Can I suggest a NEGATIVE 100%????I had a delivery debacle several months ago from Lowes in Satellite Beach, Florida which they contract XPO Logistics to deliver. It was a stove with removal of the old and setup of the new.The delivery was late, I spoke to the driver as he stated he would be there soon, an hour later and two hours AFTER the designated time, so I had to tell him the delivery would NOT be able to be made...only to come home two hours later and find my brand new oven in MY DRIVEWAY!!!! I then called Lowes and they told me it was XPO Logistics that made the delivery.Arthur Moya made arrangements to install my new oven...only sending ONE gentleman to show up to my house in his car!!! What was going to be done with my old stove??? The installer phoned a coworker that came over to help. Only to hook up my stove with the old electric cord. Several days later another gentleman came and changed out the electrical cord.Called and spoke to Arthur Moya and he agreed to send me a visa card of $150+, however several months and a phone call again he stated it must have been lost and another would be sent out...STILL waiting!!!!

I wish I could do less than a 1 star. They deserve a negative. We ordered a fridge from Lowe’s and this company as chosen to deliver it. They made us an apt quick. We waiting around all day with no delivery. Called and was told told they didn’t have phone service and would be back the next day. Again, we waited. Called 3 times. First time lady was rude and just laughed and stated they would be here. Second call I was told they called Brittany in dispatch and she said the driver was getting ready to call us. An hour latter, I called back and was told my order had been cancelled. I went back to the tracking and it was never set up to come back out. We called Lowe’s and cancelled our order. They have lost a customer over who they choose for delivery. These people are rude and don’t care about anyone.

Your worker Beatrice is disgusting, she would not stop texting my husband. My husband went to this place to drop off a package. She has been texting him non stop even after he told her to stop. She is disgusting and this company should be ashamed to have an employee that takes their customers information for their personal used.

Terrible service! They don’t stick to the time window they give you and the drivers are incredibly rude! Don’t buy appliances from Lowe’s because these are the people they use !
