I hired a limo service for my nieces birthday to Discovery Cove, it was such a wonderful experience for her. I was able to fill the limo with balloons to surprise her, the driver was very nice and professional. The ride to and from Discovery Cove was very seamless, the driver was always on time and a very careful driver. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I rented a car for a night out in Downtown Orlando during this pandemic and the car was very clean. Limocar followed all COVID precautions and Angel was a very courteous and professional driver. This company is awesome!!! Our flight arrived in Orlando very late. I was there with my wife and 3 sons to celebrate my 50th birthday. Our rental car company was closed and not answering their phones, and the Disney shuttle had a long line and seemed to be delayed. We could not get an Uber or Lyft to save our lives, and it just kept getting later. It seemed like our vacation was going to begin with the 5 of us spending the night at the airport. I gave our boys cart blanche. I told them I didn’t care if they hire a helicopter as long as it got us to our Disney Resort so we could crash and rope drop Animal Kingdom the next day. Our youngest called Limo Car Orlando around 11:30 pm. He walked up and handed me the phone, a very kind and enthusiastic voice (Roshan) told me not to worry, he would be there within 30 minutes to pick us up. This would be the first of a consistent and reliable series of above and beyond customer service experiences. Roshan became our driver for the duration of the trip. Not only was he kind and fun to talk with, he was reliable, honest, and always on time. His vehicle was sharp, exceptionally clean, and I’m not gonna lie, we enjoyed the prestige of the overall experience. The rates were very reasonable. Sure, it cost a little more than an Uber, but ensuring the quality of our family vacation made it worth it. The next time you’re in Orlando, treat yourself! We were in Florida for a Disney cruise and trip to Universal, we had used Limo car once before five years ago. Booking was easy, updated my personal information, gave them our itineraries and was asked how many people are in my party. We had 3 adults so they recommended an SUV which was perfect for us. I received confirmation within a half hour with all pricing for each segment of our trip. Our driver Rick arrived early in a newer Cadillac SUV, never rushed us just loaded our bags and carry ons made sure we were comfortable, my wife and daughter in the first row and I was up front instead the back so we were not cramped in. He carried on an enjoyable conversation asking about us and giving us some history of the area as we headed to the cruise ship, and before we new it we had arrive with plenty of time to spare. After unloading our luggage he waited for the ships porters to collect our bags then took his time giving me the instructions on picking us up. Once off the ship we called and were told Rick would be there in a few minutes. I received a text from Rick he had arrived and his location and too our surprise we had a stretch limo waiting and Rick said we received an upgrade at no extra charge. After arriving at the hotel Rick gave us information on what was in the area worth visiting and confirmed our pickup time for our return to the airport. Rick again arrived early on our pick up day and seen us come into the lobby. He waited by the SUV so we didnt feel rushed as I was checking out. As we approached the door Rick met us and took our luggage and again suggested someone could ride up front so we were not crowded. Got to the airport with ease unloaded our bags made sure we had everything thanking us for using Limo car. Rick was great and very friendly. I would recommend Limo Car to anyone who is looking for outstanding friendly service at a reasonable price, I will definitely be using them anytime I travel in Orlando, the price was well worth the service again.

We used Limocar Orlando this past weekend to go to a Rays game at Tropicana Field. We had the Mercedes Sprinter and it was a beautiful vehicle! It seemed brand new and was extremely comfortable. Plush leather seats, and room for our cooler. Our driver, Pablo was on time, polite, and a safe driver. I would definitely recommend them for your transportation needs.

The Car service was excellent! I was a little skeptical, but Im sure it was just because it was my first time into Orlando. The driver was polite, loaded our luggage, and opened the door every chance he got. The vehicle ( 2016 New Escalade) was in great shape and clean. My entire family enjoyed the ride and they even made sure there was a car seat for our youngest passenger. Next trip to Orlando, I will be using Limo Car Orlando. It was one of the easiest things I have ever done.

I didnt have any experience with limo services on Florida so far and to be honest I was bit skeptic but it turned out was wrong. This company truly made my weekend to Disneyland with family an amazing one.From the moment we landed on MCO, then during our visit to Disneyland and other places everything was going smooth. Vehicles were in good shape and well maintained, drivers calm and polite.Prices were adequate to the service we received.

The limo arrived right on time and the driver was very courteous to my guests. The limo exterior and interior were very clean but the interior design was different than what I expected. I couldnt figure out how to get the bluetooth working in the vehicle, but the stereo radio worked wonderfully.The company offered me the opportunity to go onsite and check out the rental vehicle prior to booking which was great although I didnt feel the need to take advantage of that offer.

If I could select no stars I would! I booked a car with them about 5 months ago in Dec.and exchanged phone calls with them several times for a limo in May. The week before my scheduled trip I called them to confirm my reservation and was told everything was set and they would see me when I got back in the county. When I returned to the country there was no car. I waited for 30 minutes and they never showed up. I called them and they said that they tried to call me and emailed me while I was out of the country. I told them I had no service for email or phone calls out of the county. I then pulled up my email and saw the email they sent that said the reservation was CONFIRMED. I pointed this out to them and they said they had no drivers available and hung up on me. AVOID these guys at all costs!! They are not reliable and they will leave you out in the cold and have horrible service.

If you like hidden costs and no customer service at all then you should book with this company. When I called back to figure out where the extra charges came from there was no answers. Because they sub contract to drivers he said it wasnt his problem and we had to contact the driver directly. After 5 minutes of conversation he eventually hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We have used Limo Car Orlando for both stretch limos and limo mini buses. They are great to work with and their drivers are very professional.

We have used Limocar on about 20 occasions when traveling to and from Disney resorts. Limocar has been on time or early on each and every occasion and every driver has been courteous and professional as well as extremely helpful. There are six of us when we travel including two small boys and car seats and beverages are always available. We will be using Limocar again next week. They are synonymous with customer service.

This was my first time using Limo Car Orlando to get a group of 12 from Orlando to the Port Canaveral pier and the reservation process was a breeze. They were extremly pleasant and helpful and i will definitely use their services again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

My company paid for 97 passengers to use this company for 50 minutes. Only 20 passengers received this service, the other 77 passengers despite paying and asking, only received a 20 minute drive. This morning I complaint, the manager Andy simply said, he was not the driver and could not help it... I believe this company is extremely irresponsible. I have been in business for 36 years, my clients believe they were ripped off. I believe so too. WOULD -NOT- recommend this company to anyone!
