Billy, our technician was right on time for the scheduled appointment. In fact he was able to come earlier than expected and we were notified of his availability at the early time. He promptly reviewed the situation and advised us that the issue was not what we thought and not in his area of expertise. He called Frank Gay customer service for us and a technician in the needed area was scheduled to come out for the repair - that same afternoon. This all occurred after 3:00 on a Friday. Now that is what I call excellent service! Very pleased. Will certainly use Frank Gay again in the future if the need arises.

OE Marcus Williams gets 5 stars for his overall professionalism on this warranty service call. I highly recommend specifically asking for him for residential electrical services.It is important to note that OE Williams discovered that 4 circuit breakers were mislabeled from the original power panel/meter base install that took 3 months to complete (October 2020-January 2021). It is a relief that the wiring in the power panel was done properly, as far as I know anyway. I paid quite a total sum to Frank Gay Services originally...anyone, to include those that work for or are owners of the company, would expect to receive a high level of quality workmanship, professionalism and thorough service from start to finish.I am pleased (even happy!) to have been assigned OE Williams to evaluate, assess and correct the issue(s) presented today.
My husband is nicer than I am. Guy shows up walks into bathroom and asks my husband if he has any tools. Then asks what’s the problem with the system. Husband explains the guts of the faucet need replaced and they were already shipped to us from Kohl’s. Website showed 150$ for faucet rebuild. $Guy quotes $334 for the job. Husband says not the price that was listed, “read small print”Charged $39 diagnosis fee. I wouldn’t use these clowns to flush my dead goldfish.
I needed services asap (today). Toilet issues. Company set up appointment time between 4 p.m and 8 p.m and 10-15 minutes later, technician called and asked if he could come now. That made me very very very happy! Technician wore mask and had cover for shoes (now that was A+++ appreciation). He listened. He tested/checked issue I called about. He answered my questions and with my questions, he educated me on facts. Thanks 😊

Ryan Fields was my service technician. I could hear a running water sound somewhere in my home but no sign of water anywhere. I knew I had a water leak somewhere. The sound went away when I shut off the main water valve. Ryan discovered I had a slab water leak underneath my foundation. He arrived on time and this was the best experience ever with a service technician. Unfortunately, I have to have a full home re-plumb to resolve the water leak. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job and scheduled the job to be completed in a timely manner. Very happy with Frank Gay Plumbing.

Frank Gay determined that my water pressure was at 90 psi, which was causing my pipes in my water supply to “sing”, making loud humming & moaning sounds. High psi was causing pipes to vibrate within the walls of the home. The old pressure reducing valve was replaced with a new, high quality valve. The serviceman had a fully stocked truck, so I didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered. He fully explained the steps he was going to take and why each step was needed. As a result, I feel informed and confident about the service visit. Also, the serviceman was very professional & courteous & friendly & was on-time. Work & parts guaranteed for 1 year. Called Friday afternoon because water heater issue, want to replace the whole unit, they said they will send a tech to take a look Saturday and get me a estimate, the appointment time is from 4pm-8pm, the tech will call me 30mins before arriving. Saturday at 5:30PM, tech didnt call or show up, I called to confirm the appointment, the operator said tech should be arriving from 6pm-8pm, wait until 8pm, still no call no show. Cant do business with a company that cant keep up a 4 hours appointment time.

Our technician, Jonathan Bolton of Frank Gay Services was outstanding and repaired our A/C today when the a/c company we had install the unit wouldn’t be able to schedule the service for 3 more days later. So, like their radio commercials, I called Frank Gay to repair my A/C. Great experience from start to finish from the fast customer service call to the actual repair. I love high quality customer service and it shows.
Robert was so polite, courteous, arrived on time and worked efficiently. He repaired both faucets in question, one having had a knob that had fallen off, and the second being a faucet set that was loose on the vanity marble and required a re-install to sit nice and tight behind the sink. The leaking hose on exterior wall of house could not be repaired without stucco removal and further inspection inside wall. The price was fair for the job, Robert processed our credit card payment and we are satisfied.

I have not decided on which plumbing service to use, so I do not yet have a review of Frank Gay Plumbings quality of work.However, they were on time and very thorough in their estimate. They look to be more expensive than the alternatives, but that may be because they are accounting for the costs better than the other estimates.
Repaired air conditioner.Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Repaired main part and recognized two separate parts that were not preforming to their capacity level, which could cause major problems in the near future. He performed additional test that confirmed his evaluation. His judgment and comprehension saved us time and money. He completed the necessary repairs and part replacements, all in one visit. Carlos Rosado un-installed my toilet because the flange was originally by someone else too high therefore the toilet would not sit on the floor. Carlos repaired the flange and re-installed my toilet within an hour making it the perfect height. He made me feel comfortable by explaining what he would do to correct my issue. He was on time, very professional, courteous, he explained everything, and he cleaned everything when he completed the job. Today Nathan Seda came for backed up showers and toilets. He very quickly recognized it as a sewer line block. We took some time to examine the water line access point. His honesty in telling me I would be wasting my money to have him snake the house to the curb was very much appreciated. CoWP is on their way to snake their part of the line.This is my third experience with Frank Gay services and they are always honest, professional, and efficient. They get things done the first time and a very reasonable price point. Had called competition and response time was Tuesday at two. Oh by the way it’s Sunday morning. My A/C went out in the night and I live in central Florida and we know it’s hot. So I called the people who installed the a/c and they could get here as soon as Tuesday. Now me with four kids and a wife says, nope not acceptable. So hearing the Frank Gay commercials and never using before I called and got a same day appointment!! So I stopped looking and waited. My time frame was wide but I get why, it was from 2-6 he came at well 5:30 give or take ten minutes. But I am far away from local, so still in frame. Service was friendly, professional, and informative! So came out with a new capacitor and a yearly service plan with Frank Gay services! Definitely good and reliable.

The immediate fix was done. Any further anticipated problems were explained. We had our service performed over a month ago, a completely new AC system installation. From the beginning, things went wrong. The return was damaged, and the very next day we had water leaking from our vents. Several phone calls later, Frank Gay Services assured us the problems would be handled in a timely fashion.When a senior technician came out to the house, he basically told us what a terrible job the installers did. He made us feel as if he was on it, but alas, he was not. It took another 3 weeks of me tracking down managers, having to repeat the story over and over again (because God forbid they take notes and share them internally) and getting nowhere, when finally they came out to fix the issues.But it doesnt end there. I come to find out just a few days ago that the Senior Tech who was supposed to fix the installation (that caused water damage, an incorrectly installed drain pan, incorrectly installed drain line, and incorrectly installed overflow sensor in the drain pan) did not do the job TO CODE!! The city inspector went over the job and deemed it not completed, so now I have to field calls about So sorry we messed this up, well get it right this time, we just need to coordinate yet another visit to your home.Do yourself a favor, go with another company. I went with Frank Gay because I thought they had a good reputation, I thought they hire and train and create professionals, but in reality, its a mill. Its a chop shop with great name recognition, but when problems arise, see how long it takes to get something fixed, how a lack of internal communication only hurts the customer, and how little you can actually rely and trust in the company.Literally the only thing they got right was the billing. My bill is on time and in the mailbox without fail.
Unfortunately, I was in a bind and I feel the situation was exploited. On the outside of my home a root had cracked the main line PVC for water coming into my home. The pipe was no more than 6 inches underground and the location had already been pinpointed and marked by me. Yes, this was after business hours, and yes the technician did exactly what he was supposed to do in fixing the pipe in a timely fashion, but the price after talking with other plumbers, was severely high. I was told the parts to fix the issue would be less than $20, yet the repair which took less than 90mins incurred a fee more than 60x the price of the parts. As a consumer, I did not know any better, but after talking with others in the business, I was told that I needed to speak up.
Over the years Ive used a few companies whom Ive been satisfied with the service but I must say this technician (Joshua F.) was one of the most professional and thoughtful service techs Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. His work ethic is impeccable and I would hesitate to ask for or recommend his services again. Great repair on my outdoor grill!

I was having air quality issues with my AC duct system blowing fibrous duct board material into my home. Three different companies came to diagnose our issues, and they all gave a lot of information about materials used in ACs and things that go wrong. However, it wasnt until we found Frank Gay Services that we got a prompt and professional appointment going. Julio Guzman and Louis were our technicians working on an extensive project for a completely new ductLESS AC. This was my first time installing a brand new system completely different than all the other units in my condo community. Julio and Louis were extremely knowledgeable, and skilled. They answered all my questions I had along the way. They stayed late to make sure all parts were completed and done right. I will continue to be a loyal customer for any AC, plumbing, and electrical needs. I cant recommend them enough. I am so happy I found Frank Gay services, and that Julio Guzman and Louis were our technicians. (the last photo is the old AC duct that we replaced).
Darius came out today for a recall visit from work we had done on Sunday. Initially I was very frustrated that I had just paid for the AC to be fixed 3 days ago and we were having issues again.I was very pleased with how thorough and knowledgeable Darius was, he figured out exactly what was causing the issue with the AC and showed us pictures, explained how he was going to fix it. He told us about the maintenance plan and what is covered. I am very happy with Darius and I have a better understanding of how the AC functions and the importance of the maintenance. AC is working great now thanks to Darius.

My elderly mother hired this company for a re-pipe. It was an emergency, but they couldn’t start the work for three weeks. When the representative came out to give my mother a quote for the job, he didn’t leave her a copy of the quote or the receipt of the deposit she made. My mother made a $3000 deposit at the time. When my mother called the company to get a copy of the paperwork and receipt for the deposit, she never received it. What she received was a backdated contract dated for when the representative came out to the property, so it was too late to cancel the contract without incurring a fee.My mother read the contract and noticed an additional charge for a $65 monthly fee for a family plan for AC, electrical and plumbing work, which she never agreed to. My mother contacted the office and spoke to Nattie. My mother advised Nattie that she did not want the family plan and to send a new contract. Nattie told my mother not to cancel the family plan until after the re-pipe work was done so that she could receive the senior discount and that she would reimburse the monies charged for the re-pipe after the work was done.Three weeks later the re-pipe work began. My mother contacted Nattie about the $65 monthly fee and Nattie stated that she didn’t say that and Frank Gay has not refunded the monies.The work was completed and paid for in full.Then my mother was notified by Frank Gay Services that the permit was never pulled, although they had 3 weeks to do so, and that she would need to sign the paperwork online for the inspection. My mother does not use a computer, but luckily her granddaughter was home and had a computer and my mother was able to sign the paperwork to get the permit pulled.Once the inspection was scheduled and the inspector came out, the re-pipe work failed inspection.When the plumber came back out, he told my mother that it was not his job to complete the work the inspector had failed. My mother insisted that the work be fixed, so that she could get her house back in order.A second inspection was performedby another inspector and he too was going to fail the re-pipe work. However, my mother was under so much stress from this company she told the inspector that it was ok and did the repair herself.The inspector passed the re-pipe work and the drywall repair had to be scheduled and completed.When the drywall representative from Frank Gay came out and completed the work, he asked my mother how she would like to pay the balance. She advised him that she didn’t owe any money to Frank Gay and that the account was paid in full. He called the office and a representative told my my she had to pay for the drywall repair. My mother advised that this was in the contract and if they expected to cut holes in her home without repairing them and that she paid the contract in full. My mother refused to pay any more money to Frank Gay and concluded her interaction with the drywall representative.This is a quote from Frank Gay’s website:“We have been providing trustworthy and unbeatable work for clients for more than 40 years.”This company has not exhibited trustworthy behavior and their work failed inspection once and almost twice.The only reason I am giving this company any stars is so that I can post this review.

Tech named Roy came out for an emergency service of a PVC pipe that was causing issues on my AC unit. He was fast and very helpful. Was able to get the issue resolved quickly and even had the parts with him in his truck. Roy is a great tech who cared more about resolving the issue than trying to make money off of me. Grateful for the quality service he provided.
Our AC stopped working so we called Frank Gay and Mike responded. He was extremely professional a d straightforward and even did his best to not wake our 4 month old. He gave us a great solution to get through the night and started all the work to get us a new system in the morning since ours was over 7 years old and did not meet current minimum standards. Very pleased with how he took the time to explain the difference in units to us and was so helpful even at a late hour.
Called at 730pm, didn’t get a tech out there till 1am. Tech (billy) took one look and said it can’t be fixed tonight, and he’d be back to do $3300 worth of concrete and pipe work next day. Next day a different tech came out and was extremely professional and was able to complete the job faster and cheaper than the previous tech stated, and without touching the concrete. Saved me $2300! Seems to be a mixed bag of great workers..and not so good ones just after the commission.
Javier was sent out re: newly installed AC unit. 2weeks after installation by Frank Gay company, AC filter was attempted to be changed. Filter could not be inserted due to UV light had dropped lower than filter rack when old filter was removed.Not only did Javier place UV light in proper position, he instructed me how to replace filter, not shown with initial install. Also told me the correct monthly maintenance of what to flush drain pan with; was told to use “bleach” by installer technicians. When I called customer service re: maintenance was told “bleach” again. Javier informed me this is not good to use due to fumes residing in coils. I recommend anyone using this company to ask for Javier as their technician. There is certainly substandard employees at Frank Gay AC Department. I was told I would be charged for this service appt. by the company representative David. I will argue that this was an incorrect installation of UV light and misinformation of proper care of a 6500.00 purchase.

When my tenant let me know all her kitchen appliances suddenly stopped working, I tried to figure it out myself but the circuit breaker box is in rather poor shape—house was built in 1920 and not everything has been upgraded or even labeled. But the tech was able to find the issue right away: too many appliances had been in use simultaneously, and they were all on the same breaker so it tripped it. He was very honest and open with me, and told me to not run the appliances at the same time and it would prevent it from tripping the circuit breaker again.I’ve dealt with other firms in the past who have taken advantage of my lack of electricity and plumbing knowledge by charging me for things that didn’t even need fixing. But that was not the case here. He was very fair and honest. I’d definitely use Frank Gay services again!
I called Frank Gay Services for AC repair and the technician, Donovan, arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired my problem in under 30 minutes and my AC is working perfectly. The cost was far below what I expected and they offer a very affordable monthly maintenance plan.The technicians notify you via text before arrival and they are fully masked and compliant for anyone with Covid concerns.Overall, can honestly say it was one of the most professional and effective services Ive used in awhile so I would highly recommend them for AC repair. We signed up for the Frank Gay Family Plan. The salesman made it sound wonderful, talked about how quickly they would respond and how professional they are. Unfortunately the very first time we needed (our A/C quit) it they completely dropped the ball. Apparently the dispatch department never dispatched the call. We wound up calling a local company (Frank Gay was sold to Best Home Services in the Tampa area) and got immediate service. So sad to see what happens to a company when they are sold, based on other reviews Im guessing they were much better in the past.
The technician was due at 8:a.m. and usually I sit and wait and hour or two but the doorbell rang exactly at 8 a.m. I said to him you must be ex-military and he was. He looked over the air conditioning equipment. showed me a picture he took of dirt and mold in a drip pan and suggested I have the system cleaned. I already intended to get it cleaned but I was not sure who I would use. He answered all my questions and I agreed to the cleaning. I am very satisfied with the representative of the company.

Called on a Saturday due to issue with shower cartridge. Scheduled appointment for Sunday between 4pm-8pm. Called at 7:30pm since I had no call from plumber. Advised it would be late. At 8:30pm I received a call from plumber stating he just got this call and was an hour and a half away. He did not seem happy to take the job and I feel he was trying to pass it off stating he didnt want to cause more damage after I explained the plastic piece of the cartridge was broken. Upon arriving he accessed the issue and advised I would need a to replace the entire valve stem, cut through dry wall. Quoted $1,060. I found that unacceptable as the only issue was the handle mechanism needed replaced and the cartridge. Called another plumber next day, issue fixed within an hour for $129.
We were recommended by a friend to call Frank Gay Services for an electrician on Monday night, 06/28. Our appt. was made between 10 AM to 2 PM on Tuesday, 06/29. We got a call & text from Josh F., the technician, that hell be here within a half an hour after 12 PM. We were so happy that hes on his way! After he arrived, hes definitely ready to help us with the short voltages wiring issues on our dryer outlet plug socket in the wall. He narrowed down the issues toward the circuit breaker box panel and discovered the bad 30 AMP breaker needed to be replaced. Now, our dryer is working with heat! Plus, he also repaired some no AC/DC outlet plug units in two bathrooms, dining room, carport and back porch too! We were very please on how well he professionally explained the details about repairing, replacement and upgrading the 37 years old circuit breaker box to be safe in the future. We highly recommended him to do more servicing for us next time! :-)

Been gone for 3 months, got home it was 97° out/ 91° in the house and the AC is not cooling. Called Frank Gay Services (theyd done great on plumbing 3 months ago) sent Roy out next day. He checked the system over and gave us the bad news. Copper coils had rusted and had pin holes in them 😳🤣. He gave us several options since my unit was 12 years old so we elected to replace the system. He scheduled installation for the next morning. Roy was very efficient and professional. Kalvin Romero and Luis came out promptly this morning and got right to work. They were highly professional, very polite and courteous. Very knowledgeable about their job, answered all of our questions and explained the new system throughly. They worked well together. We didnt have to watch them, they never took a break. Their concern was that we got our AC working and making 2 old ladies comfortable and happy. You need to give them a raise for working in this heat and doing it with a smile 😃. Wish I could take them home to GA to put in my new AC. They even cleaned up and left everything cleaner than when they got here. This company exceeded my expectations more than I can aptly describe at this moment. I called about my AC not working properly. They gave me a time frame, was there in less than an hour from the initial call and explained so many options for me to maintain my unit during the summer months. I even signed up for their family plan which is crazy valuable for what you get in the package. AC, electrical and plumbing services. I’m in love! They’re the first company I’ve ever had to call over this because I always had a landlord help me (now I’m an owner!). Best experience by a long shot. Got so lucky calling them and now I know why I see Frank Gay vans everywhere!!!!! 20 out of 5 ⭐️ in my book!!!
My experience with Frank Gay was very positive. They answered the phone the first time and was able to make an appointment to repair my AC quickly. The other company needed three days to visit when our AC stopped working. The representative was professional and clearly explained our problem. I highly recommend Frank Gay.
Josh F. was an amazing technician. I was worried when, after he scoped the project he had to call his manager to see if he was cleared to perform the work that day, but he was able to do it. He did it well, adapted to the unexpected twists and turns one tends to find behind old walls, and was personable and professional the whole time. The business process had me anxious, so I would confirm upon scheduling they will be able to do the work too, but the work was top notch.
Attempted highway robbery. Wanted to charge me $750 plus the service call fee of $89 to attempt a repair that may not fix the issue. Had another company come out, service call was half the price and the work was done for $190, one hour of work and less than $30 in parts.These guys not only make a good wage my guess is they get paid on commission as well. I would recommended to stay away from Frank Gay services.

Howard had the proper equipment to unclog a pathway; he used tool to locate the precise point of clog. Unlike a previous unnamed company who could not clear the problem,Howard DID. What a huge difference! We will call upon them again!
If I could give 25 stars, I would!!!Edgard Montanez came and evaluated outdoor pressure relief valve that was leaking and knew exactly how to fix it and was able to show me how my previous contractor installed it wrong when I was doing upgrades to the house. For me, I want something done once and done right. His expertise is what really got me to feel comfortable as he explained everything that he does in their annual maintenance plan that I signed up for a few days ago. In saying that, I will be requesting for Edgard for all future maintenance as his knowledge and attention to detail is excellent and he’s passionate about his job. A perfect trifecta.
The man that came to service my air conditioner today, Michael Ferri with Frank Gay, was excellent. He was professional, explained the repair options thoroughly in terms I could understand, that enabled me to make an informed decision. I would 💯% recommend him to anyone and will ask for him specifically the next time I call. Both my daughter and I were truly impressed with him and the service he provided.
Nick helped me with making the appointment for my parents house. Very nice and polite.On the day of the appointment, I got a text message with techs picture and name before he arrived.Our repairs were completed by Luis Ramos. He was very knowledgeable and did repairs pretty fast. He was very professional and polite.
My AC went out this afternoon and I called Frank Gay for help. They had a technician come out( Eddievan) at 10pm, which is a fantastic benefit. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix the electrical issue and replace the breaker. I would highly recommend Frank Gay for your service needs.
Service Rep took his time investigating the problem covering all possibilities. Once the problem was diagnosed, he quickly went to work to repair the issue. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it.
My experience with Frank Gay has been very disappointing on two occasions. First I requested an HVAC check. I was told by the tech that arrived that my unit needed to be replaced and was end of life. I called another provider and they repaired a bad fuse in the unit and it has been running for three months now. Second occasion, I figured I would give them another chance on the plumbing side of the house. Again i was told my tankless water heater needed to be replaced. Got another second option... The unit simply had some debris causing the flow sensor to be stuck. Tech flushed out the debris and the units have been working for months. So MY experience with Frank Gay has been horrible. I truly hope yours is better.
Mike was friendly, professional, and thorough. He took lots of pictures and explained everything he was doing. I was prepared to spend a lot more, but he only did what was necessary and did not try to upsell on anything.

Jonathan and Marcello installed a new compressor and air handler on Monday morning. Later that day, I had some concerns that it was not running properly and, much to my surprise, they showed up at 8:30 PM to check out the system and assured me that it was running correctly and the times were due to the humidity. Thats professionalism.

Mike couldn’t fix the problem because I need a whole new AC. But they were the only company that was able to come out ASAP. Mike was really nice and professional. I will definitely use them if my home warranty doesn’t replace my unit
Steven was awesome. We got an alert from our water heater that a leak was detected at 10:30pm. Steven came within an hour, found the issue, and offered us multiple solutions to resolve it. Thank goodness he did— a tiny pinhole leak In the copper piping had already caused enough damage we needed to replace some drywall and a few floorboards. Him coming tonight prevented us from needing to refloor the entire house.He was knowledgeable and professional and was so thorough to make sure there would be issues elsewhere in the home at a later date.
Our technicians Ben and Shawn were top-notch technicians. They got in did the job make sure everything was working properly everything was level. If you need a technician I would ask for these two gentlemen. They know their jobs.

Called because AC in our office was completely down in September. Gave me a window next day of 8-12. Called around 10 to check and technician could not give me any information. Called back at 11 and technician then informed me it would be after 12. No idea how long after 12, could be 3 or 4. Done this before and the tech working on the job always has a fair idea how long he has to get to the next job. Not sure why this company could not give us some kind of idea.
Larry our technician, was on time, professional and very courteous. Id been without hot water for 2 days and my warranty company could not find an electrician to be able to come before Thursday of next week. I told the warranty company that 7 more days would be totally unacceptable. I called Frank Gay services at around 8:00 pm and the problem was fixed by 10:30. I know that I was extremely lucky that a technician was available within 1 hour of my call but my problem is fixed.
Jonathan Bolton was very professional, friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions and gave us estimates on the maintenance services for our A/C, electrical and plumbing. We ended up getting the membership which was reasonably priced and fit our families needs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! This is the worst company that I have ever encountered!I needed a new air conditioner installed in April. The salesman (who a technician later told me that he was the worst and knew nothing about the product) quoted me $15,000 to do the job. I told him that was ridiculous and he immediately dropped the price to $10,000. My a/c closet in the garage was rotted and had to be replaced so that was $1200 of it to be fair. I requested a Goodman unit that I could remotely program via phone. Air unit got installed. They failed to bring the right thermostat and said they would return. They also put a hole in the door to the a/c and said that they would replace it. No return. I called 8 times each time being told that a manager would call me back. Finally I received a call from a manager who told me that the unit I bought did not have the ability to be remotely programmed. I told them to come get the unit. Finally a customer service manager called me and said the thermostat would be replaced as well as the door. A tech came and thermostat did not need to be replaced and he put a Honeywell part in the A/C and it worked immediately. Now waiting on the door replacement. Thetech came out to “fix a ceiling” and had no idea the problem. He “made a phone call” to whomever and was told that they’d patch the hole. I told him to leave. This company hires poorly trained staff, they have zero communication within the business. Their staff talks about how overpriced their products are and how they hate working there and are looking for other employment. There are many other reputable companies that deserve your business. AVOID FRANK GAY!!!!’
Roy, was his name and fixing stuff was his game. He was Professional and courteous. He quickly answered all my questions and concerns and made it a point to make sure I understood exactly what he was doing. He was friendly and even though I did not know much about HVAC he did not talk down to me. I cannot say enough good things about this man’s professionalism call mom knowledge of his trade, four the manner in which he conducted his business. Thanks a lot Roy, You are a master of your craft.
My 1 1/2 year old A/C unit would not turn on, it turned out the drain sensor was faulty. Mike replaced it and flush the system, he was pleasant and very professional. I would recommend!!
