Rick has been servicing my ac for several years. Honest and fair.

I have to give two stars because the service was prompt and he gave me resolution to my issue. Presumably the man has an issue with my landlord and cussed me on the phone when I called. He proceeded to show up at my house, slam in and out of the place the entire time he was there while cursing under his breath and treating me with zero respect. I was uncomfortable with his presence in my home. Completely unprofessional.

Replacing our 16 year old AC unit was the last step in the plan of averting any possible house tragedies this summer (after we replaced the roof 2 months ago). Weve been using North Star AC for over 15 years now & have ALWAYS been pleased. The reason is simple: We TRUST the owner! So even though if aint broke, dont fix it was my mantra, wifey wanted it done and wanted North Star to do it. BUT its a pricey purchase. Well, Im here to share that it was worth a little extra money to get the quality unit & service that we received! Everything was both replaced & rebuilt to the highest standards. North Star took the time required to do it right. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for AC and heating service in Orlando and the Central Florida areas.

Worst service ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Rude, cussing like a sailor, left a huge mess and left without a word. Yelled at an 18 year old for not knowing how an air conditioner works. Threw a tantrum, absolutely never let this man into your house.
