The technician decided without even looking which part I would need. Well low and behold the part he installed was not the problem at all. Now we have ordered a board and it was 35 days ago.
Very good service. Very professional. Mr. Ivan always polite and helpful.
Horrible!!!! Ill never use Sears Home Service again! My dishwasher broke so first tech diagnosed and ordered part. Two weeks later came to install and new tech found that part wasnt causing the issue / it was a different issue and ordered another part. Paid for parts and diagnostic fee upfront. Almost four months later part is still backordered and cant get any updates. When ask for refund they can only do the part and not service fee and cant talk to a supervisor. Then supervisor supposed to call back but both times has not. Getting a simple fix for a dishwasher should not be this hard Sears. Get your $@$*S together! Will never use again. Going to use Mr. Appliance from now on.
After having our cloth dryer checked for loud noise, we decided to clean it along with our refrigerator.
Outstanding Service! Highly recommend. You will Thank me for this.
This has been absolutely worst experience ever. We have had the washer for 13 months, havent been able to use it for 5 months. After numerous service men came to repair, and did absolutely nothing, we did finally get Dennis that fixed the issue that previous servicemen said nothing was wrong. However I am still not satisfied, my 13 month old washer is so rusted it will not last my 5 year warranty. Sears will do nothing to change this out. We spent the money on the washer, then the additional 5 year warranty and of course the added expense of going to the laundromat twice a week for 5 months. This is not including any gas or labor that I had to spend. Where Sears used to be the best in the business - now all they want is your money. This explains why Sears is going out of business.
Will not return. Not clean
Repair was friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is very very very poor. I had to talk with 3 different people and give info 3 times. Parts r on back order. They don’t call and info you. You have to call them😡
Sears is really slipping on there customer service..... Ive had the same issues for almost a year now.... Abt to get a lawyer involved
I had called Sears to come fix my dryer. Was given a time frame for the tech to come. The tech was to call when on the way. The time slot expired and of course no tech or call. I called the main number and they had the tech call me to give me an update instead of knowing how and what. Tech was great, their scheduling and communication was not.
Jonathan came in and did an outstanding job in removing the ac and cleaning it thoroughly. We are more than pleased with his work. He seems to want to make the customer happy and that is all important. That kind of work is great because I am just about due to buy more Sears products with warranty. Last year I had to call twice to get 2 appointments before the job was done correctly. Not this year. Jonathan did it right the first time.
Our refrigerator was leaking all over the kitchen floor when I got up in the morning. Its only four years OLD so I was freaked out! It took 12 bath towels at a time to soak up the water so I was running from the kitchen to the garage to wash and dry them all day and into the night. We called Sears - our old standby! My brother-in-law worked for Sears in Atlanta forever (30 or 32 years before he retired) so that was my first and only choice! Wayne got to our house on time and had everything back to normal ASAP. He was so polite and kind and assured us he could handle our problems in no time. He was right!!! Before we knew it Wayne had everything repaired and was packing up to go to the next customer! Thank you Wayne and thank you Sears! Wayne turned a TERRIBLE SITUATION for us into smiles all around for my family!Elaine te Meij, Orlando, FL
Although obtaining the replacement parts took much longer than desired the installation was excellent. On the morning of the scheduled delivery I was contacted by the serviceman, Boyce, whom I advised the delivery was scheduled for 12:30 pm. He advised me to contact him upon receipt of parts. At 12:45 I called and within 30 minutes he was at my home. Installation was completed in a timely manner, returning my refrigerator to full and proper operating condition. I am very pleased with the communication with, coordination of and implementation of my refrigerator repair.
Faulty Dryer - should have been repairable and we even ordered the parts we understood we needed in advance, but Sears technician took one look and said cant be repaired, charged $80 and left.I asked for clarification as to whether there were other parts we needed to order, or whether the fault ( broken door switch ) had been misdiagnosed but the technician didnt bother returning any of my calls or texts.Very unsatisfied....
Fantastic service tech. Excellent communication about what was needed and how much. Would be 5 stars except for the terrible communication from dispatchers about when he would be here. First day scheduled, no one came, despite repeated reassurances they would be here in a while. Difficult and time consuming to communicate with the company to ask why they had not yet arrived. At the end of the day someone called to reschedule saying that the order had been lost in their system. Ill use Sears again, realizing that timeliness of arrival and communication with schedulers may be a challenge.
Its closed
Repair man was very polite and a hard worker and wore his mask in our home, which we appreciated. Cost of labor was a little higher then others, especially paying twice for not having the part on first visit.
Made a service call appointment online. When I got to the last step, it told me that I had to call. I called, navigated the prompts, waited on hold, and they told me that the appointment was successfully made but had to be rescheduled. I rescheduled for today between 1-5pm. Its 7:20pm now and havent heard anything. I call and they say no technician was available. Im confused because they offered me the time and told me that a technician was available. They said that the technician tried to call. I explained that this is a business phone number and is answered by a receptionist. No one called. No one emailed. There has been no communication. She suggested that we reschedule. I explained that I already had done that once and it doesnt work. Now I have a washer that needs upkeep and a company that doesnt seem to be able to do it. Guess I have to take my business elsewhere. They wasted my time. Save yourself some and take your business somewhere else.
Left water softener full of water. Informed me this would go away at first recharge. Did not happen.
The worst company I have ever did business with! Stay away from this warranty program!!! My refrigerate is always breaking down and i have to take off so much time for work waiting around for the tech guys to come to the house. They can never fix it at the time of the visit, they have to order parts that always get delivered broken and go though this bad experience over and over again. You are better burning your money than to give it to this company! The warranty master plan is all lies!!!!
Great service!
I havent got it fixed yet
The technicians were fine, my issue is with the Sears home service solutions and my being charged for something erroneously and after several phone calls and emails Im just getting the run around. So sad...The $60 service fee is not what Im requesting to be refunded. I am, however requesting a refund of $50, paid on 7/22/19 on my credit card for the cleaning of the dryer. The beforementioned dryer does not work...... therefore my being charged for cleaning the dryer....the $50 paid on my Visa should be refunded since there was no reason to pay for something that cannot be repaired...the $60 is not a problem I am contractually required to pay the $60 service fee on the initial date of service and no other service fee which is why the charges are $60 paid 7/22/19 and $50 paid 7/22/19 ...the $50 charge however is a problem. I would greatly appreciate being refunded the $50 to my credit card.
I could not rate a full review because during the purchase process we never been asked to option for a high eff system. We learned that when we went to the power company to get a rebate, they told us that the system is not high efficiency. Also the sales rep told us that the monthly payment will be around 65, but we got surprised by the loan company that the monthly payment will be 91. We called them and they explained us that the monthly payment is based on a percent. No complaints with the installer. He did a great installation and a clean work.
Made appointment online. True to their promise, the repairman showed up in the window quoted and even texted time updates. He arrived, diagnosed and fixed the refrigerator replacing a circuit board, then checked to make sure everything was working satisfactorily. Readily accepted the discount coupon from the website without any qualms. Very professional. A little pricey, even with the discount, but the reliability and ease of scheduling was the benefit.
The Service Technician, Carlos, did an Outstanding job. He was Very knowledgeable and had an excellent attitude.
There is no service.
I was very impressed with the prompt response and the ability to have service the same day. My only problem is finding that my granddaughter had not closed the freezer compartment correctly which created the problem. So well be having a close the freezer compartment lesson when she returns from vacation. The technician was polite and respectful and showed me what you look for should it happen again.
The repairman was courteous and promptly fixed what was needed. However, I was extremely disappointed due to the fact I made my issue clear over the phone which a quick reset was all was needed for the unit...basically pressing a button on the unit. This resulted in a $100 charge since a service man was dispatched. Therefore, I believe a quick resolution was to have a service technician call first to quickly solve the issue over the phone would of saved me a unnecessary charge.
My technician was wonderful in every way. He quickly fixed my washing machine. He then professionally stated the problem, the necessary repair and gave the defective part to me which was required by insurance company. He made the whole process very easy. Thank you.
The repair technician overcharged me and accomplished nothing, and then their “Customer Solutions” department refused to adjust the charge. Here’s the story:I agreed to the $89 diagnostic fee for my refrigerator. The total repair estimate was enough for a new fridge, so I declined to have the repairs done. When he presented the bill, it was not for $89 as agreed; it was $219 which included what he said was a temporary fix (which I had not authorized). However, the fridge was still not cooling.I reported this immediately to the company and was led to believe the bill would be adjusted. Two days later, I got an email saying the additional $130 was non-refundable (even though I had never authorized it). The only thing they are willing to do is send a technician out to redo the unauthorized temporary repair that made no difference anyway. That is not acceptable, though, because not only did I not authorize it to begin with, based on the estimate, we already replaced the old fridge. To redo the repair, they will have to find the old one in the landfill!I have been a Sears customer for decades and have lamented all the store closings in recent years. Now, however, I understand why they are struggling to stay in business. They have forgotten the importance of the customer.------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: It has now been more than 72 hours since I provided the information requested in the response from Sears below. Thus far, I have not even received an acknowledgment saying they received my email. This strikes me as inconsistent with them saying that they look forward to assisting me. I have now resent the email that I previously sent.I will update this review again when/if this is ever resolved.———————————————UPDATE #2: It has now been over two weeks since I responded to the comment from Sears below, providing the information they requested. So far, not a peep.I will leave it to the readers to assess the sincerity of their stated desire to help resolve the situation. To me their silence speaks volumes, suggesting that their comment was merely a sham to make other readers think they actually care about customers. My advice? Stay away. Far, far away.
IM NOT SURE WHICH TECH WAS AT MY HOUSE, BUT IF IT WAS FELIX YOU CAN ASK FOR NO BETTER SERVICE THAN HE DELIVERS! THIS WAS MY SECOND SERVICE CALL ON THIS MOWER AND IT WAS PERFECT JUST LIKE THE FIRST CALL! THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT SO EASY! ILL BE CALLING AGAIN SOON FOR MY WASHER
I was extremely pleased as usual with the service I received from Audrey. l always feel secure when she comes on a call from me. She is very efficient and knowledgeable. I would rate her as excellent.
Tech was on time and very thorough. Explained everything he looked at. Parts were sent in advance - just in case - which was nice. If there was a major issue and had to wait for parts, that would be horrible. Well worth paying for the Service Plan.
The gentleman who came out to service my AC unit was Great. He was friendly and knowledgeable, my problem was with Sears in general. To begin with, they gave me a service window of 1pm-7pm. There is no working a half a day with that window; I needed to take a last minute vacation day. By the time the technician showed up it was 7:45pm. Looks like I could have worked after all. Then there is the diagnostic fee. Most places will charge this fee, as a way to make s Re you dont waste the technicians time. But if you have repairs done, it will be taken out of the labor cost. Not with Sears. I got to pay the diagnostic fee, the parts fee, and the labor fee. And no discounts for being outside their window.I used Sears because it was a kenmore unit. Next time I will use a local guy.
My freezer stopped working and was totally defrosted, and I had to throw away all the food). The original technician diagnosed that the computer board was defected and placed the order for the 2 computer boards. It took almost 3 weeks to get both parts. Although I requested the Technician who originally diagnosed the issue a different Technician was scheduled. When he turned the freezer on, it started working. He questioned me about the problem and I explained. I stepped away for a few minutes and he announced that the work was done - he had replaced the parts. I questioned how quickly it was done and he said it was just a matter of slipping the PARTS in.Although the parts came in 2 separate boxes (1 was delivered within 3 days the other took about 12 days) when leaving he gave me one empty box to throw away. After he left I thought about the fact that there two boxes and he had only given me an empty box without the old part/s he replaced. I called CSR and stated my concern and I was informed that the Technician reported that he had replaced PARTS. Unsatisfied, I requested another technician to be scheduled to ensure the parts were replaced. The diagnosis - THEY WERE NEVER REPLACED!!Although the Technician reported the matter and was questioned and I had to speak to the person on speaker phone regarding this matter, I have yet to be contacted by anyone.I am terribly alarmed, disappointed - a plethora of emotions and thoughts about this occurrence and the lack of empathy and the shoddy handling of this situation.HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
The technician completed the work within 15 minutes and the dryer is running again. He was very kind and professional during his visit, he cleaned the area he worked in and put everything back together as it was before he got here. He also cleaned the dryer out from lint. Fortunate Sears had a 20% off coupon online, but the cost of the service is to expensive. The technician presented a new repair and maintenance program the at would cost around $40-$50 a month with a $70.00, that too is to expensive.
Victor and Robert came to my home to fix the Dryer Machine, they did Excellent job.the five stars are for both of them. the three first technicians no to good.
I must say this was the worst experience ever Ive never believe so upset with a company and total lack of customer service.. the technician came out to diagnose the issue with my washer 3 weeks ago now before he left he and for me that he could not finish the job because it was a 2 man job and he didnt have the proper tools plus you have to wait for the part to arrive which will take about two weeks which I completely understood... now three weeks come and go and nobody has came back or called or anything so I call Sears on a Thursday and they are sure I mean that the part was with the technician and he would be there this coming Saturday to fix it between 10 and 2.... Saturday morning comes and he arrives by himself without the proper tools to fix my washer but yes he did arrive with the part but not the tools or the manpower to get the job done and with him knowing this all along... I tried to call Sears back to reschedule an appointment because he just left due to the fact he had another service call to get to and he was like getting paid to do mind because theres nothing you can do so he was willing to leave to make the money somewhere else which is totally not rightP.s Im trying to not give you any stars but apparently it would not let me post without putting at least one Star so this star is just to get my review out there and its definitely not for satisfaction in any type of way
$2500, 5 year old Kenmore refrigerator. Stopped cooling.First visit, the technician unplugged it, plugged it back in, and declared it repaired. Under customer instruction was charged $75.Still no cooling, of course. 2nd visit the technician checked coolant level and found none.No charge, but technician said we needed to check for a leak3rd visit was charged over $300 to check for a leak with a dye put in. However he could find no sign of a leak. Declared the unit repaired.Still cooling from recharge, put in with dye, but will no doubt leak out. So, $400 spent for no repair done whatsoever. Amazing that Kenmore Elite refrigerator is dead after 5 1/2 years.. It had a 5 year warranty of course.
Service was terrible, they lied to me about my warranty, and you have to wait on the phone for hours to get a hold of anyone. I tried to call and cancel my service and the cancellation fee would be twice what I owed on the remaining contract. I owed 3 months left so about $150 and cancelling would cost $260. I said, just let me pay whats left and cancel. They said their system wouldnt allow them to turn off auto-renew so I have to call back in three months. I asked to be transferred to a manager, Anne (extension 44552) said there is nobody to transfer me to. I asked her to call me on the day Im allowed to cancel and she said she will not. Terrible company, terrible service, and the times they actually did come out to fix something, it was still broken and they had to come back and charged me multiple times for the same deductible. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!
Repair tech was very courteous and helpful. Completed the necessary maintenance in a short time. Thanks!
The service person did an excellent job. The problem I had was my appointment time. It was supposed to be between 8am and 12 pm.No call to let me know it was not happening at that time. I called and was told tech got hung up on job and would call me in 30 minutes. No call.At around 5pm another tech came to do repair. He was sent in place of original tech. NG on communication with customer service.
Great service, keeps you informed of arrival time and any delays. Service tech was knowledgeable and informative. So glad we purchased the extended warranty.
The washer appears to be fixed for now. But after 5 service calls in six months, I can not rate this any higher. Maybe in 6 months if I do not have any other issues I might be able to rate the service higher. I feel having to have a machine break-down 5 times in less than a year is concerning. This machine is only 4 years old.
I called because my fridge was making a noise. The technician just looked up the codes on the fridge digital panel and told me the repair cost was $1,700 when the fridge brand new cost $1,500. He did not inspect or pulled the fridge out to look for a solution. I decline the repair, still had to pay $95.00 for him to look up codes that took him 1 minute. Once he left I went to You Tube and found a post that showed me to clean the coils in the back. I did this with a vacuum cleaner and voila the sound was gone. Beware!
Repair person reported the dryer was working properly but the vent tube that exits on the roof was blocked. He said he did not do that and provided a phone number to contact a person who does dryer vent cleaning.I had arranged for our regular maintenance company to do this task before calling Sears repair. After the repair person left I had the vent cleaned again. It was not blocked. The problem seems to be with the automatic drying feature. Timed dry seems to work OK.
Had my Kenmore refrigerator repaired in November part took over 3 weeks to be delivered service tech was helpful and informative but my poor rating is because the service tech said it was diagnosed with a faulty part that was poorly designed and the replacement part was better designed. I am having the exact same issues with my fridge and I called Sears, explained to them that I am having the same issue and they stated that they would have to send someone out and would not warrantee it if it is the same issue because I am about a week too late on a 90 day warrantee. So the replacement part seems to either be worse than the original faulty part or it was misdiagnosed. Either way Sears should honor their work for their products especially since it was over $300 and took so long to deliver. Parts should not fail in 90 days else why repair it.
Jose was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, a delight to talk with about the washer.
A bit pricey
Excellent service. The tech was very friendly and professional. He was able to identify the area of the problem very quick and repair my dishwasher in minutes.
The tech, Wayne who came out was great, he explained everything to me.I found the fees expensive however the name SEARS holds a name of trust for me and I know if anything goes wrong the work is guaranteed and they will come back.
Always EXCELLENT SERVICE with Sears. It gives me such peace of mind to know that Sears has my back with all the appliances I have under warranty with them.
The service was great. He was very thorough and showed us everything he did. He came out to replace a switch but discovered an additional problem and fixed that too.
Very good service: prompt, efficient, friendly, competent.
This was the Worst experience. This is a bait and switch and the company basically just stole my money. I usually go with GE for all my repairs, but my dad recommended I try Sears instead. When I made the appointment I was told there would be an $89 service fee, but if I went forward with the estimate then that cost would be deducted from the labor charge. This was a LIE! Once the technician got to the house he then text me a quote (I was not home, my roommate let him in). I said that states that the quote is in addition to the $89 fee and I was told it would be taken out when I moved forward with it. He said no, that it is in addition. I asked for a manager, which he said he could not give me the number for and I had to call the customer service desk directly. He then said let me send you another quote, which then had the labor fee posted as an additional $89. What a SCAM! I said you just raised the labor cost to include the $89. He said that is what it is and it couldnt be adjusted. Then he said well I can give you 50% off your cost....IF you sign up for a home warranty and pay an additional $69 a month for a year. Really?!?! The estimate was already $600 to fix my ice maker, and now he was trying to sell me on something else to waive a discount I was already told I would have if I took the estimate. His name was Edward #919. I called the customer service line and spoke to a Representative who just kept apologizing but said she couldnt do anything. I said this is MISREPRESENTATION and a company like Sears should back up what their employees say. I said I am sure they have every conversation recorded and to listen. She said the best she could do was file a complaint against the person who made the appointment. UNACCEPTABLE! So basically your employee lies to me, to get me to make an appointment, and take my money, and I am supposed to be the one that gets the short end of the stick??? That is RIDICULOUS! Where is the customer service? I mean, I was already going to be paying almost $600!!!! I then asked to speak to a manager above her, which she told me several times was not available. Then...all of a sudden when i got even more angry than i was...she was able to get a manager. Unfortunately she did not give me her name or ID #. I then got transferred to Kay #300105. She said there was nothing she could do. she couldnt waive the fee, couldnt give me a discount off, couldnt do ANYTHING and that there was nobody above her that could help me either. She said I could make a complaint against the girl that made the appointment originally (which i didnt have her name and ID#, because I never thought I would need it) and she would get reprimanded. Again....that doesnt change the fact that you just stole $89 from me, for lying to get me business. I am a single mom on a fixed income and dont have $89 lying around to just hand out because a Sears employee made a mistake. This was not my mistake, but because of the way this was handled....I will NEVER use, refer or recommend Sears for anything ever again. I will also recommend that my family (who actually has home policys with Sears) to cancel them.
Dear Sirs,We wish to thank you foe sending us Jun Pedrola. He has excellent works ethics; Arrived on time and very well mannered. He knew exactly what was wrong with the Dryer and He has done an excellent job in fixing the machine. Thanks for sending him over.Yours Truly,Mrs. Grace Greengrass
While the repair to the riding mower was diagnosed, assessed, and will be completed at a later appointment, due to parts needed, the quality of the Craftsman mower leaves me in a quandary. I have purchased four mowers over my lifetime, all Sears Craftsman riding, and none has been as much trouble as this one. I either bought a lemon or Sears is not outsourcing the quality of their equipment as well as in the past. Sears was a name to purchase, but it seems quality is falling by the wayside in recent history.
Very efficient and fast, got the job done and now I have a happy wife, and that is always a plus.
Technical services did a great job.
As always never a problem with any of the techs. Always on time, call before arriving, knowledgeable and courteous.
The servic technician Jonathan showed up during the time frame I was given. He was polite and answered all my questions. Provided tips on how to care for my appliance.
Sears installed a central a/c system in my home on 7/27/13 with a 1 year warranty. When the warranty period was up, I received a letter from Sears wanting to know if I would like to extend the warranty for a 1. 2 or 3 year period. I chose the 3 years. I called Sears for a preventative maintenance check and a tech came to my home on 3/31/15 to do the check and she informed me that only half of the central a/c system was covered. She said the outside compressor was covered, but not the inside air handler. This feels like a ripoff to me.
Im satisfied with the repair. My concern is, a $2600 refrigerator, Kenmore elite should last longer than one year before the compressor goes bad.
The Technician who came to fix the switch said there was nothing wrong with the switch, so he took the switch with him and left.
THE SEARS TECH CAME TO REPAIR THE WHIRLPOOL STOVE - WAS VERY GOOD - REPAIRS DONE AND IT IS WORKING GOOD. ROBERT WAS A WONDERFUL TECH PERSON.ODELLA F RICHODELLA F RICH
The technician has no knowledge in servicing Air Condition replaces parts unnecessary cannot diagnose, and replaces wrongfully, I am going to request my refund from the company presently he wants to replace the blower, the blower is working, he need to clean the condenser which he said the first day but he did not did, I will request another Technician not the same ( Mr Tarex) Please call me . Thank you
Problem not fixed. Recommendations for the homeowner were followed, but did not resolve the problem.
Great service very efficient tech
Quick and efficient servicing on my Kenmore Heat Pump Unit! I replaced my old unit nearly 10 years ago, and with my regular maintenance that I keep calling Sears back for, it is still working well and keeping the house cool.
Very professional and knowledgeable about the service performed.
Our tech was excellent. He was on time, knowledgeable, and quick....our ice machine is working wonderfully....
Carlos was extremely very good on the repair job that he has performed on our fridge. He knew what the problem was after so many others came and went.
Service person was great. I keep calling to get a receipt. And I still havent received one. Wasting my time.
Excellent technician. Very polite and competent. Thank you.
Had problem with Micro-wave. Appt. set for 6/30/17 repairman came & ordered parts & made appt. to come back on July 11 between 3-6pm. Got 2 calls on 7/11- at 3pm checked link to see where he was at that time, he was in Poinciana about 1 hour away. I finally called 1- 4 my home# at 7pm and asked where he was and was told that no one was home when he came. NOT TRUE I waited all day. The next day the Tech was to come to check my TV between 8am & 5PM I got a call he was not available. New date set for AUGUST 4 5am-5pm. New date for micro repair JULY 18 8am-12pm. TERRIBLE Service (Repair Techs are very good no problem there)I have been without micro wave since June 30th. Terrible service
Labor cost excessive and never received a detailed quote. shame on you guys.
I am a customer for life, I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the service, Fast on time and professional .Thank you sear for such a great JOB
UPDATE on review below: July 6. Yesterday was the 5th visit from this repair company, and we are waiting for another week so that they can order what we hope will be the correct part (again) and install it. That will be the 6th trip and this wasnt even the problem we called about. This was something they did trying to fix the initial problem. THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE. DO NOT CALL THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING.INITIAL REVIEW: We are now waiting for a fourth visit. The last two are for something that was NOT wrong to start with. When a new motherboard was ordered for my refrigerator they should have also ordered one for the door at the same time. So 1st visit was because freezer was not freezing. They ordered new motherboard and we had to wait 2 weeks for next visit. 2nd visit he installs new motherboard and leaves. Within hours we get error code on door but instead of returning we had to start repair call all over and wait a week. Meanwhile no water dispenser and their solution is to keep unplugging and resetting the frig. I dont believe this is good for electronics. So today was our 3rd visit and he said yep, we should have ordered a motherboard for the door. Well order the parts and come back in 9 days to fix it.I believe part of this is to scam LG out of money for service calls as we have an extended warranty.Really unhappy
Although the service man was professional and courteous. I will never make another purchase from sears again. I was lied to in store when buying my product and then the customer services to get it repaired was horrible.
Quick, easy and knowledgeable. Was able to fix our oven on the spot.
Sears Appliance Repair is my GO TO! You guys ROCK! I highly highly recommend their services!
The service technician was wonderful, he quickly fixed our washing machine and he was very kind to. If you have any problems with your appliance, use sears.
Perfect in every way, from the customer representative to the repair tech. Awesome!
I did not receive a call prior to the repair persons arrival.... When I called them twice I was assured someone will call... Then when I got home from an errond I had a sticky on my door stating sorry we missed you!!! Then when called to ask them how come I wasnt called Crema - person answering the call put me on hold for over 30 mins and never came back!!!! Finally called another company to come out for repair!!!! Very unprofessional
Technician very Knowledgeable and ready to answer all my questions. I wont hesitate to contact Sears Repairs for any work in my house.
Your worker wss great . very Happy with job . Thank You. From Mr. GUILLOTY.
Great experience, a little pricey but the repairmen was an honest professional.
The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He was quick and had the part in his touch, which I really appreciated .Great service
My dishwasher has not worked directly from day 1, and when I was finally able to get them to look at it they refused to repair. Sears is really going downhill.
Prompt, efficient and informative. Explained the problems he found and offered solutions.
Tech was very polite and professional. Just not sure why the spinning drum shakes the machine so much while spinning.
After 3 attempts to get a service repair, they finally arrived. They repaired the machine but didnt not operate it to check if it was operational. After the tech left we attempted to wash a small load and the machine sounded like a rocket and leaking profusely from underneath. Called to schedule another visit and we are on our 2 attempt. Here we go again. Not satisfied.
Great service, warranty worth every penny!
The repair tech. came and when and the freeze know does not open.I will have to call him again.Bad service this time!
Good experience. showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly.
I wont use them again. One tech ordered the wrong part. The office communication was terrible. But the other two techs were professional and finally fixed my refrigerator. It was a big headache to work with them.
A reapair was made at time. But, the problem has returned after few hours latter. It is necessary to fix the problem again.- It is forming ice around the dispenser.ThanksClaudio Boschi
Called me 10:00 P.M. the night before my appointment to cancel. What a rip off!
Terrible company left me hanging for weeks with broken machines and sailed to show on several occasions, after multiple confirmations, I missed my sons school parade waiting for a service person who never showed, was the final straw. I cancelled my home warrantee with sears and will never do business with them again.
