Amazing team of professionals in house ready to take charge to help diagnose the issue! Turns out was a simple fix that easily could have been over charged else where. After being misdiagnosed else where and explained to Tim what was told prior his team jumped in and fixed and corrected the issue right away. Had an amazing feeling walking in with my Brothers Land cruiser instead of huge bill walked out with a beyond favorable one instead with a smile and hand shakes all around for the amazing team here! Nancy at top auto is the best! She explains everything you need done but dont push on you what is not needed.the mechanic is great at his job an gets it done quickly and makes sure the car is safe to drive. The staff was amazing to work with. In a pinch, they went out of their way to help me by staying late when I had been delayed waiting on the tow truck. They were clear about the process, explained everything thoroughly on the phone and even searched and offered choices on parts to use so I had the opportunity to keep the cost down. I priced from the dealership and found that Top Auto, even using 50% of the parts from the dealership, was still several hundred cheaper for overall parts and the labor was also several hundred less. Great business and I will continue to refer my friends there.

I was on my way to work and all of a sudden my check engine light came on along flashing along with the traction control light. I was so afraid to come to a stop in fear of my car just dying. I wasnt far from my destination, so I googled car repair near me and Top Auto was 0.5 mile from my destination, it was just down the street. I pulled in and walked into the office and I saw this office is protected by a Pomeranian sign on the wall, I have a soft spot for that breed. I was speaking to the lady and told her what was going on with my car. She had Tim plug in the diagnostic machine and found out what was wrong while her and I continued our conversation and her letting me pet Diva the cute Pom. Tim came in and told me what was wrong and gave me a quote and said he could get it fixed. I was going to walk down the road to work but the woman was super awesome and gave me a ride down the road. I got a call 3 hours later and was told my car was ready. I went and picked up my car. I loved the entire experience here. It is a family run business that has been there for 39 years! KRIS and nancy were very helpful at this location I’m very impressed with her business communication and the price if you’re looking for a fair company to work with this would be definitely the company to go to I found them on Google and this is the best way that anyone in my mind can find a company with honest reviews and integrity. I thought I had a problem with the water pump or water hoses and ended up being a small little piece where the leak was. Also the locks cause some problems we decided it was gonna be costly to even try to find out what the problem was.Thank you

Called Top Auto on MLK day to have my car checked. Timothy is a great guy! I dropped off my car since it was stalling randomly for some unknown reason. Tim was not able to fix the problem but did not charge me a penny since all he could do was a diagnostic. Would do business with again. Friendly and honest!

Outstanding service and honesty. My A/C stopped working and I went to two different shops for a quote. Both places quoted me over $1,000 for a complete system replacement. I made an appointment and deliver my car as agreed.Top Auto confirmed that my car AC issues were, the relay/switch and they charged me far less than the first two places I went. They got a new customer. Totally recommend them.

Luckily, Top Auto does not fall into either category. They are efficient, professional and honest not to mention Nancy is an absolute sweetheart and is super knowledgeable. EXCELLENT customer service! Omar inspected my van and was very clear with his recommendations and my options. He gave me a very fair estimate. When all of the work was done, it came out to be less than the original estimate. I have found my mechanic here in Orlando.

Went in for 100000 mile checkup and an oil change. They quoted me the price for what was included then called to let me know it would be less than quoted. Made sure to tell me everything they did and what didnt need doing. Great job! Will be back again!

Love this place, I drive 20 minutes out of the way to take my car here because they do great honest work. Ive been taking my cars here for a few years now, great service every time.

I was traveling with my family from Nashville to Orlando for vacation. I started having trouble with our van about the time we crossed into Florida, but did manage to make it to our hotel. I have co workers in the area and asked them where I could take my van and get it fixed. My son is in a wheelchair and being without our van is a major issue. I was referred here.On Monday morning I dropped off the van knowing pretty much that I was at their mercy since I had no choice but to get the van fixed. They took care of the diagnosis and called me by lunch time. they gave me a total and told me the van would be ready the following day once they got hte part in from the dealership. I was able to pay over the phone and we went by that night to get the van.I am incredibly happy to have been referred here since there are probably plenty of shops that could have tried to take advantage of people from out of town. I hope to not need them again, but I wouldnt hesitate to refer someone I know to them if they happen to have a problem while down there.

I bought a used car and had a power steering problem, I asked them to check it out from top to bottom, Tim and Bud tweaked a few minor things, the power steering problem was repaired reasonably and quickly!! Honesty is the best policy and this shop lives by that motto. Excellent prices on repairs and accurate diagnostics for troubleshooting car problems. Ive been to Firestone and tuffy, valvoline, and Aamco, and Ive found people will find a problem when you think their is one. These guys at Top Auto wont waste your money and time fixing problems that dont exist. No commission sales, just good people. Top is in the name for a reason. Small parking area in front of the garage and not open during the weekend so schedule your time wisely to have your vehicle serviced with the Top of the Auto repair business.
