I came here when my AT&T store said they couldnt help me with a broken stylus in my Samsung 20 note ultra. They were very nice and werent sure if it was fixable but would take a look. 8 minutes later they had it out and good to go, when I asked how much he said no charge or maybe a good review. The night before an important business trip out of state, my Iphone battery started overheating. I took my iphone to the Winter Park location but they couldnt fix it in time. Thankfully they called over to the East Colonial location and the Manager, Matthew, said No Problem, so i headed over. Mind you, this was 5 pm and they closed at 7. I came back from errands at 6:30 expecting to pay $120 or so and pick up the phone. Unfortunately, Matts staff couldnt totally fix the phone (with the new battery) unless they did the dreaded FACTORY RESET.Thankfully, i had just backed up my phone to Itunes the day before!After the Factory Reset, my phone worked, read the new battery and all was well!The most surprising thing happened when i went to pay. Matts staff said No Charge even though they had put in a new battery and cleaned the charging port, etc. Matt said this was out of deference to the fact they had to do a Factory Reset.It is this good service and surprising going above and beyond surpassing my expectations, that i love doing business at UbreakIfix!

In fairness to the establishment Im updating my review for clarity and adding 1 star. This option to fix my broken iPad (2nd generation so admittedly it was older however in good condition) just did not work out for me. The repair was back in January, I dropped off & picked up the following day & noticed upon getting home that the adhesive for the screen had already come off & I could see inside my device...I called & I believe the owner himself helped me and agreed to try again. Presently my iPad still has a lifted screen - no longer cracked - but lifted, see photo. Ive condensed some info for purposes of the review but this just was not a good option for me personally - the owner offered to return my money but being that they had already worked on my device it didnt seem fair - Ill be more careful with my devices or plan to replace with brand new if broken in the future, the screen is repaired but its just not the same. For the life of me I cannot remember the gentlemans name but on 06/18/2020 at around 6pm I walked into the buisness hoping to repair my Galaxy S8 phone. The gentleman was super helpful and explained exactly what probably needed to be fixed and how long it would take. I was originally quoted 220$ which was honestly too high for me. The gentleman was super nice and really attempted to tryand help me find a valid discount to assist in getting me closer to my price point. He was able to offer my repairs for free due to a first responder discount. I did not have my work badge with me at the time but was able to bring my phone into the location on S. Orange Ave and have it repaired free of cost! I just wanted to say thank you to the employee who helped me! It meant a lot that you took the time to help me, your customer service was awesome! My phone was vibrating randomly for no reason, so I came to this location to get it fixed. We did not have to wait for service. After only a couple minutes, Sebastian was able to tighten some loose screws to fix the vibration problems. We did not have a charge. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Excellent service! I dropped off a bluetooth headset for repair as it suddenly stopped powering up. I soon got a call from Josh at the store explaining that it was an easy and quick fix and that he didnt feel right charging me for the service. What an honorable gesture. What was a simple fix for him made a world of difference for me as I needed this headset operating and reliable to communicate while driving in a race track event the following weekend. My MacBook Pro started to not register key strokes and I finally decided I couldn’t take it anymore. Took my sons iPhone in for a cracked screen (replacement) that was covered by our insurance. They were incredible. I decided to purchased a case and the rep added a complimentary screen protector as well and installed it on the spot. Then he noticed my screen protector was cracked and he put one on mine! Didnt try to sell me anything, just super helpful and friendly. Really impressed!

Cant believe I waited this long to try these guys! In the past, I had always just gone to my mobile carrier to repair anything. Never again! This experience was a dream. I was helped within minutes of walking through the door, (with no appointment). The employees were kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. An estimate for the repair was given, (two hours) but the job was done in HALF the time. I thought my phone was a goner, but in less than two hours, I walked out of there with what felt like a brand new phone. The team even went above and beyond AFTER we left. My daughter left a toy behind, so, out of concern for her, I got an email from the gentleman who helped us. He didnt want her to worry about her toy! This is how customer service is DONE, mobile carriers!

Dont do it DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. I had them replace my battery and replace the screen. The battery is worse then it was before they touched it, I am having to charge it 3 times a day now. On the second day the phone got hot to the touch and the screen exploded and cracked. I called the store and talked to Sebastian about fixing the phone or giving me a refund< he said no problem just bring the phone in and he will give me a refund. I asked what time you open he said 9am so I got there at 9 am and the store is closed until 100 am according to the sign on the door.So I called at 10am and the answering machine said they dont open until 11am .I was not able to drive back over until 6 pm that afternoon and Sebastian didnt come out some other person did. He told me that because the screen had damage that it voided the warranty but they wold fix it if I paid them $189 more for a total of $378 to fix a 5 year old phone.As a consumer I feel totally ripped off they stole my money and thought that I was stupid enough to let them do it twice. they wanted me to pay because they dont have any idea what they are doingSTAY AWAY DONT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY LIKE THEY DID MINE!Bad business they are thiefs who act like they did their job but they have no clueOne star is way to muchYou have been warned

Great friendly and polite staff, had my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced and also purchased the liquid screen protector. The colors from the new screen color are consistent. Replacement screens are known to have more blue, not this one. I’m happy with their quick service and great prices! Highly recommended.

I visited and called over 6 different repair stores; this place was the only one that had the parts in stock to do same-day repair and offered the best price. Griffin assisted me and was exceptional. The guy was super nice and had my iPad fixed and back in my hands within 4 hours. I was super pleased with the work, as most places mess up screen replacements somehow, but he didn’t! There’s also a 90-warranty which made me feel super comfortable.

Was having issues with charging my phone for the longest time, finally broke down and went to uBreakiFix on Colonial. The only regret I have is not going sooner. The whole process was incredibly quick and easy. Richard told me that my phone would be done in 1-1.5 hours and it was (a huge deal when youre a supervisor without a phone).
