Im an oldies singer/guitarist that performs at parties & events throughout Central Florida. Extreme dust etc. can trigger allergies that can cause voice issues. Clean Ducts Orlando recently cleaned my air system (ducts & vents) and the air is really sparkling clean. They really work hard to make sure they cover all areas of the duct/vent system. Alex and Humberto did an amazing job cleaning my vents today! Humberto was the one who arrived first and went straight into working on the vents. Alex arrived a little later, but had to climb up the roof to unclog my dryer vent. I didnt even know it was backed up that badly since my laundry loads are pretty small so drying wasnt really an issue. That was definitely a fire hazard, but thankfully I decided to get all of the vents cleaned at the same time and didnt wait until it caused a problem for me.They literally worked on my house for almost 5 hours. They arrived when they said they would and communicated with me when they were heading over. It was always easy to reach Alex and if he couldnt answer a call he would call back right away.Humberto showed me the vents and the mildew on it and gave me tips on how to spot when I was in need of another cleaning. He also showed me that the last AC tech that worked on my system didnt close the panel correctly and air was leaking from my AC in the garage as well as causing mildew growth. He properly closed it and taped it down so it wouldnt cause those problems again. They were super thorough and took their time to make sure everything was cleaned properly.Before I chose this company to clean my air ducts I looked online and called some places to get price quotes. Some of them never got back to me and some were giving me some ridiculous rates like I had a mansion to clean. Alex gave me the fairest price that was in the average range for what air duct cleaning was estimated to be around. If I have to be honest, with the work that I seen them do today, I got a bargain.Not only was the price great, but this company is licensed and insured. I’m really happy with the service. Despite the fact that it was an emergency, they took the time to break it down, and justify it. My AC is running perfect, and in fact, I would assert it’s running better than before it broke down. I’m exited I found them, and will forever ise their service if/when I need it again.

Last year tried to clean the dyer duct myself. Don’t waste your money on that stuff. Called Alex and he got both of my stuck brushes out of the unit. This time called Alex to clean my HVAC units. Alex and his team are very thorough and care about the work they do. I definitely recommend his team to anyone and will continue to use him in the future.

Overall we had a good experience with this company. Alex wasn’t able to come the day of our appointment but his colleague showed up on his behalf (forgot his name). They seemed to do a good job and took them about 3.5 hours to complete the job. We had a few issues with our AC after the cleaning and Alex came over and looked at everything for us for no charge. He just wanted to make sure it had nothing to do with the work provided to us. Our AC is older, so he gave us advice on how to keep it running until we can afford to replace it.He runs an honest business and genuinely cares about his customers experience.

We had found mold in our guest bathroom that had gotten into the ac ducts so we needed a duct cleaning to get rid of the mold spores. I called a few companies and Clean Ducts was a fraction of the price of most of the places including one of the bigger names Frank Gay and none of the places did a negative vacuum of the ducts they would just clean from the vents with a rotobrush. All the staff were efficient and did great work. Huge Thumbs up and between the duct cleaning and mold remediation we are breathing much better now.

Our home had just been renovated, including tile work and popcorn ceiling removal, and Clean Ducts Orlando came out within one week and did a great job. Worst expirience ever. We hired clean duct orlando to clean our ducts, and it has been a 5week of struggle at first we started getting a water leak, and our a/c doesnt cool. worst expirience ever.

Alex was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had an appointment set to clean the ducts on a house we just bought. When he got here the electricity service wasn’t on yet (my bad) and he just told me to keep in contact and to let him know when it was set up. A day later I did, we set the time for the next day and it was done. Very good job 100% would recommend.

We hired Clean Ducts to clean our A/C ducts a week and a half ago for a very reasonably price. Alex and his guy (who climbed the ladder and impressively cleaned each duct one by one with detail) used what appeared to be a huge expensive state of the art vacuum machine from outside with a hose that sucked the vents out. Alex and his worker worked diligently for over 5 hours just to do the job right and did not rush it. Not only did they clean each air ducts, they open and cleaned inside the air handler, took out the fan, cleaned it and flush the drain line as well. At first I was concerned when they open and took out the fan from the air handler unit to clean it, but when Alex showed me his FL State HVAC license I then knew and felt comfortable knowing I was dealing with an A/C professional. As they worked inside the structure they vacuumed and sanitized behind themselves, ...to say the least, who would have thought after the duct cleaning the A/C unit itself would work better, the A/C is definitely performing cooler now, and much much quieter, all after the service. After meeting Clean Duct team and using them for the first time, and experiencing their amazing work ethics, I am comfortable to say I highly recommend them.

I called Clean Ducts Orlando to come out and clean my air ducts because we had allergy issues going on and knew they hadn’t been cleaned since buying the house years ago. Alex was very informative, helpful, and clear about setting my expectations that it would take approximately 3 - 3 1/2 hours, and was able to come out within a few days to help us out. He and David arrived right on schedule and got the process started.David worked on scrubbing our air intake area for over an hour alone, and removed dust, contaminants and pet hair from our current and prior pets. I thought we did a good job of changing filters, but he showed me how the build up can occur over the years.They were on target with timing and charged a reasonable amount, without trying to sell add-on features or services. I recently bought a home that was neglected for quite a long time. Ive been trying to keep the older AC unit alive and save the expense of replacing everything but it had much more than an old house smell and I couldnt stand it anymore. I called Clean Ducts Orlando, explained my situation, and Alex made himself available to come over just a few hours later. He gave me a VERY fair price for the level of service he explained I would receive and had me scheduled in for the very next day. I appreciated the quick turnaround because, during the inspection, I saw that the AC unit and ducts were caked in a thick layer of mold and mildew (that I was breathing in)! They efficiently cleaned and sanitized every piece of the inside unit (they even took the fan out to make sure it was spotless), the entire span of ducts, plus the vent covers. After already going above and beyond cleaning my exceptionally disgusting AC system, Alex took extra time to use a camera and inspect for damage on the inside on my ducts because I mentioned I felt there had been previous damage causing low airflow. Im now breathing in noticeably better air and I know I got more than my moneys worth from their service. I cant recommend them enough so, if youre looking for duct cleaning, do yourself a favor and call them before you commit to another company.

You get what you pay for. I have used Groupon companies several years in a row. They claimed to have cleaned my dryer vent and air ducts. My dryer stopped drying which should not occur because I remove the lint from the filter with evey load AND I had other companies clean out the vent evey year. When Clean Ducts Orlando came they found my dryer vents completely blocked. They also did a great job cleaning out my air ducts. They put the big suction machine into EVERY vent. I never had a groupon company do that. So yes, at first I was reluctant to pay more for this services but when the owner explained everything he was going to do I knew they were the real deal. After they spent about 5 hours in my house I knew I got what I paid for!
