After shopping around with a few big companies in orlando, I found Local AC and the gave me the best deal.The replace the air ducts with a new unit, the job was clean, very nice installers, the only invoice has been sent to my email with the completion code f the job with a 1 year workmanship warranty. So far I am happy I chose Local AC

They installed my air conditioning unit three years ago. They were extremely professional and sorted the whole process extremely quickly. They maintain my unit yearly and I’ve had no issues so far! A very reliable company.

I have cameras and a ring so I asked what he was looking for and he said he had an appt for someone on my street but he didn’t have a name or even an idea of the numerical address- I’m in the middle street-how did he “randomly” select my house?THEN he stayed at my house for nearly 20 minutes. The police were eventually called and just missed him but I wanted to make everyone aware this is the type of things their techs like to do.

My AC unit was vibrating the house when it turns on. They couldnt find what the problem was, the technician said it was good on refrigerant and it was blowing perfectly, but cant seems to find the problem. They offered to sell me a new unit, because the one I have was getting old, which could be the problem they say. I told the technician and the guy on the phone that sends the technician to my house, that I cant do that now because I just bought this house and Im fixing other things inside first. They charge me $125 which I paid.The next day I went to Stockbridge, GA. for a week, the day I got back to Clermont, FL., I was hit by the heat at the door. I called the company and I got the same guy, with the African or Haitian accent that I spoke with before, he told me that he gonna send a technician over the next day. I stayed at a hotel that night.The next day no technician showed up, I called back and still no technician. 3 days later I finally got back the same guy on the phone, and he talk to me as if it was the first time we ever spoke in his life. That felt so degrading, we spoke for a moment and then his final respond was, if you want your AC to get top up, youll have to pay for refrigerant. Now remember, they were the last and only company to work on the unit for me. They know the level of my refrigerant before the service check up and after, now hes accusing me of trying to get some free refrigerant. It was so childish and disrespectful, he was even laughing at me on the phone, the way he treats me as a customer was so disrespectful. I just wish I had recorded that call so everyone could understand what I went through.My neighbors told me that thats what they do to get you to buy a new AC unit from them and that theyll come back to your home and sabotage your unit too.Its a sad situation what most people have to be dealing with, because someone is working on commission for sales, theyll do what it takes to make more money, so sad.

On many tries to change the thermostat they never showed an never called saying they could not make it. After many calls with David I finally decided to have a different company complete the work. After reaching out to more then half a dozen HVAC companies for the replacement of my central AC unit, Local AC gave me the best estimate. The work was done very professionally and I have been very satisfied with the result.

Let me start by saying that I am absolutely baffled that this company is rated 4.7 stars. Using them was the worst decision made and I would never recommend them.Our AC went out during the summer while we my roommates and I were all working from home, and a technician had to install a new unit. He arrived around 11am to replace the unit and left at 12 oclock in the morning. This is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen. My roommates and I were very tired, and it was unpleasant to have a stranger in our house at 12am, much less during a global pandemic.2 1/2 weeks later the new AC unit was no longer working. The same technician came out to fix the issue, however an hour after leaving the AC was once again not working, and we had to call him to turn around and come back out.3 1/2 weeks after the initial install of the new unit, I noticed there was water coming up from the floorboard near the indoor unit. The unit was leaking and there is now water damage to the floorboards. The same technician came out and fixed it once again. Then the company tried saying it was our fault for not applying the proper upkeep to the AC, despite it having only been 3 1/2 weeks, thus not yet time for the monthly maintenance. It took explaining that explicitly for them not to charge for this visit, despite the new unit being under warranty.Just this past week, our AC went out AGAIN, but theres no surprise there. This time they sent a new technician. He found that there was a part inside the outdoor unit that was dented and needed to be replaced. It is once again fixed, probably not for the last time. Frustrated, I called the company hoping to speak with a manager, but the number on their website took me to DirecTV. The second number took me to Verizon. Found one more number where I was actually able to speak with someone from the company. They told me the manager was unavailable and would call me back... They never did.I would absolutely NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

I found this company online and it looks like they have a good reputation, after working with then on my condo I can see why!I called them after business hours and they still were able to come on the same day! Omar the technician was very polite and knowledgeable, and he fixed the issue in less then an hour. They were real quick to come out and make the system work long enough to get paid. Then when it stopped cooling a week later say I need 2200 in repairs or a new unit. Could have just actually found the problem the first time and not billed me 500. Best believe I wont be a returning customer.

We had a great experience. We had a non emergency on a Sunday night. They had someone out at 8am the next morning. He left by 8:39 with a fixed unit. Of course, the speed was lucky due to what needed fixing, but the service man was very professional and quick and didnt complain about my very friendly dog. They sent the invoice via email and payment was online and very easy. I would use this company again.

I had booked them with website and got contact by the company right away. Even though I were scheduled to have someone come over couple days after, they send Adam Samuel (technician) within couple hours. Adam not even diagnosed the issue, he fixed it right away and I had my ac running in no time. Totally recommend their services. He also mentioned that if for any reason within 30 days I see the issue again, they will come fix it with no additional charge.

My appointment for an estimate was between 12 and 4. At 4::50 I get a call saying that he will be at my house in 40 minutes. Forty minutes later I call and text me.omar with no response. So I cancelled my appointment. I would never recommend this company due to the lack of professionalism.

Chose this company after reading good reviews but our experience was one for the history books. Wrong diagnostic, trial and error and after seven days of back and forth we were left once again in the heat - with a brand new unit that was non operational.That was after a tech was in our home for ten hours. How could things go downhill from the get go is something we will always ponder. We ended exhausted, frustrated, angry and spent.Think twice before making your decision. We even had ashes settled in our bedroom, blinds and furniture from multiple failed soldering attempts that lasted so long that our hallway had ashes floating in the air. This added insult to injury. Never again.

Last night my AC stopped cooling, I didn’t want to spend the night with no AC so I called Local AC on 9pm.The technician were here within an hour to refill the system with refrigerant and change the capacitor.I am very happy with the availability, the price and the service!

My ac went down in the middle of the day on the Sunday.I called local ac and they came within an hour, the tech explain me that the capacitor need to be replaced.After my approval he replace the capacitor and the ac is working fine now.Will be using them again💪🏼
