Came in to ship gas samples (vials of gasoline) as Ive done multiple times before. Lady at the front desk was rude and gave me a hard time saying she was afraid to take it. I explained Ive done it before and it has the proper sticker but she continued to be rude. Thankfully her male coworker knew what he was doing and accepted it.

Place an order with Shades of Green for Disney tickets. Tickets went out on Tuesday and was guaranteed delivery into Tennessee by Friday. A NO SHOW. Checked our tracking number and they are still setting at 10445 Tradeport Orlando, Florida. My question is why is this package still setting in Orlando. I wouldn’t normally complain but by the rules of Disney, the tickets have to be registered so that your park location will be guaranteed. Have spent $475 for someone dropping the ball in getting these to us on time. Bad business especially when you tell someone when they can expect your delivery dates and you don’t follow through. Will NEVER use FedX again. Dissatisfied customer. You really have put a damper on my kids trip to Disney. There first trip as well. God complexed employees. Yelling and making threats are the norm here. Very unhelpful and treatment indifferent from other employees as it seems they rather be anywhere else but working. Best part is them covering their names on their airport ids to avoid being reported by name. Total BS. I know for a fact it is prohibited by the airport to make these type of alterations to your if but I guess since the employees don’t fear being reprimanded.

I live in the 32829 zip code. I had a package which required a signature by fed ex. The driver never knocked on my door or rang my door bell to alert me that he was there. He left in his truck and I tried to signal him to get my package and he completely blew me off and kept on driving because he did not want to take ten seconds out of his day to provide me with my package. The package had a very expensive part I needed to fix one of my customers computers. I am very dissatisfied with the on going poor customer service that had been provided by FedEx. I will no longer be doing business with FedEx ever again!!!!!

Very disappointed in the business that Fedex was unable to provide. I had a phone ordered express and missed the day it was supposed to come. The phone went back to the warehouse and mysteriously disappeared. I dont know how this can happen with tracking numbers being so prevalent in this day and age. Apple was actually able to give me more information on the status of where the phone was. Meanwhile I have been without a phone for 2 weeks now and rely on it for work. There has been no resolution to my problem and it seems that Fedex could care less. I hope for future customers including myself this is an issue that Fedex fixes.

FedEx has had my package for 2 days and has not delivered it to the US Post Office when I asked where my packages they said its still in transit but they dont know where thats ridiculous I have to wait this long
