ACE gave a rate online of $158 but when we got there it went up to $530 that included a deposit of $200 refunded after brought back and insurance even though we had coverage and said it didnt include collision which we know our state automatically include in our policy. Be prepared for additional cost they didnt alert you about. And Also $40 for tolls.The car was nice and clean and got good gas milage but thats why they get 3 stars from me and thats the only reason.

They need more employees overthere. Customers have to get the vehicle all on their own. VERY INCONVENIENT!!!
