answers. It should be as simple as contacting the driver and finding out where he left my package, because it was not left at my house! They don’t care at all if customers receive their packages or not and they just leave packages at the door that need to be signed for...there is a reason it needs to be signed for!! This is completely unacceptable and the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Who knows where my package ended up but it’s been 4 days now and I haven’t had so much as an apology from anyone at UPS. The whole situation is mind-blowing. I will personally NEVER use UPS ever again!

I had a very important package that had to be mail tonight. The center closes at 8pm. My daughter and I arrived at the door at 7:59:55. A young lady was locking the door. To our relief she opened the door. There was confusion about how and where the package should be mailed. Two other salespersons helped us figure out the problem. Once it was time to scan the package I was told all the registers were shut down and I would have to come back tomorrow. Thankfully, another young lady directed us to an open register. The packaged was scanned and shipped tonight. If the package had not been mailed tonight I would have been charged $200! I am very grateful for the service I received tonight. Despite it being past 8pm everyone was kind and helpful.

Once again UPS SUCKS. Ins and his counterpart female dark hair working (she walked into the back before I could read her name tag) at 4:16pm Friday August 19th- were on their phones when I walked in no greeting no nothing. I called about a package to pick up that was not delivered this morning and the customer service line said at 1:30 that it would be available for pick up at this facility this evening and that I would receive a call from them when it was ready. I stressed that I needed to pick up the package before 5pm. Here it is 4:15pm no call I give Ian the tracking number and he says nothing but calls a number and then hands me a phone nothing said. Leo (LC) on the phone asks me AGAIN to repeat everything I have told 4 people now about. He said someone probably called me or I have a voicemail- neither which I happened and that the package is somewhere but unable to be found and that maybe I could get my package on Monday. No apologies no nothing just frustration. Your customer service sucks! You have ONE job to deliver packages and you can’t even do that!

I recently bought a new home and have ordered several things for the home. One package was delivered and about 6- 10 have been delivered to the wrong address. When I call they tell me the shipping address was wrong and that it doesn’t exist. They have actually changed my address and delivered them to my old address (two addresses ago) and tried to tell me that they got that address from the post office but the post office has been delivering my mail to the correct address. I now have to call and have replacement items sent to my parents house an hour and a half away and drive three hours total to pick them up.

The customer center was really helpful the last time I tried to get my package, but overall UPS is a terrible shipping service. I have had issues with more than 50% of my packages delivered through them. Unknown delays, lack of communication, or just leaving the package in area where it can easily get damaged. The only reason they get two stars is because of the team at the customer center who were awesome.

I had to choose a one because 0 is not an option. A packaged I had shipped overnight air arrived at this facility and was placed on a truck from this facility at 8:27 Saturday morning to be delivered by noon. It wasnt. After speaking to several agents with no explanation whatsoever as to why the package was not delivered, I asked them to hold the package at the facility for my family to pick up there. We were told the facility would be open on Sunday. It wasnt. The package that was being held was delivered this morning to the hotel as they were en route to the facility to pick it up. The event the package was for was Sunday. I go back to my local UPS Store where I shipped it from today, and Im told the refund has to come directly from UPS and could take one to three weeks. If anyone could give a true contact number where I can speak to someone who actually knows whats going on, I would love to have their number as I am going to be in a month-long process to get money back for an OVERNIGHT air package. Terrible! They have lost my package twice. I ordered a rear tire for my motorcycle and when it was suppose to be delivered in 2-days. On the 3rd day after it didnt arrive it was filed as lost in this warehouse. The store sent me another one and it was suppose to arrive the next day in-order to fix UPS fault for losing the package. Four days later it is filed as lost AGAIN in this warehouse location. This is not acceptable at all! How do you lose 2 tires? I filed a claim. FedEx is way more reliable.

From a very bad experience lately I will say this place used to be good, I am aware holidays are slammed busy but you should be more prepared I suggest UPS corp should look into the management team in here as they are extremely clueless and uneducated, I stood there for an hour people without badges entering inside and some FedEx employees picking up random boxes without supervision. I have ordered an iPhone X and held it for pick up, they scanned it and had control number for it, called me to come pick it up and then it magically disappeared from the hub its obviously internal theft since they know whats in the box. now I have to charge this back and let Apple handle this mess. too many other mails I have are at operation delay. hopefully they look into the poor management (I can name them) and hire some qualified people to get this place working proper and have the mail deliver to people.

Horrible place. I had a live fish from Australia in a box they mis-sorted. It was packed on one of 4 tractor trailers. I offered to wait at the facility to save the fish but no one would tell me when the trucks were getting unloaded. Its horrible when you know an animal is suffering within feet of where you are standing and nothing you can do. UPS doesnt care.

Driver forced me to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes (no traffic; over 3 hours round trip during the day) to pick up two packages because he REFUSES to KNOCK!!!!!! He simply sticks a delivery attempt post-it on my door, and dashes. UPS has ONE job, and they *refuse to do it*. He stuck SIX post-its on my door in a week . I was home each time, only 20 feet from the door, no music, TV or appliance of any kind on. If your drivers are bone lazy and simply dont want to wait for a signature, *HIRE NEW DRIVERS*! You have ONE job, and youve failed spectacularly at it! From now on Ill pay a little more for Fed Ex, or simply ship via USPS. My time is too valuable to spend it doing your job!!!!

Worst experience. At least knock, take pride and ownership on what you do!!! This is not hard, you bring the package, knock on the door 2-3 times and you repeat the same thing at every location.I have spent 2 days straight waiting for this package. Called Customer Service 2 times this morning with no resolution. Then at 415pm I look at the door and another notice left today with, wait for it.... YESTERDAYS DATE!!! Immediately called customer service and a whole lot of pointing fingers and options but without a single resolution. Tried signing up to there tracking services but wait for it again... they do not provide the service to my residence, are you kidding!!!There is definitely no sense in ownership by their leadership at this location and a dont care attitude from the deliverer. The package is a crucial part of my business and obviously UPS Orlando fails to deliver positive results.-10 stars!!

Ok Im here editing my review. After taking some time to cool off and enjoy my family. Ive come to the conclusion that as a retired business owner and general contractor. I must say theres good and bad in all businesses. So now I honestly can say that at some point in the past Ive not been happy with the services, but I know there are people out there who have received great service. For them and this being the HOLIDAYS. I will give them 5 stars for those good people who Have a personal connection to there ups driver. Thank you and Merry Christmas and happy New Year.....

So according to them my apt number wasnt written in the label, so instead of calling me they instead placed it for pickup 8hrs from today since now I gotta wait for the driver to finish his rounds. Unacceptable

I called to have my package delivered to my office instead of home because no one was there to sign seeing how you have to be 21+ and I was told it would be an extra fee (not surprising) no problem Ill pay it but instead I come home to find the delivery attempt sticker stuck to my door so I called to pick up instead and would recieve a call to confirm time to pick up. Well the call stated your package can be picked up at 7:20 pm but the business closes at 8 pm and its 25 miles away from my home NOT TO MENTION MY DINNER PARTY IS AT 8 PM ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN. PLEASE PAY THE EXTRA $1.00 OR $2.00 AND CHOOSE FEDEX BECAUSE UPS IS TERRIBLE AND REALLY NEED TO ADDRESS THEIR BACKWARDS THINKING. MY RATING SHOULD STATE 0 STARS BUT SINCE YOU HAVE TO SELECT SOMETHING IN ORDER TO POST BUT 1 STAR IS VERY GENEROUS TO SAY THE LEAST.

I ordered a bed frame and install from Amazon. It was set for delivery Friday by 8pm install Saturday. The install guy was amazing. Very accommodating considering the failure on UPS part. This UPS location specifically. Its leadership needs an overhaul because they clearly have forgotten their goal for customer centricity. So back to my experience. Due to be delivered by 8pm Friday, by 858pm nothing. I call in, 30 minutes spent assuring me itll happen, dont worry. 1005pm I call in 1 hour later theyve tried to reach the supervisor on duty, the operations manager, and the regional to discover no answer. Nobody can reach the driver. 1104pm we get off the phone and I watch the UPS driver slow and drive past my house. I chase him barefoot in my pajamas trying to get him to stop. I get up at 630am and spend another hour on the phone trying to get someone to reach this UPS location to connect with the driver. They assure me my package will be delivered today. At 3pm, 2 hours after they close the office, I get a call that theyve rescheduled me til Monday instead. Tough luck for me and still nobody can connect with me with leadership. What a joke of a business. I plan on calling everyone til I reach a VP who can explain to me why this location is allowed to behave like this.

Disgusted by their service. Ordered 2 different objects the past 2 weeks and had trouble with both of them. Their only job is to deliver packages that’s what they are made for and they can’t even do that right. If you can ever choose another way of delivery other then ups then I recommend 100% choose it!! So disappointing

I have been patiently waiting for a package from overseas for several days now, finally it’s here and ready to be delivered yesterday between 12;30-4;30. I needed this package to get ready for a business presentation to be given today at seven and required the evening to get prepared. Made arrangements to have someone home at those times since the package had no way of being left without signing for it. The driver went by the house at 9:30 and obviously no one was home. I called and told them I would be picking up the package today and wouldn’t you know it, the package left again for delivery today, I panicked and called ups. The corporate office were very receptive and understanding to my pleas and said they would contact the local office. I did get a call from the local office and everything went downhill from there, I spoke with Carla an employee from this facility. I was treated like a second class citizen. The lady had no manners. There was no opportunity for me to talk since she did not let me. I felt the blame was on me for not having someone at my house at a time that the package was not supposed to be there. There was nothing I could do to make her understan my concerns and my needs to the point that she expressed to me that all I wanted was for them to do what I wanted and what I needed, CARLA REALITY CHECK, you work to make customers happy and yes you work to give me what I need, if you feel you don’t, them quit or hopefully someone will read this and have you fired. RUDE and a lack of professionalism on her part. This lady should be working somewhere else. This UPS CENTER is Below Average!! I have been waiting for over 6 days since the first delivery attempt. I have read the other complaints and have to agree. They are RUDE .. UN HELPFUL and INCOMPETENT!The Delivery driver has lied about delivery attempts. Now I have requested that the package be put on hold for pick up.Lets see what story they give me when I pick up this item. Management needs to shake things up at this facility.

Was waiting on hurricane clips and I entered the address wrong. They couldnt deliver the package until Monday. UPS customer service searched the warehouse to find the package and got it to the customer care center so I could pick it up. Im so grateful for everyones hard work.

Poor customer service. My package was delayed, lost then found and deliver with damaged contents. Its been a week so far no driver has been sent to pick up damaged package. Staff at this Hub seem poorly trained. When asked to speak to a supervisor the said, not here call the 800 number. Do yourself a favor, use Fedex or US postal service for faster more reliable service.
