USPS hit Skid Row... What happened?...There are mail carriers who do careless work & deliver mail to an improper party...Neighbors may receive your bank statements, tax paperwork, & debit cards...How secure is that? There are lost packages.& no customer service phone operators to help if there is a problem..... BUT USPS rates keep going UP!Its a travesty to charge $90/ year for a small PO BOX, & you must go to the POST Office & wait on a long line just because your a careless carrier is doing a poor job. No point in complaining.. nothing ever changes!Shipping rates have increased so much that millions of people that had online mail order businesses have gone out of business. Plus, every purchase we make costs more due to increased rates too. I have been waiting for a package for a week. It was expected to arrive today and I tracked it several times in the day to be sure I got it right away. At 2:30 I tracked it again and it says it was delivered at 2:17 “in my mailbox” I walk to my mailbox all the mail listed on my digest delivery email was there except the package. I live in a complex and usually they leave a slip or key to a bigger box if the package doesn’t fit. However my mailbox was slightly pushed so I assumed it was in there. Again no package; no key and no slip. Either way I go to the office because it was literally dropped off 13 mins ago. Nope it’s not there again I have no key to check the bigger boxes. I call the post office they say it says and was scanned as delivered. It’s not 2:40 and the package is now where to be found at my property let alone the complex mailboxes or office. I file a claim he says still call the local office the postman is on route since he was just there they can confirm with him where he left it or if he has it. They don’t answer the phone which is this location. This isn’t the first time I have problems. Previously my post cards from family were constantly being stolen and I went to speak with the supervisor he did a pref interview found who delivered it and called them and in front of me warned him that I would file a complaint of theft and if he did it to put it back. No disciplinary action nothing and the next day my post card was in the mail box, since then I get other people’s mail even tho I’ve left notes and told them several times they don’t live here. And now my packages are being marked delivered and are now missing less than 15 mins from delivery. Unacceptable ! Then they don’t answer the phone! SMH I’m livid, the package was expensive and I have been waiting so long for it !

I have been in my current apt for 4 years now and always have issues with deliveries. I started having my packages delivered to my job. Then we got the Parcel Pending boxes for large items. I thought ok this is good. My oversized package that would fit in my mailbox was a pair of rubber rain boots, not even knee length. The online support say to request a redelivery, which I did. Message said my package would be deliver on that date. My apt mailman told me that they don’t do redelivery. In the past 2 months I have gotten other people packages that I turn into the apt office. Sorry they don’t use negative stars in the reviews.

If I could rate this location in the negatives I would, worst service, never answer the phone and they have stolen my packages both ones I’ve shipped and ones I’ve been waiting to receive. This location needs to be shut down.

Terrible and they don’t care. Was in there at 915 this morning and there were 3 of us waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to open the door and help us. We heard them in there making jokes and just ignoring us. Then finally someone shows up and they have an attitude, we’re sorry that you blame of business opens at 9am. This place needs is atrocious.

I believe everything I’m reassign on here after living @ my residence for 1.5 yrs I’ve had all of these experiences: no packages left, notices of delivery and no package, visiting that site with no instructions, standing barely any help…. No answering phones and even had a package opened and re-taped then delivered to me. There has to be someone to contact federally that can deal with these issues

Unless you have been here before you will never know that you have to ring a doorbell on a closed door that is blocked and has no information for assistance. When you enter and it’s empty it just looks like an empty office with a blocked door.

Really disappointed with this location, it’s unfortunate what’s happened to USPS and it clearly shows in their workforce. They don’t even do the bare minimum, and I hope Amazon stops using them for delivery since their delivery service isn’t up to Amazon standards. Whoever is delivering mail for the curry Ford route is EXTREMELY incompetent. They shove packages in your mail box that are just slightly smaller than the mail box itself so you literally have to destroy the package to pull it out. They also bend packages that say “DO NOT BEND”.

The said they delivered my package in a parcel locker and never left the key. I call there office fo 45 minutes and no one answers. I believe your mail carrier said he deliverwd it and stole my package.

Well they don’t like to answer their phones and when they receive a package out of state they hold people stuff and they do not release it they’ve had a package of mine since March 18th. 2021 and here it is April 1 and they have yet to send it to me on the West Coast of Florida and they’re on the East Coast my opinion I think they’re stealing peoples property I have filed a complaint.

My package has been missing for 2 weeks. USPS is completely clueless and rude. Saying my tracking is lying and that they never received the package.. We changed our address on the USPS website over 2 months ago. We were receiving mail just fine until 2 weeks ago when we stopped receiving mail for no reason. Come to find out all of our mail for the past 2 weeks was rejected and sent back to the sender!! I complained and was told the USPS had no record of anyone living here even though I have documented proof that my address was changed back in May!! Nothing but incompetent people that work here. Dont worry, it wont be long before youre completley out of business. FedEx will be my carrier from now on.

Been here a few times now. First time in August and been here for the last couple of days. Apparently Sunday delivery is through a 3rd party, and apparently they sent my package back because they could not access the gates to my community. I’m not satisfied with the fact that a 2 day delivery will now take about a week.. but I can actually say that the person who worked with me made me feel like she cared, she took my name and number down along with my order ID and told me she’d call me with an update.. and as of today, I was called.. with an update. Not what I wanted to hear but I felt they did what they could. As far the service goes and the way I was treated, I definitely appreciated it. Again not happy about the outcome, but definitely pleased with the person there for being informative and seeming to care.

If I can give lower than 1star I would prefer that. This is the worst post office I have ever seen. We requested for re-delivery, we got the confirmation but realized the letter is still in their office. They didn’t process at all. This is just one example. We lost package. We could see the status that it got delivered in our mailbox but actually it’s not. There are mane more incidents. Almost every weekend we go there to collect undelivered mails. Disgusting!!

I cannot believe that they CANNOT deliver my mail to my address. The post-person delivered important tax documents to only God knowsThe envelopes have in big bold letters IMPORTANT TAX DOCUMENTS ENCLOSEDThe person receiving my mail opened both then taped them back together and put them back in the mail!!!! And wrote wrong address on the outside. I just received them today. This is important stuff. One would think you would check the address before throwing it into the wrong mailbox. The mailman that serves Candem Lee Vista is the worst mailman Ive ever had. He does not deliver packages because he does not know who lives here. He must deliver the package to the address on the label PERIOD! I really respect the USPS but this guy does not like his job and treats people like garbage. I had to go there today to make a complaint about our mailman not picking up our mail when we have out going mail, this is a on going thing with our mailman every single day we have someone new everyday and it seems like they dont know how to do there job!! Please get someone that knows what they are doing and make sure that they pick up our mail and another thing that I have notice is that our mailman likes to do is sit in the truck and not deliver our mail even though we have out going mail. Mailman or woman always late need to check mail box at 7:00 pm yesterday 8/28/19 got in at about 4:00 pm mail woman was on cell phone very comfortable in the mail shed and i called today to report it i try for half hour to no availe so these people why have a phone if you will not answer it oh i forgot everyone there is on there cell phone to busy to pick up the business phone you dont get pay to be on your cell phone if thats the case i need a job like that soneone need to supervise you all not a happy camper here

By far the worst post office for mail delivery. They don’t drop mail off in proper boxes and they mark packages as delivered. I always prefer shipping that doesn’t use usps because it sucks so bad.

How in the world can they NOT! find your package??? Wish companies would stop sending stuff by UPS sure Plus.. If UPS would have delivered it, i would have my package. No they transferred it to USPS so they could loose it. Never had a problem picking up packages from the Tradeport location. Lucky for me the company that sent it, sent out a re-order for free & it was delivered by UPS. Hopefully the original order will be found one day. I know its in the post office some where, from the looks inside the warehouse, its no wonder they cant find anything. I bet they have packages from last Christmas siting around.(UPDATE) Package found & finally arrived at my door on Dec 14th... 2 weeks later.

This is an Postal ANNEX and needs to be labeled as such. There is no actual regular postal services here. I mean at least put in an automated machine.

This post office has been CLOSED for several years, even though the official USPS website falsely indicates that it is open and even lists hours of operation and services provided. When you get there, you will find a sign telling you to go away.

I run a business and this is well over the 20th package this facility has lost.It has been over a month and my package is still sitting in this facility. They make a post office in California call me where a woman called Adriana speaks with me and tells me there is no way to help me. The mail carrier Adriana states she can not help me because she never received the package as she should have a month ago. The package is still in this facility as tracking and the mail carrier confirms this.This facility is absolutely terrible and the customer service is absent at best. Everyone that speaks on the phone from this facility is extremely rude when they actually answer the phone.If you want to deliver a package, send your package via pigeon. It will arrive much sooner.

The other package was scheduled to be redelivered but never delivered over a week later. Went three times to get my mail box key. They kept saying they will leave it at my door but still nothing. Went and pleaded to hold my key and the annex and I will pick it up they instited that they would deliver it today with my current mail. Surprise current mail at my door and no mail box key. God forbid you have to call to resolve any issues nobody dares go near the phone to answer.

This location has not been open to the public since 2012. Of course the USPS couldnt be bothered with updating their website to reflect that fact.

My package was supposed to be here the 3rd .. apparently my address was undeliverable so i called the 1-800 number and spoke to a lady who verified my address and set my package for redelivery for the 4th. Package never came. Called the 1-800 number back and was told it was at tje lee vista post office so i tried to call them. Ive Been calling for over a week and a half and got a hold of someone once. They took my info and I got a call back about my package 2 days later and they left a message saying they were having someone look for my package (as if it has been misplaced) 3 days went by and nothing. So i went up to the post office and banged on the door. The lady tried to dismiss me so I knocked some more. She finally opened the door just to tell me your package isnt here. We dont hold packages (this is before I even gave her my name and tracking number) so after informing a woman that a man from this location left me a message stating my package was there but they had misplaced it she asks me for the mans name as if I was lying. Once she realized I was being serious she took my info and told me to hold on. 5 minutes later she comes back outside to inform me my package is there but its in 1 of 3 bins and they dont know which one but by the following day it should be found and scanned for redelivery. Here it is almost 3 days later and nothing. My tracking online still says in transit. Scheduled for redelivery the 4th its now the 13th. This place is ridiculous, irresponsible and should be shut down or staffed by people who actually give a damn. Im so beyond livid with this post office. Theyre all a bunch of lazy people who cant seem to find people packages. This is honestly the worst experience Ive ever had with ANY business.

This post office is awful. Even if they are closed to the public, they need to answer their phones. I have called multiple times and no one answers. Its so frustrating when its something important and you do not get an answer or given appropriate direction.

This post office is the absolute WORST! I never really had an issue with USPS, this locations makes me want to use a different carrier.
