Car smelled like pee for the first 5/8 days we rented. Good if you like that I guess. Dude was nice so three stars but maybe the workers should sit in the car for 2 minutes before renting it out to make sure no one peed themselves in it.

This place is a scam. 0 stars. Prepare to never see that deposit again. They will lie about it and you will not get the full amount. I was given $14 back out of the $241 deposit (even though they told me there was no damage to the vehicle). I called a few weeks after returning from vacation and no answer; they had blocked mine and my boyfriends number which they had both on file. Also, they never once provided airport transportation and still charged an extra $70 that they claimed was apart of the contact, but I read over it many many times, and shocker, it’s not. They just make up whatever number they want and you pay it. They think they can take advantage of younger people, first time travelers. They act super nice in the beginning, but I guess it’s all just for the act. It’s a hole in the wall. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Go elsewhere, unless you can afford to toss away hundreds. Thank you for trying to take advantage of me, but I’m a lot smarter than you think.

Easiest car rental process that I’ve ever had. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and prices are way better than the big brands.Don’t let it scare you that this isn’t one of the ‘big names’, they were great to work with.Just give them a call when you get your bags from the airport, he’ll give you a 10 minute ride to the rental place, and you’ll be on your way in 15 minutes.Highly recommend!

Well, the beginning and the end seems to be good, until I ask for my deposit. Which I suppose to get in 2 weeks. I call them 3 weeks later.They act like, I wasnt there for business. I spent $400 for renting a car + $300 deposit: a total of $700 for 2 days rental car, he brush me off the phone.I go to Orlando once every month for business, They just lost a customer, which is very bad for their business.

We booked with another rental car company because of prices.learning they expect guest to have major credit card with $500 dollar deposit. Flex rental car saved us . At first I was happy to find out that when I land from Texas to Orlando to visit my family at a crucial time I appreciated that I got approved to get a rental car from the services being able to use my prepaid card which was excellent and awesome cuz if you came a convenient but customer service failed to neglect to inform me that if I didnt have my own car insurance I wont be able to rent so before checking and reviewing all my documents they decided to charge my card fee and now Im inconveniently out of my money to be able to rent the car because they want to charge me my money and not give it back to me and now I got to wait five to seven business days while Im on vacation to get this. It was instant to withdraw the money out of my account but when they realized they messed up (flex rental car) said I would have to take it up with my bank thats a really inconvenience so I give them one star up for being convened but thumbs down poor rating and poor customer service explanation now I cant rent the car because I dont have enough money in my card. I also would like to say the customer service that I had attended me is named Lee he was great upbeat, friendly but too excited to make a commission sale that he felt in neglect to explain all the rules Lee should be retrained talk better and not be so anxious on making money so too Lee from flex rental service I need you to go back to training because this has been such an inconvenience being out of my money and not being able to do what I need to do yes Im upset

Worst experience ever. We felt scammed by the extra fees from the lack of transparency. Never experienced this with other companies. We paid $100 more than what was advertised during the booking reservations because the multiple daily fees were not disclosed until its too late to cancel! DO NOT RENT here.

We traveled this past weekend April 2, Friday to Saturday. I did theCar reservation since Feb 27 and they sent me a confirmation. When we got to pick up the car they notified me that my reservation had been canceled, I showed confirmation that I had not been canceled, they did not honor the price or a credit and I ended up paying double from $ 204 to $ 409 more they had already charged me $ 26 of the car and $ 36 the day I made the reservation, that is, the total of $ 471 for 3 days.

First Class outfit! I ended up at this rental service, because the address for my original rental was found to be abandoned. The guy at the desk said not only would he match the price of the other place, but would upgrade the car and require a deposit 40% of the others requirements (I was paying with a debit card - I dont use credit cards). It was easy, very affordable and truly appreciative AND appreciated.

I reserved a car through another company a week before arriving in Orlando. My flight got in late at night, went to pick up the car, and they told me they didn’t have the car I reserved and PAID for in advance. They tried to offer me a free “upgrade” to the only thing they had left for the night, which was a 12 passenger sprinter van. There was nothing they could do, so I called Flex and he took care of me. I explained the situation, and he came over to pick me up in his shuttle within minutes. He set us up with exactly what we needed and we were driving away within 15-20 minutes. They had wonderful customer service- opening doors, offering to help with bags, and patiently answering all of my questions. They even called the night before I was to return the car to make sure everything was ok, and to make sure they had a shuttle available when I arrived to take me to the airport. Five stars.

My family of 9 were stranded at another rental dealer due to a no debit card policy and price gouging, but this place picked us up free of charge and didnt try to gouge our prices or trick us with hidden fees. Very straightforward and honest. The only downside is that they are only open during the afternoon/evening hours, so if you have an early morning flight, youre in no luck. So if you meet the time criteria, this is the place to go! Well be considering them from now on next time we are in MCO!

We traveled right before Thanksgiving to Michigan to see family. We live on Florida now. Had no problem finding the place. Parked our car and helped with the luggage. Not far from Orlando InternationalWhen we returned a week later just called and they were on their way. Agained helped with the luggage. Had papers ready when we got to our car and even offered ice water. This was a very great offering. We were dressed for snow. And Florida was a sunny 90. We would easily recommend this business and fact we have twice already. Our daughter will be visiting soon. We like to visit our grandchildren regularly and since finding this business we have one less worry when traveling.

I do NOT reccomend this rental place! First they love to argue with customers and put words in other peoples mouth! Eddy the “manager” had the audacity to say that NO car rental place will let you use multiple cara when that is a LIE! Then he said that I didnt pay for the extension and didnt want to turn in the car when the payment was taken out for the extension! On top of all this nonsense since I paid the deposit with a prepaid card they decided to put a 30 day hold in a deposit! No even a home rental property does such hold! This comoany is fraud! They threw in my face that no one wanted to rent me a vehichle when that wasnt the case it was due to no SUV’s available in the Orlando area! They talk about being professional and they are NOT even close to being professional or having customer service skills! Ive been in Orlando for 25 yrs and this is the first time I have so much issues with a rental company! Oh and let me throw in there that per Lee/Eddy “we dont rent to FL resident because they still our cars” and also wanting to report the car stolen when the extension was paid for!

We rented a car for 4 days and all I could say that it was really a great experience. The staff were amazing and very accommodating, they gave us a low price, like for real! Eddy and his brother are very professional and knowledgeable people and they DO offer a very good customer service.The check-in process was very fast, no long lines like in big companies.They offered me a mid-size type of vehicle, instead of my compact-one without any charges which was nice from the beginning.And I really did like that they havent tried to up sell me their insurance.The deposit was of a 200$, not like other companies, where it can go up to 500$ or 1.000$.Im pleased and everything was very smooth !Pick-up is easy. You call the number and they will come for you an pick you up. I think they even have courtesy phones in the airport from where you can reach out to Flex Rent a Car.A little bit of wait time, because they come to pick you up, after you call them, so I would advice calling them right away from that moment as you get off the plane, by the time youll get to the place, they might be there already.

WORST PLACE TO RENT A CAR! Stay away.Unfortunately, our plane was 7 hours delayed, lost or reservation with previous car rental.So they referred us here, a guy Ali picked us up and did our “contract.” We where told that the car rental was going to be a total of $243.99 including the $100 deposit.When I look at my bank account, I see two different charges $243.99 + $100 deposit. So I call them back the next day,. I guy named Eddy picked up, so unprofessional promised he would return my cal that day by 5pm, no one called. Called the next day, nothing. Go to return the vehicle, eddy was there explained to him the entire issue. Again promises he was going to speak to Ali and reviews the videos and cal me back Monday 5-6pm, no call!I call today, guess who answers? Eddy !This guy is extremely unprofessional, arrogant and rude! Not only did he lie saying that Ali called me multiple times yesterday. But when I tell him no one called, not even a voicemail he calls me a liar. That he reviewed the footage on the cameras and Ali explained clearly what we got charged which is not the case.When I asked to speak to a manger, eddy said he is the manager. When I ask for corporate, he says they are privately own. When I asked to speak to an owner, he said he was the owner. Then lies and says he never said he was the owner.PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY, take your time and money else where.This is a place running by two guys that are just trying to take advantage or visitors and will charge you something else than what they tell you originally.

Very friendly staff. They provide many more options than most other companies so that most anyone can get what they need. Cash options and debit and credit cards. They are very accommodating and have very nice vehicles. The staff was also super. My husband and I happened upon them while walking from our hotel to get something to eat and bickering back and forth. They offered us a cold beverage and made the whole process simple.I highly recommended this company. This was a last minute rental and it helped us out tremendously. The manager was even willing to come in earlier to allow us to drop off the car before heading off to our cruise. Awesome job guys and thank you.

My friend and I came to Florida to visit some of my family members and we really wanted to get a rental car. Since we are under 25, we know it can be such a hassle to find a rental car company that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. A nice man at the airport told us about Flex and how they have much cheaper rates than other rental car companies. We were sold! Someone from the company picked us up from the airport. He was very kind and welcoming! We had an amazing experience with them and the 2017 Kia that we got to rent. Any questions we had were answered and we never felt like we were being sold into unnecessary things. Can’t wait to come back to Florida and rent a car from flex again! I do not know what is going on in Orlando but i found that Flex had a car available for a reasonable price when every other company wanted thousands for a few days. the car was a new car and it had low mileage, they could have asked a lot of money for their car but didnt and i am grateful

Arrived in Orlando from the UK. Larger hire company at the airport let us down big style. Flex car came to our rescue, picked us up form the airport and within half an hour we were on our way. Great car, they saved our holiday, made it a great holiday. Were too busy to take us to the airport when we returned the car, they ordered an UBER, no charge. Nice going into the airport straight to check in and not queue to return a hire car. Absolute heroes. Very highly recommend.

Best price for the most consistent service.After scouring the internet for the lowest price airport parking and shuttle, and learning from others mistakes, I became very leary of low cost parking having inconsistent shuttle service and the last thing I need is to miss a flight or wait over an hour to be picked up. Flex rent a car LITERALLY saved our trip. A lot of companies wouldn’t allow for my boyfriend to be the authorized driver while we used my credit card for the charges (the driver had to be the same person as making the payment) on top of that, both of the gentlemen who helped us out were very polite and went the extra mile by dropping us off at the airport before they even opened!!! If we ever come back to Florida, I will for sure be contacting FLEX again.I hope you guys get Costco discounts soon! :)
