I am a serious and responsible person and I am very grateful to be part of this family, it is how one feels working for Alternate Elevator shows how responsible they are with the clients and the prompt response that is provided and the impressive quality of the services. I currently use this company at my property and they are extremely responsive to me whenever I have a problem with one of my elevators. They are honest and I would highly recommend this company for anyone that wants the job done right the first time!

This company is immediate response and HALF the cost of the OTIS contract we had. They come once a month or waive payment and we are not sure Otis ever came except when the elevator broke. Otis charges $300+ per hour when we need a repair these guys charge $140 and are certified and insured which is all you need. The Otis free monitoring system which REQUIRES a land line can be replaced at about half the cost with Kings III or Mylink monitoring. If you are using Otis you are paying about DOUBLE what you could be paying. These guys know their stuff but are more reasonably priced than the big name companies.

Never before have I seen a Company so Dedicated to their job. Always quick with response and honest and fare with pricing. I take my hat off to A.E.S.S for their hard work. Small Company, Big satisfactions. Great job guys.
