I recommend Sure Fix to fix your TV. I choose the option for the tech to come to my home. Once arriving on time, he determined that my TV needed a new microprocessor. He took it back to the shop to be repaired. I received a text with the time frame and price to fix. I was able to pick up my fixed TV about a week later.
Went here with a problem with my TV and they were completely honest with me. Sold me a fantastic used TV since I didn’t want to wait weeks for repair and risk paying too much. Would definitely recommend!
Super professional and friendly!!! Would highly recommend ultimately I felt as if they only wanted what was best for me and my electronics.. I was under warranty so rather than going through sure fix.. Mr Huy recommended I go through the manufacturer instead to ensure I got the best value rather than paying out of pocket since it wasn’t necessary. I really appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. Will be back!
They charged me $69.99 for a On Site TV Repair Service where I didn’t even received an estimate of how much is going to cost me the actual repair, they said that I need to bring the TV to the store where then I be able to get their estimate 2 days later, where I said that I ask for the On site service precisely not to carry over my TV to their store. On Site Service is not for sure.
They solved my problem the moment they received the part they needed to fix it. Really happy with they provide results as well as treating the customer right. This will definitely be my go-to place when i have problems with my electric devices
I love this place, excellent service. I was told by another company to give up on my tv and get a new one. This shop repaired it and made it as good as new!
I went through the online service request. I submitted photos of the tv screen and model/serial numbers. I waited for 3 days and never heard from anyone. I contacted them by phone today and was asked to bring it in for an estimate. The guy never asked for my online service number and never reviewed my photos. Just wasted my time. Although they are advertised as an in-home repair company, it appears that this may be inaccurate.
I swear to allah I saw the imposter vent outside of this building, I thought this place was a public but it wasnt 8.5 crewmates out of 90 imposters
(DAMAGED MY PHONE WORSE) I took my iPhone 8+ in to get my screen fixed he said a different price on the phone ($79) $40 for the screen and $39 for labor and when I got in the total ended up being $119 so I told him I might as well buy a new phone at that price and proceeded to walk out but as I was getting ready to walk out he said he can knock $20 off so I did it I just needed my screen fixed at this point I had a long day at work (expect to get robbed at this place when it comes to prices) I waited outside for 15-20 minutes then came in and was told to wait another 5 minutes two more times so I did and the whole time he had a younger male who looked new to phone repairs fixing my phone he was defiantly in training. I also inquired about getting my charging port clean because it would charge but not unless I put the charger a certain way.. he said $39 to clean the charging port MIND YOU ALL HE DOES IS SPRAY AIR INTO THE CHARGING PORT WHICH I ALREADY TRIED so I did not pay for that. When I got my phone back finally and paid I went to my car and my phone would not hold charge it would stay showing 0% and if I took it off the charger would immediately die after about 30-45 seconds never had this problem until taking it to this shop WHEN I asked what’s going on with my phone be put it on a portable charger which I’ve never had to use and said “I can feel that it’s charging” whatever that’s suppose to mean. PRETTY MUCH my phone was damaged worse than it was when I brought it in and they did not take responsibility he had some young guy working on my phone who seemed to not know what he was doing at all! I bought a new phone the same day -$300 and paid him -$90 to damage my phone. WILL NOT RECOMMEND pay extra some place else that will fix your phone or take responsibility for breaking your phone worse! These guys absolutely suck 1/5 would do 0/5 if I could !
Great service. Provided helpful information to help with prolonging the lifespan of our tv. Would definitely recommend.
The technician showed up when he said he would and resolved the issue. He explained what he was doing so that even a non technical person could understand. We are more than pleased with the service provided.
Surfix employees are very nice and competent. I’m so glad that I found them. Frank is a very competent technician.
Toooooo expensive !!! cost me ~400$ to fix a tv screen, when i ask the price before fix they told me only cost 200~300,and they charge me ~400!!! i can spend $599 to buy a better one sams club or bestbuy!!!
Wee Sam from sure fix fixed my LG TV today ... I’m so happy keep up the good work.
Large darkness in the center of the TV. Samsung curved. Wee came to my home picked up and dropped off. Works great. Thank you Wee!!
I gave my Philips TV for a power issue caused by lightening strike and the guy was very prompt and professional, fixed it in no time and at a reasonable price. Will recommend
Wee was very helpful with Alex. They gave me a time frame which they completed earlier. I fixed a 3 year old T.V. which we donated. Thank you for your time and service. If we ever need anything we can call on you. Thank you.***** 5 starsDerik
Samsung 4k tv. Fixed fast and quick.Great value and very professional.Just off 50 and mills area.👍
Feb. 20, 2021 My experience with Sure Fix was awesome. The representative was very courteous. Also the cost was reasonable. I would grade ahigh ten percent very happy with results
Lightning struck nearby causing damage to my tv. Mr. Wee brought it back to life within a reasonable time and cost. Recommended.
Brought my laptop here to be fixed (not charging/turning on). They were up front and reasonable about the price as well as the time it would take to assess, and will even inform you of cheaper/faster options. Huy is great and his colleague whose name I didn’t get was also attentive. Bottom line these guys genuinely want to get your device fixed, 1 star reviews must be people who came by when the place was closed lol.
My tv was picked up March 26th(which I paid for them to come to my house and fix the tv). I was billed $60 for them to come to my house and then $20 for “labor”. Somehow my bill came to $99. I paid it anyway. A few days later Wee called me and told me what part was needed and that it was going to cost me $650. A little out of my budget is what I told him so he found another solution for $350. No problem. A few weeks go by with no contact even though I’ve sent a few messages that apparently “weren’t received” so I call Wee again. When I ask what’s going on I’m told that the part that was replaced isn’t the only repair needed and he’s known that for about a week. Didn’t call to tell me that. I ask why there has been no communication from him and he unapologetically disregards my question and responds with “do you want me to fix the tv or no?” Tells me it’ll be 4-5 days to have it fixed. 9 days later, still waiting for a call, text, email, anything... Definitely regret my decision to have my tv “repaired” here. Don’t do it.
My TV was shutting off whenever anything was plugged into the HDMI ports. They came out, diagnosed the issue, took my TV to the shop and fixed the problem. They were very courteous and professional. I was very happy with the service.
Fix my Samsung TV and show me how to fix it thank you very much
Big screen tv on the Frits? Before you get a new one take your tv to Sure Fix to be repaired. Save $$$. Repairs take little over a week if parts are needed. Well worth the wait that saved me $300-$400 when compared to a new tv price. When visiting the repair shop you can check out the two huge racks full of used tv’s if your looking for a used tv or a second one for your home this place is for you. Check them out!!
Fixed our TV quickly, great service. Hopefully I don’t have to, but I’d go to this repair store again.
I had a Samsung smart TV that went out on me last night I brought it in today thankfully he had a tv similar to mine that he could transfer everything over to that tv for $200 and give me tips and pointers on how making my tv last longer!! Thank you for being so helpful and informative he transferred all components of my tv to the one he had in storage and all the work and labor was was fixed in less than an hour I was pretty much in and out!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
You are a scammer. you broke 2 of my 3 cameras. now the arrangement costs me 600 dollars. I do not lie, you are not ashamed! I have evidence and my husband is already working on a lawsuit.
Samsung curve: no power issue: frank fixed TV; took about a month to resolve
My LG TV picture stopped working. Sure fix was able to fix the problem quickly and the TV has been working great
Not responsible for its work. Be careful or be deceived.
We bad a Vizio TV that needed repair at this location. We were initially told it was the microprocessor that was found within the display as opposed to the back of the TV that needed repair. After some back and forth to determine the status of the repair, we were told other additional repairs were needed. This statement was later redacted after we needed further explanation. From the beginning we asked to see the parts that were replaced. This was acknowledged by the employees whom kept in contact (via text). We went to pick up the TV this weekend, and when asked about the part that was replaced he gives a board (that was supposedly replaced from our Tv) that was not ours! He later apologized and said he needed to find our board and to come back on Monday. Well now, today is Monday and now he gives us a microprocessor. Not a board and denies the conversation that transpired two days ago. Not only that, our Tv has now a new additional problem- flickering. In addition, our Tv has several severe scuff marks along the edges from being places and moved about on the floor. This place is incredibly dishonest! From changing what needs to be fixed, lying about parts and even changing pricing. Do not recommend at all. I wish I could give it less than Zero stars due to professionalism, customer service and total dishonesty.
My LG tv flickered on on off, these guys were awesome and fixed it for little to nothing.Great Job.
My laptop had hinge damage. Took a month for them to repair and when I got it back, it was worse than the original damage. The repair was so bad that he had or eplace my laptop with another. He charged me an ADDL $100 for the laptop claimimg it would be better than my last with more space and speed and its not! Ive had to bring the same laptop back to him 3 times on consecutive days for issues. Im utterly dissatisfied with the service. I feel taken advantage of and I would NOT recommend repairs or ANY service by them!
IPhone fixed for Frank And they’re doing a very good job like that
Having a problem with my LG TV (model 47ld450) where after approximately 15-20 minutes of watching it, it would power off by itself. 3/6/21, I took my TV to them and he plugged it up and turned it on with the remote when I was there in the shop to see if it would cut off.. He asked me to wait in my car due to covid so he could do some.analysis. He informed me that he would have to keep the TV to do more analysis and that I would have to pay a $39.99 fee which I did and left the tv there. 3/8/21, I received a text with 3 options for repair.. I selected the option for $169, ($181 w/tax included) for the microprocessor fix kit that I was told needed fixed by text.. since this business has ZERO follow-up with customers, I had to keep calling them to get a status on my TV.. I was told it was in test when I called on 3/26.. I called again on 3/27 and was told the same thing.. I informed them that I would just come pick up the TV since theyve had it for 3 weeks..I get there in the next 30 min and the owner starts giving me all kinds of excuses when I get there. He showed me a replacement part which look to be a circuit board with a bunch of components on it. He kept changing his story repeatedly When I kept questioning him. He said that my panel(s) need to be replaced When I was told that my microprocessor kit was the problem as a result of the diagnosis. The only new part that he showed me was the circuit board that he had sitting next to my old one which I can only assume was even the problem..He powers on the TV and theres absolutely no picture whatsoever. My tv had picture the day I dropped it off which he verified while I was there. The TV should be returned to me in the same condition as when I originally dropped it off since I decided not proceed further doing business with them since they had my TV for 3 weeks and was given the runaround. I also asked him for my remote and power cord that were both with the tv when I dropped it off and he proceeds to play off my intelligence by telling me that he doesnt have it because he doesnt accept/keep those items..as a solution, he even had the nerve to try to sell me a different used LG TV (unethical). After arguing back and forth for 10-15 minutes he put the panel on the TV and released it to me.. He gave me a power cord but not my power cord and kept my remote.. I assume he keeps these items to put with the used TVs that he sells.. I get home and plug the TV in and it doesnt work and has no picture whatsoever. My TV had picture and was powering on just fine when I dropped it off. They didnt fix anything. This business is highly incompetent/clueless and extremely shady and should be shut down as they are scam artists who are stealing money from people.
Fixed my phone fast, friendly customer service.
Told me they couldnt help me without listening to my whole story
Took my printer here yesterday to have it serviced, I came 30 mins before closing but Alex was still trying his best to get done it. The service and quality of work performed by Alex were phenomenal. He was genuinely a nice and honest person and glad I found this shop to have my e devices fixed.
Samsung 80” tv went blank Wee with sure fix tech is amazing, and saved me from buying a new tv!! AMAZING
Sure fix repaired my Hisense TV today, great job!
Guys are really professional. Had the job done really quick amount of time!
Very efficient results oled lg tv! Very pleased with excellent service!!!
My tv had no picture Sony Bravia LED XBR 4K. Was very worried brought to sure fix. Within a week I had the tv fixed and they came and reinstalled for me. Excellent service
Scheduled an appointment 2 days ago for this morning, the tech called to confirm the time of 9-10am, he calls on the day of the appointment about 10:10 and says he will be there in 30 minutes.....being prompt is important when running a business, I’ll take my business elsewhere.-edit- I raised my review to three stars because the business called and offered to provide freeLabor but I would have to bring my tv in, once my tv is repaired I will upgrade my review to 5 stars
Customer Beware! Please beware if you take your device or TV into this place for being fixed up.My husband thought he did his research. He looked the place up, he read the reviews, he called and talked to the guy on the phone. We thought we had picked the right place, but we definitely picked the wrong place. So much so, that our RV is doing the 2 things we took it in to get fixed for, but it is now also doing 2 new things, and we were without it for over 2 months.Starting at the beginning, we have a Roku Element 65 Tv that we got Thanksgiving night for a Black Friday deal in November 2019. Just before Christmas 2020 I was watching a show and noticed that the bottom 2/3rds of the screen were darker than the top 1/3rd. I thought it was a fluke, maybe something with the show I was watching.Christmas Eve, I told my daughter to turn on the TV and we will watch a Christmas movie together. She tells me that she tried to turn on the TV, but it didnt turn on. Turns out, the screen was just very dark and you could only barely make out the applications on the screen. My husband looked up places to take it in. I told him to the place the customer care for our TV told us to take it to, which is close by to this place. He said this place had such great reviews, we should take it to this place. He talked to the guy, he took it in.First my husband said the guy told him theyd know what was wrong in 15 minutes. A little while later, my husband said they told him theyd let him know in 48 hours. Not sure how that happened or whos fault that was, but that was an issue. So one thing my husband asked about was a warranty. Do they warranty their work? He was initially told a 1 year warranty. When they contacted my husband about what was wrong with the TV, suddenly the 1 year warranty isnt a thing. They do a 1 week warranty, but offer other warranties that you can pay for. So basically they changed it so they could make more money off us.My husband said no, we will just come get the TV, it will cost too much and doesnt make sense to pay all that when thats what we initially paid for the TV. Guy convinces my husband to have them fix it, theyll take $10 off the warranty. My husband said if they can take $10 off, they can take $20 off, so they do. Literally they just want the money for it.We agree to pay for the part for it to be fixed.Weeks later, we finally hear back thats its fixed, we have to pay for it now. My husband never received anything showing him the TV working, so he went to go get it, with the condition he see it working first. Guy plugs it in and turns it on for him, but has to step away for a second. Immediately my husband sees the bottom 2/3rds of the screen are visibly darker than the top 1/3rd. One of the initial reasons we took it to get fixed. My husband refuses to take it, tells the guy, the guy apologizes, they check it back in...to the bottom of the list (which we found out later due to us contacting them as to why we hadnt heard anything about our TV). They say its whatever, theyre just going to fix it for us, no charge. Finally, we are told its good to go (again) so my husband goes in to get it. Im not sure if my husband was looking with his eyes closed, or maybe it looked good for 5 seconds, or maybe it really looked fixed. Ill never know for sure. What I do know is my husband should NOT have brought that TV home that day.On top of the darkness on the bottom 2/3rds of the screen, now the screen flashes every so many seconds! A new problem!Either way, my husband brought it home. He called back, told them this was happening, the guys said bring it back. Well, we live an hour plus away, so we cant just drop it back off so easily. We did take it back, but now we have to wait for them to get it from the bottom of the list, back to the top and fix it for us. This was their mistake, therefore they should fix it.Due to limit, end of story:TV still isnt fixed, 2/3rds on bottom is still dark. Plus flashing every so many seconds. Plus light from the TV comes out of the back on the ceiling as well
75inch QLED SAMSUNG TV. Verybgreat and Proffessional. Got my tv working after a surge fried the video processor. Definitely recommend and would use again if i have any other issues. WEE was my technichian and did an absolute fantastic job. Thank you!!

Wee not only fixed my LG 60” 4K Ultra, but was very professional and personable. He showed up when he said he would and was conscientious of the pandemic, always wearing a mask, which did not hide his smile. My TV works great & is cleaned off. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to my family and friends. You won’t go wrong trusting Wee.
