My family took a trip to Universal Orlando and hired Town Car Now to pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel, and then return us again to the airport at the end of our trip. This was one of the best decisions I made for the trip. Our flight to Orlando ended up being canceled, then our new flight was delayed by several hours. Town Car Now was easy to communicate with to let them know of the delays and when we finally arrived after several more hours of travel than expected, there couldnt have been anything better than a professional driver waiting with a sign with my name on it. I didnt have to worry if I missed a shuttle or if I could find an Uber or anything like that. We just got our bags, got into a nice SUV, and were taken right to our hotel with no delay. If I ever travel again to Orlando, I will always use Town Car Now to get to and from the airport.

We used Town Car twice this past week for last minute needs and were so impressed. Booking was easy, the drivers arrived on time each time. The cars where immaculate and the drivers wore suits. These days people can be such slobs- these guys were dressed to impress and provided top notch service. it was a really nice experience and we felt we were in great hands. I would highly recommend using Town Car Now if youre in need of car service in the Orlando area. I wish I could say the same about the service we had on the other end of our flights! We will be using Town Car Now again. Thank you!

We used Town Car now on Christmas Day to fly out and New Years Eve to fly back into Orlando. Both drivers were great. Even after our flight was delayed almost 3 hours on New Years Eve, the driver waited patiently to pick us up, which was past his shift. The SUV were very clean and rode comfortably for our family. Will definitely use this service on our next trip will not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.

After a coast to coast flight it was refreshing to see Town Car Now waiting for me where they said with a fresh and clean Mercedes ready to take me to my resort. Kristen was very pleasant and had a nice cold bottle of water for me once on our way. Being able to stretch my legs and even being able to pick some music to enjoy on the ride. Pickup at home at 0700 and travel to OIA was perfect. Driver arrived early with an immaculate sedan, handled all of the luggage with a friendly attitude and smile, and her driving was done well. Upon arrival at the airport, she again did the luggage and offered any further assistance needed. We had used this service for a similar airport round trip late last year, and were equally impressed, but didnt share our views. We highly recommend this company!

I travel often and have never had a better experience with a car service. They were waiting for us at the bottom of the escalators at the airport, took care of our bags, had the car seats ready for my kids and were very friendly. Prompt and communicated very well. I would recommend to anyone, A+.

Just a quick note to say thanks to Kristin and the team at Town Car Now in Orlando...We used Town Car for several trips...meeting us on arrival for our first time stay in Orlando and taking us to our hotel, with a pit stop at a local supermarket to get some urgent supplies, then the next day to the Kennedy Space Centre (Kristin even got us there so we were first in the gates!) and return in the afternoon. Both of these trips were done by Kristin who was terrific, even allowing me to jump on her ipad during the trip to send an urgent email and then let my boys control the music selection.On our outbound journey to the airport we had Jim for a 7am start. This was our first time using Town Car Now and we needed to use them for 3 legs of a trip. I was a bit nervous as we had never done this before and we decided to go with them because they were the most reasonable as well as the best in communication. Kristen Andrews (owner) and her son Jon Andrews were extremely helpful with helping us set up our transportation needs. We had 3 different drivers and they were all very nice and well dressed. The only hiccup is they forgot the booster seat on the way from the airport to the hotel, but then they had it the other 2 times we needed them. The cars are not new, probably estimate about 10 or more years old. They were very clean though. We had no complaints. The first car from airport to hotel was an older model mercedes, the 2nd car from hotel to cruiseport was a suburban (even though I had only paid for a towncar they upgraded us without our knowing so it was a nice surprise), and from cruiseport to airport it was a towncar. Again, not top notch vehicles, but very well maintained and clean and gets to where you want to go. We will use them again in the future.Used them again 10/2018 and very, very happy! Once again we chose Town Car Now for our transportation needs from MCO to Boardwalk Villas at Disney. The communication w/this company is excellent. From beginning to end. We had Primo as our driver for both trips & he was well dressed and very kind. We had a very clean and newer Suburban. He texted us when he was on his way, texted us when he was there & had an ipad w/our name on it once we arrived. He also offered us water upon entering the vehicle. The price is very reasonable and one of the lowest. We will use them again for sure.

By far, the worst taxi ride. Incidentally, the driver was a safe driver and very nice, however it was not enough to overlook the massive inefficient service.1. He didnt know where downtown was.2. He asked me how to get there and he didnt have a navigation (Imagine if I was a foreigner)3. I used my phone nav, but he refused to use it, I had to tell him where to turn and what roads.4. After getting home, he didnt have a credit card machine. Therefore, he used the old school roller - I was sitting for more then 10 mins waiting on him to write all the #s down...I understand if a driver is unfamiliar with certain locations, but if you dont know where the major locations are, and moreover have to ask the customer on how to get there, why are you a taxi driver???
