Just called this service and they have nothing available on October 7 airport run except an SUV ... and the price from Baldwin Park to the airport is $150 (each way because we also needed a return). For two people. So there is no town car and the trip and from the airport would be more than our plane flight to visit family in Knoxville TN. Seems they werent too keen to help us out. Thats not what the other reviews are saying ... but I wouldnt try them again for car service.

I found Orlando Limo on Google with great reviews. I used their Airport limousine on return flight from New York to Orlando a few weeks ago. My flight landed an hour late. They were well aware of this because they track flights. Excellent! Very convenient as my driver was in the cell phone waiting lot. After I picked up my luggage, I called and he came to the terminal in a manner of minutes. Car was clean and comfortable. Driver was friendly and professional. Reasonably priced. Ill definitely hire Orlando Limo again.

We have taken several airport limousine services over the years, and Orlando Limo is one of the best. They were very professional, arrived early for pickup going to airport, and very prompt on our return trip home from airport. The drivers were pleasant, as well as professional, and the Town Car was comfortable and very clean. Its nice to have people show up early so you have nothing additional to worry about when traveling. They provided us with prompt email confirmations of the reservations before the trip and receipts after the trip. We were very impressed with Orlando Limo and will definitely use them again soon. So much better than taking a taxi! Highly recommended.

As a working professional I have taken many private limo/cabs in Chicago, but my experience with this airport limousine service in Orlando exceeded my wildest expectations. I had contacted Orlando Limo a day prior to arriving and they were extremely accommodating on my travel arrangements while providing exceptional customer service. Since I was traveling with my family of four I decided to order an SUV for a comfortable ride to our hotel from the airport. Their rates are reasonable and in some cases more cost effective then a taxi, with reliable service, courteous professional drivers while driving in a luxury vehicle. Coming from a large city and being a skeptic myself, this experience exceeded my expectations and would certainly utilize the services of Orlando Limo while traveling again in Orlando. Give them a try - their company has a great reputation.

As a secretary, I planned an executive retreat for 9 people coming from various destinations. The transportation we needed included a limo bus to and from the airport as well as a limo bus for an Orlando tour. As is the case with many business trips, plans were made at varying times with many changes. Not being the person who would be attending, I had to be sure that all the guests arrived and met up with the limo with minimal hassle. It was a pleasure to work with Orlando Limo service and I really appreciated the consistent communication along with detailed plans of the airport layout and how we would gather everyone to meet up in one place. I never felt uneasy with calling them to update/change our plans and it was nice to have someone on the other end who always knows who I was and why I was calling. They were also very helpful with providing snacks and soft drinks at a reasonable cost from the airport to the hotel. I want to thank Orlando Limo again for helping to make my job an easier one and making feel confident that I could send the people I work for to be totally taken care of. After speaking with my bosses, they said that everything was great. They loved the limo buses, they had a great time and everyone was happy with this airport limo service.

Ive used Orlando Limo 2 times now and they have been excellent both times. I was looking for a airport transportation and my friend suggested to use this Orlando limo service as the best in the area. I called them and every time spoke to someone in person who was courteous and professional. The driver arrived at my door 15 mins before scheduled time (even for a 4:45am pick up). The car was clean, driver was professional. There was water and magazines in the car as well. The price was very reasonable. I have since used Orlando Limo again for both to and from Airport and they will be my first choice for future trips as well.

My distant relatives in Orlando gave me their phone number and I pre-booked with Orlando Limo to pick me up at the airport and take me to my hotel downtown. I also had selected their Airport transportation service because they offer infant and toddler car seats. Their rates were reasonable and were less expensive than another company I had found on Google. The driver picked me up on time and was polite and professional. The limo was very clean. Great experience. I re-booked with them for my trip back to the airport a few days later. They were very accommodating in changing my pickup time when I learned that my flight was going to be delayed. They sent a different driver from my first trip. He also was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him. He did make a wrong turn after arriving at the airport and had to circle back around. He said he doesnt drive to the airport that often, and apologized. It was not a big deal, and I still arrived with plenty of time for my flight. He provided bottled water, which was a nice touch. I felt that the price I paid was a very good value and would use this company again when I return to Orlando in a couple months. Thank you for the great service!

I will never use this service again.....We confirmed the time and date for the Limousine service and the they never showed, call, or even text us to apologize.....Not only that they are listed under Broadway Limousine and their name is Back Stage Transportation.NEVER AGAIN......WHAT A DEAD BEAT COMPANY.
