Walked into the stote with a cracked screen and broken home button. As i picked up my phone first surprise: my phone is black/dark grey, and they installed a white screen. Thats ok right? Old phone, i was worried about getting it to work and its working so ill swallow that one. When i tried the home button i noticed that i had to force it to work, told the guy and he said “thats normal since its a brand new not original button”, then 3 days after the repair the glass on the button just broke, as if it was installed incorrectly. Came to the store to find theres no warranty on it, they wont replace and the manager was really rude. Anyway DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOUR JUST ANOTHER INVOICE ON THEIR DESK.

I came in to get my camera fixed on my iPhone 11 the man who helped me rigid my camera there is a hole where the lens is suppose to be he glued some type of circle thing to my camera and now there is a hole. They are not answering I have a warranty. If they don’t answer it will be a problem. I don’t recommend at ALL waste of damn money.

This place deserves zero stars. Very unprofessional please save your money and go else where. I beg you go else where. To high price.

Older guy with glasses broke my tablet screen with digitizer,which I bought brand new for 100$,and wanted him to install,and when i ask him why he did it,he said it wasn’t him,he said I brought it already broken,which is absolutely a lie!so deal with them on your own risk!

I recommend this location to anyone with a cracked iPhone screen! I forgot the name of the young gentleman who helped me out; he was professional and answered all of my questions! When I received my device after they had fixed it I was shocked as to how new it looks!! Very good job and very inexpensive. Quality definitely beats Quantity over here! So I am a very satisfied and happy customer!

Screen fix for iPhone 6s is $70?!? Dont think they are experts. Not sure if this kid is new, but I wish he talked with more confidence. Regardless I had the employee check out my phone because the back camera doesnt work. My phone had recently been repaired from water damage and screen replaced someplace else for $110. The employee made me sign a waiver, reviewed my phone, returned it to me and boom it stop working.I came in with a phone and left with a brick. I just wished he would have stressed the risk I was taking, especially with prices as high as theirs.

I went in to fix a severely damaged iPad and it was fixed really nicely and polished. I really recommend you come here and especially go to Will, he is extremely helpful and fixed my iPad at a low cost. He even left his shop and personally delivered it to me to the Vision Center. I am extremely thankful!!

These guys did a great job and it did not take long at all when my girlfriend needed her phone repaired. They also have a pretty great selection of cell phone cases which they also update often. I would definitely recommend them to others. Keep up the great work.

I didnt really know what to expect from when I walked into the place, given that its in a Walmart, however I was pleasantly surprised. The store is neat and the staff are incredibly friendly. I was assisted by Dylan, who was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a way I could understand (which is always a big plus for me!). Will definitely be coming back! :)

I went to get my phone repaired and met Douglas the manager who helpful and nice. he helped me get what i needed to be done. Last time I went there was someone else that wasnt as nice and didnt take the time to explain anything like Douglas did. He had a smile and asked me how my day was which was nice to hear after a long day and the fact that I was going to spend my money there. I am so glad I came to this store, its nice to be treated respectfully when youre spending your time and money somewhere. Go see Douglas at the Kirkman store in the Walmart if you want good customer service.

Do you want a real genuine review of the manager Doug ? I came in the other night. It was probably 7:40 at night. Doug mentioned he would be closing in 20 minutes, however what could he do for me? He proceeded to fix my iPhone, helped me to choose a case & put a glass on the new glass. I hope all read this. In todays world people dont offer enough respect for police officers. I am a local officer for Orange County and I hope all of my colleagues take any needed business to Cellairis inside the Super Wal Mart. Great job... Best customer service in a very long time.

What a terrible experience and customer service. They have a 17 year old kid they gave me a quote for $65 to change the back panel of my Samsung Note 8, before the installation he asked me if I use the fingerprint reader and I said yes after I paid him I went back to my car I try to turn on the phone realizing the fingerprint reader is not working anymore and it says on the phone not available I called the store again complain to the kids about what happened and he quoted : its okay you can give it back to T-Mobile and they will accept it!! When I told him that the BS you told me Im sorry I dont have any more panels to replace. Worse than that they force you to sign a release form from any complaints or lawsuits against them in case they break the phone by mistake or by negligence do not go to the store you will lose your money and your phone!!!

I would have put no stars if I could. This store (cellairis located on kirkman rd Orlando fl) is awful. Everything is overpriced & THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE ITS STORE POLICY TO ONLY DO EXCHANGES! Terrible customer service. I spoke to the manager/owner and she was not willing to assist. She told me that she was the manager/owner and all that she could do for me is an exchange. The sad thing is, you dont know of this store policy until after your purchase and you receive a receipt stating the no refund policy. In the store there is absolutely no signs and the employees do not tell you. Every time I asked the manager/owner her name she told me the name of the store. When I asked the employee that was in the store, she told me she could not tell me the manager/owners name because of privacy. I was stuck with my item or something else from their store. Dont do business with these people unless you are certain that you want what you are purchasing. But honestly, you can probably find everything in the store on amazon and it would be cheaper anyways. One store was selling an item (Marley rose gold headphones)for $70 while the same store at a different location was selling the item (Marley rose gold headphones) for $55, the same headphones are available on amazon for $30-40. Its sad that a business like this can stay in business while treating their customers like this. No refund policy is outrageous, but at least warn your customers before they make a purchase, if youre going to have this policy in your store.

Dont know what happened to Ryan & Roxy but the new guy there really worked my nerves. He originally tells me its going to take 15 - 20 minutes to fix my phone and it ends up taking over an hour. When I originally went back he tell me I have customers and Im thinking REALLY? WTH am I ? So now Im irritated. I come back the crack is going and Im relieved. Everything seems fine until I go on YouTube and the LCD starts acting crazy. Screen is flickering different colors, the keyboard starts randomly typing, and apps start to randomly open in close all on its on. Im doing on fd phone now Im leaving all the errors may by this keyboard.. Rush over there after work only to have my time royally because now my phone is worst. And now I have to o back so they can fix this mess 😑

Im giving these employees a four star.And Ill explain why...the initial salesman short Latino guy he helped me from the get go. he was helpful and when i asked for a discount he turned it over to the new manager. the manager, well versed and polite and whatever he was kinda smart.. why not five stars? about five months ago my wife and i went into the store on kirkmann road. the old manager hooked us up with discounts, special and stuff. this new manager would not discount any repair or stuff. that ticked me off. when i asked why he was again like knowledgable and stuff and was like sir absolutely no one is given discounts of any kind. and when i mentioned the other guy from five months ago and stuff he was like i apologize but that was in error and our policy is that everyone pays the same price.. hes chill though cause i offered or like wanted to see if i threw him ten bucks would he charge me less and he did not accept it. he went as far to say that that kind of business is not the way cellairuss does business. so whatever they were good and stuff but four stars not five cause i didnt get my discount..

Today I had the worse experience in this repair shop at Walmart on kirkman. I went there to fix my phone screen n it end up worse and I end up spending 4 hrs there. The manager was so rude, he sent his associate to come to talk to me instead of him. His name his Jesus he suppose to be a manger there n his doing a bad job at it very bad. I give them one start because the associate Maria was very recpectful n apologize for her boss behavior. Worst place ever to take ur phone to get fix. Management sucks n his name his Jesus.

My phone had a cracked glass screen but the lcd screen was still just fine. They would not just replace the glass like I wanted. I walked away. They offer the service to repair the screen and not have to replace the lcd, but in person they refuse.

HORRIBLE, avoid this fraudulent place like the plague! The new one in Walmart on Kirkman by far the WORST repair place. They use refurbished C-Grade screens that done work. They repaired my iPhone 6, only to have a thin crack on the lcd. When I brought it back they repaired it a 2nd time only to have the screen not respond to a touch every 2 min. When I asked for a refund they said they cant refund they can only replace again, even though the receipt clearly says you can refund within 14 days. They then gave me a number to their cooperate who never answers the phone or respond to their voice mail. Worst experience ever, they charge 129 for a repair when Apple does it for 110. STAY AWAY!
