Definitely the worst customer service ever. I drove 40 mins there as it was the closer location from where I live. Unwilling to provide proper information or even share the wifi in order to create a label (no cellphone service there).I went to UPS where I had a great experience. Sorry DHL you should take care of customers better.

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST AWFUL DELIVERY SERVICE HAD PACKAGE LONGER THAT FLIGHT FROM FOREIGN ORIGIN TO USA THRU CUSTOMS YES REALIZE IT WAS FRIDAY BUT IT WAS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND BUT THE DELIVERY COULD HAVE BEEN DONE ON TUESDAY. LESS THAN 1 1/2 MILES FROM MY ADDRESS. I SHOULD HAVE PICKED IT UP MYSELF EVEN THOUGH PAID EXTRA FOR DHL CARRIER CHOICE.

Ok so the clerk was very courteous and helpful, but there are signs everywhere that say 2 person maximum in the tiny office area and masks are required. They do not enforce either of these things, at all. So if you are social distancing this is NOT a good place to drop your dhl stuff.

Taking forever to send my package to USPS. Was told there was a delay and to allow an additional 24-48 hours. It’s been six days...

Their couriers are not trustworthy. My package has been with the courier for two days. Package was out for delivery on 8/27/20 and never showed up. On 8/28/20 it was out for delivery again and at 9:19 am I received a text message that they couldn’t deliver package due to no one being at home. This message arrived while I was sitting on my front porch waiting for them. They never even made a delivery attempt. I called customer service and they stated that they will try again Monday. I told them that wasn’t acceptable since they have had the package for two days and haven’t even made a single attempt to deliver it. They said they would see what they could do. It’s becoming crystal clear why they are no longer a big player in the shipping industry.

Horrible service, it was a nightmare experience with DHL. They come to the door and even dont ring the door bell, or do not show up at all and saying that nobody was home. All three times weve been home and couldnt receive urgent package. Called customer service, the same number for all distribution centers in US and couldnt get direct number for particular distribution center at 9555 Benford Rd, Orlando FL, 32827, couldnt speak to supervisor. It is ridiculous! They put on hold my life dependent delivery for another week! I will sue them and win the case! They are going to pay huge penalty! Horrible!!!!!!

Had a to send a very important letter to Peru. I got to the location Monday evening at 1900. The letter was delivered to the correct address Wednesday at 1700. Yes, it is expensive (about $70 for one letter), but they really solve my problem. I couldnt recommend this facility any higher (Specially after waiting for 10 days for a letter to arrive to NY through USPS Priority Mail)

Garbage.Basuda. Trash in every right language. Everyone who happens to come across these reviews please consider the negative reviews as they don’t get any realer. As others, I have been waiting more than 2 months(and continuing) for my items to be delivered to my house. Part 1. Driver attempts to make the delivery and ends up at the wrong house. Delivery was to late and he returned back to the warehouse, threw the keys, and lost his job. They are UNPROFESSIONAL. Now at this point it’s probably been a month and we have been emailing and calling back to back as they have missed multiple delivery dates...CHAPTER 2. My girlfriends Grandma( Who works for the state and has won multiple lawsuits) Has gotten involved and promises to bring this company to its knees if they do not get it together and get my products in my door ASAP. Final chapter. I’ll have to see about this one. This is a short book lol. But let’s see how this ends.

They did a good job bringing in the package for us the only problem is and take note everyone they do not deliver to post office box you have to have a physical address if you want to go to Orlando then you can pick it up at their office at your own convenience but most of all you can go online and schedule it to a physical address you have to make sure that whoever ships it to you will agree for you to pick it up at the office most of the time you just need an ID and you might have to sign for it make sure you have the tracking number and good ID when you go to the office to pick it up are you can schedule a time at your house so its does not grow legs haha hehe and disappear I choose to pick mine up at the office thank

First delivery was ok no problems. This delivery I get a notice Saturday saying it will be here on Tuesday . So today (Monday) I figured Id get some work out of the way, then at 11:00 am I get a message that it will be here today @the end of the day. So I finish my work and get a message from the driver he cant find my house,cuz hes on North Samsula Dr. instead of South Samsula. Then he tells me his gps doesnt show my road. Well I been living out here for 22yrs. ! How inept can a company be to hire Morons !

Very rude an irresponsible I arrange to pick up my package online then call when I was on my way and they said it takes 24 hours to process the pick up being Friday I will have to wait until Monday so their customer service said they can do a signature release and deliver the package on Monday. I saw the DHL driver drive by on my apartment complex they didnt deliver my package when I called their customer service the lady was very rude says I dont know what number you called because we dont have anything in our system I tell her I can send her the email saying it was released she said I was yelling at her and hang up on me

This place in unprofessional. My package was SUPPOSED to be delivered on Monday, but Ive got two calls between then and now (Tuesday) telling me that the cant deliver due to the lack of an apartment number. Problem is, I gave my apartment number THREE TIMES! So why is this STILL an issue? I will not be using this service EVER again. I have a business that is being held up, due to their laziness. Now I must go pick it up, which is COMPLETELY out of my way! Thanks. Totally appreciate the inconveniences

What a terrible service! I saw the DHL truck outside of by house today. It was parked and I went towards my door assuming the need to answer since I have an expensive package that requires a signature. I opened my door and the driver never even exited the truck, he just drove off. Then about an hour later it states my shipment is on hold with a delivery date of today. First time using DHL. Last time using DHL.

My parents sent me a very important package which needed to be delivered as soon as possible from overseas, and I was waiting for it, and than I got a paper on my door saying that they were there and they will try on Tuesday. I was like okaay, I didn’t have anything to do on Tuesday, so I was sitting at home and waiting. Guess what, NOBODY came!!! And the most insolent thing is that they told my mom that they have called me that day and they were knocking!!! I am shook, guys do not use their services ever!!! HORRIBLE because now I am on my way to their office to pick up my package which is far from my house!!!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!My box has been sitting or lost in their Orlando office for the past 2 weeks, my brother sent me a Christmas present from England and arrives the 12th December 2017 and they attempted to deliver but I wasn’t home, they left no notice and up to now 28th December I still have not received my package bore it’s no where to be found!!!!! I went to ship a package overseas (an Amazon return). I received a text almost a week later from some random local phone number saying that my package wasnt sent and that they need more information. I went back to the store where I had my package originally marked for shipping and they said they didnt have it (its a 3rd party authorized DHL shipping retailer - UPS). When I asked where my package was I was told it was shipped off. I the called DHL customer service I made the same inquiries I did at UPS and the representative informed me that it was sent back to me (3weeks ago). Frustrated beyond comprehensive measure I tell the representative that I never received anything. She informed me that she would have to open up some case and have someone in the proper department look into it...its been a week since that conversation and As of this writing am currently on a call (havent been able to speak to anyone...not a single person...just getting the same recording over and over for the last 15 minutes). So In short, I shipped an almost $400 dollar item that has seemingly disappeared and I cant get in contact with anyone about it.

Lousy service, five days for a delivery 1hr and 15 min. from their location. Two miss deliveries. They said premises closed unable to deliver. Well, i live in a house not a commercial building. We have no idea where they tried to deliver my stuff. I stayed home for two days waiting on my package, the house was never empty plus three security cameras say that they never showed up. So a Thursday delivery turned into a Monday delivery. From here on i will not purchase from any business that uses DHL.
