I have been using Ace Luxury Transportation for many years when we have been to FL. This trip was with my daughter-in-law, granddaughter and her friend. Had ACE pick up up at the airport to our condo, then the next 2 days took us back and forth from the condo to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, then last day back to the Airport. First class vehicle accommodations and drivers were absolutely wonderful All were great, but Sahib was our favorite ;-) Highly recommend.

We arranged a van service for our party of 7 for an airport transfer. Our driver contacted us before we were off the plane to let us know he was there and arrange to find us. Weve used ACE on several occasions when cruising out of Port Canaveral and flying into Orlando International Airport. Each occasion the drivers have been great, the vehicles very good, and theyve been on time and have gotten us where we needed to be safely. Will continue to use them !

I have used this service four times now and each time the service gets better. The drivers are on time and always accommodating. They over communicate so you never worry if they will show up. The vehicles are always clean and air conditioned. The price is all inclusive and much cheaper than an Uber if you have a large party. I highly recommend them for travel around the Orlando area.

I have taken several different shuttle services to Cape Canaveral for our Disney cruises. Ace Luxury was top notch! From getting the quote on the phone, to our pickup at the hotel to getting us after the cruise was seamless! They were less than 1/2 of what Disney wanted to charge and we had our own private motor coach bus. There were 39 of us. Our drivers picked us up promptly at our hotel. He was well dressed and loaded all of our luggage! We had so much fun on the bus ride down there. Everything was included in the price--included the tip, so we didnt have to worry about that. When we got off the boat he was there to take us to the airport. We had one couple that was not going to the airport and he dropped them off in Orlando to pick up their car. We will definitely use this service EVERY TIME!

The Ace Rep was waiting right where promised. He helped assist in getting our luggage & getting it to his SUV. I wish I wrote down his name, however he was very friendly, & courteous. We waited no time before we were off to the cruise terminal, unlike my Sister & Brother in law whom did not get to the terminal until an hour & a half later. They were on the same flight with us. He dropped us off right by the terminal doors & unloaded our luggage to go on-board the boat. We had our own private SUV, the children watched a movie on the go & the service was GREAT! Not to mention I saved $40. by going with Ace vs. the cruise lines shuttle service. The return trip was just as smooth as coming. We had a fantastic experience with ACE! We traveled from Toronto to Orlando. The following morning we had to travel to Port Canaveral to catch our cruise. We decided to hire a limo as our six year old son had never been in one and we thought it would be a thrill for him. We arranged everything with Ace and we couldnt have been happier. My family and I took our first Disney Cruise in February 2014. I searched high and low for a transportation company to pick us up at our hotel at Orlando airport and bring us to Port Canaveral, and then to transport us from the Port back to the Orlando airport for our return to Canada.I have a 4 year old and 20 month old and did not want to have to transport car seats or sit around, waiting for a shuttle bus to fill up. Ace Luxury Transportation was amazing. They were at our hotel before our scheduled pick up time, had the car seats installed, and were courteous and professional. They drove us to the Port without any interruptions and practically dropped us off at the front door.Upon our debarkation, we simply called the toll-free number to confirm that we had cleared customs, and waited by the pillar where we were advised a driver would pick us up in 10-15 mintues. Within 5 minutes of waiting, the driver - again courteous and professional - pulled up with the 2 car seats and helped us load our luggage. I was taking a Disney cruise and had the choice of a Disney bus (transfer) from the airport or private transportation like Ace. My wife thought it was safer to go with the Disney bus. Im glad I didnt listen to her. We spent the night at the Hyatt attached to the Orlando airport and in the morning went down to the designated area with our luggage. I scheduled a pickup for 12:30pm and it was about 12:15. I walked out the door and there was a driver with our name displayed ready to pick us up. I bet had I done a Disney bus I would have been waiting a long time to get everyone loaded, etc. The driver and van was awesome...the driver put in a disney movie for the kids.The way back was even better. I got of the cruise ship and got our luggage and went through customs and then called to tell them I was ready. Minutes later they picked me up. Our flight didnt leave until 8:30pm that night so they took me to Sea World (It was the day after Thanksgiving so I didnt want to deal with the inevitable crowds at Disney World or Universal-- oddly Sea World was empty-- literally 0 wait for the roll coaster). The driver then took our luggage for safe keeping and 6 hours later a driver picked us up (with our luggage) to take us to the airport. This made an otherwise wasted day one of our best days of the trip. I will say the van that picked us up the first day was super nice (leather seats, movie player, very good condition) and the vans the last day were kind of older and not as nice, but the service was perfect on all three trips...in each case the driver was in place early with our name on a placard ready to pick us up.

We were extremely pleased with Ace Luxury Transportation! We had a party of 17 which required 2 10-passenger vans. The 2 very courteous drivers were at our Disney Resort on time and got us to the cruise terminal in around an hour. When we returned, we called their number, the drivers were waiting at the terminal for us and got us to the Orlando airport. Everyone from the reservation contact to the drivers to the cleanliness of the vans was excellent. We would recommend their services!

Ace Luxury Transportation truly lived up to my expectations. I booked a 10 am flight on a Sunday morning after our cruise. Everyone said we would never make the flight, due to disembarking logistics and the general time it takes to get off the ship. I searched the web for a transportation company that I could trust to make our pick up simple. I chose Ace Luxury Transportation, and they did not disappoint. I scheduled a 7:15 am pick up. As it turned out, our cruise ship arrived an hour early, and we were sitting out on the pier curb by 6:30. I called the phone number Ace provided, and they were there 30 minutes ahead of our original 7:15 pick up! We were picked up around 6:45, and at the airport around 7:30. We easily made our 10 am flight thanks to the promptness of Ace Luxury Transportation. I highly recommend their professional, prompt service. I will definitely utilize their transportation services the next time we travel to Orlando.

Great service! I like the fact that you pay everything up front including tip. You do not have to worry about any extra cash for the trip.From Orlando, they were in baggage claim waiting for me. They upgraded the vehicle as it was available to accommodate 2 car seats which they provided and 2 adults.On the trip back, we go off the Disney Fantasy earlier than expected (outside by 8:30 with a 9:30 reservation). The great news is that they anticipate this and were waiting nearby.We will definitely use them again!

We paid less that we would have taking the cruise shuttle, and the transportation was much more comfortable.The drivers arrived promptly and were extremely courteous and friendly. I booked Ace Luxury for my transportation to my first Disney cruise and was extremely pleased with the prompt service and professionalism of the driver Leonard. He was punctual when picking up our group of 6 at the hotel we were staying and ensured we were all comfortable. Booking was a breeze and I liked how all the taxes and tips were included. The return pickup from Port Canaveral back to the airport was even easier. Just a simple phone call once we set foot outside the ship and Leonard was there in 10 minutes. I would definitely book with Ace Luxury again for any transportation needs to and from Orlando Airport.

Ace is the only way to go when you need transport from Orlando to Port Canaveral. Our driver Harry was perfect in every way. The Suburban was clean and comfortable and Harry was a great driver. We’ll definitely use their company again and will make sure to request Harry as our driver.

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport baggage claim area holding a sign with my name on it. I felt like a celebrity and had my picture taken with him. I was put in charge of transportation for our group of twelve and was fortunate to find your company’s web site. Our driver was very prompt, courteous and helpful with our luggage, etc. and the van was very comfortable. This was my first time using Ace Luxury Transportation, and all I have to say is superb. The Van was on time professional climate controlled and clean. The driver was courteous and well dressed with a name sign so I knew all was well. He loaded our bags and arrived on time at Port Canaveral and dropped our bags off where the ship porters picked them right up, never had to touch my bags. I would highly recommend Ace and will definitely be using them again.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable.I changed the time to be picked up at our hotel 3 times, and they came on time, without an argument that I had been difficult. The bus was clean, had the child seats we requested, and upon our return trip, the bus was there within minutes of my call.Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend Ace to anyone who asked.

We were very pleased with Ace Service. Our arrival in Orlando was earlier than expected but the driver was there and helped us retrieve our luggage from baggage claim. Our departure from the cruise ship was also earlier than expected and the driver was there waiting. We were quite impressed. This was so much better than a crowded bus or van which we have used before but never again. Thank you Ace Luxury.

What an awesome experience. When we arrived in Orlando, our daughter-in-laws suitcase didnt arrive. The driver stayed for an extra hour while our son and his wife reported the missing suitcase. Then when we were ready to leave our resort, I noticed that the driver was there a few minutes ahead of time. When we left the ship yesterday, we were earlier than we thought would be. I called your company, and the driver was there in less than 15 minutes. I have so much praise for your company, and if I ever need to use you again, I definitely will. Ace Luxury was fantastic from the moment we walked into baggage claim in Orlando, to the moment they dropped us off at our final destination. We reserved transportation for 3 legs of our trip in December - from the airport to Universal Studios, and then to and from Port Canaveral. All three trips we were greeted by friendly and helpful drivers and a clean van with plenty of space for our family of 4 and our luggage. Ace Luxury was terrific! I booked them based on the reviews I had read and they did not disappoint. We were picked up at our house and taken to Port Canaveral for a cruise. The drive was about an hour. Leonard was our driver both to the port and back home. We had four people including my mother who is 81 and in a wheelchair along with a lot of luggage. Leonard was very accommodating and very pleasant. We will definitely book again with Ace and hopefully with Leonard should the need arise. Thank you for outstanding service!!

I used Ace Luxury Transportation in January 2014 from the port to the airport. Our driver was on time and personable. He was very professional and the car was very clean. He was a very safe driver and got us from the boat to the airport in a very efficient manner. The rate was very competitive. We were so pleased! Will be using Ace again in January 2016 for our Disney cruise!

We used the service from Port Canaveral to Orlando International Airport on 8/17/14. The service was great. I called as soon as I cleared customs and the driver came about 15 minutes later in a clean van. It was a pleasure. The driver played his version of cash cab and the kids were busy answering questions. Made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare.I would use Ace again!

We had four adults and two small children (2 yrs and 6 months). They did everything they said theyd do and were on time and friendly, waited patiently at the airport luggage carousel, and loaded our luggage, which was great! They provided child seats for the kids for free. I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the vehicle (we were in a large Ford van for all of our three trips with the company). I figured wed be in a large van and not a limo or something like that, but the seats and doors were pretty worn out. Im sure they get a lot of use because this is a quality company that does business the right way and therefore they have a lot of business coming their way. I liked that the tips were included in the price we paid.Lastly, the package we chose was to be picked up at the airport, dropped off at our hotel in Orlando, then taken to a cruise port the next day, and picked up a week later and taken to the airport again. I was a little worried about timeliness of the drivers with all of our pickups and drop-offs being fairly time sensitive, but they were on time each time. Even when the departure from the cruise ship took longer then expected, they were calling to confirm the time and location of the pickup. Great communication!

This was our first time using Ace Luxury and they were amazing! We booked for 3 trips and travelling with our 3 year old we were so thrilled we did. The drivers were always on time, helpful, friendly, and we were always provided a car seat for our son. We had no issues finding our drivers and never had to wait. We would highly recommend Ace Luxury and plan on using them whenever we are travelling in the Orlando area.

I have used Ace twice now and was very pleased both times. We used them to go from Orlando to Port Canaveral. They are on time, friendly and they take great care of you as a customer. I really liked that they provide me with detailed information about what to expect at the end of our cruise and where to meet them. When I travel to Orlando in the future I will definitely use them again.

We got off our cruise ship in Port Canaveral about an hour earlier than we anticipated, The driver was already in the area and came right over. We told him that since we were early that we would like to try for an earlier flight. He got us there quickly and safely in time for us to make the earlier flight. There were 4 of us and the van ride was comfortable. Only used them one-way, but all aspects of service were great!

Also, we had four parties in our group all arriving at different times. Ace monitored the flight for the last party to arrive, and when the time changed for it, Ace emailed me with an updated time for our driver to be at the airport. They did a great job of keeping us informed.
