My vehicle was disabled in the early morning hours of the Fourth of July. Sun State got it to their yard in the same condition in which it was at the scene, put it under shade in their secured yard and were helpful and cordial when we went to get things out.I will recommend SunState Towing any time, hopefully under better circumstances. My thanks to you and your staff!

I do not recommend using this business! They towed a car to my business. Their truck leaked major oil on my driveway as well as my customers driveway. They attempted to clean it up but left my business & customer to finish cleaning it up. I gave them ample time to make it right, all I got was avoidance. Poor excuse for business.

First of all waited 3 hours for them to show up. I had Ford roadside assistance, they kept calling them and every time it was a different excuse. Finally showed up, but then got a fine by sun-pass because they ran a toll when towing my vehicle to Ford.

Sunstate towing has a Great bunch of guys working for them. I know if I ever had a problem no matter what I could call them and they would do whatever it takes to take care of me each and every time! ( I would give them 10 stars or more if it would let me! ) Everyone has a bad day every now and then.Thank you BB

Although the man showed up on time, he had to call to get directions because he got lost and was very rude on the telephone. When he showed up, he was even more unprofessional and cursed A LOT while doing the work, also talking down about his company, which I find pretty crummy of an employee. Then he complained about not knowing how to hook up my husbands car (yikes...) and when he finally did get it hooked up, he broke the handle off of the door while trying to unload it. He didnt even mention that he had broken it or anything, I just happened to notice it wasnt attached anymore and they refused to own up to having broken it. Overall very disappointed with the service I received from them and will not ever use this company again, nor do I recommend it to anyone.

This company SUCKS ...WAITED 2 hrs ...then 1 hr ...and still waiting before I finally cancelled them! When the dispatcher called ..she got excuses like...they dont have GPS ...to locate them...when asked for the phone number...there was no signal...on HOUR 4...they were in GRIDLOCK traffic...I never got a phone call and kept having to call my roadside assistance ...to get an update of ANOTHER ADDED 30 minutes each time I called before I just cancelled them...my repair shop stayed open an extra 2 hours waiting for me...SO RIDICULOUS!!

Got into an accident, I was not at fault but my car was not drivable. I was not severely hurt but obviously shaken up by the incident, obviously it was bad enough my car had to be towed. I am a younger girl, and was alone waiting for the company to come take my car away. When the truck arrived the man was extremely rude to me. My back bumper was ripped off in the incident and he asked me what do you want me to do with it and I replied im not the tower? what do you usually do with it? he replied word for word Thats not my problem and proceeded to push it INTO my coupe ON my LEATHER seats! SO rude and SOOOO unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible horrible service....I waited 3hrs for the tow to show up then apon calling to check & see the status the tow guy had an additude..very unprofessional..showed up looking mangey..hasnt sheved in a week clothes all dirty real fidgety then wen askd him for a car he said his info was on the recipt!....he was driving reckless with my car on the back cutting cars off and speeding....the guy lokd like a drunk...I will never use this place id rather push my car myself then tow by them!!

Horrible service waited over 2hrs for them to get my car when I was told an hour never use these idiots they have the worst service!!!!!!
