Even though we didnt get to use them they were the first ones we called. They came right away, turned on our AC and we were able to come back home. Because we went with a loan fund program that had their own list of companies, we were not able to use them.

Ashley and Will serviced my ac unit for routine maintenance, and replaced a part they found not working properly. They were very professional and timely.I will recommend your company and request them as my technicians for future needs.

Very professional and honest. I had them come out because I thought I had an issue with my ducts and vents. They were honest enough to tell me it is not my ac or ducts that are the issue, its the insulation of my house and even increased the speed of my fan. Didnt charge me anything for coming out. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

No Sweat is THE BEST! I had an issue with my AC going out late on a mid/late August Sunday night. I know many people on the Conway Community Orlando Facebook page recommended them, so I called at 7:30 am Monday morning. They had a tech out to my house at 8:15. Ashley found the problem right away, and was very knowledgeable. About a week and a half later, I got home, and my AC was running hot again. I called at 4:30 pm and again, No Sweat had a tech out in less than an hour. Nick fixed everything, and since it was a warranty job, they didnt even charge me for him stopping by. I felt kinda bad for them not charging me something, but now they definitely know they have a loyal customer in me. Any issue I have, I will be calling No Sweat AND recommending them to everyone. Both Ashley and Nick walked me through the problems and explained everything. They were extremely reasonably priced too. Thanks, No Sweat!

I am writing this review because you dont normally get the type of service that was provided to me today. I believe his name was Alan, worked on job number 4492, and he provided me with a clear understanding of what the problem was, how he resolved it and what I could do to help address it if it happens again. My issue was with the damper system. No other company has ever shared/explained so much information with me like that. Now I have a better understanding of my system and how I can help them the next time they may need to come out. And the cherry on the top was that they are very reasonably price. Highly recommend No Sweat.PS: I have used them twice, separate issues, and both technicians have been great.

No Sweat has provided same day service on three occasions now, twice at my residence and once at my office. Each of the three times they have communicated scheduling well, accurately diagnosed the problem, and corrected the issue.
