I could not be happier with the service I received. Luis is fantastic! He made sure to be clear on communicating with me all the issues and their recommendations. It can be intimidating to take your vehicle to a shop when youre not well-versed in mechanical repairs, but Luis was able to make me feel comfortable. Of course, the pricing is what everyone wants to know. Well, Im not an expert, but looking at overall prices of items that were replaced plus all other fees... Hands down the best shop in Orlando. Everyone at Sloans Automotive was awesome. Heres what happen to me. While i was in Orlando for the weekend, my AC stop working randomly on my Lexus. I called around and most places were way over priced or would have to leave the car a few days that was till I called Sloans Automotive. They not only gave me a fair price, a warranty for the job but also got my car repaired in 1 day.They sent me pictures during the entire process so i didn’t even have to call and follow up on the status. Car was ready sooner than i expected and It worked like new. But wait It doesnt end there, about a year later Lexus contacted me about a reimbursement of the repair but i would need paperwork of the work done. David and Elton went above and beyond to get me everything i needed to help me out with my case a year later! These guys sent over all the docs, part numbers, even sent over pictures of the work that was done. Just when i thought theres no way they kept records of my car a year later i was proven wrong. This shop is honest, fair, and you can count on them. I dont trust just any shop, im very picky as to who works on my car but these guys got my respect hands down. I highly recommend them.

They do thorough inspections and its worth it if you have them do the work (ends up being free) but they will charge you way too much for the inspection if you have them do it separately, in my case it was because of a schedule conflict. The work I wanted done was simple, just an O2 sensor and belt replacement, the problem can be diagnosed with a scan tool in less than five minutes, but the manager insisted I needed them to do a full inspection, and I assume because I wouldve needed to take it back to their shop another day to have the labor done, they didnt trust me to return to them so they wanted $210 for *just* the inspection. Sloans does great work but they need to have more faith in their customers, especially customers like myself whove used their services in the past multiple times. I dont think theyre using the inspections to upsell people, but its suspicious enough for me to find another mechanic. I work in the computer repair business so I know customers can abuse good customer service, but you guys should trust your returning customers, they returned because they trust you and that relationship should be mutual. And please dont push the inspection to customers if they want just a simple thing done.

I came back for an engine light related to a repair done a few weeks earlier by the previous owner before I bought the car. They inspected the system thoroughly and agreed that the light was still due to the part previously replaced. They were able to remedy the problem with a seal and didnt charge me for this. Top notch digital communications. Honest experienced mechanics.

I went to a place to change the car oil then i was told that i have to book an appointment and come back next day then wait for more than an hour to get the oil changed, but it had to be changed right away can’t wait! Then found this place highly rated which the rates are 100% true unlike many other businesses. The guy took care of my car professionally right away despite they were busy with many other cars.

Called at 7:30am,Hate to be a trash millennial. But having a night job, and checking to see availability for an AM oil change. I was given I can try and help you by 5pm before we close and then asking what current ETA or estimate if I were to drop it off being less than a mile away I was given the opportunity to get a appointment at 2pm.I tried, but I mean... I have no other option but to spend 100$ which is double what I usually pay at dealership and go to the valvoline drive thru which opens in 20 minutes.Phone ups are super important and literally was the reason why I was driven away.

Great customer service & reasonable pricing. I had my car towed to the shop on Friday, but the hybrid mechanic had already left for the day. My boyfriend and I spoke with David and explained the problem with my car (ABS actuator replacement completed but still needed brakes bled and codes reset). Jeff completed the requested work yesterday in a few short hours & had my Prius back to me running and completely functional again! Sloan’s was recommended to me by a friend and now I know why! I had a great experience from booking the appointment online to the end of my car service. They text me a detailed report (with the tech’s comments!) of my vehicles condition after performing a diagnostic! I’ve never seen that before. They also called me to go over the report in detail. They did not make me feel any pressure to fix everything right away like most places do. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and professional. I will never go anywhere else for my car repairs again!

This was by far the best experience Ive had with an auto repair shop! From the first call to my car running and waiting for me smelling fresh when I checked out. I was having trouble diagnosing a problem with my jeep but had a general idea of what was wrong. They did a thorough inspection and gave me a full review of what they found both online and on the phone. Were in hard times right now and even though Im doing most of the repairs myself the technician still gave me suggestions and I felt wanted me to be successful at my task ahead. Trust is important and I have found my auto repair shop!

This is a great company that does great work.However, I was saddened to see the photo for this promotion.Who is that man who is out of uniform?

Called to ask if they had a part available since almost everyone in the area didnt. Manager wanted me to bring the car in. I dont want to waste my time driving for 35 min with no AC to see if they have the part on site. Manager could not tell me if they had the part without me driving there.

My experience with Sloans Was excellent, and professional . I was kept apprised of the progress of my repair the repair was done In the most timely manner as could be accomplished. And I will use them again.

Weve used Sloans in the past and would previously give 5 stars, but the most recent time I picked my car up after getting maintenance done it REEKED of cigarettes. Like stale cigarette smoke that even came out of the AC when I turned it on. I think whoever did the test drives was chain smoking in the car. Giving 4 stars because they did good in the past but I probably wont go back, the smell is almost impossible to get out.

Sloans correctly diagnosed the oil leak quickly, had it repaired and the transmission serviced in basically no time. We had thought several days longer for sure. Their price was amazing and their warranty coverage is as could as it gets. The shop is clean and the staff very professional. I also got to meet the shops great dog - Pickles. They need to make and sell some Pickles swag for sure!

These guys all provide exceptional customer service. They got done what was needed and threw in complimentary roadside service for a year. Highly recommend.

My car has been screaming for help for a while now, I knew there was a lot going on so I knew what I was walking into. Will & really everyone (I believe his name was) was super nice told me exactly how long it would be and thoroughly explained the best course of action to get my car back to fully functional.

Have been here multiple times and disrespected by the staff here multiple times. Most recently after getting an oil change and wondering about the Free inspection which was not completed, we were told they would no longer give us the inspection since we do not get the work they recommend done there anyway. This has been true only one time before, but is no reason to discriminate against us for finding a better value somewhere else.

I took my car to Sloans because it was making a loud noise when running. It ended up being the water pump and the serpentine belt. They fixed those two items, did a transmission flush and a free diagnostice check for me on the rest of the vehicle and they were so professional and fair in their pricing. I saw that Sloans was highly recommended across multiple platforms and forums in Orlando so I figured I would give them a try. The oil change came with a complimentary inspection of the car whereby they will text you a report about whats going on under the hood. Theyre honest, professional, and friendly. I also like that they tell you what is wrong and recommends service on the most pertinent areas but do not pressure or try to sell you stuff you dont need like other places. Im going back to get my car serviced again since the report showed some areas of slight concern, and I trust that they will do a great job. Your car is an expensive investment, so make sure you pick the right mechanic for the job like Sloans. I will be coming to Sloans for my automotive maintenance and repairs from now on :)

Prompt and professional service. They performed a comprehensive evaluation of my car without charge and provided a detailed summary by text for me to keep. They recommended certain repairs but without any pressure to have them done immediately. I certainly will return for the recommended repairs in the near future. The prices quoted for the repairs is very reasonable.

The staff at this location are very professional. I came in for a repair that took time. So I spent about 5 hours waiting in their waiting room. I observed how they treated many customers and took into consideration the customers who were not knowledgeable about their cars problem. They treated me and every customer with the utmost respect and tried to genuinely help their customers. They were not like other establishments that try to take advantage of their customers. They do good work and give you an honest price for work done to your vehicle. I would recommend this place and I will definitely visit them again when need arises.

I will say they are very nice people, guest service was great BUT I won’t come back as they lost my trust. I understand they have to keep their store lights on, but they over charge (Women especially). They wanted to charge me 500$ to take a piece plastic off to look at spark plugs to see what’s wrong, even though the computer just told them what’s wrong.100$ to use a computer to see why engine light is on. That’s okay I’ll take my business elsewhere. Thank you for the oil change!

I’ve taken my car here twice now. One for new brake pads and the second for a basic oil change and inspection. What I like about this place is when they are done with the car inspection they text you a link with everything good and what needs work on your car. Then they call and go over everything on the phone. Everyone is friendly and they get the job done.

Sloans has never let me down. I showed up on a Monday morning, without an appointment and panicked, because suddenly on my way to work my car began running sluggish and lights appeared on my dashboard. It was a couple weeks before Christmas and money was short. Sloans not only helped me with financing, I am also pleased to report my car now drives as if its brand new! I highly recommend Sloans.

I had my AC previously repaired at Sloan’s and they warranty their work for three years. At two years 10 months my AC died, I took it back to Sloan’s and they diagnosed the compressor failed again. There was no hassle, said they’d take care of it at no charge! Phenomenal customer service standing behind a warranty like that. Highly recommend them.

Great service! My experiences have been GREAT! They are quite busy, so I was thankful when they could get my car in to check out the issue. Its an older model and they are super about letting me know whats necessary to be fixed sooner for safety and longevity, and what can wait to budget for later. Even though the experiences that I have had here have not been pleasant and last year vehicle lived there for 2 weeks said air conditioner wouldnt hold charge but Valvoline held for months anyways I will not give a bad review as the people that did the actual work did do good work unfortunately convience takes over when it comes to car repair. This was an absolutely top end experience. Prompt returning/answering of phone calls, work was done when they said it would be. Dealer told me it was going to be 7k for a problem that didn’t exist. Out the door here for 2k running like new! Great diagnostic report that they send you. Can’t say enough positive things. You have a repeat customer!

After being paranoid about a cracked car belt for weeks because another mechanic told me it needs to be replaced I took my car to Sloan’s. Well, after a free assessment of the car belt, it Did Not need to be replaced.Sloan’s staff is all so kind and welcoming (Even Pickles the dog) from the second you walk through the door. Had an inspection done and I really appreciated the breakdown of everything that was looked at and their condition. Definitely want to make this my “go-to” place throughout my vehicle’s life.

Fix oil leak they replaced valve cover gaskets ended up being rear engine seal, took to another mechanic and they fixed the problem.Also had tire sensors repaired they neglected to tell me the tires were 10 years old instead they told me the tires were in great shape which were not and the tire separated on interstate 75 doing 70 mph and did extensive body damage to my car.A real mechanic told me tires should be replaced every 5 years regardless of the mileage he also showed me dry rott on that tire and the other 3.FYI there is a stamp on the tires that has the manufacturers date of the tire.This could have been tragic instead Im stuck with a hefty body repair bill.

I was prepared to drop some cash to replace what I thought was an ac compressor not working properly. Sloans mechanic went and did a deeper research and found it could be a relay that is not supplying enough power to the compressor at times. Their deeper research not only saves me money, it thought me about a flaw my truck may have in its design. Great shop.
