Well I was very disappointed because I only see five stars I was actually looking for 10 LOLI have personally known Mr. Alonso for 45 years he’s the only one that’s worked on all of my vehicles both repairs and bodywork my level of trust and confidence is when we do business I simply say fix it for me, when I return to pick up the car I asked for the bill and that’s the end of it, that’s old-school business! You’re nice to him he’s nice to you!

I had my car towed here after an accident. Jorge and his son were so personable and friendly, I immediately checked to see if their shop was in my insurance network for repairs. It is not, but if I ever need anything done on my car they will be the first place I go!

I go into the DMV today to get a tag for a car I just purchased. I am told I cannot do that because the car I sold a year and a half ago Has a lien against it for $450, for being towed two months after I sold it. I supplied the DMV with the bill of sale and the persons ID. The person never registered the car in their name and left it to be towed. In comes Alanso’s of Orlando to tow the vehicle. They made no attempts to find me or contact me but filed a lien against me for $450. Fast forward a year later I am trying to tag a new car and I can’t because I have a lien on a car I sold. I call Alonso’s up to explain the situation and ask that they remove the lien. They said they would remove the lien once I paid the $450 I said well if I’m going to have to pay the $450 I guess I’ll be taking the car back. But no they’ve already sold the car and made up their $450. So he referenced some Florida statute which doesn’t apply to me since I did prove I sold the car to the DMV. Money grubbing non-human place of business.Run run run

The owners were very nice but took 6 hours to get started working on my car, then 3 hours later I called them 5 minutes before they close and I got the I was just about to call you I came to pick up the car and was charged an unexplained sum im sure he pulled out of his butt. I paid it just to leave.

20 YEARS AGO I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR AND ALONSOS FIXED MY CAR AFTER ANOTHER SHOP CHARGED ME AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY TOLD ME IT RAN AND THAT IS JUST HOW IT WAS GOING TO BE --- I LIVE IN ATLANTA NOW AND 20 YEARS LATER WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU TO ALONSOS -- GREAT HONEST WORK

This towing company, charged me a ridiculous amount for towing my car, their excuse is that every minute of waiting was $20 + of additional fee, while the police was writing the accident report, this towing company was adding up + $100 to my towing fee, and the driver and owner were so rude when I started questioning why the towing fee went up that much..Do not recommend this towing company.Mr. Alonso: You DID NOT chauffeured me to my house, that is a lie, so who needs to be truthful is YOU. You took my car and me to the dealer which is what I paid for, you did not make any extra favors as you made it sound in your reply. You were very rude and your driver was rude as well when we tried to cancel the service since the cost was ridiculous expensive. What the law says about cancelling towing services when paying cash ? because your driver refused to let my car go.

Price was fair.. But always damages to my car or truck when returning to me...2012 vw : ripped seats from mechanic coming in and out of car. When asked what happened, was brushed off and givin poor excuse.2006 nissan titan: plastics broken on interior of vehicle.. after cable replacement.
