Very friendly staff and helpful vets I rescued a kitty who was so bad off I thought she wasn’t going to make it I brought her here and now she’s doing so much better they were so friendly and nice I decided to bring my other 3 animals and now they are doing better as well thanks for the awesome service and helping my baby’s get better

My old dog was sick and I called the clinic on a busy Sunday there. Initially they couldn’t fit me in but I was really worried about my pet.The front desk talked to Dr. Megaly for me and he had me come right over. This Dr is a kind soul and a nice vet to talk with. He explains things to you and is realistic.My old guy is improving for his age. I like all of the staff in this location.Always try to plan ahead because they have a busy practice.Bless you animal lovers!

I have been going to this vet ever since 2018 and I haven’t had a problem. Their pet insurance is amazing, the veterinarians are compassionate and treats Coco like she is their own. Love the staff! Very professional and friendly. Thx Forever Vets for taking care of Coco!

I wanted to like this place but the unprofessionalism is unreal from this vet, he belittles and talks down to owners making them feel horrible and like they are bad pet owners. The first time I took my dog there after just adopting him I got yelled at by him because of an infection from a surgery the shelter did. He is unbelievably rude! The staff is always changing so it’s impossible to know anyone there plus they never seem to be certain on their answers when asked questions which is concerning. I want my dog to get the best care and they don’t seem to know how to give it. They also charge exorbitant amount for the amount of “care” that they give. It’s unreal I go in for my dog having diarrhea and it’s $800. Don’t waste your time or money here!

I wanted to like this place, I really did. Especially with the great reviews but unfortunately I find the service is less than average. They place you on hold when you call for over 10 minutes every single time. I’m not exactly convinced the staff is as knowledgeable as they should be, which I understand they are still young and learning. However, I want trust and confidence in the vet I take my pet to so this is just not working for me. Pamela just rubs me the wrong way, she doesn’t always seem thrilled to handle an animal and always seems confused when being asked a question, which is not exactly reassuring. I’ll be shopping around for a new vet. Also, we’re a little passed these covid restrictions. I see no harm in allowing at least one person to enter the room with a pet if wearing a mask and taking precautions, so now it’s just annoying. Especially when human hospitals who are at much higher risk and still allow one person to enter the room.

Bringing Molly (our fur-baby) here is the best decision my wife and I have made. They treat her like their own. In response to our questions, Dr. Ashrah Megaly demonstrates a caring disposition. The staff here is incredibly passionate about their furry friends.

I have two dogs, a senior and a puppy. They were both showing the same severe symptoms and needed to be seem immediately. My original veterinarian didnt bother to try to fit us in and wanted to schedule me out 2 weeks from today, so I called Forever Vets and they gladly not only helped me get an immediate appt for one, but BOTH of my sick babies!! I was in their office and seen within 20-30 mintues upon arrival.👉(I would like to add how they have a chart upon entering the office; of all the patients with APPOINTMENTS that will be seen on the day welcoming them: the list was not short, so I knew they accomadated me without a hassle)So thumbs up on taking walk-ins, in a great timely manner. 👍The front desk staff was very friendly, and thorough. The girl helping me, broke down all the vaccines, possible treatments, and prices before hand so I have an idea of what Im looking forward too before they took my babies to the back alone to be examiated.Staff gets the thumbs up too! 👍The Vet Tech Estevan called me while I was out waiting for my dogs to be examined. We discussed the dogs history and possible causes. We assumed the dogs might have contracted Giardia .. He was patient and spent time on the phone with me ready to answer any of my questions/concerns..A happy staff means a happy boss (Dr.) right? So okay.. Things are looking good so far.. I have hope with my new vet..My doggies had to be examined alone with this whole Covid situation, I was pretty nervous about not being able to meet their new Dr with them to get a feel of our new Drs energy and how he would hand them.. However, he called me while he was examining them and was VERY VERY kind, knowledgeable, patient, and also informative. I love a Dr. that doesnt make you feel rushed, spends some time explaining anything you might/might not be aware of, and is willing to teach you about your dogs situation, possibilities and preventatives. Didnt rush me at all.. He gained all my trust over the phone!!The dogs were ready after they ran all the needed test, was given the appropriate medications.The Dr. Met with me in person at the front desk to chat about the dogs and the medications he had prescribed for them and discussed follow up and the next steps, again... Such a kind, KNOWLEDGEABLE Doctor.My vet bill came out to about 300 dollars.That covered TWO dog visitsMy puppies entire immunization vaccinations/rabiesA few test that were runMedications...I am not mad about that price at all. Its honestly a steal for two dogs if you ask me..Overall, Great expierence. Im so happy I picked Forever Vets. I look forward to having you guys as my new provider and happy to ditch the old one!!👉🏽 (Ive read the negative reviews on this platform and I feel bad for some of the bad expierences some of the past clients had written, Im not saying their experience wasnt real.. But I do believe alot of it is misunderstanding.. I didnt let negative reviews deter me away from my own experience. The office staff really takes the win here for me. They were super helpful and patient with me and my father when we brought my doggo in terrible unprepared with the proper paperwork as I was a first time visitor. My previous vet, a low cost clinic, was spread thin and I was in the need of a change and a comfortable, regular, vet that knows and loves my dog. This place had amazing reviews and a friend has referred me as well.I felt why here as even my return visit the technicians and doctor Magley called her by name and complimented her. It was great! The vet explained everything, allowed me to ask questions, and my dog has been feeling much better (she had bloody urine and double ear infections poor girl).Im happy with the choice and looking forward to a continued relationship. Would recommend !

Been to a few other vets in the area because we moved away from forever vets. But, we chose to come back because they are the best around. Great hours, always willing to get you in! Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Megaley and his staff are fantastic! They are always so friendly and take such good care of our fur babies. Shout out to Dori and Bri for being awesome! This vet office has been there since day one for me and my babies and they have helped me along the way anytime we have had any issues (including the long battle with fleas!). They are also so helpful with explaining procedures or answering questions if any arise. All around great practice, would highly recommend!

This is hands down the best vet Ive been to! My dog is 11 years old and had a fatty mass growing on the outside of her skin and she ruptured it by scratching it. No other vet or emergency clinic would do nothing more than clean it and tell us good luck. Dr. Megaly and his staff are super nice and professional and are a pleasure to work with. They took my dog in, did surgery on her and removed it with no issues. I will always go back to them with my pets!

I recently had a health scare with my female cat, Beans, and Dr. Magaly and his staff took excellent care of her. He even called several times to check up on her and offer advice. I’m relatively new to the area, and I’m happy to have found my forever vet. Or for at least as long as I live in the Orlando area. Thank you, Dr. Magaly, for giving me back my happy, playful girl!

We had a serious illness with our young cat today, and the staff were responsive and professional in getting us in today even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. Dr. Ashraf Megaly took X-rays and diagnosed the problem then treated her with medications and we were able to take her home. The staff were so kind and gave her a mini bath and cleaned her carrier. Dr Megaly carefully explained what was wrong and gave detailed explanation of her home treatment. He was so compassionate and genuinely cared about our pet. Thank you so much Dr Megaly and staff!!!!

The professionalism Veterinarian Dr. Megaly and his Staff. Their emphaty to us pet owners as to our pets. Their fees are accordingly realistic and fair.

I have doubts about their vet, the staff is great and they really make it a great experience. I took my 2 month old poodle for an examination as a new visit. I explained to the vet my puppy came with me from South America and he had been fine except he had a minor cough. The vet assured it was only a respiratory infection and sent us home with antibiotics, I had also mentioned to the vet that my puppy had a decrease appetite but he insisted in trying to feed him and offered me to buy the canned food. Just 2 days later my pup had not gotten any better and I decided to take him to an emergency clinic where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. My pup spent 2 days with IV fluids and antibiotics in the clinic. I decided to go back to the vet and he questioned why I took my pup to an emergency clinic and insisted the puppy didn’t have pneumonia when he last saw him but he never did X-ray or any other diagnostic test. He prescribed my pup a stronger dose of antibiotics and a medication to stimulate his appetite, I followed up with the vet over the phone as I noticed no changes. He continued to insist on trying to feed him, we had to buy liquid dog food and syringe feed our pup. We had decided to go for a second opinion at another vet but unfortunately my little pup didn’t make it and passed. I called the office to inform them and to update the vet and I was not even offered the chance to speak to the vet. He seems like a nice person but I think he did not due his due diligence. I had to constantly repeat myself to him to explain my puppy’s issues and he just seemed confused or lost. I wish I had acted sooner and taken my puppy somewhere else for another opinion.

This vet is so reliable for our cat Livy! She was attacked by a stray cat and without the help and advice/procedures we got from Dr. Megaly her condition wouldn’t have healed so great like it did! 10/10 recommended l!

I had just bought a puppy and had him for 5 days when I noticed something wasn’t right. She was lethargic, had diarrhea and was vomiting. I had called local vets in my area (I live in Winter Garden) and they were all booked and couldn’t see her. I was referred to Forever Pets and called them. I told them what was happening and they immediately told me to bring her in. When I got there they immediately took her to the back. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and gave me a breakdown of the tests and costs. They called me within an hour to give me test results and it wasn’t good. My puppy was very sick with parvovirus, anemia and round worms. They asked to put her on an IV informed me of the costs before doing anything. The techs, staff and doctor called me every few hours to update me. It was amazing!! They were so wonderful making sure my dog was comfortable and cared for. My dog was there for 3 days and I didn’t think she would make it. The doctor was confident that she would improve. On the third day, she was almost back to her old self. The doctor even called me on speakerphone so that I could hear her barking and whining. That was something she hadn’t done since being sick. He even said she was biting the cage because she was getting her energy back and wanted to go home! He said “Do you hear that? She’s back! Your puppy is back!” I cannot express how kind, caring and professional the staff is there. I am forever thankful for the amazing staff at Forever Pets! They saved my puppy! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Megaly is amazing. He is the most caring “dogtor” I have ever met. They are very sweet to my senior dog.(Jada) She actually gets excited to go see them. That says a lot about the way they treat her. I highly recommend this clinic to people looking for an affordable, caring vet! Thank you Dr. Megaly and staff for being so kind to my baby.

Would be excellent if I could be with my dog in the room, but I understand that it’s prohibited due to covid. Hopefully next visit it will be possible. DO NOT ORDER INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES FROM THIS PRACTICE IF YOU ARE FLYING WITH YOUR PET.We were supposed to fly to Madrid and couldnt make it because they didnt have the international certificate ready. Called them many, but many times. They placed me on hold every time I called for at least 10 to 15 minutes and they always had a different and non professional story. They were all over the place, were unorganized, and told me theyd call me back about the certificate, but nothing. I should have not trusted them with something that important and I recommend anybody to get this certificate in another place.Note that they tell you they can do this 10 days before your flight. I was there with plenty of time to do this and they were not able to get the certificate done.This practice is a joke, Ive never seen veteneriants like this before. Stay away.

This place over charge me and my dog still died. The Vet had no sympathy for us and did not care when I talked about the problems she was having, all he did was take money from me. I will hate for someone to have the same experience. Search for a better Vet

The vet did not even address the primary complaint that we brought her in for which was not eating. The staff then said, oh well I don’t know why the vet didn’t look into that, like it’s not a big deal.Was then told that even though it was THEIR mess up that they wouldn’t see her again until the next week. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.I was given no aftercare instructions for the vaccines she received so was quite shocked when she started acting lethargic and screaming in pain when touched in certain spots. Would have been nice to hear about it from the vet, but he couldn’t be bothered to talk to me after the service and the staff ignored my multiple phone calls asking to speak with the vet by continually telling me that he would call me back. Guess what? That NEVER happened.This place has gone down hill, and we will be finding another vet for our fur baby this place truly does not care.What

I was a first time patient with what I felt was a pet emergency for my 136yo Shepherd mix. They got me in same day within an hour to check on my girl. They were upfront with the costs and honest with what options I had. I felt Like Dr. Magaly really cared about my dog and even followed up with me the next day to discuss other options for treatment to see if we could figure out what was wrong with my girl. I would definitely return here for my pets needs. Thank you.

I posted a review (Marcello Navarro) back in February regarding the excellent care they took of my Blue Heeler puppy in back in February. She was sick when we bought her with parvovirus, anemia and worms. Dr. Megaly saved her life! When my 10 year old Yorkie became lethargic and ill I knew exactly where to take her. Furever Pets was able to see her the same day after hearing her symptoms. The employees there are so kind and always informed me up front what the possible costs would be. Dr. Megaly informed me that my dog had Pyometra and would need emergency surgery. He performed the surgery and saved my dog!!They contacted me when the surgery was over to give me an update and the staff gave me updates throughout the day. Dr. Megaly even sent me a video of how well she was recovering. I am so happy that I have found Furever Vets and I will “Furever” bring all my pets to them for care.

Would not recommend this vet to anyone and advise you take your money elsewhere, because they have no problem taking it here. Pricing here is outrageous and the care is not worth it. Had to bring in my pet multiple times for the same infection. They just sent me home with a new bill and the same antibiotics each time. Was quoted nearby $500 for a neuter when you can drive 5 minutes down the street and save $300.

Not too happy with the service. Took my pet a few times and each time was given a different answer as to what could be wrong. The most recent I was waiting over 10 minutes to be seen after arriving to my appointment on time. No apologies or anything like that. They enter the notes wrong in the computer and there is such a high staff turnover rate. They have employees who have been arrested handling the pets. The doctors do not do a thorough explanation on test results, they just seem to be in a rush. No researching my pet’s previous history - I had to bring it to their attention. The location is in a place that is convenient for me, but will have to be traveling elsewhere from here on out.

We relocated to Orlando and have been bringing Gigi to FOREVER VETS Animal Hospital for at least two years. And I must say that we truly feel like family now! We love how knowledgeable, caring and professional they all are. We especially love the charming Dr. Ashraf Megaly! I appreciate how he and his team takes the extra time to help me with my Gigi. We are grateful to Adi, Leroy, Nick and the entire team for assisting us a few days ago. You guys are truly a blessing to the Hunter’s Creek Community. Thank You!

I wanted to share negative feedback directly with management however I can’t find any place on website. Took my puppy today to the curbside and already was disappointed in the lack of urgency of the front desk attendant to come to the door (no one inside). Later, They called me when my dog was ready and gave me a vague voicemail, when I tried to call back I was immediately placed on hold for over 20 min. I called on another cell phone and they answered so they clearly forgot about the hold call and when I mentioned hat I had been waiting they stayed silent. They didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for how inconvenient that was. When I arrived she was short and immediately said the total price as I walked in the door very rudely like I was interrupting. Then began to answer ringing phones. Either the customer service with front staff needs a makeover or a new updated method of phone call needs to happen because they were clearly overwhelmed and rude.

Forever vets is amazing! We just moved here from NY and were looking for a new vet. I was nervous because obviously all vets are not created equal - haha. Our girl hurt her leg at the park the other day & had been limping. We called and got an appointment 2 days later. Due to covid they aren’t allowing anyone inside so you have to drop your pet off & come back for them. First and foremost, the front desk staff & assistants are amazing. They are so friendly, very knowledgeable, and you can tell they love what they do. My dog is typically very reactive at the vet so I told them she would likely need to be muzzled. I was worried because I like to be with my dog to comfort her during vet visits. After her appointment, my dog was walked out and a wonderful woman (I wish I caught her name) told me that my dog was well behaved and let them examine her without a problem and no muzzle needed. This was a shock to me. She must’ve really loved the employees there! My dog was given an injection and the following day they called just to check in and make sure my dog was doing well. They are also VERY affordable. The same services in NY would’ve cost upwards of $350-400. Overall, I am very pleased with forever vets & will be bringing my dog back ☺️ Thank you all for the amazing service.

Dr. Megaly has been my Dr. since my dog had 8 weeks old. He saved him from Parvovirus when he was a puppy, and a few weeks ago he saved him from getting a big surgery, my dog swallowed a big toy, I was very scare and I thought he was going to need a surgery to remove the toy from his stomach. Dr Megaly gave him a shot and after a couple minutes he vomited the toy, my dog was like nothing happened. Dr Megaly is our angel! If you go to this place do not hesitate to ask for him! He is the best!!!

I had an amazing experience at Forever Vets for my dog Bellah! I will always bring my pets there especially for specifically NADLYNN WRIGHT! I had to ask her for her name because she’s always so nice and caring over the phone and in person! She definitely deserves some recognition & a raise! Dr. Megaly has taken great care or my furry family members. He genuinely cares and he makes sure to explain everything thoroughly, which I appreciate immensely. The only reason I don’t give Forever Vets a 5 star rating is because their staff turnover, new employees who are still in training will drop the ball which can lead to some minor frustrations. Overall, if you are looking for a good vet who actually cares about the health of your fur baby Dr. Megaly is your guy.

My Cat has had his share of health concerns and each and every time I bring my him in he is taken care of just like I would expect any member of my family. They contact me with all prices and explain any procedures. The front staff is always friendly and thorough. Dr. Magaly is very caring about his patients. The staff, and even the Dr. himself has contacted me checking on my cat. They are very patient to answer all my questions. I would recommend this veterinarian office to everyone.

I’d like to leave this vet a better rating because the staff here are all friendly and nice, however their purpose is to take care of animals and at this, they failed multiple times.I took my cat to this clinic a total of 4 times for the same issue over a 5 month period and spent at least $400 trying to find a solution.Every time I took him in, it was for the same issue, what they called a “skin infection” that kept occurring every time with no solution. They kept saying it was an allergic reaction and prescribed steroids every time.The 4th time we took him in, we figured out ourselves what the issue was and we informed them. It was a simple fungal infection (ringworm), caused by a “cat tree” that got wet with rain upon purchasing it and taking it home.The humidity in central Florida made it easy for the fungus to develop quickly on the cat tree even inside our home (never left outside).Unfortunately since the first time we took him in all they did was charge us ridiculous amounts and make the situation worse. They prescribed steroids which weakened his immune system, they told us to purchase expensive flea treatment because they said it was an allergic reaction to fleas, even though we told them he was free of fleas and didn’t go outside, plus we had just gotten him a month ago with all his vaccinations and treatments.Even on the 4th time we took him in, after telling them we shouldn’t pay the “consultation fee” again, we still ended up paying another $80 to treat him for a fungal infection. We still got questioned on the possibility of it being something else and yet another attempt to make us purchase flea treatment, the same exact flea treatment they made us purchase the first time.Even when the veterinary himself said it looked like ringworm.My pet lived with a cone on for approximately 4 months because of the fear of infection reoccurring and us thinking it was an allergic reaction on his skin. At the end the fix could’ve easily been a $15 anti-fungal cream. It should’ve never taken this long to diagnose him. It’s Florida where the humidity is extremely high, on top of that we were put at risk of catching ringworm, which did occur and ultimately led us to figuring it out ourselves.Even so the vet continued questioning everything and trying to push for flea medication.Never coming back here again.

I love love LOVE Forever Vets! They even offer affordable Wellness Plans so you are not stuck with a HUGE bill! The staff is always so professional, kind, and welcoming. Dr Magaly is world class and genuinely loves taking care of animals. I highly recommend Forever Vets!

I Started bringing my new puppy to this location they have been kind and super helpful and I know I can always trust in them to make surehes doing well.I also would like to thank a doctor M and the staff my cat who was very sick and he stopped eating. I was able to get him an appointment right away they found out he had some issues with his kidneys they were able to flush and fix it and now my cat who have had for 11 years is back to eating again gaining weight and happy I cant thank this place enough. I would recommend this to any body again thank you to docto M and his staff.

Several months ago I went with my dog ​​Maltese named Gucci, when Dr. Magaly checked on my baby, he indicated that he had to do a surgery an emergency because she only had hours to live, I immediately accepted, the following day before the surgery he indicated that she I only had 20% that the operation went well, that is, 20% of life, but I still accepted, they closed the office, canceled all appointments to focus on Gucci. My last words were Dr. I trust you ”, I say goodbye to my baby and leave. After several hours of waiting they call me and give me the news that Gucci was saved. Dr. Magali saved my Guccis life, all the staff especially Dr. did an exceptional job. They are very attentive, kind, and even affectionate with my Gucci and gave me a lot of support. In summary I recommend them 200%. They definitely love their profession love for animals is seen. I love forever vets in hunters creek office! Thank you Dr., God bless you and your staff very much.

My dog has been a patient of that hospital for two months now, four days ago he wasnt feeling well, he was weak and didnt want to eat or drink water so I bring him there, they did a blood test and said that everything was fine. They prescribed some antibiotics for a possible infection, its been four days of that treatment now and he is urinating blood a lot of it so I bring him to the hospital again and they send us home, they said that I have to make an appointment for tomorrow if I want the doctor to see him, I asked the nurse what happen if my dog dies during the night and her answer was it not our problem so I bring him to an other hospital and we are here right now, hopefully he gets better.I write this for you to dont trust in that hospital, they dont care about your pets at all, all that they care its money an nothing else. The Health of the animals its not their problem, it just happens to me!

We were greeted immediately and our dogs’ weights were taken. The location is very tidy and inviting. There is lots of seating in the foyer. We were sent back to our room at our appointment time and waited about 10 minutes for the vet tech to check-in, who was super sweet. She updated the dogs info on the computer and took them to the back one at a time to get their shot. Great visit, we will be back!

DR. MEGALY SAVED OUR GERMAN SHEPHERDS (KING) LIFE!On October 5th, our poor baby suddenly fell to the ground and kept spinning out of control. We thought that he was having a stroke so we rushed him to his usual vet.His vet took a look at him and told us that he has Vestibular Disease and that it could be from his ear or neurological. He also told us he has our dog sedated in the back and that his ears look just fine so the issue is neurological and we need to spend $4000 on an MRI. We tried telling him that he has had an ear problem for the past 2 months and that we treated it with an over the counter doggie ear drops.We decided to go see Dr. Megaly for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Megaly took a good look at Kings ears and said it was severely inflamed. He also did a swab to see what exactly was wrong with his ears. He was very patient and thorough and identified the problem with each ear individually. He prescribed King with antibiotic ear drops which tremendously helped!Dr. Megaly also asked what we fed King and recommended a better brand of food and feeding strategies to help King put on a lot of the weight he lost during the few days he was sedated. King looks and feels much better all because of Dr. Megaly. We have been back to recheck his ears and they are just fine! My husband and I are forever grateful for Dr. Megaly and made him Kings primary vet regardless of the 40 minute drive, he is worth it! If we never went to see Dr Megaly, Kings situation would have never been resolved and even gotten worse! His other vet also had us suddenly stop Prednisone which is a huge NO NO. Dr Megaly had us slowly wean him off. THANK YOU!!!If you want a great, patient, honest vet, this is the place to go! Ask for Dr Megaly, as he is the only one we go see. He was recommended to us by two of our friends and we are not disappointed. We will be back next month to update all of Kings shots!

We have taken our dogs here for years and use to love it. But within the last year we have had nothing but bad experiences. We found out our one dog has a thyroid issue and was prescribed medication. The original dose was too low and was then told to increase it. We did and when we went back for a check up was told the dose was now too high and to go back down to the lower dose. We change the dosage, go back once again, of course the results come back the dose is too low, and Dr. Megaly proceeds to yell at me for not giving my dog the medication. I tell him I’m giving the dosage he told me to and then says “Oh, well just keep giving him that amount then” and just completely walks away before I can say anything else. Needless to say we will be taking our dogs elsewhere from now on.

This review doesnt have anything to do with the front staff... Ladies were AMAZING and provided us with a nice customer service in person and over the phone... When arrived, we had to leave or dog and couldnt enter with him (understanding this based on clinic rules COVID19)... We were sitting in our car and lady from the desk called us 1.5hrs later to inform our dog was all set... When returned, we were received by the doctor not meaning to profile, (Indian) doctor who started talking to us in a very unprofessional and aggressive way (without reason), stating he had called 3 times (NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL UNTIL LADY CALLED US AND WE PICKED UP AT 1ST RING), we were asked to pay $55.00 for the consultation and medicine he allegedly received (which was ok for us), then doctor continued stating we needed to drop dog again for a surgery and provided us with the price ($850.00+) and pick him back up, but didnt even bother to explain how he found our dog, what he had, what he did (If he did) NOTHING... Most UNPROFESSIONAL vet Ive ever met (OUR DOG IS NOT A FREAKING CAR, AND A SURGERY CANNOT BE TREATED AS AN OIL CHANGE OK?), i say this, because this is how this doctor treats animals (as an object)... We regret from leaving our dog with him without supervision... To finalize, THIS GUY MUST BE THE OWNER OF THIS CLINIC, otherwise, I DONT GET HOW SOMEONE WITH THIS POOR WORK ETHIC, can work with customers and animals. 1st and last visit to this place...

I love this vet! When we arrived, their system showed that my cats appointment wasnt until Sunday, but I had been emailed and notified via the app that it was for Saturday. They advised me that they were very busy, but apologized for the inconvenience of the scheduling mix-up, and worked us in! They were so nice about it and so accommodating.The vet tech and the doctor were super friendly and professional. They did a thorough exam of my cat along with a couple of the items I needed them to check on. It was apparent that they are animal lovers, and want nothing but the best for our furry friends. I was comfortable the entire time they examined my cat, and knew she was in good hands.I am definitely a fan and have found the perfect vet for my cat. Thank you, Dr. Megaly!

I’ve been coming to Forever Vet’s since they opened I love the way they treat our dogs,they treat them as if they were their own. The office is always clean and neat and always Professional and courteous. One of the reasons we changed veterinarians was because they keep later hours and they’re open seven days a week so if something comes up that I need to see a Veterinarian they’re open later so I don’t have to spend the higher amount to take them to the emergency hospital,which is really convenient. I’m really happy with the service I received from Forever Vet. I tried to encourage my friends to change to Forever Vets,because of the way they treat our dogs and because of the hours I keep.

I cannot not thank Forever vets enough for all they do for my frenchies Dr.Magaly and his team are truly exceptional! Their office is always sparkling clean and everyone is so knowledgeable and pleasant. Any time I have had an emergency they have been able to fit me in. Always a pleasant visit! I truly appreciate having a vet I can trust after all my pets are like my children.

Took my pet for a health certificate to travel international, and they give me the papers without some signatures... at the end we lost the flight and they have the nerve to tell me it is my fault for not checking and trusting them.Staff is not rude but not helpful either

My first visit to Forever Vets was a very pleasant experience. The staff members welcomed me with a warm smile and very informative of their services. The vet technician and veterinarian that attended my pet were very sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The best part of my experience was no wait time...walked in/out within 1/2 hour!

They just want money and charge you for every little thing . They are heartless and the lady thats in the front desk is rude and also has an attitude.

I am new to central Florida and was looking for a vet for my furbaby who is a senior dog. I asked to meet the vet. Never met him/her. Due to covid they just brought the dog out after a complimentary new client check up and a nail trim which I paid for. The point of my visit was to meet the vet and see if this was a place I could rely on for future visits. Once I got home I realized the paperwork said that my dog was given a test vaccine to see how he would react. I did not consent nor have any knowledge this would be done. My poor 13 year old dog had diarrhea and no appetite for 4 days. I warned the staff that his previous vet had limited vaccines and even declined to do a dental cleaning because of his age. Now Im looking for a boarding facility for the Thanksgiving weekend with a private suite for him so he wont have to get the parvo bordatella shots since he will have his own private patio. I called and asked if the vet could sign the waiver because my last vet is in Miami and too far for me to go visit and get waiver signed so boarding facility could book his stay. They said the vet would probably do the shots anyway despite everything I told them about his health. They dont seem to care about the pets just the money. Not recommended and still searching for our new vet in central florida....

An annual visit with 2 dogs was quick and easy! Friendly staff and the prices are affordable. Very good first time and I had a great visit overall!

This review is way overdue. Last month, September 2020 we took our 9 month old Berni-doodle to Dr Megaly, she wasn’t eating, very lethargic and weak. This was our first visit here and they couldn’t have been more compassionate with our Luna and us. We found out she had a high fever and right away Dr. Megaly was very concerned and we had to leave her while they ran tests. Dr. Megaly called us three times that day personally to keep us informed on her status. He discovered she had a Urinary tract infection and immediately started her on medication including intravenous because she was dehydrated. We picked her up that day (4 hours later) and he gave us instructions on the meds that had to be given to her. Dr. Megaly called us several times to find out how Luna was doing and that alone impressed us in how caring he is as a Veterinarian. We were so impressed by Dr. Megaly and his staff that my daughter now goes to Forever Vets Animal Hospital. We highly recommend this Vet and thank our neighbors for bringing him to our attention. Worst experience ever in my like. I took my cat there yesterday for the first time as a new customer. When I arrived there was like a family of about 5 people in the waiting area, I was there with my wife and my daughter. When they finally took our cat inside we stayed in the waiting area and one more person came in, after 5 minutes one of the receptionist just asked only us to wait outside in the heat, but didn’t give us an explanation of why so we waited outside, but when I noticed the other family and the person who came after us were let staying inside in the air conditioned waiting area I got upset and called from outside and she just told me that we were asked to wait outside, because only 2 people were allowed in the waiting area so that really got me mad when I see 6 people inside and we were the only ones asked to leave. I felt disrespected, mistreated and discriminated soshe asked the other people to wait outside also. I will never take my cat to this horrible place and what a worst first impression they gave me as a new customer

We have been coming to Forever Vets for three years and they are great! Love the front office staff, they are always so polite and helpful. And the techs and Dr are wonderful too!

It is nice to finally find a vet that cares more about the wellness of our pets than the money! The entire staff is amazing, knowledgeable and caring every time we come here. The place is always clean and the prices are fair so I highly recommend bringing your pets here.

This has been the best animal hospital that I have ever been at. Best customer service, supportive, always positive when they see you and they take care of my pets to the extreme. I love this place and knowing that my fur babies will be taken care of when I come here, means a lot.

The doctor is very thorough and I appreciated the fact he took his to examine my Bella and properly diagnosed her condition. The office staff and the doctor called to check on Bella. Definitely coming back, and I already recommended to a friend!Edit:My dog was carelessly misdiagnosed with pancreatitis and I wasted nearly 300 dollars with this vet. They told me she was healed but yesterday she was experiencing the same issues she had been for several weeks now. I took her to a different vet that was more costly. I am VERY broke currently but Im doing everything I can for my dog.The new vet was super surprised that they didnt give my dog a fecal exam. Turns out she has hookworms. Now all the dogs at the house Im living in have to go get treated. I have no idea whether or not Ive also been accidentally contaminated and may have hookworms as well because we had no idea this was the case. We have to clean out everything today.They also completely disregarded me pointing out that she had weird round marks on her nose and that she also limps (turns out its also a possible torn ACL that I was under the false pretense that she was okay for).Im very disappointed because the reception staff is AMAZING and the Vet techs are so friendly and upbeat, but I seriously cant overlook how careless the vet was. They only, ONLY tested for pancreatitis and even though it was negative they still treated her for it and then said it was GI?Unfortunately I can no longer go to this vet and will have to pay more out of pocket for more extensive services. I feel so bad that my poor pup has been in so much pain for so long. Thankfully were getting correct treatment now.

This is our first time here. The staff was very friendly, listened to all of our concerns, took great notes as we talked to them and the office was very well kept and clean. They made sure to explain all the options for our concerns and allow us to make the decision rather than push their opinion on us. It is refreshing to see a vet that actually cares about the relationship that their customers have with their pets. I like the fact that they stay open later and are open seven days a week. I would highly recommend this vet to my friends or anyone that loves their pet as much as we do.

Id seen Forever Vets ads about weekend hours, I just hoped Id never need it. We arrived home from running errands around 4 pm on Saturday only to find our dog bleeding. We still dont know what happened, but I called Forever Vets, who said to bring him right away. They stayed late to take care of him & called every day for the first few days to check on him. The office was immaculately clean & the staff efficient. Very impressed.

Called in on a Sunday asking to see a Vet as soon as possible and they got us in within 15 minutes. Their offices are clean and everyone was very nice. Price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend this animal hospital.

Samantha, Nicole & Dr. Megaly are FANTASTIC!! I am extremely picky and diligent as to who I let professionally care for my one year old cat since I became a rescue mom. I’ve recently refused to take him anywhere else for wellness care. Each visit is better than the last. I appreciate their honesty and how they explain his itinerary carefully to me. Should you chose to make the life changing decision to bring him here I would highly recommend these three at Forever Vets!

The staff is amazing, all smiles especially Abby the tech, who Louie went for an ear scratch instantly towards. Great place to take your pets. They’re concise and friendly towards the dog. My puppy was unfortunately bruised last year by a dog spa service in the area and I called Forever Vets for an emergency visit. They responded immediately and gave her pain medication as well as gave me comfort with the correct diagnosis to her.

This is the worst place in the entire world to take your pet! The manager covers everything “doctor” Megaly does. He is not compassionate, he is just there for money. If you have a dog that is getting old just run away. He will tell you that maybe “is her moment” so be ready, they also don’t care about helping anymore and are capable to lie about your dog diagnoses. That’s not professional and is the worst experience you can ever have when your lovely friend is experiencing a health issue. Good luck when you are trying to cancel your wellness plan, they will continue to charge your card and find excuses for it. I feel that this place is here just to make money!!! If your pet is old, it feels like a pet cementery. I truly recommend you to run away!!!

I’ve been going here for a year now and every time I come it’s a wonderful experience. Both my dogs love the vets and their assistants. They are so gentle and loving to our fur babies!!
