Great experience. It was one of the only car rental options that did not have a line, check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. Car was very clean. Definitley worth the higher prices compared to other options.

Option 1: Make a car reservation before your trip, land in Orlando, wait in a reasonable line, and leave in the car you reserved. If this is the adventure you choose, book with Enterprise. Bonus! Enterprise staff are cheery, capable, and helpful.Option 2: (a good choice if you enjoy escape rooms) Book with Budget. Wait in line for several hours. Reach the front desk and be told your reservation is not attached. Ask what that means. She doesnt know. Be told to call a 1-800 number. Ask the person on the phone what to do. Be told to talk to the desk attendant. Ask to cancel your reservation and make a new one attached. Be told there are no more cars. Bonus! Staff are angry because Budget overbooks and creates this nightmare for them every. single. night. Inevitably re-book with Enterprise.Backstory: We initially booked through Budget... as did everyone else landing at MCO that day. We learned that Budget brings people in with their low prices, people (many of them are families) end up stranded with no cars. Please avoid this trap and go with Enterprise. The difference in price for a two week rental is worth it.
