Of all the communities in Orlando this one is different. I love the outdoor gym / fitness area and free classes twice a week. I love Emma the barista. Great resident events to meet friends. The pool is my favorite part with the lake fountain in the background. Great location by outlet stores, shopping, dining and Disney attractions.

Our best home yet! We simply love loving here. The staff is very friendly and caring, and the maintenance is excellent. Felix always goes above and beyond to fix anything big or small. He even notices the little things like a loose screw and will fix it just because he’s standing there. He has a solid can do personality and works with a true sense of professionalism!

Felix with the maintenance team is great! I had an issue with my AC late in the afternoon on Saturday and he came over promptly to address it. It was fixed within an hour. Great service!

Wonderful service.We had AC issue last night. The emergency maintenance guy, Felix came out in less than 30 minute to address the issue.We admire Felixs helpfulness.

Abandoned cars. This Audi sitting 6 weeks in the same spot. Every day I watched the tire slowly go flat. No parking sticker. Other cars with expired license tags. Some with broken out windows. Less than half of vehicles have required parking permit. Hard to find parking and they charge us residents for it monthly.

Felix came to fix both my doors as soon as I put in the order. He was very polite & professional. Was very quick with the repair. Amazing service!

My wife and I are in the process of relocating to Orlando from south Florida. As such, I’ve been looking at multiple apartment communities, townhomes and houses. For the time being, we felt it was prudent to rent and focused primarily on what stood out in the market. Solstice clearly does, especially when you compare their amenities, location and floor plans. To put on an even finer point, Bria from the leasing office (and staff) have been instrumental for helping with our transition by providing impeccable service, proactive communication, as well as helping make us feel 100 percent confident in our decision to live at Solstice. You will be hard pressed to fine the finishing touches these units have, the clubhouse amenities and most importantly the friendly, knowledgeable staff. LEASING PROCESS REVIEW:I am not one for writing reviews much. However, I had to give a shout out to the leasing office at Solstice. Specially Amanda who answered all of my 100 questions. Relocating from another city is never easy and she was amazing at providing all the possible information for me to get a good idea of what the apartment will be, provided virtual walkthroughs with plenty of linked videos, and even surprise me with an updated quote that was a bit cheaper than what I had in mind. Amanda was so nice and thorough in the process and made me feel at ease with this move and apartment pick. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. If this is how Solstice provides assistance to their residences, I can’t wait to move in! Best of all they have a great pet policy, one of my main issues in finding an apartment was my doggy as he is on the heavy side and is a mix breed which usually conflicts with breed restrictions, but not at solstice, they have great amenities for your dog babies and is truly a pet friendly complex! IT WAS MEANT TO BE.

This is no longer a safe apartment complex to reside in. My husbands vehicle was stolen on Sunday 7/18/2021. The car was right in front of the building door. Weve addressed this with the Community Manager Channon Jefferson, who has NOT helped in any kind of way. The matter is being dealt with in a very nonchalant way, as if this is not a priority at this time. Along with that, she expressed to us that we will have to pay for the garage opener that was also in the STOLEN car (although this was out of our control). The property does NOT have an adequate surveillance system. There are absolutely NO CAMERAS around any of the buildings. We were told that there are only two external cameras and they are only within the entrance of the property attached to the leasing office. BEWARE, as this property does NOT have ANY SAFETY MEASURES in place for their residents. We have been at this property for less than 6 months and have NEVER dealt with anything like this before. Again, THIS IS NOT A SAFE PROPERTY. On June 29, we received notification from the apartment complex that there were several vehicles that were broken into on the property as well.

Felix from maintenance came quickly on a weekend to fix our air conditioning unit. He delivered excellent and timely service. Thank you!

This place is lovely, my family is living here and a lot of good things to appreciate than the bad things. They do have turn off but wasnt the managements fault (most of them are tenants, no pointing fingers here, just some of them not all). Generally management takes good care of their residents. So far, we are loving our new home (knock on wood).

We love living here. It is so nice being able to put in maintenance requests whenever. Felix is very nice and does a great job!

I have lived here for two years and the only reason I renewed was because my apartment and wonderful staff! Love the area, centrally located to many things within Orlando. Apartments have great kitchens and spacious bathrooms. The property has the necessary upkeep and great online events during Covid. The property has improved and I love it here, the apartments are just amazing. I recommend anyone to stay here, you wont regret it and the manager Channon has been professional and so kind. You can really tell she cares about the people and the property.

What a breath taking community!I visited with Erika who took me to see a one bedroom apartment for my son. She was so friendly and professional. I loved the views and the cleanliness of the property. Felix to the rescue! My AC has stopped working so I called the emergency line. Felix arrived promptly to fix the unit however after doing a thorough investigation he realized he has to order a new part. He said it takes about 4 days which is a huge bummer because we have a newborn to keep nice and cool. We really hope they can get this part as soon as possible. In the meantime he has placed a portable AC to keep the living room cool for us.Hoping the weather will not be too hot this week!

I love living at Solstice! A few minor hiccups at move in, but quickly turned around by the amazing staff! Maintenance is always quick to respond and my concerns feel heard. I absolutely love the indoor jacuzzis and game room amenities. The units are beautiful and very new! The balconies provide gorgeous views of the fountain in the lake. Really enjoy their events like the Luau that took place last night! Highly recommend and have recommended to friends

There are pet treats for your fur babies and even a barista! Cameron is wonderful and knows exactly what I want each time and has it started before I even say hello. That is customer service! Love this amenity and the fact there is a squat rack versus a Smith machine - thats a serious game changer! Location is nice too as there is a shopping plaza around the corner AND you have the outlet mall, a womans dream! Couldnt have asked for a better apartment community to live in and my view is breathtaking.

I’ve live over 10+ different apartments in the Orlando area over the years, but solstice is hands down the best one. The apartments are breathtaking with beautifully floor to ceiling windows. The AMENITIES at this location are like no other. You are literally living on a resort. And the cherry on top of it all is you get to work hand in hand with the sweetest staff in the world. Bria, Josy, and Erika are always there to help, and they only have the resident’s best interest in their mind.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I hope to continue living here longer. Living here is not the typical apartment experience,this is like living in a Resort.The amenities are spectacular. The gym amazing equipment and spacious,Jacuzzi and Pool super nice[resort style] and very convenient gas grills in different places in the property,incredible out door gym. The inside of apartment wow, be ready to be impressed. I have a beautiful and relaxing lake view,breathtaking. I have been a resident at Solstice since they opened for business. I still remember they day I came by with my husband to check out the place while still under construction, and without a doubt, we realized this was the place we were looking for, applied, and signed our lease right away.Modern apartments with resort style living amenities that will make you feel like you are on a vacation. They even have a hot/cold tub to help you relax after a long day. If you’re a dog parent, this is definitely the community where you want to live!

Felip in maintenance came in and took not even five minutes to fix both things! Nice and courteous.

I live with my boyfriend here on the weekends and he hates living here, but Ive always given this place the benefit of a doubt because its in a good location. Not anymore. This place is festered with ant hills all over the property, the elevator is sticky, I USED to see a cleaner for it. The trash room is now locked because some bad neighbors cant put away trash properly. They made this complex so fast that the outlet and countertop arent even aligned...I think the last straw is when my car got towed bc I didnt get approved by solstice for a pass. What could I have done at that point?? It got towed the next day. Honestly, do not live nor stay here (theyre apparently renting out their 1 bedroom for a rude $125/night, too greedy if you ask me. Stay at a Marriott.) Its insulting and gross, find a better Luxury Apartment Complex.

I love Solstice!!! I would recommend these apartments to anyone. The facility is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Every time I needed assistance Channon was there to greet me with a smile along with pure eagerness to assist. There was no problem too big for her and the team. The community often hosts various events to bring residents together (i.e. karaoke, game night, movie night, etc.). The apartment has days where some of the best food trunks in the Central Florida area come and offer food for purchase to the residents. Also, the amenities are top tier and second to none. My favorite was the gym and the spa. I would spend a good bit of my time on Peloton bike.

My fiancé and I just moved here recently, and we are absolutely loving it! The staff is so helpful, kind and friendly! We love all of the amenities and especially love the beautiful pool. Our apartment has such a gorgeous view overlooking the pond, the pool, and all of the common areas. We are over the moon about all of the amenities that this place has to offer would definitely recommend for anyone that is looking for a new place. And the absolute best part is the location! We are so close to everything between downtown Orlando, Dr. Phillips, Universal Studios, Disney springs etc.

My AC went out and Felix came in 10 minutes to bring me an alternate Air conditioner until it can be fixed tomorrow. It was after hours as well and still decided to come!

Just had the best time at the Luau ! Thank you so much Solstice team for this event. Great food and entertainment, best party yet. So good to get out and meet the neighbors and the staff in a social setting. Keep up the good work. So happy to live here !!

I love my apartment complex! The location is super convenient. The amenities are great and always clean. Any time I’ve ever needed anything, the front office staff is quick to help and always friendly. From my initial tour, to my maintenance needs, to my daily coffee, I love this place. Everyone should want to live here.

Solstice is always quick with maintenance repairs, their staff I ALWAYS super friendly! They are always super kind whenever you may need to go into the leasing office & love when you being in your fur baby. Solstice has been the most interactive with its residence compared to any other complex I have previously resided in! I would 10/10 reccomsnd to friends and family members!!

I loved these apartments! Very modern and chic by design with great amenities to match, my favorite being the balcony view of the pond. The buildingsare clean and appealing to visitors while staff is very welcoming. On my tour I was assisted by Channon, apartment manager, who is extremely knowledgeable and professional!I can’t wait to live here!

Love this place! When I moved in there were some problems with my unit but the front office has been very diligent in getting that corrected. The amenities are to die for and also the apts are very pleasing to the eye. Im so happy that I found this place.

After touring several apartments in the area, Solstice truly blew me out of the water! They have an indoor Spa, huge zero entry pool, a miniature version of an LA Fitness gym, almost daily food trucks and not to mention a soon to be Barista! However, what sets this community apart is the amazing service that the leasing office and maintenance team provides. Thank you for all that you do and I am looking forward to renewing for another year!

I have been a resident of Solstice from the very beginning and I absolutely love living here! The pool and gym are incredible and I can’t wait to get the Barista back again! Not only are the apartments beautiful with their rainfall shower heads and double ovens, Solstice’s location is second to none! Easy access to I-4 and now with a Target and Aldi right across the street, Solstice is truly in the heart of all that Orlando has to offer!
