My option for knee pain was physical therapy or cortisone injections. RehabGym therapy identified some issues that could be treated. The PT reduced the pain in a couple of weeks. With a new regimen of exercises I seem to have a viable alternative to cortisone.

I got in with a physical therapist about a year ago to start. I was experiencing body-wide, persistent pain that was not diagnosed and I was still 6 months out from seeing a specialist about it. The PT I saw was very helpful in getting me on the path to recovery. Even without knowing exactly what I had that was causing my pain, my sessions with her and the knowledge she gave me to exercise without hurting myself more made a huge difference for me. I decided to sign into a membership after finishing with her. I know what has been causing my pain now and staying with the RehabGym has allowed me access to people who know about my issues and can continue to instruct me on the best way to keep up my daily exercise. I appreciate it.

I just went in for a free assessment and was given a complete therapy plan that I could do on my own. There was absolutely no pressure to sign up for future sessions and I got the feeling that they truly care about their clients.

Rehab gym has been my go to place for muscular/skeletal issues for several years. The therapists have all been skilled and knowledgeable, adept at providing pain relief and quickly resolving my cervical and thoracic issues. Extremely professional, competent care! Will always go to Rehab Gym first when I need this kind of medical attention...

Modern gym facilities. A wide variety of classes are available throughout the day. Or just drop in and do your own workout routine.

The pool services were amazing and really helped my recovery. The staff were always nice and friendly. I feel that if I had gone anywhere else, I would still have back problems today. Thank you, RehabGYM, for the wonderful help you gave me.

I chose the Rehab Gym for my total knee recovery and I have been extremely impressed. Kyle - my PT - has gone above and beyond in my care, rehab, and knowledge of some complications I had. Great facility and great people.

Over the past 5 years I have now had two courses of treatment at REHAB GYM for very difficult painful deep tissue inflammations that were debilitating and significantly impaired my functioning.. Their superb and knowledgeable staff cured me both times! I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

I have been a frequent flyer at the RehabGYM over the past 10 years and have always had a very positive experience. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Only place Ill go for PT.

The site in Williston is a complete workout gym.. The staff is friendly,knowledgeable,and truly care..There is a nice variety of classes,exercise, and machines for every need.It is clean,mood friendly, and not intimidating.. Enjoy your workout..

Love the Rehab Gym! Great environment and new facility in Williston - but its the Staff that makes it stay in motion.

They have been helping me with shoulder surgery rehab and doing a awesome job.

What a waste. Went to the appointment to be told they couldnt see me daughter without a referral. We generally go to the Colchester location and have never had an issue. We have two private insurances that DO NOT require referrals (logged in at least 30 appointments for various things with different kids in colchester without one). Only went to the Williston location because they offer dry needling.....since we have been long time RehabGYM patrons I thought we would give the Williston branch a try. Guess being loyal doesnt pay off. They clearly dont value their customers. Luckily for us they arent the only option in town!

Ive had PT at the RehabGYM and they have been extremely helpful with my hip replacement, fractured shoulder, etc.(more brittle as I age) I feel that all the therapists are extremely knowledgable, and were able to help me.
