Great company they did my install in 4 hours . Which was a swap out. They did an excellent job, I pulled my own permit and had no problems passing inspection. Great customer service. They also did a great job with my parents install. FYI for a budget friendly unit ho with Goodman everything is cover bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years you cant beat that.

Aurora Air installed a new American Standard AC system at my home.It was done very professionally and in one day. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am very satisfied with the AC system. They are prompt, courteous and always very helpful. Great people!

Called and scheduled an appointment @ 4pm to get an estimate on a new AC system. On the day of the appointment by 4:30pm, no one had shown up. I called and was informed that the technician would be stopping by between 5pm and 5:30pm. If youre going to change the time of an appointment, it would be good customer service to inform all parties of a change. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Aurora Air is an excellent company to do business with. I origionaly called them for a tuneup based on a referral from Angies list & ended up signing a annual maintenance contract. Aurora recommended I install a float valve to help protect my unit & they did a great job. Service techs are efficient, on time and very courteous. I have a lot of confidence in this company & highly recommend.

Horrible, extremely horrible. They were supposed to come 4 days back but did not show up, then they were supposed to come back 3 days back but did not show up... then 2 days back, then yesterday, and finally they showed up today.I have two air conditioner units - they fixed one unit that was already working.Later I received a call from Mr Dominic asking me to pay $275 else he will put a lien against my house. (He also called me all sorts of dirty names).

Great AC company

I have an air conditioner that these folk installed about 2 years ago and is still under warranty. I just called them out because the fan in the air handler quit working and they quoted me nearly $400 to replace a circuit board that was under the 10 year warranty. Seriously? For a job that would take like 10 minutes.
