Beautiful and clean SUV. My flight arrived early and the driver was at my luggage carousel waiting for us. I booked it the day before and cant say enough how we enjoyed our ride from the airport. Wish all companies were this professional.

I told my wife I was going to finally get around to reviewing the great service we had with Orlando Transfer and she jokingly told me not to since Disney is doing away with the Magical Express and they might be harder to book again in the future! But that’s exactly why I’m writing this review (6-7 weeks late albeit) - this company is great and really deserves your business.Both drivers we had were safe and courteous, but our first driver (I am so sorry - his name is escaping me but I’m pretty sure it starts with a G) was especially great. On the way to Boulder Ridge from the airport, he heard us talking about how we were probably going to miss our boarding window for Rise of the Resistance so, when we got to the resort he said “If you want, go drop your things off at your room and I will take you straight to Hollywood Studios so you don’t have to miss your boarding group” - and by god we made it. Excellent service.Why did we choose to do a private transfer to Disney World instead of using the Magical Express this time? A couple reasons - One, we had heard others reports that they had been waiting a longer than usual time for the Magical Express and we didn’t want to spend the extra time on our first park day waiting for the bus to come. Two, we were traveling with two 4 year olds and 2 babies...to make our planes we had to get up at 3:45am in Chicago and it was a long morning...we knew the kids wouldn’t (and never) sleep on the Magical Express...but Orlando Transfer has car seats. Both babies napped in the car on the way to the resort and the 4 year olds were not crazy bouncing around in their seats, but rather were much well behaved. I tell you, that was worth the price on its own. We’ll be back using Orlando Transfer in the future!

We just got back from a week long vacation from Orlando. I wanted to give a review for Orlando Transfer before I get back to the working world. I couldnt have been more pleased! Our plane had mechanical problems, which delayed our arrival time into Orlando. Sergio was extremely helpful in rearranging transportation for our transfer to the cruise ship. We gave him very little notice, yet he was willing and able to accommodate us and get us to the ship with time to spare. This was the first time using this company, but I HIGHLY recommend them. Our family used Orlando Transfer for the first time this May. There were 9 of us needing transportation from Orlando airport to Port Canaveral to board our cruise ship. Orlando Transfer LLC is a reliable and courteous transportation company. The two drivers were friendly and arrived promptly for our pickup from the airport and for our departure from the hotel to the airport. I used Orlando Transfer for the first time in November 2013 when I was staying on International Drive in Orlando prior to a 7 day cruise that left from Port Canaveral. I was worried about the cost of a return journey from my hotel on I-Drive but primarily about finding a genuine company after having had a bad experience with a taxi service when visiting Chicago.I was lucky enough to find Orlando Transfer. From the initial enquiry - which was answered very quickly - to the actual rides themselves, I couldnt have been any more pleased.Having made an approach through their website, I was promptly contacted by Sergio from Orlando Transfers office and his email was prompt, polite and contained as much detail as I could have hoped for. The price was very reasonable, considering the travelling distance involved. The drivers arrived on time, in an extremely clean and spacious vehicle and my wife and I travelled in comfort to our destinations.I travelled back to Orlando a couple of weeks ago (January 2015) to again stay on I-Drive and embark on a cruise from Port Canaveral again. This company provide an excellent and very professional service. Great communucation by email to book the service at a very good price. We were met at Orlando Airport by Sergio who was waiting where he said he would and at the correct time. Very smartly dressed and courteous. The vehicle was spacious and clean. The journey to our resort was about 50 minutes and was very pleasant. Sergio spoke very good English and we had a very interesting conversation about football (soccer) as the South Americans and Scottish people are equally passionate and knowlegable about the game.The return pick-up, although at a different place, was organised and was again attended to diligently by Sergio.We will definitely use this company again on our next visit to Orlando and anyone else would benefit from using this company also. Well, what else can I say about the service we received was excellent, we were a group of 8 we hired them for several trips such as from MCO-Hotel from hotel to universal studios 2 days in a row and the return to the MCO airport.When we got to Orlando the flights had been delayed and we thought that he was not going to wait for us but Mr. Sergio was there waiting for us blessed he was almost 2 hours and was in contact with me all the time They are always punctual at the time of arrival I recommend them to We 100% thank Mr. Sergio and Mr. Omar for their excellent service to our family in Puerto Rico and the prices are excellent
