The back of my iphone XS had been broken for over a month and I was dreading taking it to get fixed for two reasons; the cost and the fact that I had to use a lender for a couple of days. This afternoon while driving North on 436, something told me to turn around and ask for a quote. Not only was half of the price of the cheapest place I had found, but because they have the laser needed to cut the glass in store, theyre able to do it on the same day.I highly recommend this store because of their professionalism, promptness and excellent value.Miguel was so courteous, knowledgeable and nice!PS: (This is the wife of the google user) :D

Awesome service! Went in for cracked screen on my iPhone. Miguel took care of me promptly and professionally. He was also cheaper than anyone else around. He took less than 20 minutes and the phone looks brand new again! Definitely recommend this place!

I went in because my phone had started re-starting itself for no reason, at random times. I understood that it was the phone’s battery causing the problem. I had gone to another store where they were not wearing face masks, and they wanted nearly double what MacDroid charged me. The person I dealt with at MacDroid was attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. And masked. My new battery was installed within an hour, for a very good price. I highly recommend MacDroid.

I damaged my iPhone whilst on vacation in Orlando. I thought it was beyond repair and my tech insurance would only be able to help once I was back in the UK. As is ever increasingly common these days my iPhone was everything whilst on vacation. It held my tickets, it was my GPS, it was my camera (I was worried about loosing the photos I’d already taken) it helped us pick restaurants. It was obvious I had to do something. I began looking on eBay to buy a used iPhone locally (sceptical about buying a dud) and I realised I would have to get the phone unlocked before I could use my UK SIM card in it. This is how I found Macdroid, the store came up whilst searching for someone to contact to enquire about unlocking before I purchased a device. I called and spoke to Miguel. He was extremely helpful and said although he could unlock an iPhone for me he would recommend I bought the phone in for him to take a look at it and see if he could repair it. I did so and I am forever glad I did. He got the phone fully working within 24hrs and all my data was safe on the device. I didn’t loose a single photo and after the 24hr down time I had my key device back for use as my holiday camera, GPS and anything else I could ask of it. The cost was $100 😃 this made me even happier. Also as my phone was the latest iPhone at the time I was surprised anyone other than Apple would have the knowledge to repair it. The skill of Miguel at Macdroid left me absolutely impressed. I urge anyone who damages their phone whist on vacation in Orlando to pay Macdroid a visit. Thank you once again Miguel!!

This place is very great and affordable the people who work there are nice I had a problem with my phone that I brought to them and they handled very quickly I came back because my phone still has a bit of damage to it and it possibly could be the back of the phone the tech who fixes the phones gladly took my phone back and took it into his responsibility to sit there and take my phone apart down to the motherboard and screw every screw back so that it can be in the right place I have my phone back and it’s working great now and I really appreciate the extra step he tried to take this is a place is definitely recommended thank you so much guys

Straight up Thievery & nothing else.I had a one phone fixed elsewhere recently... to my surprise the original LCD digitizer/screen that lives under the glass had been taken from my phone & replaced with a cheep aftermarket substitute. Bogus corner cutting thieves. KARMA will have its day with this guy.Oh, very nice of you to reply.Perhaps you have a bit of trouble with English. I never asked for anything for free. I paid your asking price for a screen repair & months later found out you had taken original parts from my phone & replaced then with cheap after market parts.If you need help with what that means... that makes you a thief, period.

I love this place!!! I cracked my screen 3 times in 2015 and I was extremely pleased when they fixed it.This year, 2016, my son cracked his screen and, of course, they did an amazing job. Macdroid has always been my go to store when it comes to a broken phone, in search of a new one or even opening up a new line. I’ve recently moved to NC, and I completely shattered my phone. I can honestly say this is one of the best places I like to come to not only do they have great deals but they have great people too.

Went in to fix my iPhone screen bc it was cracked. When I came out the phone was worse then it went in just with a new screen. It was getting hot, wouldn’t charge and kept turning on and off by itself the next day!!!When I went back he told me the battery and motherboard now need to be replaced. I have a business so I needed my phone ASAP and wasn’t prepared for it to be worse than when it came in. He got me to now pay another $150 for the second repair within two days and now it’s unusable! It lll show the apple screen and turn off and on. I believe he took my original apple parts and replaced them with some cheap amazon parts. I just wanted my freaking screen fixed and now I have a dead phone. I should have stuck with my usual guy but I saw the $70 screen repair in hopes of Savin a little money. Not worth it! I can’t believe I got fooled.

I called re: whether ProFiix Azalea Park could upgrade my mid-2012 MacBook Air (e.g. add a processor, etc) and the gentleman answering the phone basically just said No. No further questions about what kind of upgrade, etc. If youre just looking for a repair, maybe this is okay but upgrade? No.

Horrible store brought in my s5 which I was stillUsing owner took my phone in the back to start working on it comes out 10 minutes later phone will not light up or work at all this man not only didnt fix my phone he gave it back to me and it was unusable all to make his extra buck.I demanded my phone back bought a new one somewhere else. This man is a bad businessman . And when confronted about his mistakes he kicked me out of his store and said Im a worthless nothing and to never come back. Never go to this man for any repairs. He will put old parts in your device and break other components just to make a quick buck. Scaming people is not a way to do business! If anyone has any sense go elsewhere to get youre devices repaired because you will end up getting ripped off!

The worse place to visit ever, to fix the phone, he charged me the 85$ and then as soon as I got home I found that my phone dies so quick doesnt hold the charge, and I opened my phine, found that the battery that has my name on it as a little sticker on the side is no longer, I realized he changed the battery, I when back to him explaining that my phone is not holding the charge I need my battery back, he started calling the caps, the caps caming I told them the same situation, I even showed them picture of that battery in my phone, but the police couldnt do anything they just said we are here for the safety.... So they left, this place is a theft in daylight is not recommended.

I was sold an iPhone and was told the phone was unlocked. Tried taking it to an other company and my phone was stuck on activation lock.. with someone else’s Apple ID. I’m a young person so that 5gb of data doesn’t work for me. !!thats the reason why I tried switching carriers.. I asked to get unlimited EVERYTHING such as data text and calling but was told I couldn’t . How ?? Now I’m stuck with TFW as my carrier... i spent over $300 just to find out the phone isn’t unlocked and I’m stuck with a poo carrier ... all I want is my unlimited everything plan . But will I get that ? Or will I Be “ not recognized as an client “

Horrible. I called the day before and made an appointment for 11 AM this morning. Got there about 15 minutes early, and the technician wasnt in. The guy at the front also said that there could not be a password on the phone in order for them to fix it. His reasoning was we have to make sure the buttons work. Hell no, I am not allowing some strange man to have access to my pictures, mail, etc. So I said I will wait the entire hour it takes to get the phone fixed, WITH the password on. He agreed. Anyways, the technician that was there called the other guy, who said he was 35 minutes away at 11 AM. I waited, like an idiot, until 11:35, when the guy who was there called the other technician, and he said that he got a flat tire and wouldnt be in today. The guy there said well hes the manager, he gets to do what he wants. Im not sure how this business is open because they provide such horrible customer service. End result: extremely unhappy lady with an unfixed screen. Never ever ever will I go to these scammers for anything.

They sold me a Samsung Note 4 for 400$ after they told me the phone was new, i found out it was stolen.The owner did not believe me but after going to the store 5 times they accepted it was stolen. They change the IMEI and now works. The only reason I dId not fight back is because I had to move back to PR and I need a cellphone desperately. I can buy a brand new Note 4 for 400$ anywhere.

Worst experience Ive had at a repair shop, man who helped us was very rude, and when he went to go diagnose what was wrong with my iPhone 6 Plus he came back and broke every single part in it.
