Wow! We haven’t seen this level of customer service in a long time. Dan, our sales rep, offered to perform an actual hvac load calculation using the appropriate software to determine we could and should replace our old 4 ton system with a new, efficient 3 ton system, saving us money. The 4 ton size was likely decided upon years ago when this was a model home and the garage was under air. While everyone else was telling us variable stage systems were all on back order, these guys got us a two stage top brand system for a great price FAST, and with a 12 (not 10) year compressor warranty. Ken and Malik did an awesome job installing our new system and we would totally recommend 4 Seasons for heating and cooling sales and service. Honesty, integrity, experience is what you will get!

Bought 2 home units, one for a rental. Jobs were not what i wold call first rate, my home unit needed a complete rewire becase it was not done right the first time and the other was damaged on there first checkup and simple things, like the thermostat were poorly installed. I continue to use them but just because i have given up hope that any company is really that great. These guys are ok, about as good as anyone else and as good as any particular technition is at the time

*** UPDATE***After being without AC in the middle of summer for 6 days, we finally have AC again.Brian, to your response.I wasnt going to respond because you do not have all the correct information. 1st of all, if it wasnt for Bobbie answering the phone yesterday, we would probably still be with out ac. She wasnt aware of any issue. Mind you, we called Tuesday evening (a week ago). You wasnt on the other end with Lynn, so her caring is bs. The only ones that went out of their way for us was YORK, Bobbie & Chris. Our air was up and running just after 8pm last night. 6 days after the initial 1st call. Im not going to go back & forth. We have spoken to Bobbie & we now have ac.Had an AC unit put in 2 years ago. Nothing but issues, well it died Wednesday and we are still without. Not responsive at all! Wanted us to pay almost $150 for a part to be shipped overnight, the AC manufacturer paid it on Thursday, well.... still no part as of yesterday late afternoon and this wonderful (not) company doesnt work the weekend.

4 Seasons did an incredible job on short notice. Our AC went out on Tuesday and they installed a new one on a Friday. The 2 Installers Ken and Omar were very thorough with everything and were super polite. Today was a hot one and they were both diligently working with no complaints. I am very thankful to 4 Seasons for getting a new AC installed. :)

Franklin and his team are really professional, they have great knowledge and skill, they did a great and reliable job on cleaning the ducts, replacing the blower and installing a new thermostat.I’m 100% happy with their services and can definitely recommend them to all my friends.

After having a very bad experience with a different company, came to 4 Seasons next and we were not disappointed! The office staff we spoke with on the phone and their overnight answering service were all super friendly and helpful. Our technician, Alejandro, showed up on time and was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using this service again in the future if I ever need to.

We have a system just about 2 years old and have had nothing but issues. 24 hours my a$$.Lynn in the office absolutely horrible. Does not care at all about their customers. We used them to install a mini split that was not installed properly by the previous company and they did a great job. Christopher, the technician, was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He explained everything about the system upon completion. We would highly recommend them and use them again.

Had a great experience with installing 2 new ac units with 4Seasons. Their folks explained the pros and cons of repairing or replacing our ac units which allowed me to make the decision I thought was best. The installation was quick and they cleaned up well after their service and were attentive to my concerns. Would highly recommend 4Seasons for your AC needs.

Got a new system installed from 4 Seasons at a very fair price.. A/C worked great, but found out a few months later that the heat didnt. When we let them know, they sent out a rep who came in and fixed it the same day, no charge! Very nice people on their team, too.

If you can get around how rude their office staff can be - the service technicians are great! The company needs to recognize that the FIRST person who answers the phone leaves the FIRST impression of their quality and helpfulness. Thank goodness I had prior experience with them over several years or I may have hung up right from the beginning.

Just got a home service from 4 seasons and very happy with the service I received from Mr. Reyes. Explained to me what my options were and decided to go with a new Air & Heat unit. My system was well overdue over 20 years old.Thanks for explaining everything in detail. I would recommend them. After having three different AC companies come out to try to fix the airflow in my new-to-me house, I finally called 4Seasons and the fourth time was the charm! Where every other company kept telling me my house was old and I would just have to deal with the airflow problems, 4Seasons actually got up into the vents and found an easy to fix problem. They are now my go-to AC company!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! No customer appreciation at all!! I have done over 30K in business with them and they still charge unnecessary items. Two separate times they have came out to fix an issue and improperly diagnosed the problem. I have paid for the incorrect fix, only to have the same issue reoccur. And then they want to charge for another diagnostic trip even though they never fixed the problem in the first place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

We used to use CB Air but had a terrible experience in that they didnt properly install new mini-splits. Our electric bill went up 40% after the install though CB came out more than 10 times, they kept saying its working fine We were referred to 4 Seasons by friend. Chris was the tech who came to the house and immediately noticed that the units were not properly installed. He spent a full day fixing multiple issues. He clearly was an expert, our electric bill went down and the units now work much better....though they also recognized that these units were not designed for high humidity climates. Well be using 4 seasons for years to come. Thanks Chris for such a great job!!

Update 9/1/20. I called yesterday (I was not reached out to as stated in their response) to discuss the bill we received in the mail and I was transferred to the PM. She explained what went wrong with their billing department and assured me it would be removed from my account. She claims their cost on the parts were over $900 which seems ridiculous since I was able to get them for less than 600. Either way, they made it right and apologized for the errant billing, and we appreciate that.8/30/20: Were being back charged $89 by mail a month after a site visit. I explained to the person answering the phone that I knew which thermostat we needed and had confirmed the existing unit was expired. They said they would send a tech out to give me a quote with no mention of the diagnosis fee. The tech walked into the house glanced at the blank screen on the wall, then walked through my garage and glanced at the blower unit. Before he went back to his truck to quote, he mentioned the $89 fee. I told him it was I had not been informed. He shrugged and said yeah, that happens. When he came back with his $1450 quote it didnt include this fee and he wished me a good day and was on his way.Parts for this would cost them $550.00 plus 20% markup thats $660. So theyre trying to get $790 for 2 hours of on site labor? Obviously I didnt call them back out to do the work, for obvious reasons.Now a month later, in the mail, I receive the same carbon form he gave me on site, but now it has someone elses writing on it. The writing has the fee added on and is asking that I send a check? Really? If you want your fees, get your schedulers trained up and make sure they get customer buy in before the visit.

My AC went out over the weekend, which is always a nightmare. Keith came out first thing Monday morning and was able to diagnose the issue within an hour. Part was ordered and he was able to come back the next morning to do the repair! Back up and running with no issues, very satisfied with the service!! Meghan was very helpful making sure the repair could accommodate my work schedule as well making sure the part was available to complete the repair the next day. Did not have to even take any time off of work. Would definitely recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about Daniel and the 4 Seasons team. We had a horrid experience with the contractor for our Home Warranty Company and finally had to take matters into our own hands and replace the HVAC system that they damaged.Daniel was able to come in and help us determine what equipment we needed and was readily available to answer our questions during the buying process. The service technicians were timely, extremely professional, and did excellent work. We chose 4 Seasons based on the recommendation of colleagues and we were not disappointed. Im certain you will not be disappointed as well.

I was just quoted $3375 to replace a fan motor. I think this didnt even include install! They were pretty sure their price was correct too. I sent them a copy of the actual repair bill that was a small fraction of their quoted price. Still waiting for my refund they promised me for the service call. The owner is correct about the replacement cost at the time when under warranty but the tech was able to get it running so I waited. I dont know how thats relevant to my review though since it ran for almost a year later. The review is to report your business employs incompetent technicians that could result in a lot of over payment for services not required. I received all communications directly from the lady you had in charge. She lowered the price down very little. I recall it still being over $2700 and that was your final quote. Never any mention of a mistake in the price. Either your trying to wiggle out of this, your not even aware of what happen at the time or you just dishonest. I can pull my archives and provide the actual two quotes and all the communications if you wish to post publicly here. The motor was finally replaced for $600 by Mr. AC of Orlando which I also provided copy of the repair bill to your manager at the time. The last communication with the woman I worked with was shell send me the check for a service call refund. Since I never received such a check, thought Id complete the review. So if you call it a mistake, wheres my refund?

Brian and 4 Seasons go above and beyond to take care of customers. Our entire AC unit had to be replaced and after shopping around to compare prices and reviews, we are so glad we went with 4 Seasons. Brian was so helpful in giving us all of the info we needed on the options. The installers were kind and professional. We even had a minor issue a week later and they promptly sent someone out to assess the situation and order the small replacement part. We have a 4 month old baby, so it was crucial to get the system running again. I highly recommend 4 Seasons for all of your AC and heating needs!

We needed a new A/C for our home. I shopped at least a half dozen companies. 4 Seasons was the least expensive on top brands, the most attentive in communicating with me while I was shopping. After we decided to go with 4 seasons, they lived up to every written and oral promise made during and after the installation. They even followed up with me weeks later to make sure everything was good and that we were happy with the product and service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Customer Service Rep Lynn is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with - if you don’t like your job, get another one. Her attitude was horrendous and I can’t believe this is a person that dispatches out technicians. If I could give more than five stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! Nick came out to give us an estimate, and was completely straight with us from the word go. Our old AC unit was in a half-closet, and nothing made today would fit. Nick not only got us set up with a new unit, he took the time and effort to arrange for the carpentry work and the electrical work to make the new unit work in our house! Definitely over and above!

Rule of thumb: always get 3 estimates. This being said, it is ridiculous to pay $100 to 3 different companies just to come out to give an estimate. They charge a fee to provide an estimate. Any one looking to do that, in my opinion, doesnt need the work.

Owner, Brian Hastings, and sales, Chris Fales, did an amazing job educating me on which new system I should go with. They answered every question I had and really informed me on the best system for my space. The install techs were professional and respected me and my home.

Air cleaning equipment isnt common so when 4 Seasons stepped up (after quite a search) I was thrilled. Very understanding professional organization that delivered! Technician found a minor issue, corrected it AND worked out a path if the issue reappeared. Offering that was big in my mind. Integrity is hard to find these days.

With AC under warranty for parts they wanted $550 labor to install a $160 worth of parts for the inside fan motor other AC companies charge a 160 bucks labor. They charge a flat fee 350 for the motor plue 250 the fan cage. flat fee. This is double charging for the same labor because you cant do one without the other.

The service I received was extremely poor. No follow up, no apology for the delay and dealing with 90 degree heat in my house for almost a week. The technician was not professional and seemed to want to argue with me about the issues. When he arrived at my door his statement was turn it on for me no good morning or apology for all that took place. Lynn, you have to work on how you speak to customers as well if you want the company ratings to stay up. I gave an extra star because I received very good service from the technician who came to work on my unit in February.

Very late review, called for a quote on a new system (Sept 2019) and Nick B came out and checked our existing system out. Very knowledgeable and explained the differences between systems. Quoted a Trane and two York systems, we got 5 estimates from different companies and they were the second most expensive behind Protech. Did not buy a new system yet as our old Trane is still kicking.

Nick Barker did an excellent job in providing me with the right AC unit for my needs and budget. 4 Seasons technicians, who work for the company, did an outstanding job on the install of my York 2 stage AC. My AC system diagnosed and returned to a cool, working condition. The tech was very knowledgeable and educated me about a few things. He recommended a few things for the near and longer term future. He understood the advantages of the ongoing support plan which, to the companies credit, sounds valuable and was not pushed in an uncomfortable way by him or the person I some with on the phone like is so often done with similar plans. The pricing for the work was fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

Charging $100 for an estimate that lasted less than 5 minutes by one of the rudest service professionals Ive ever encountered? No thanks.The company I eventually went with asked some vital questions over the phone and came up with the same diagnosis that the service tech did, for free.

After 10 years of 4 Seasons helping us maintain a poorly designed (by others) and poorly installed (by others) zoned Carrier Infinity system at our house, the old system finally gave up. We requested a total replacement quote. Nick came right out, gave it a very thorough assessment with great Q&A about our needs, and quickly provided a quote for three different options. All of them were $1,000 - 2,000 dollars lower than other companies we considered, so we chose 4 Seasons. A very difficult install went flawlessly by their team of professionals. Chris joined them and performed the final setup, while also educating us well on our new Trane system. An incredible improvement in our familys AC comfort! I cannot say enough about the consistently terrific customer service, professionalism, and quality work by 4 Seasons.

They used to be a good company. However in the past six months theyve really gone down hill. We have one new ac that still hasnt passed inspection since October. They refuse to fix it. Our other ac is broken and theyve promised us twice to call us back with updates and never have. Theyve also promised us the part would be in today to fix it. We confirmed yesterday that they would have the parts. Now this morning they dont have the parts. Im highly disappointed and would warn anyone against using them. Weve recommended them to friends in the past. We were very wrong about 4 seasons.

We purchased an a/c unit from 4 Seasons Air in 2009 with an extended warranty. Our unit is serviced twice a year to keep it in top notch shape. Terry is my technician and has been coming here for quite a few years. He is very professional, friendly and efficient. He is thorough in his maintenance and always answers any and all of my questions during the service. The office staff is also very professional, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them!!!

In Aug 1992 I had 4 Seasons install an AC system. They maintained it twice a year from that point on. Their expertise in maintenance kept this system running until they replaced it in May 2016. Previous AC companies that have serviced my 14 year old system have done the hard pitch on replacement. 4 Seasons was honest enough to appraise my unit as being in good condition and serviceable for at least 2-3 more years. Called for service at 8:21 pm on a Tuesday night and they set me up for service the next day between 11 am and 3 pm. I took the day off and waited and waited. I called the office at 3:30 pm and told them that no one has shown up yet. The lady said Im sorry we do have your information but they forgot to schedule you. How does that make any sense you have all my info but forgot to schedule me. I truly believe the first experience you have sets the tone for the relationship. Do not call them if you need service. The only way to post a review is to give them at least 1 star. If I could I would give them zero stars

4 Seasons was actually the second company I called to come out and take a look at my home A/C unit. After waiting several days for the first companys repairman to show up, he was very unprofessional and I just got the feeling that he was being dishonest with me. But the 4 Seasons technician put me at ease right away... he was very thorough and knowledgeable with a quick response time. They worked around my busy schedule, and had my air conditioning up and running super cold again in no time! The service tech was on time, did great work (I watched) and was thorough. This was a maintenance call, so no replaced parts. He did all of the pressure & temp checks, drain line flush. Also opened inside unit and checked fins + other checks. Total about 1.5 hours. Used them for 5 + years, always great service.

No call no show!! just like that. I had an appointment today at 8 am with one of their technician, but apparently the guy was stuck in traffic and did not make it. I am currently with no AC at home (I am replacing the entire system), and I had to modify my work schedule for this week to take 2 appointments (contractors) per day, and 4 Season was one of them. They did not have the courtesy to give me a call and let me know that my appointment was cancelled or delayed. I was the one who had to call twice. The first time they told me that they will get in contact with the technician, but that was it, I never received a call back. The second time they told me the same, and I got a call back from the office to just confirm the appointment was cancelled. If they cannot be reliable for an appointment or not even make a courtesy call, I would be concern on their services and warranties. Well no business here.

2nd time using this company. Great service both times. Came out same day called and took care of the problems. Very satisfied! Techs were knowledgeable and polite. They answered all questions and gave some good advice.

Nick came out today(7/13/17) to check our clogged drain line. He flushed it out & then determined the float switch needed replacing. After that he checked the refrigerant level to see it needed 1 lb.of Freon.We purchased the Gold Club agreement from him because we felt the service he provided was worth it. We would easily recommend this company to others!

We have used 4 Seasons to carry out our bi-annual service on our A/C. Their techs. are very experienced and knowledgeable and will explain everything that they did during the service and keep our unit in tip top shape. We highly recommend 4 Seasons.

The repair technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what the problem with my electronic air cleaning system was, and went over all of the options to fix the problem. He gave me all the information I needed in order to make an educated decision without once trying to push unnecessary and expensive products or services. The service call fee was half of what most of the other companies in the area charge, too! I would definitely recommend 4Seasons.

I had a great experience with 4 Seasons. They came out the next day. The technician showed me exactly what he was doing so I knew he wasnt trying to brake things and charge me for things I didnt need. He explained everything he was doing and showed me the bad part that he needed to replace. He also showed me how to get the best air flow int he rooms that I needed it in. Very fair price. I just LOVE this company! We have used them for over 15 years. They have installed 2 new Lennox units for us and we never had a problem. Fast forward....our builder installed 2 new Lennox units in our new house through another A/C company and they have been nothing but problems. We gave up with the other A/C company and 4 Seasons fixed all the problems that were really due to a POOR installation job. The employees at 4 Seasons have worked their for years! We have known Sean, Lynn and Tony for years. This company takes care of their customers!

A few months ago, we had a brand new air-conditioning system installed by 4 Seasons.We have been using 4seasons for years. This installation is a perfect example of why we have stayed with four seasons.They are outstanding. From the moment you talk to them on the phone to the professionalism of their techs. The installment was timely, professional and clean. Although we had a couple of “hic ups” after the install getting the new components to operate together. 4 Seasons was right on it and got the system troubleshot very quickly.I can say months later we are incredibly happy with the new system, and we will continue to use 4 Seasons and recommend them whole heartedly. They are one of the only truly professional and customer service oriented businesses I know of in Orlando.

Terry was much more through than any previous technicians I have dealtwith over the years. He seems like one of those fortunate people that likes his job.

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them over the weekend to check the compressor on my AC. After some testing the technician told me that most definitely my motor is not working and it will cost me $1000 to replace it. I did not have the budget for it so I let them go. Next day i called another AC repair company to come out and it turned out to be the capacitor ( $120 plus labor ) and my AC is working just fine.DO NOT TRUST THAT COMPANY!!!!!!!

Called 4 Seasons this past weekend to fix our broken AC. When the technician called me, I explained to him that we had a Carrier unit with a broken blower motor (my husband knows HVAC so he knew what the problem was). He explained to me that there was a $119 charge because it was the weekend, which I was fine with, as long as my AC was fixed. When he got to our house, my husband told him again, that is was the blower motor. He ignored him and went and inspected the unit. When he came back, he told him that it was the blower motor and that he didnt have the part to fix it today. Awesome! We had to pay the guy $119 to come out and tell us what we already knew! I spoke to Shaun on Monday who explained to me that no one locally would have that part on hand. Thats great...so why didnt your technician tell me that so I could have avoided him coming out on a sunday for $119? Wont use them again!
