Be careful before signing an agreement with them. You cant terminate this agreement no matter how much troubles or how bad the service you get from them. They have 120 days to recover any complaint you have.It takes a lot of calls to get them on site. Bad service. Not recommended!

VERY not professional. Not only theyre very not responsive, when something goes wrong its never their responsibility. In addition they hooked us up in a 5 years agreement so we kind of stuck with this horrible company.

Otis literally billed us for the wrong account twice and it has been a nightmare to get them to refund us the full amount. We had to provide them with proof that they received the money over and over again and how it occur and they still dont get it. Ive been dealing with Monique Toyloy who has no customer service skill and now is dodging my calls and email. You cant even get anyone on the phone to assist but when is time to get paid they will call you in a flash.

Cheyanne just helped me solve an issue and she went above and beyond. She has great customer service skills and is an asset to Otis.
