Had meet&greet at Orlando Airport and everything worked great. Driver was waiting for us at the baggage belt with a clear name sign. He was polite, friendly and professional, and drove well. We arranged for a transfer from the airport to our hotel. Our flight arrived early but our driver Sam was there waiting for us outside of baggage claim. It was a relief to not have to worry about arranging a transport after landing from a 14 hour flight. Sam, the driver was very kind, chatty, smart, and informative. What a pleasure! scheduled an airport pickup online, entered my flight information, arrived at the airport to find the driver waiting at baggage claim, right on time. we asked for a quick stop at a supermarket before our hotel drop-off, which our driver gladly provided. all for way less than the cost of a shuttle service. highly recommend! absolutely zero problems, great experience!

I was a part of a 10 person group who flew into Orlando International Airport and used this service to get to our conference hotel and then back to the airport at the end of the conference. I would highly recommend this company as it was slightly cheaper than some of its competitors with the better service that you would hope for from a small business over the larger companies.

Great service. Our driver was on time for everything. He was very nice and made my family feel very comfortable. My family and I took a train from Connecticut down to Orlando. Unfortunately our train was delayed 10 hours. We called Always Superb and they were waiting for us despite the late change. Our train caused us to miss a day at Disney so we added a day to our vacation. And Always Superb accommodated this change and was right on time at our resort when we needed them to be.I would recommend Always Superb to anyone in need of a car service in the Orlando area. The driver was amazing! He was very kind and helpful. They were the cheapest I found in Orlando. Our plane was delayed by 3 hours and he kept checking in and didnt complain at all about the plane being late bee didnt get in until 11:30 pm and were suppose to get in at 8:00 pm. Not a crazy driver like taxis are. Will be using him again when we go back to Orlando!

I had a lovely experience working with Always Superb Transport. We were working with their team for a south asian wedding and they did an amazing job coordinating the details. As a wedding planner it is hard to find companies who can juggle the task of coordinating guests arrival and departures and their company did a fantastic job! This is the third time I have used this service, and for me I cannot say enough about the courteous helpful drivers and the ease of booking a shuttle. I find traveling very stressful and anytime I can find a company that goes out of their way to reduce the stress level of traveling, they will get six stars from me. On a previous trip, I left a bag in the floor of the vehicle, and never thought about it again until later that day someone from the company delivered it to my hotel and at no charge. Can you image finding an honest employee in todays society, what a refreshing change. I will never use any other company, this is the best.

We used AST transport a week ago and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Our flight was delayed over 2 hrs on the way to Orlando and that put us in closer to midnight. They accommodated me and the family with no problem. The driver was there waiting for us at the baggage claim with my name visible on an iPad. We also used them on our return flight and still received great service. Vehicle was clean and driver was very polite. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic! They provided 2 car seats for our babies as they said they would. They were on time. The car was clean. Our flight time was pushed back three times and Superb accomodated our changes in itinerary without a problem. We are using them again in April!

This shuttle service is hands down the best shuttle we used in Orlando. Very friendly, on time, & reliable. Flight left Sanford at 7:10 am and we were picked up at 4:30am from our hotel in Orlando with no issues. She was even early. Very decently priced also. I would DEFFINITELY reccomend Always Superb. They are definitely there for YOU & not themselves.

Never again. The most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. I found them on line, when I did a search for transportation from Orlando airport to disney resorts. The day prior to me arriving, I called them to confirm the reservation, and the person who answered the phone appeared to be angered that I was calling, he almost sounded aggravated that I called, and he kept asking me If I had not received the email confirmation on the day I did the booking. In any event, the day arrived, and sure enough, the driver was over 10 minutes late, and I mean, 10 minutes late after I went and obtained the bags from the carousel. Eventually, the driver arrived, and this was a person who was far from professional. For some reason, he was trying to have a conversation with us, and then he commented on the recent attacks in Orlando, and then he proceeded to defend the psycho ISIS killer. At which point, my wife and I became extremely quiet, and shocked, that this person was telling us this. The final straw, was the service fee. It was not the fee advertised, it was 20 dollars above that which was quoted on the website. Stay away!

Friendly. When I made the reservation, I was asked if I wanted to leave gratuity ahead of time. I agreed but was not given option of how much gratuity to leave. It was instantly calculated without my input as to a percentage or an amount. Late to pick up both times. On return trip, the driver had confused details. I called & he had forgotten about me. I attempted to call the main number, which says it is open 24 hours. No answer & no opportunity to leave voicemail. A driver from another company offered me a ride to the airport since my driver had abandoned me. Even though we comfirmed details on first trip, the driver became argumentative when he finally did arrive. I guess the customer is not always right, even when they have the written contract & arrangements in hand. For that amount of money, I expect service. Not again.

LIFE SAVER Mr. BJ,We booked Carnival Cruise leaving from Tampa to Cayman Island. My family were traveling from Philadelphia airport to Tampa, but due to airline trouble they drop off at Orlando airport instead of Tampa. My wife and two kids were so tired and troubled because the Cruise were leaving at 3 pm and not enough time to leave from Orlando to Tampa. But THANK GOD, Thanks to the gentleman who has helped us from start to finish. He was at the airport ahead of time to pick up my family from Orlando and he safely,timely drop them off at the Cruise. Mears was recommended to us by the hotel, so we used that when we arrived in Orlando - I was not very impressed. The woman on the phone was very hard to understand, did not give clear instructions, and I had to wait at least 30 minutes for my shuttle to arrive even though I had booked days in advance and they knew exactly when my flight was arriving - it was frustrating. So to get back to the airport I was hesitant to try Mears again, and decided to try Always Superb Transport due to the high ratings. We were not disappointed! Booking was very easy - just a simple phone call and the person booking gave me suggestions as we were booking to make sure we got it all right so we wouldnt miss our flight (and they gave me very specific instructions about when/where/what to expect). The driver called me a couple of minutes before he was due to arrive to let me know that traffic right around the hotel was heavy and he might be a minute late. He picked us up in a beautiful SUV that was extremely clean outside and inside. Right after he picked us up, some buses and other cars at the hotel blocked him in and he was somehow able to get us out with his mad driving skills. He was fun to talk to on the way to the airport and got us there with plenty of time to catch our flight. Overall we had an excellent experience and highly recommend Always Superb Transport.

These guys are TOP Notch, Grade A Professionals. 24/7 day or night, open the doors for passengers, luxury car ride, this isnt a yellow cab with a sign on the top. These are Town Cars. We enjoyed a wonderful ride to and from the KISS concert in Orlando while on Vacation at a local resort. The resort used another company that had very bad reviews on Google and charged twice the fare. I decided even after being told by the resort to use their cab company to use this company. Man, Im glad I did!! I would definitely recommend for anyone to call this Company in the Orlando area.

Excellent service from Always Superb Transportation. My family of 5 just competed a week long Disney vacation. Knowing that wed be waiting on buses and rides for most of the week, we knew we didnt want to wait for transportation to and from the airport. In mid-October, Always Superb Transport in Orlando, FL provided my husband and me with excellent round trip service between Daytona and the Orlando airport. We highly recommend this car service. I was visiting Daytona to give a eulogy at a memorial service for my sister, who had recently died. I was edgy and stressed. B.J., one of the owners of the car service, met us promptly at the Orlando Airport in a spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable car for the trip. He lives in Orlando himself, has been a driver for a number of years, and thoroughly knew Florida’s main thoroughfares as well as useful side roads when the main thoroughfares were clogged. En route to Daytona, I found my stress dissipating as B.J. was an excellent, smooth driver. He engaged in conversation that we initiated, but sensitive to neither of us wanting to talk much, did not thrust conversation on us as some drivers are wont to do. Before we reached Daytona, I felt an intuitive trust in B.J. that led me to book him to pick up our daughter the following night at Orlando Airport. Her flight would arrive after midnight and I felt lucky to have found a car service with whom I was sure she would be safe. When our daughter’s flight was delayed I immediately received a text from Always Superb giving all the particulars, even before our daughter had a chance to text us of the scheduled change. B.J. drove my husband and me back to Orlando Airport with the same courteous manner and the same efficient attention to traffic and road conditions. My family and I used Always Superb on Friday the 24th of August from MCO-Fort Lauderdale airport to Port Canaveral for a cruise. We found the driver on time/ waiting for us at baggage claim. The driver was very professional and helpful.We used Always Superb again on Monday the 28th of August. Even with the long delays caused by hurricane Isaac the driver was waiting for my family and made sure we did not miss our flight back home that afternoon.
