This option was one of the best decisions I made for my business. I was in need of finding a mail service for my company due to being a mobile business but most importantly one that was not a PO box. They have an actual business street address that the state accepts outside of a box number.The employees are all amazing and its always a wonderful place to walk into.They are very efficient and the app/online portal they have is easy to use and saves so much time. I can accept to pick up the mail or have them shred it on site. This business idea is a big hit and great help to my daily operations! Definitely suggest to any small business!

This service is such a perfect substitute for a PO Box, quick email responses, the scanning and forwarding features are so convenient. Also, I cannot stress enough how each customer service experience I have had here is not only excellent, but a DELIGHT. I pretty regularly receive mail and pick it up in the Orlando location, and they never fail to make me smile. So warm and welcoming, they know who I am at this point and there’s always a lovely little conversation each time I visit; that is rare with a lot of businesses. You can’t train that, these are honestly just golden staff. Thank you from me and my loved ones for being wonderful and providing a great service!
